Estie is such a great and sweet host. Very communicative and reply every question with lightning speed. She has visible, easy-to-follow notes on house guidelines and nearby attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, just perfect for travelers! The walk to the subway stop was short (about 1 km or 0.75 miles). Plus free street parking. I totally enjoyed my stay and would wholeheartedly recommend Estie's place to everyone. Don't waste your time looking elsewhere.

This is an amazing place for traveling ! Great location, mins walk to buses and skystrain. The house is super clean and lovely , actually even better than photos posted online. Estie loves photos and the photo decorations on the wall is awesome. Estie is also very kind , she's very flexible with the time of check-in and check-out, she also kindly ask me if I eat or not, also provided me a large jar of water in my room which is very thoughtful of her. And Estie is obviously very familiar with the city that she gave me advices to travel. Overall , the cleanest place I've stayed , very nice !!!!!!

As a frequent traveller I often go to British Columbia for study purposes, so I appreciated that the house is close to a Skytrain station and not far away from downtown. This accommodation has satisfied all my expectations. The room was clean, equipped with everything I needed, the host was friendly and made sure that everything worked so that I could enjoy my stay in this quite neighbourhood. I can recommend this accommodation and I would consider staying there again.

Aaron was very accommodating and helpful. The unit is beautiful and met our needs. It is very close to good restaurants and of course 711. We will definitely be looking to stay here again next time we are in Vancouver.

Great location, very flexible for checking in and can't beat the price

Any was great to work with for checking in! We got stranded in Seattle on our trip to China (from Alaska), so had to rush to Canada for changes in our Chinese visa docs. We suddenly had to leave our passports overnight with the consulate, and our phones weren't working in Canada. Our situation was rough (and a bit depressing), but Any was quick to respond, and as we struggled to find wifi for getting to the location, she was always great with responses. Her place was great, convenient, and even with no phone service it was easy to find. She (and her cousin) were very polite and accommodating. (with the location, I would bet public transportation is readily available. 10 minute drive to the consulate around 8am)

It is a really well located and nice apartment just as you see it in the pictures. The place is just 20 minutes walking to Vancouver City Hall. Also, it has easy access to public transportation. The apartment was really clean and the communication with Sergey was easy and fast. We were a little worry because the apartment is close to Hastings Street. It's not truly dangerous in the sense that it's a violent area. It's just not a pretty area home to lots of mentally ill, drug addicts, and homeless people. Try to avoid it. We will definitely go back to Sergey's apartment and we highly recommend it.

Anyone looking for an affordable, central, clean place for a short term stay will be satisfied here. It's ridiculously easy to navigate everywhere from here, and there are great food and bar and cafe options within, no exaggeration, 60 second walks from the front door. Aside from occasional neighbours' doors slamming shut, the building is quiet. However, longer term bookings will notice that the bed isn't as comfortable as you'd wish, and the kitchen - while equipped with the basics - isn't quite prepped to handle any kind of big meals (if that's important to you). There's also a general lack of task lighting, so if you plan on booking this for business, you'll be frustrated by not being able to see efficiently while working. When I was there, a water pressure issue in the bath meant I had to use the tea towel to tie down the button that pushes the water up to the shower head. I've mentioned this to the host and he is looking into it. I suggest you ask if he's been able to resolve it when you consider booking. Sergey is very easy to communicate with.

We absolutely love this place: skytrain, supermarket, and restaurants... everything within walking distance. The house is clean with a well-equipped kitchen. The only thing is that you could hear fire truck siren and neighbors' door bangs at night, which It didn't bother us too much. Besides that, everything is perfect. Sergey is a great host who makes our first airbnb experience amazing. He maintains good communication with us throughout the stay to make sure we feel comfortable and welcomed. Highly recommended!

Close to transit, good value for the money. had a bit of trouble with getting/returning the key and the bed was a bit uncomfortable. Sergey is really quick to respond to questions and did provide some tips on where to go downtown. Overall good stay.

Rav was by far one of the best hosts I've had at Airbnb. He was extremely accommodating when I needed to check in late, and he was personable and friendly throughout my stay, even bringing me food one evening! Rav was also really attentive and always made sure I was comfortable and enjoying myself. The apartment itself is in a great location with an even better view, and it's very clean and modern. Definitely one of the best experiences I've had with Airbnb, I definitely recommend Rav!

Alex's place was just great - we would check in with each other before the stay to ensure it was still on, which I found very reassuring. He's also very open to feedback about the room - how to improve it for the next guest, and so on. It's a simple place with all the amenities you need in the house, with a clean and nice room that's got the beautiful full-length (almost) window, and enough surfaces and hooks and shelves and drawers for you to unload your stuff in. The view at night from the room is very nice, in my opinion - I like to look at the lit rooms opposite at night, and have the sun streaming in in he morning. The place is walkable mostly everywhere, and Alex will provide you with fresh towels. Also, if you want a hardcore dose of nature in a short amount of time, I highly recommend Flyover Canada, which is a short walk away, and much cheaper if you buy online at least a day in advance.

Alexander had been such a wonderful host. Always available to help me with any doubt, while I had my space. If going back to Vancouver, Alex will be my main choice.

Alex has a wonderfully located home: there's a bus stop on the front door and sky train stations nearby. There must be a dozen places to eat within two blocks (and Alex knows some of the best things to order, too). The home has everything you could require as a single traveler. There are quality cotton towels and there are a lot of them! Take a minute and chat about tourist locations, as well. In a few words, the apartment is clean, equipped with everything in terms of entertainment and cooking. Alex himself is friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help with local advice. I highly recommend this location.
