  • Lance was an awesome host with a beautiful home. The view of the sunrise was amazing and the room was very cozy. Perfect distance from downtown not too far but not too close. Would definitely recommend staying here for an unforgettable time in Portland. And oh yea the coffee in the morning was a nice touch!

  • Lance made us feel right at home when we arrived the first night. He was very accommodating to our late arrival due to our wedding reception. Even his cat was there to welcome us!

  • Lance is a great host, successful entrepreneur, cat owner and long-time Portland resident. Lance knows where to go and what to do. His home has a breathtaking view that can be enjoyed from the guest bed through an entire wall of windows. Thank you Lance for watching "Jackie Brown" with me. Your projector rocks.

  • An amazing house up in the hills with a great view out over Portland. Lance is a great host - very thoughtful and hospitable. You will need a car if planning to stay here, but it is highly recommended.

  • Lance was such an awesome host! We sadly only had one short nice in his home, but our stay in his home was the highlight of our entire month-long trip across the country. He took the time to show us the ins and out of his home, which truly is an architectural marvel. The views alone are to die for. Thanks again, Lance! We will surely be back!!!

  • One of the most unique homes I've ever been in, the architecture is mind boggling. Lance, our host was generous and interesting to hang out with! We shared a bottle of wine while enjoying the phenomenal night view of Portland. We slept with the door open breathing in the fresh night air, waking up to a spectacular bird's eye view of the city-WOW! We snuggled up last night on down pillows in total peace! This morning it's foggy and rainy but from this vantage point it feels like we are atop a rain forest. You MUST stay here!

    Kristie2015-09-17T00:00:00Z
  • One of the best views of the city!

  • This treehouse is one of the most unique airbnb stays that we've had. The view is absolutely incredible. Lance was easy to communicate with, and everything was as described.

15 min from downtown Portland and this cozy cottage feels a world away. With a wood burning fireplace, bathtub, full kitchen, and a cupboard full of games and coloring books, this quirky little house is a killer romantic getaway or perfect spot for friends. I offer spa kits available for purchase through Coast and Clearing to make your trip even more memorable, these artisan bath products are not sold in stores and were all hand-picked by me and made specifically for my guests!
This house was built in the early 1900s and is so charming it hurts. From the moment you walk through the Dutch farmhouse style door, you are greeted by well-loved hardwood floors and walls full of quirky art. Equipped with a large kitchen stocked with the essential tools, a laundry room with washer and dryer, a wood burning fireplace, and a big bathtub. Whether you are looking for a respite from the world or wanting to explore Portland, we've got you covered. Downtown is a 15 minute drive or 1 bus that picks up not far from the house. The Rose Garden, Japanese Garden, and Portland Zoo are less than a 10 minute drive and a great stop on the way towards downtown. I am excited to now offer Coast and Clearing relaxation kits for purchase to make your time at Stratton House even more memorable. Coast and Clearing is based in Tacoma, WA and owned by an incredible queer woman with a nose for unique and intriguing scent combinations. Available in 2 sizes with different items, the spa kits are HIGHLY recommended whether you are traveling solo and want to 'treat yo self' or if you are here for a romantic weekend or if you and a friend are just checking out the area. The baskets are $42 for a large which includes a blended bath salt for soaking in the tub, a sea salt scrub for exfoliating (and luxuriating), frankincense and lemonbalm cuticle oil, a spirulina clay mask (enough for 4-6 masks), and either a pumice stone or a lip scrub. The small baskets are $16 and include a spirulina clay mask (with enough for 4-6 masks), an exfoliating salt scrub, and a facial toner for keeping fresh. All of these items were hand-picked by me, and I would love to share them with you. If you would like a basket, please let me know so I can have it ready for you. These natural, vegan, and artisan bath products are not sold in stores, were all handpicked by me and made specifically for my guests!
This is a super quiet and peaceful neighborhood. About an 8 minute walk will take you to one of my favorite breakfast spots, Sweet Jam, which has INCREDIBLE chicken and waffles and has live music playing on weekend mornings. Just up from Sweet Jam is a liquor store with a great selection of all the essentials as well as interesting, locally made beverages. The home is located on a dead-end street so there is very little street noise and its quite private.
  • This place is AMAZING!!!!!!! We felt so cozy and at home here. Wish we could've stayed an extra night or two but we will deff be booking this place again when we come out to Oregon.!

    Mae2017-01-30T00:00:00Z
  • This is not far out but is a quiet, private little paradise. After a while all the artsy touches really played off each other and the place rocked. In the morning I had breakfast in front near some large trees and watched Stellar Jays and other birds. There are comfy chairs on the shaded hill in back. Naomi made some recommendations which I enjoyed.

    Greta2017-08-09T00:00:00Z
  • Super cute place and great value!

    Brett2017-01-19T00:00:00Z
  • this is the cutest little house very central to where we needed to go!

    Courtney2017-01-26T00:00:00Z
  • There are absolutely no bad things to say about this place. Me and my boyfriend fell in love with this place and It looks exactly as the pictures. It was really easy to get to downtown or other areas as the bus is just about a 6 minute walk away. Naomi was an excellent host, answered all of our questions and even helped me pick up my boyfriends surprise cake before our arrival. The house has every thing you need, and Naomi is very reliable. Will definitely love to go back. Thank you Naomi!

    george2017-01-06T00:00:00Z
  • Fantastic, charming place to stay. Great value! Entire place is warm and cozy at night and fresh and bright in the daytime. The bed is super soft too, which made for a great deep sleep. The location is tucked in a wooded, semi-private area and is very near to Sweet Jam, which turns out to be delicious (as Naomi said it would be). Also, I loved that I was able to bring our puppy with us too- he loved getting to join us on the trip. Our host Naomi was friendly and helpful with everything. We will definitely try to book with you again in the future.

A quiet, cozy bedroom & bathroom on the ground floor of a beautiful, modern new home in a verdant, friendly Southeast Portland neighborhood. Enthusiastic greeting by very friendly dogs & cat comes standard!
PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE LISTING BEFORE REQUESTING ACCOMMODATION. As a courtesy to our guests, our check-in time is 3:00 pm; however, as we both work weekdays, we cannot have the rooms ready until 5:30 or so. What this means is that our guests are welcome to make themselves at home in their living room or just drop their bags off and head out exploring, but they won't be able to rest their weary heads or hit the showers until we've had a chance to get home and tidy up. (PLEASE NOTE: This listing highlights the primary guest bedroom available, but for parties of 3 or 4 people, we do have a secondary bedroom that also features a queen-sized bed. If you are making a reservation for two people and you wish to book both bedrooms, PLEASE EXPLICITLY TELL US SO, as the default for two guests is ONE bedroom; for a two-guest reservation, the cost will be the listed room rate + $25/night. All guests share the same bathroom.) There is almost an entire floor available in our brand-new home smack-dab in the heart of fun, accessible Southeast Portland! This means that our guest(s) get not only their own quiet bedroom, but also a private full bathroom AND their own nicely-appointed living room (please note: the first-floor living room is NOT private, as it does not have a ceiling and is the way between the front door of the house and the stairs to the second floor). We are steps away from a frequent-service bus line, a terrific sandwich shop that's open for breakfast, lunch AND dinner, a pizza joint, a Starbucks, and, best of all, a Trader Joe's! The house is about two miles south of the trendy Hawthorne district, one mile south of nationally-recognized Division Street, and about four miles east of downtown Portland. The house itself is a beautiful, soaring Doug Fir- and hemlock-constructed dream home decorated with one-of-kind glass art pieces and potted succulents. Our guests have access to our fabulous kitchen in addition to their own first-floor amenities. We have a very friendly housecat you will likely meet during your stay, but the guest bedroom and guest bathroom doors are kept closed for the comfort of allergen-sensitive guests. We also have two friendly dogs who will greet you eagerly upon your arrival, but who otherwise spend their time hanging out with us and don't wander much to the guest floor. Lastly, to our guests during the colder months: the guest floor tends to be the coolest in the house, and we provide space heaters and afghans for your comfort, but we figure we should let you know ahead of time that if you run cold, ours may not be the ideal place for your stay.
Our neighborhood is so great! We are really close to several cool Portland hubs, but we're on a relatively quiet residential street so we truly have the best of all worlds.
  • We absolutely loved staying at Brad & Becca's! It was so conveniently close to public transit (which we used almost every day). We also rented a car for part of our stay and finding parking was not a problem! They provided everything we needed (towels, toilette trees, blankets, pillows) and were always available if we needed to communicate with them. We only wish to have interacted with our hosts a little more because they really are great people! We highly recommend staying at this wonderful home!

    Cristal2016-12-19T00:00:00Z
  • Beautiful place! We had a great time! Thanks guys!

    Blake2016-09-07T00:00:00Z
  • Brad and Becca were very friendly, they were easy to communicate with, and super easy to share a living space with. The neighborhood had tons of restaurants within walking distance (we ate at Shut Up and Eat, and Yoko's), and is a quick 10 min drive to downtown PDX. Would very much like to come back here.

    Dustin2013-07-31T00:00:00Z
  • We stayed one day at Brad&Becca's place to pick up our RV to take off on our roadtrip the next day. It was a short but pleasant stay with them and their nice, friendly dog and cat. Brad gave us a very warm welcome and told us about an upcoming part of Portland where we could find a few very nice restaurants. We had a very nice diner here. The bedroom, livingroom en private bathroom were perfect. Thanks for letting us be your guests!

    Edith2015-07-12T00:00:00Z
  • Our stay at Brad and Becca's was great! They were very responsive, had everything we needed, and gave good suggestions on where to go. Thanks for making our first airbnb experience painless!

    Alyssa & Jarvis2015-10-11T00:00:00Z
  • We loved staying with Brad and Becca! The neighborhood is walking distance to many great restaurants, coffee shops, and food carts. We also enjoyed riding bikes through the bike friendly neighborhoods to downtown and and other Portland attractions. Brad and Becca were super helpful with recommendations. We felt really comfortable in their place and it was perfect for us!

    Mary2016-07-17T00:00:00Z
  • The house was just as beautiful as the pictures and the hosts were great and super accommodating. They made it feel like a hotel with all our needs considered and taken care of.

    kelly2015-04-10T00:00:00Z
  • Brad and Becca have put a lot of thought and detail into their guest space and it is a beautiful place to stay. The couple are nice them selves and their home map insured that we found all the excellent places to go. We loved Portland and Brad and Becca's was a great place to stay.

Accent chairs for lounging. Shop space available for storage and gear. Large capacity front-loading washer/dryer.
Inner SE Portland is an established older mixed use residential urban neighborhood with narrow streets, sidewalks, single family houses, apartments and schools. The main corridor -Division Street- has been experiencing moderate retail and service re-development which has energized the neighborhood with a wide range of restaurants and food-cart vendors as well as natural food markets and coops, and boutiques. Overall livability is excellent as public transport and bike lanes are accessible and convenient. In summary, there is: public transportation, retail, restaurants, markets, bakeries, parks, rose gardens, nightlife, theaters, and live entertainment within walking distance and/or a few minutes ride.
  • Kurt and Nathalie are fantastic hosts and we really enjoyed meeting them. The place is beautiful and well stocked. You'll really like it.

    Andy2017-01-01T00:00:00Z
  • Hands down the best Airbnb unit and hosts I've ever had. If you're looking to stay in SE, search no further and book this unit if it's available. Both Kurt and Nathalie were incredibly accommodating--from our communications, requests and well-stocked toiletries and fridge. I can't stop singing their praises!

    Sepie2016-02-22T00:00:00Z
  • This was one of the loveliest AirBnB's I've stayed in. The whole space was so comfortable and I loved being able to hang out there. The check in/out was convenient and everything was exactly as described. I can't recommend this listing enough... I was practically ready to move in!

    Erin2016-03-26T00:00:00Z
  • Wonderful, restful, perfect place to stay in Portland! The home itself was beautiful and immaculate, even stocked with kitchen staples, tea, and coffee. Nestled in a little garden oasis, we woke up to a view of trees and the sounds of birds. Our hosts were kind, welcoming, and informative, providing great advice on restaurants and activities. And their dog is the sweetest! If we could give this more than five stars, we would. Thank you Kurt and Nathalie, for being such excellent hosts! We wholeheartedly recommend and hope to be back for another visit soon!

    Heather2016-08-02T00:00:00Z
  • Kurt and Nathalie's place was the perfect spot for the second leg of our Honeymoon! Unfortunately we didn't have the chance to meet Nathalie but Kurt was very welcoming and we had a good chat the day of our arrival. We didn't have too much interaction beyond that point, but mainly it was because we were go-go-go the entire week we stayed. Whenever we had questions they were fast to respond and had great recommendations. We loved having use of the driveway, a private entrance, key code to get into the house, etc. The suite above their garage is the perfect little spot, with the trees and the skylights. It reminded me of my grandparents cottage in northern Michigan. Loved it.

    Phil2016-10-29T00:00:00Z
  • We loved everything about our stay at Kurt and Nathalie's studio! The hosts were warm, friendly, and communicated to make sure we were comfortable and that we had everything we needed. The studio was really beautiful! Bright, clean, and relaxing. Public transportation was close by and easy to navigate and the neighborhood was a lot of fun to explore on foot. Tons of great food and drinks nearby! I would highly recommend staying here, we really enjoyed it!

    Rebecca2016-07-03T00:00:00Z
  • Our trip to Portland last week was our first time using Airbnb and I couldn't be happier with the experience we had at Kurt & Nathalie's loft apartment. First, their house is beautiful and in a wonderful location within the outside of downtown Portland. Next, the loft (which was renovated by Kurt himself) is exceptional. It's full of light, beautifully decorated, and very peaceful. They were extremely helpful in aiding us in the navigation of the neighborhood and what to check out locally. We couldn't have asked for a better first time Airbnb experience if we tried! We will 100% stay with Kurt & Nathalie the next time we visit Portland.

    Sarah2016-04-29T00:00:00Z
  • Kurt was quick to respond and gave good directions to the house. Parking in the driveway was a nice touch as the rest of my time in Portland was street only. While me and my girlfriend never had a chance to talk with the owners face to face we saw them a couple times on the property and that is it. I loved the location, amenities (bagels, eggs and jam) and decor of the studio. It was very quiet and radiant floor heating felt amazing during this Portland cold spell. You won't regret booking this.

Located in the Central Eastside Industrial District, The Clay Hut is a cozy urban cabin set within a hidden oasis. Perfect for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers, guests love the hut for its central location, privacy, comfort, and charm. From the hut you can easily walk to countless critically acclaimed restaurants, breweries and coffee shops. We are just one mile (1.6 km) east of the Willamette River, which you can cross by way of the Hawthorne Bridge to enter Downtown Portland.
The hut sits at the back end of our enclosed backyard. Between our house and the hut, there is a lush, shady garden complete with a goldfish pond and fountain. The sound of trickling water promotes tranquility and helps to drown out noise from traffic and the popular bar nearby. The bathroom is directly adjacent to the bedroom, although there is no door joining the two rooms. To access the bathroom, you have to take just 4 steps outside from the side door of the bedroom to the bathroom door. An awning mostly covers this short distance, but if it's cold and raining you'll want to put on your shoes and coat between the bedroom and bathroom. The interior dimensions of the bedroom are 11 ft x 10 ft (3.35 m x 3.05 m), a standard bedroom size very comfortable for two people. I would recommend against a third person staying in the room, unless they are an infant or a small child. The queen-sized bed is made with 4 pillows, a blanket, and a comforter, with an additional blanket in the bottom drawer of the dresser. I don’t provide bedding to accommodate a third guest, but I think a few guests in the past have brought their own mat and sleeping bag. There is a small kitchenette in the bedroom with a mini-fridge & freezer, microwave, coffee maker, hot pot (just for boiling water), dishes & utensils, a cutting board, several knives, a can opener, wine key, and scissors. I also provide organic oatmeal, coffee, creamers, sugar, and an assortment of teas. The hut is more set up for fixing small snacks or warming up leftovers from a restaurant, although I could imagine someone getting pretty creative. Stuff like sandwiches, salads, cereal, hot pockets, would be easy. The barbecue grill is currently off-limits to guests, but I will update the listing as soon as I have a grill available for guest use. The bedroom also has a small desk with 2 stools, a 2-drawer dresser, and a rod with 4 clothes hangers. A radio/stereo sits on the shelf with an auxiliary cord so you can listen to fresh tunes from your device. There is a space heater and the room is very well insulated, so it stays quite warm in the winter. The hut doesn't have AC, but there's a fan and it stays cool in the summer as long as you keep the doors closed and blinds drawn during the day; at night you can have the door open with a screen to let in a cool breeze. The interior dimensions of the bathroom are 7 ft x 12 ft (2.13 m x 3.66 m). The bathroom also has a space heater, bench, and several hooks for hanging towels, clothes and bags. The shower is tiled in pennies with modern fixtures that allow you to switch between overhead and handheld faucets. The water heater holds 20 gallons (75.7 L) at a time, which gives you 20 min of hot water at lower intensity (still high water pressure), and 10 min of hot water at full intensity. If you decide to book a stay with me, I will send you check-in instructions shortly thereafter. It is important that you read these instructions as well.
We are in the middle of a gastronomic smorgasbord, in every direction within walking distance you can find great food, coffee, and other treats. There is a liquor store across the street, and several marijuana dispensaries in the neighborhood. There are beautiful rose gardens in Ladd's Addition, and we are close to the river where you can hop on the Springwater Trail, which goes down to a wetland wildlife refuge. Or you can walk north along the river on the Eastbank Esplanade. If you're visiting during the weekend, be sure to check out Portland's Saturday Market via a pleasant walk over the Hawthorne bridge to the west side.
  • Very great experience. House was cute and full of amenities (coffee!, plenty of towels). Was the perfect size for two people. We asked to keep our bags there both earlier than arrival and after check out and Victoria was very gracious. Lovely place to stay.

    Erica2016-10-17T00:00:00Z
  • The Clay Hut is a gorgeous, comfortable, and a perfectly Portland place to stay. The room is small, but has a ton of great natural light, and has everything you need for a short stay. The bed is one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. The bathroom was well equipped and super sunny. Victoria was welcoming and accommodating. Portland sets a high bar for Airbnb, and this is no exception. I highly recommend staying at the Clay Hut.

    Amy2016-09-26T00:00:00Z
  • My wife and I had a great stay at the Clay Hut. It was exactly as described and you can see all the effort that Victoria and her husband put into it. Victoria was very friendly and offered us fruit from the garden right outside our door. The Clay Hut is very close to some restaurants and bus stops and the street car is only a few blocks away. We will definitely stay again on our next trip to Portland.

    Jeffrey2016-08-14T00:00:00Z
  • We had a great stay at the Clay Hut! Everything was as advertised, and the place was wonderful!

    Nicholas2017-08-21T00:00:00Z
  • This is a really great place to stay with a host who goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is comfortable. Private garden room. Amazing bathroom. Public transport is close. Some great coffee spots nearby, and you can really go on a local brewery run. Hawthorne is full of great bars and restaurants with the city centre a short bus ride or ride share away. We loved staying here and would recommend any couple to do the same.

    James2017-03-12T00:00:00Z
  • Nice cozy urban cabin. Lots of really thoughtful touches to the decorations and amenities.

    Brent 2017-08-06T00:00:00Z

Enjoy your own two story guest "barn" on 17 acres just 25 minutes south of Portland in Wilsonville. Located just minutes off of I-5 and 1-205, yet you feel like you are deep in the country. (website hidden)
We are located right next to the on-farm cooking school, The Kitchen at Middleground Farms, where you may be able to take a cooking class during your stay! Our farm is home to a small herd of Nubian goats, a llama and quite a few chickens. The comfortable queen bed is located upstairs (warning: the stairs are a bit steep!) and a queen sleeper sofa is available in your own living room downstairs.
Other than the occasional cow mooing or rooster crowing, it's beautifully quiet country just minutes from the freeway.
  • The place was wonderful. Loved the homemade granola and almond milk, and the farm fresh eggs were delicious. The bed was more comfortable than my own. Would definitely recommend it.

    Ezra2015-07-17T00:00:00Z
  • This rental was exactly as described - and the best Airbnb place we've ever stayed! It was a perfect base to explore the Portland area. It was so great coming back to the barn and all the private little touches that Jessica and her husband have put into making it special. Our absolute favorite was the fixings to build a nice fire outside and make smores with gourmet chocolate that was left for us. Jessica also shared eggs from her chickens and homemade granola, we really felt spoiled! The place was clean, cozy and offered all the comforts of a home away from home - exactly what an Airbnb place is supposed to be. Jessica was always quick to respond to any questions we had, and our only regret was not getting to spend more time at the barn since we were running around exploring so much. If you're looking for a unique and super special experience, while being in relatively close proximity to Portland and all that that area has to offer, then STAY HERE! You will not regret it, and I know we already hope to get back here someday.

    Melissa2015-09-09T00:00:00Z
  • Lovely. Another perfect stay at the guest barn!

    Keri2015-11-16T00:00:00Z
  • Amazing location and place to stay for anyone visiting Portland or the surrounding area. The granola was amazing (added plus you can buy extra next door at the Kitchen which we did for gifts). The drive in and back to Portland was a breeze. My wife loved feeding the goats and llama. We'll definitely be back anytime we visit the area again.

    Brian2017-01-03T00:00:00Z
  • Jessica was quick to communicate with and the added touches were appreciated (granola from The Kitchen is amazing!)! We loved the space!

    Gina2017-10-30T00:00:00Z
  • What a lovely welcome. We were greeted by Jessica, who provided fresh eggs (from their own chickens) home made granola, home made almond milk and even the complete makings for s'mores! The 'barn' is lovely has everything we needed for a delightful stay. The location is so peaceful and we enjoyed seeing the farm animals. We will definitely return. Thank You Jessica!

    Frank2015-08-04T00:00:00Z
  • I want to thank Jessica and Jason for a wonderful experience. Everything is as described and their hospitality was wonderful. It is easily accessible to Wine Country and Portland. Their little touches were much appreciated and made our stay wonderful. I hope to come to take cooking class.

    Kimmie2015-08-29T00:00:00Z
  • Jessica was quick to respond to my reservation request, welcoming when I wanted to drop by and see the place before my and my wife's honeymoon, and was very generous to add some personal touches to the place. The Guest Barn is set back from a country road, and the environment was very quiet and serene. The whole place is very homey, and the loft was a great element. We only stayed one night, but would have enjoyed the fireplace outside if we'd had longer. Will definitely be staying here again in the future!

I'm offering a bedroom in my four bedroom home on the main floor right next to the shared bathroom. The bed is a comfy queen size. My home has a back porch with a cozy deck for eating breakfast and sipping coffee and a picnic area under the arbor for dinner and relaxing. Feel free to use the charcoal grill! We have three small dogs that take a moment to warm up but then will likely want to keep your lap warm.
Dozens of excellent restaurants within walking distance of the house. Two grocery stores within 4 blocks. Major bus lines will take you downtown in ten minutes. Our neighborhood is quiet and clean in the heart of Portland's biking community. We're also within walking distance to the Aladdin Theater so come see a show while you're here!
  • Great location right down the street from a natural food store, restaurants, and shops. The backyard and shared spaces were lovely, and the bedroom and bathroom were clean. It's great to have a mini-fridge in the room, so this was perfect for our stay!

  • Great place and great host! Easy check in, comfy bed, cute dogs and bikes for exploring Portland, from a great location. Kara was wonderful and very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay!

  • Super fun location close to anything you could ask for!!!

    Hannah2017-06-25T00:00:00Z
  • Kara and her three wonderful dogs were so welcoming. The house was clean and inviting. Parking was never a problem. Kara was super accommodating by letting us store our stuff in her garage while we ran errands after checking out. We truly enjoyed our stay there and love the neighborhood. Highly recommended.

    Vanessa2014-07-17T00:00:00Z
  • We had a fantastic stay with Kara in Portland. Check in was easy, and her location is fantastic--close to bars, restaurants, and plenty of shops in SE Portland. We felt welcomed and a part of the family--from the sweet pups to a French press with Stumptown coffee in our room, we couldn't have asked for a better trip! Thank you, Kara!

    Emily and Rick2017-03-06T00:00:00Z
  • We loved our stay at Kara's place! Although we didn't get to meet her since we got there on the later side and she was out early, she was very communicative by text. We did meet her cousin/housemate who was very nice, and her 3 dogs who were adorable :) The house was beautiful, really nicely decorated, and spotlessly clean, and the bed was soooo comfy! Ideal location for public transport/walking as well. Thanks for everything!

    Sylvia2017-01-13T00:00:00Z
  • good neighborhood, especially if you plan on biking portland. (but then again, i think all of portland might be.) enjoyed my stay and think you would too.

    Amanda2015-09-03T00:00:00Z
  • Had a great stay at this location! Kara was very accommodating and friendly. There was a heat wave in Portland for the weekend of our visit and Kara made sure that an additional air conditioning unit was fit into our room before the stay. The neighbourhood was also lovely. In walking distance, great coffee places, restaurants, and transit access. Would definitely stay here again for next visit.

Great location! Easy access to NW Portland, downtown and the west hills. Very walkable! Great space to relax in comfort when you're done exploring.
The studio is located in the lower level of our home, under our living space, and is accessed by an exterior stairway. It features a queen sized bed, private full bath, comfortable seating area, kitchenette and bistro table. The kitchenette has a mini-fridge, microwave, sink, toaster, and dish ware. Perfect for snacks and light meals. There is also a hair dryer in the bathroom, and an iron and ironing board in the closet. The unit has good light and is very clean. You'll also enjoy a private deck with its own seating area.
Located in the Goose Hollow Neighborhood, we are within an easy walking distance of the Goose Hollow Inn, coffee shops, cafes, Providence Park (home of the Portland Timbers and Thorns soccer teams), and NW 21st & 23rd AVE's - areas loaded with shops, pubs and restaurants. Washington Park is a nice hike up the hill, where you'll find the International Rose Test Garden and the Japanese Garden. There is a seasonal shuttle service that will take you to the zoo. It's about a mile east to Tom McCall Waterfront Park. The park overlooks the Willamette (wi-LAM-et) River and is home to most of Portland's annual festivals and large events.
  • Nice and quiet place to stay. Host is very friendly. Close to downtown. The internet did not work at first. The host tried to fix it, but it is still not stable while my stay.

  • Pictures do not do this place justice, it is lovely. My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay!

    Julie2017-07-16T00:00:00Z
  • Wonderful studio- clean, crisp, and tastefully decorated. It is within walking distance to the downtown area, and Dave helpfully has a binder with places to go and things to do. Dave was attentive and available at all times!!

    Jessica2014-01-06T00:00:00Z
  • Great listing. Dave accommodated my late arrival and early departure. The listing was cozy and clean, in a great neighborhood and just a short distance from the Tri-Met Max light rail which made getting around Portland a breeze. I highly recommend staying in Dave's studio.

    Kristine2014-12-06T00:00:00Z
  • This was amazing! The space was perfect, clean, beautiful and very functional. The location was on-point with close access to the Max light rail and bus stops. Goose Hollow is a great little town, I truly enjoyed my stay here. Portland is home to many amazing people, and Dave is surely one of them!

    Risa2014-03-03T00:00:00Z
  • This apartment was all that we desired. Very clean and uncluttered and great bed and sofa. Just two blocks from the MAX was great for us.

    Nadine2014-07-07T00:00:00Z
  • When my girlfriend and I arrived in Portland Dave was not available to meet us to let us in. But, he had everything set up for us so we could easily gain access to the studio and had parking permits waiting for us on the coffee table. The studio itself is very nicely finished, very clean, and very cozy. There's only one thing I would have liked to have known prior, that is...the studio is underneath one of the main living areas of the main house. We did hear people upstairs from time to time, primarily just footsteps. Which didn't necessarily bother us, and would not prevent us from staying at the Goose Hollow studio again. But was not something we saw mentioned in other reviews. Overall, it's a great space in an awesome location for a great price and would easily stay here again.

    Ryan2014-12-02T00:00:00Z
  • Dave's studio in Goose Hollow was beautiful, clean, and welcoming. The location is amazing...just a 5 minute walk (if that) to the Providence Park, home of the Portland Timbers. It gives you an authentic experience of Portland, located in a quant neighborhood yet minutes away from downtown and the Pearl district. We also ventured to the east side of the river, which didn't take long. We preferred the west side, so this spot was perfect! Dave is very helpful and nice. We didn't even cross paths during our stay, so we made a point to say hello and thank you. Thank you for an awesome Portland experience Dave!!

  • Veronica was so accommodating and an amazing host. I brought a church group of young adults that was pretty big and she worked with us to make sure everyone fit and got extra mattresses for us so that everyone would be comfortable. We had some questions for her throughout our stay and she responded quickly. The only negative is that the neighbors were a little bit upset that we were there and gave us a hard time the first day, but again Veronica communicated with them and took care of everything so we could enjoy the rest of the stay.

  • Brian's home was beautiful! We were highly impressed with the house's cleanliness and amenities. Brian was extremely accommodating with all of our needs and was very friendly in his communication. I would definitely recommend staying at this place. Perfect for events.

    Noelle2017-07-30T00:00:00Z
  • It was a spacious, beautifully decorated home with everything we needed for our family trip. Grocery stores, our gym (orange theory) and access to Portland were great! The only drawback for us was that there wasn't AC upstairs and it was quite warm even at night. There were 2 fans placed in our bedroom but even with both going, it was honestly quite warm. In cooler months, it wouldn't be an issue but we visited when it was really hot (high of 90's) and the upstairs never really cooled down.

    Gia & Ray2017-07-25T00:00:00Z
  • The house is great! Very clean, nicely decorated and lots of beds! Big deck outside and very quiet for how close it is to stores and shopping! Brian was very easy to work with and very helpful. Highly recommend this house, have already forwarded it to lots of friends that come down there often. Thank you!!

  • This home comfortably housed a group of 10 of us. We were a short Lyft ride away from downtown Portland and the "Farmhouse" was a beautiful place to spend the weekend. Thank you, Brian, for lending your home to us..

    Ricky2017-05-08T00:00:00Z
  • We needed a large home to sleep several families in town for our daughter's wedding, and this fit the bill. A large, beautiful home that worked out perfectly for all the wedding activities. Large kitchen supplied with all our needs. Even a second refrigerator which help with drinks. So thankful because the temperature was over 100 degrees all weekend long. We loved the two sets of washers and dryers. Came in very handy with 2 small children. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We could not be happier with our stay.

    Christie2017-09-04T00:00:00Z
  • This well-appointed home is beautiful and accommodated our large group perfectly! Access from I-5 is easy and the home is close to shopping although the large lot gives it a county feel. The home is newly updated with high end appliances and is beautifully decorated. We felt right at home! Unfortunately, Emily was out of town so we weren't able to meet her, but we felt very welcome with all the little touches, cozy blankets, a coloring book, and many books and game to choose from. We would definitely stay her again!

    Lori2016-05-23T00:00:00Z
  • First time staying at the farm house, and the pictures do not do it justice! The house is better than the pictures and description. We planned our wedding at one of the waterfalls outside of Portland and needed a place large enough to hold family and friends coming town. We had a group of 14 people and there was still room to fit a few more. The home is beautifully decorated and stocked with pretty much everything you need, 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, plenty of parking space as we had quite a few people who had rental cars and the backyard had a nice deck and pergola for lounging that we used. We didn't use them, but there were several board games available and kid toys, so the house is definately family friendly. Thank you for letting us stay!

    Alexis2016-09-24T00:00:00Z
  • This is a great place for a large group. There are tons of places to sleep, huge tables for games and eating, great yard, multiple fridges, and a pool table! Everything was well stocked. For travel, an Uber to downtown was about $24, very reasonable split four ways. If I'm ever back in Portland with a large group, I would definitely try to stay here again.

  • Jane and Cleve were great hosts! We did not see them very much since we were mostly out, but they were very welcoming and made as at ease right away! I would say the room pic listed on this site is very accurate and our area was comfortable. It was nice to have such a short drive to downtown. They offered us breakfast and gave us zuchinni bread at one point. Great experience overall!

    Megan2015-09-14T00:00:00Z
  • I was very pleased with my stay here. The room and bathroom were very comfortable and clean. Jane and Cleve were excellent hosts (and very good company). I would definitely stay here again.

  • I really enjoyed my stay. It was a very nice room with lovely hosts. A great value!

    George2017-03-08T00:00:00Z
  • Jane and Cleve are remarkable hosts. Communication around arrival was clear, and the room was very good. Breakfasts were above expectation and experience in several other BnB's, with freshly baked goods. Sushi, the dog, was affectionate but not a nuisance. The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood, with easy access to the amenities that we needed. The backyard is relaxing and well maintained, with vegetables and perennials, plus patio areas. Jane is very personable, helping with suggested visits and directions. She is engaging and supportive, but allowed us the provacy and space we wanted. If we are near Portland, we will stay here.

    Wayne2015-07-20T00:00:00Z
  • Jane and Cleve were wonderful hosts. This was my first time trying Air Bnb and they set the bar high! The house/room is inviting and clean, and as a bonus Jane made amazing breakfast in the morning and it was nice to have a dog there to pet while traveling. Would recommend to a friend.

  • Michelle is an amazing host. Her space was very well kept, clean, decorated, and comfortable. She was very accommodating and her dog poopsie is super loving and well behaved. Michelle even left the light on for us. She was extremely helpful, gave great recommendations, where to eat, and what to routes to take. Her place was conveniently located just south of Portland. I never expected to be so comfortable in someone else's home, but Michelle made us feel at home. The private room and bath are located on the top floor. Coffee, tea, and oatmeal were complementary. Safety features included, escape ladder, fire extinguisher, and a key for your bedroom. She also explained how to work the shower and provided towels and washrags, and room in the driveway. I would absolutely recommend anyone to stay here.

    Amanda2015-10-25T00:00:00Z
  • Michelle welcomed us as we knocked on the door. The room and bathroom were immaculate. The neighborhood is conveniently located as well, close to Bridgeport Village for some shopping. We were out basically the whole stay, so we weren't able to interact as much. Nevertheless, Michelle is very friendly and helpful. Poopsie is a wonderful dog if you get the chance to meet him. I would recommend this listing to anyone.

We live in a very quiet, friendly neighborhood with many large trees and great for walking or running, yet we are close to the city. Shopping at Bridgeport Village is minutes away as are Woodburn Outlet Malls, Costco & Target.
  • Susan's place was a fantastic. She was an immaculate host and the room was nicer than some hotels I've stayed at. The apartment is a sectioned off portion of her house with a living area, bathroom and bedroom with a separate entrance, perfectly private if that's what you're looking for. The neighborhood is residential so things are difficult to reach on foot, but Susan kept the bathroom and kitchenette well-stocked so you probably won't need to trek out if you're missing any essentials. The bedroom is great for two people and the living area has a massive couch that can seat 7+, so the whole thing was absolutely palatial for one person. On top of that, Susan and her family were so friendly and accommodating.

  • Ashley's room is as it's advertised on her page. It's a very comfortable and peaceful accommodation. Nice and clean and not a single negative note. I'd absolutely stay there again if I need a place to stay in the Portland area.

    Norah2017-11-18T00:00:00Z
  • What a lovely home! I had a very short stay but the communication was impeccable, Ashley met me to give me my key and I was able to come and go as needed. My room was super clean and had everything I needed...water bottles, fluffy towels, and the most comfy bed...really top notch. I would return here in a heartbeat!

  • Such a nice place on the water. It is very roomy and had everything we needed. Debbie communicated with us before and after our stay. I do recommend this house. Thank you Debbie

  • The feeling we all felt finally arriving at the river house, was indescribable. Of course, there were many pictures to set the stage, but they don't do it justice. Tucked back in the corner next to a gorgeous river with ample space for everyone to stretch out was our perfect vacation destination. It was the perfect setting for our week long get away. The accommodations were elaborate. Everything you could possibly need from fresh clean towels to band aids in case building a fire in the eloquent fire pit got out of hand! I will recommend everyone to Debbie and her amazing home and plan on returning in the near future. Thanks again for everything Debbie!!

    Barrett2016-10-03T00:00:00Z
  • The description was excellent. I appreciated my communication with Debbie in advance. It was fun to learn that we share a common interest in kayaking.

    Sally2016-04-09T00:00:00Z
  • My family and I had a great time staying at Debbie's place. We were there for a wedding which made it a hectic and busy weekend but as soon as you walk into Debbie's place you feel welcomed and relaxed. The house is more spacious than the pictures with lots of places to hang out and visit. Debbie is very prompt in her communication and it is obvious that she wants her guests to enjoy their stay. We certainly did!

    Susanne2017-09-04T00:00:00Z
  • This is a great house for a family get together - we were there for a wedding so were not in the house all of the time but everyone loved the location, sitting outside on the deck with a cup of coffee was so peaceful! All 8 of us were able to find a place to relax in the house. Everything that one could need was at our fingertips - a fully appointed kitchen, lots of couches and blankets, toilet paper, towels and toiletries. Thank you Debbie for letting us feel at home away from home!

Light filled and cozy 600 sf guest suite in a private garden setting. Grill up a burger or head down to the local French restaurant for some tasty food. Rent gear at the REI down the road and head to Mt. Hood for an adventure. Close to Bridgeport Mall and amazing restaurants with easy access to I-5, I-205 and I-117 to head to the coast, the Columbia River Gorge or downtown Portland.
Enjoy the walk-in shower with a pebble floor to massage your feet and endless hot water raining down from overhead. Just about everything, from the tables to the shelves, was built from scratch with a lot of attention to detail.
We're within minutes of two shopping centers, REI, Whole Foods, Costco, Zupans and some great restaurants like La Provence and Jefe amongst others. 24 Hour Fitness and Club Sport are just down the road as well. There are great parks nearby with George Rogers being my favorite since it's on the Willamette River. Access provided to Lake Grove Swim Park on Oswego Lake. If you’re looking for somewhere to paddle, the Tualatin River is minutes away. There is a rental facility on the river that has canoes, kayaks and paddle boards available - Alder Creek Kayak and Canoe.
  • The Hen Den is absolutely gorgeous, and we were very impressed that Tomasz had built it himself! The living room and kitchen area is very spacious. There are many dishes available to use, and plenty of fridge space. The beds are very soft and comfortable, and the shower is so nice! They have a beautiful home and backyard. That area of Portland feels like you’re in a forest! There is a bus stop right around the corner from the house, and many great restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. Tomasz is an excellent host, and had many great local recommendations. He was always very responsive, and was able to answer any questions we had. We had an excellent stay at the Hen Den. It’s the perfect place to go if you’re looking for a relaxing place to stay in Portland. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in the area.

  • Tomas and Heidi were incredible hosts. So kind and considerate-- they checked in to be sure that we were comfortable and if we needed anything. They were friendly but gave us plenty of autonomy. The space is amazing. Perfectly located for the Portland metro area with easy access to all the main thoroughfares. There home feels like a secluded getaway with easy access to downtown Portland, the Willamette Valley wine country and many other Portland area attractions. It honesty couldn't be better located or have nicer hosts. We highly recommend their airbnb and will be frequent guests in the future.

    Rachael2017-12-01T00:00:00Z
  • Fantastic space and excellent value! We've already recommended it to friends. The apartment was very stylish and cozy with plenty of space. The kitchen area had everything we needed including electric kettle, French press, coffee, and tea. The throw blankets for cozying up on the couch were a nice touch, and the bed was very comfortable. We will definitely look to stay here again the next time we visit the Portland area!

    Michelle2017-12-29T00:00:00Z
  • This place was an excellent find in the south Portland area (right in Lake Oswego, very near Tualatin and Bridgeport Village Shopping). Spacious, sparkling clean and modern. A beautifully designed space. Comfortable sleeping for three (or four). I hope my travels take me back to Portland, I will look to see if this spot is available again. A thoughtful bag of coffee and available french press made for a welcoming touch when we arrived.

    Phil2017-12-17T00:00:00Z
  • He was a great host , communication was great, got a little history on the hen den . It was worth every penny .

    Darrell 2017-12-09T00:00:00Z
  • We will unquestionably be back to Tomasz's flat. He's a super responsive host and quickly answered any questions we had. We loved the space. From what I understand Tomasz did the work himself, and his woodwork, craftsmanship and materials/fixtures are super high-quality. The shower is a treat to use, there's a new high-def widescreen LED TV on the wall with Netflix and other options on demand, and there's a new wall heater in every room. He's even stocked the kitchen with more awesome coffee and tea options than most restaurants. Nestled in the pines close to Lewis & Clark College, Tomasz's place is only 5 minutes from Washington Square and Lake Oswego, and only 20 minutes to downtown PDX. Also, the hens are awesome - especially the dark brown alpha hen, who will let you pet her. Super highlight for our animal-loving 10yr-old. :) We can't recommend Tomasz's place enough for a small family of 3, and we're pretty sure you'll enjoy it too.

  • My family loved staying at the Avery house. Super cute historic house on a beautiful street. I live about 15 minutes away from the Avery house and my family rented it for five nights while they were in town visiting me and attending my graduation. It's a great location and London and Abigail were amazing hosts! Highly recommended

    lacey2016-08-16T00:00:00Z
  • We very much enjoyed our 5 night stay at The Avery House for a small family reunion. London and Abigail are warm and friendly hosts who have created a beautiful home to enjoy. The house was clean and fresh when we arrived. It is very spacious and with the fully equipped kitchen we were able to prepare many family meals. We were happy to be able to bring our 3 dogs and with the fenced back yard it couldn't have been better. The Hot Tub was enjoyed too. I would not hesitate to recommend The Avery House to anyone and I hope to stay there again in the future.

    Tim2016-03-27T00:00:00Z
  • The Avery House is a special place; an older house steeped in family, history and a sense of continuity that celebrates today. London and Abigail were warm, welcoming and comfortable hosts. We wanted for nothing. The house has lots of greenery around it that offers a sense of privacy, yet you are minutes from amenities-three grocery stores, a Starbucks, restaurants. The Avery House was exactly what we were looking for when we sought a private home where we could do business in the city and then retreat and rest. We hope to be guests soon again!

    Terry2015-06-01T00:00:00Z
  • We were guests at the Avery House last year when they first offered a listing. It was wonderful experience. London and Abigail (and Miss M the kitty) are warm and welcoming hosts and the house itself has a such a good feel to it. In the ensuing year, it has gotten even better! Our hosts provide many loving touches around the house; it is warm and quiet, the kitchen is well-stocked and a pleasurable place to prepare and eat meals. The bathroom is comfortable and clean. The living room offers a big-screen TV and a cozy futon couch to curl up on. The bed is very comfortable. There are convenient services close by-lots of shopping choices and easy access to I-5 to get around efficiently. On this trip we stopped to enjoy a stroll around the Tualatin River National Wildlife Refuge, which is about 5 minutes from the house. We will be going back there-and to Avery House-happily once again!

    Terry2016-03-20T00:00:00Z
  • Great host, great location and great historic house! We will rent again!!

    Lane2015-10-29T00:00:00Z
  • Awesome experience staying at London and Abigail's home. They introduced themselves when we arrived (very late, I might add), and made us feel welcome from the instant we got there. The house was perfect for the four of us, with 2 comfortable bedrooms, a full kitchen and a little yard to hang out in. The location was quiet, the yards are like beautiful sanctuaries, and the hosts were there if we needed or wanted anything but were certainly not intrusive. I use Airbnb a lot, and I appreciate their approach to guests... very easy going and helpful, with a list of "rules" that reads more like suggestions and helpful hints. We couldn't have asked for more, except more time getting to know London and Abigail better. I highly recommend the historic Avery house to anyone visiting this area looking for a wonderful place to stay.

    Aimee2016-06-14T00:00:00Z
  • Our stay at The Avery house was fantastic! It was a beautiful house with plenty of room and came with everything we could possibly need and more. London was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. We highly recommend staying here!

  • A quaint and charming old home. London was friendly and very easy to get in touch with. He also met us when we arrived to help us with luggage, etc. The location was perfect for us (a short walk from our daughter's apartment). It is a quiet neighborhood. We would stay here again.

  • Carola’s house is a great location to stay in if you have work at the many companies in the vicinity. It is also a short car ride to the commercial heart of Tualatin. I very much enjoyed my stay at her house. The room itself was large and well lit with a large, comfortable bed. Her two friendly young children and 3 friendly dogs (including two delightful poodles) were an added bonus. Everyone goes about their daily routine in a natural manner and you can be a part of it as much as you want to be. I felt very much at home and would gladly stay again.

    Tina2017-12-16T00:00:00Z
  • Following directions they give to their house is important because it is insufficient to rely on GPS to get there. They were clear and precise with their communication and directions. Access to the house itself was simple with the code-lock, and having a whole bathroom to ourselves was very nice. The full-sized bath/shower combo with dual shower heads were nice touches. Andrew & Macy were very friendly, and helped us to make the most of our trip to Portland by suggesting sites to visit.

Cute 500 sq foot cottage behind a main house, located on a 1/2 acre park like setting lot on a dead end street. Quite location, easy access to 1-5, shopping, Lake Oswego, hiking and the Tualatin River. The cottage has one bedroom with a queen bed, a blow up queen mattress and a large couch. Perfect for a couple, but could accommodate up to 4. The large 21 fir trees on the property attract many birds and native squirrels. We also have a flock of neighborhood peacocks that visit!
This is a cute one bedroom house that sits on a 1/2 acre of tall Douglas fir trees. It is a comfortable space with a large sectional couch, a large screen TV, Wifi, a nice desk, a queen sized bed, newly remodeled bathroom, wood stove, fully stocked kitchen and eating area. The deck has a BBQ for grilling, an outdoor table with two chairs.
Lake Oswego is one of the wealthier suburbs of Portland. There is a beautiful lake, restaurants, and shops. Lake Grove is another really cute area a few minutes from the cottage. There is a Trader Joes, Zupans, Whole Foods and New Seasons all within 5 minutes of the cottage. Lots of coffee shops, a wine and beer bar and really great shopping. Bridgeport Village is 5 min away and is a really lovely, highend shopping area with restaurants and coffee shops. The tualatin river is a 5 min drive, lovey place to put in a kayak and paddle for hours. There are close by parks and nice walks around the neighborhood. It you want some bigger hiking, Forest Park is lovely (5000 acre forest in Portland) and the Gorge has waterfalls and more challenging hiking. (Located around an hour east of Portland).
  • Nicole's Cottage in the woods was by far the most comfortable, and clean place that we've stayed at through Airbnb! The location was perfect for sight seeing from Mount Hood to the Oregon coast. Very peaceful place within city limits. Certainly a great place to sit on the little porch and enjoy a cup of coffee and a visit from the peacocks.

  • This was a fantastic place! We had a great time. Everything we needed was provided plus even more little things to make our stay the most comfortable. The cottage was adorable, spacious, and clean. The yard around it was gorgeous and the neighborhood was very nice. My favorite part was seeing all the neighborhood peacocks during the day. So cute! This place was great and I would definitely recommend it to anyone coming to the area!

  • Nicole place was great. It's centrally located to many Oregon attractions. She was easy to reach and very accommodating. Her space was clean and comfortable. We would stay again!

  • We had a great stay! Nicole was very communicative and responded right away to requests. Kitchen is well stocked so you can cook. Close enough to get to Portland but there is also a small beach at George rogers park if you want to hang around there. Thanks for a great stay!

  • This cottage was so beautiful. I didn't think it was possible, but it exceeded my high expectations! I was really looking for a cottage surrounded by woods, quiet, serene, clean etc. I got exactly that and more. I slept better than I have slept in a long time. Nicole made everything really straightforward and easy with lots of instructions that were helpful. Highly recommend this cottage to anyone!

  • This place is very cozy and comfy! There is a separate parking space and walkway for it so you don't have to go near the main house at all. The host has a list of local supermarkets nearby however fails to mention Walmart and Winco which are not far. Not walking distance but cheaper. I had to keep all my food in the fridge as there are sugar ants in the kitchen and the little buggers can get inside the few pieces of plastic ware she has for food storage. There is a BBQ on the patio for use but we mostly made breakfast for our stay. The kitchen was - in my opinion - not fully stocked like I was told it was. No measuring cups, no cutting board, no coffee filters but mostly stocked. There was a cast iron skillet but lacked instructions and items on how to clean and maintain it. There was also a small saucepan and a one-egg skillet available to use. Plenty of silverware and dishes. No broom but there was a vacuum. The front room has a tv hooked up to Amazon and was a bit to figure out to watch tv. Kinda made me miss regular cable but was nice to have. There was a book shelf full of some boring books about programming and the like. Would have liked to see one about Portland. The computer was missing the tower and keyboard but since we brought our laptop it was no big deal. The internet access was definitely a plus. The wood burning stove worked awesomely on the days it was cooler. The bedroom had a memory foam mattress, plush carpet, baseboard heating, and lovely furniture. The dresser was big enough for two adults to share. The air mattress in the closet however smells of mold and no one wanted to sleep on it so my kids used the couch. The bathroom also smells moldy and the baseboards look like there was some flooding but if you use the fan and keep the door closed you don't notice it much. The peacocks were fun to hear and not awful like a rooster can be. All together it was a pleasant place to stay and I wouldn't mind returning and will recommend this place to friends.

  • The house was a beautiful cottage, we loved the place it felt very welcoming, the beds were so comfortable and the rooms were so beautiful. There was enough space for everyone. We all had an awesome time there, the house was immaculate and Emily was very great and quick to answer any questions. It was a short drive to portland at a great location, no complaints, can't wait to go back next year.

  • Emily's house was simply incredible! The location felt secluded and quiet but was close enough to all the shopping you could need and the freeway! The house was clean, well stocked and wonderfully decorated. I absolutely loved the bathrooms and especially the showers! My family was in town for my wedding and they stayed there which was a great fit. Amazing place, definitely worth staying :)

  • My family and I enjoyed our stay. The house is just as pictured! We travelled with my grandparents and kids and the house was perfect for our family. The house is not within the city so it was really quite and peaceful. The house has everything needed for cooking and it's equipped with everyday necessities. The beds were really comfortable and the house is much larger than the pictures. The house was clean and there were games for the kids. The internet was also really fast and accessing (checking in and out) the house was really easy. Communicating with Emily was also easy and she was quick and responsive. Overall, we loved our stay!
