This beautifully appointed modern, bright and spacious 2 bedroom unit is located on the absolute beachfront at Ventnor, Phillip island, with uninterrupted water views. The unit is fully self contained, private with a separate entrance from the attached main house. It has its own courtyard at the back and abundant grass area at the front leading to the beautiful beach. The unit is single level, very spacious, fully heated & air conditioned. No groups over 6/parties. Manager on site 24 hrs a day.

Located away from the hustle and bustle within short walking distance to calm bay beaches and rock pools at low tide. Relax on our large elevated back deck with BBQ and table setting, or at garden level in our new lounge zone. 5-10 minute drive to the Penguin Parade, Moto GP track, amazing surf beaches and the central Cowes area.

'FLORIDA' - TRANQUIL BEACH HOUSE RETREAT

Ventnor is the place to go if you want some peace and quiet. Bordering on acreage farmland, 'Florida' is your little piece of serenity. The house is on a 740m2 fully fenced block with beautiful gum trees that provide both shade and privacy. The outside deck is perfectly located off the living area and has a BBQ, table and chairs. Inside is an open living area that includes kitchen, dining and lounge with a rustic wood fireplace. We are pet friendly and all bed linen and towels are provided.

A treetop sanctuary in a secluded and family orientated Island cove. Our spacious beach house can accomodate a wide range of guests, from a couple's getaway to a family escape, and everything in between. Sit back and relax, enjoy the view of the water through the treetops, whilst enjoying the many attractions that Phillip Island has to offer. Small pets are welcome, preferably non shedding. The back yard is securely fenced, but not the front area. Pets are not allowed on the furniture.

The upstairs rooms are not accessible and no one will be there during your stay. There isn't a kitchen but basics like microwave, kettle, toaster and bar fridge are provided.
