  • This is a beautiful holiday home with stunning views, the photos do not do it justice. Perfect location to stay for our friends wedding at Polhawn Fort. Such a little gem!

  • An amazing gem of a place with a view to rival that of the Mediterranean! Lovely and close to Cawsands and the surrounding villages, but set back enough to feel like you’re in your own little world. Can’t wait to come back. Many thanks. Hannah and family. X

  • Clare's caravan is just lovely. Super clean, amazing location, and stunning views across the bay. Thanks for a brilliant stay. Highly recommend!

    Nikki2019-08-04T00:00:00Z
  • The caravan was sparkling clean. Photos doesn't do justice to the location. The view from the caravan is second to none. The check-in process was amazingly smooth. Thank you Clare for this amazing experience

  • Stayed for a wedding at Polhawn fort. Perfect location for it, great views.

  • Clare is a very good host. We forgot to take our navigation and Clare sent us without any problem. When it comes to getting there, navigation led us to a different place, so I advise you not to suggest the postal code, just look around, we were going from the ferry side and the destination was on the left, a few minutes earlier from where the zip code led us. It's good that we've checked everything thoroughly before. It was a bit stress because we did not expect the access road to be so narrow, but otherwise everything is ok. Thank you, Clare! This place is great, we were unfortunately only 2 days, definitely too short to explore everything.

Noels Room is a ground floor bedroom with its own front door and is part of The Old Rectory, Rame, close to the beautiful wedding venue, Polhawn Fort (five minutes by car or 15 minutes walk along the lanes). We've named it after Noel Coward who used to stay at The Old Rectory in the 1920's while visiting his friend John Ekins. It's an airy room with underfloor heating and a lovely ensuite shower room. French windows open out onto the garden.
  • We had a great time staying in Noel's Room for a wedding at the nearby Polhawn Fort. Louise and Adrian were perfect hosts and there are lots of nice touches in the room, such as a stocked fridge with milk and apple juice, underfloor heating, and lots of information about local walking routes, taxi companies and places to eat and drink. The location was really ideal for getting to and from the Fort for a wedding - the journey takes less than 5 minutes by taxi. Adrian and Louise also responded really quickly to messages and we really appreciated that - it helped make our trip really straightforward and relaxing. Really recommend this place to stay!

  • Was very clean and stylish very comfortable peaceful and friendly.

    Tanya2020-03-08T00:00:00Z
  • Louise spent a lot of time answering my questions before my trip. They sent through some excellent info about Rame and Kingsand / Cawsand. The accommodation is warm and comfortable with lots of thoughtful touches. As a walker with no car, Louise was kind enough to drive me into the village so I could get some food. I really felt at home. Excellent stay.

    Keith2020-03-04T00:00:00Z
  • We attended a wedding at nearby Polhawn Fort. Noel’s Room was an easy 15 minute walk from there (although very dark - take a torch!) which was super handy. Check-in was very easy and convenient and the room was spotlessly clean, cosy and the bed very comfortable. Just what we needed after a very busy day. Thank you so much!

    Julia2020-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • The room has plenty of space, is super cosy to the point you won't want to leave. Underfloor heating is an added bonus and the shower is incredible. A great space with an iron, milk and amazing apple juice. Everything you need for a comfortable stay.

    Faye2020-01-26T00:00:00Z
  • The room was perfect, the bed was very comfortable and everywhere was spotlessly clean. We attended a wedding at Polhawn Fort and it was just a short walk so great location for us. Their apple juice was fantastic!

    Ruth2020-01-01T00:00:00Z
  • We highly recommend staying at Adrian & Louise's place. The Old Rectory is beautiful and it's close to some beautiful walks in the area. We had everything we needed in the apartment (including some lovely extra amenities). Everything was clean, charming and well organized. We were attending a wedding at Polhawn Fort for the weekend and this location was perfect.

    Meredith2019-12-30T00:00:00Z
  • We stayed at Noel's Room to attend a wedding at Polhawn Fort. The room was lovely and warm with underfloor heating throughout. The bed was very comfortable with a nice thick duvet. The bathroom, like the rest of the accommodation, was spotless. The shower was excellent with oodles of hot water and a very powerful spray. I think you can tell the thought that hosts put into their property by the quality of the towels; they were large thick and fluffy 5* If you are looking for a high quality accommodation in the tranquility of the Cornish coast, this is THE place to stay!

After 1st guest it's £20 per person. My house is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac in the lovely village of Millbrook which is in the stunning Rame Peninsula. Cornwall's hidden corner, Near Torpoint. Whitsand Bay, Kingsand, Cawsand and Mount Edgecumbe is just a couple of miles away. The house is ideal for wedding guests attending Polhawn Fort and events at HMS Raleigh
I have one twin bedded room and one double room to let. Whitsand Bay with its beautiful golden sandy beaches is just up the hill about a mile and a half away. The picturesque fishing villages of Kingsand and Cawsand is one mile away. My house would be ideal for anyone wanting to start or finish their tour of Cornwall. The Rame Peninsula is in a beautiful hidden corner of Cornwall. It would also be ideal for anyone walking the coast path, ramblers and surfers. Also ideal for anyone working in the area or attending a passing out parade at HMS Raleigh.
Millbrook has a tidal lake which is popular with bird watchers. It is a thriving village with pubs, restaurants and shops. It is peaceful here and in the country but not too far from the city of Plymouth. Ten minutes drive from the naval training base HMS Raleigh
  • Becky gives a most welcoming home in Millbrook and I loved going back. Everything in her house is really comfortable and she always goes the extra mile making her guests so valued. !This time she returned my reading glasses to my work place , I am looking forward to returning again.

  • Becky's place was easy to find. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. Becky truly is a superhost in every sense of the word. Lot's of choices in food for breakfast and a lovely space to relax. I went out with Becky to a local pub in kingsands. All her friends are just as lovely as her and I can't wait to return for one of the annual pirate festivals Becky's home is good value for money and so close to popular areas xx

Modern contemporary decor in white and grey , a cosy log burner and amazing views over the sea. King size bed with cotton sheets.
Lovely cosy chalet studio style with separate toilet and shower. Modern kitchen with cooker, hob and microwave. Separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Spacious patio area with BBQ and seating and two armchairs with outside cushions. We are currently waiting for a broadband connection but mobile signals can be accessed on the cliff but it is a bit patchy.
Freathy Cliff is a small community made up of wooden chalets over looking Whitsand Bay. There are some lovely local places to eat to meet all tastes. The beautiful sandy beach offers 4 miles of virtually deserted coastline.
  • This place is an absolute gem. Suzanne, the host, was fantastic throughout and remained in contact in case we needed anything. It was so lush to be so close to the sea and wake up to that view every morning. Anyone thinking about booking this place - do it! We spent a week here and we’re already looking forward to the next time. We slept really well, the bed was very, very comfortable. The place was so tidy and had clearly had a lot of love and effort put into every detail. The log burner was fantastic for March evenings, sitting close with a book or the TV on. Suzanne has left books here too, which I really appreciated as I’d forgotten to bring my own! The beach is a very short walk from the place, but be careful on the last couple of stone steps as these have eroded away. Our dog absolutely loved the beach and spent a lot of time watching the sea from the decking. There’s also a gorgeous waterfall here, going from the cliff to the sea. There was very little phone signal here but that can be expected as you’re on a cliff. Lastly, the hot tub was perfect for catching the sunset with a glass of bubbly.

    Cara2020-03-13T00:00:00Z
  • If you want to get away from it all then this is the place to stay. Fantastic views and tranquil. The chalet is perfect in every way. What makes it amazing is it’s location, hot tub and log burner. Well recommended.

Funky, compact ground floor, self catering studio with cute items of retro mid century furniture and some of my original art. Situated in the centre of a bustling, friendly village. S/C with a new galley kitchen and wc/shower room. Ideal for one or two adults exploring SE Cornwall. The Rame Peninsular is breathtakingly beautiful and relatively remote and undiscovered. The community is unique, with many artists and musicians. You will find plenty to explore in this unspoiled, magical place.
This compact studio with everything you need, is in the heart of this bustling village, convenient for local shops and amenities. Close to beaches and countryside. There is a small double bed with memory foam mattress, easy chair, coffee table, wardrobe, dining table, fridge, combi microwave/oven, double hob, toaster, kettle, TV, WiFi, DVDs, tea, coffee, sugar, books and games.
Millbrook is a bustling, genuine working Cornish Village on a tidal inlet, where you can take breathtaking walks around the lake. There are two small supermarkets and Widdicombe's, an organic, vegetarian grocer, as well as a newsagent, fish and chip shop and Indian restaurant. There is often live music at Patchwork Studios, local pubs or the Football Club, and you may be lucky to catch a cinema screening or touring theatre in the village hall. There are some very special restaurants in the Rame area, which is also known for its artistic community and you can visit the Byre, a fabulous craft gallery with exhibitions several times a year.
  • Perfect little place with everything you need for a few nights stay and spotlessly clean. Millbrook is a great base for exploring. Swimming in the sea at Kingsand with the locals was definitely the highlight!

She was easy to communicate with when booking and adds some lovely touches to help you feel comfortable and settle in (teas, coffee, milk, orange juice and sweets)! The bed was really comfortable and her wonderful artwork made the experience truly unique! Such a great stay and we would definitely stay again if we were in the area!

  • Jen and Andy were really lovely. We arrived quite late and they were absolutely fine with it. There were lovely touches including stuff for breakfast, scones and clotted cream and a bottle of wine. We were down for a wedding and Andy very kindly dropped us off. A really lovely cosy little place. Thank you both

    Olivia2019-10-27T00:00:00Z
  • A great little space with everything you need, perfect for our flying visit whilst we were in the area to shoot a wedding! The apartment was spotlessly clean and perfectly comfortable and Jens communication was great too so we always knew check in details along with helpful info. There were also lots of thoughtful touches including a few much appreciated treats after a long drive! We’d definitely recommend a stay here and hope to stay again for work in the future :)

  • A beautiful apartment to stay in. Views of the Lake over a cup of coffee is very special! Highly recommend!

    Alys2019-09-03T00:00:00Z
  • We cannot recommend this place enough - it was wonderful! The accommodation is outstanding and the view over the lake breath-taking. The hosts Jen and Andy are extremely friendly and helpful and we felt very much at home whilst exploring the local beautiful Cornish scenery. Thanks for such a great trip!

    Melissa2019-08-31T00:00:00Z
  • Jen & Andy are lovely, just like our stay at the wonderful apartment called „Sail Loft“. The area around is awesome and we had a direct view on the lake in front of the house. We felt very welcomed and cared. So we just can recommend it from the whole heart. Thank you very much for the wonderful time in Millbrook! :-) Marina & Claudia

    Marina2019-08-28T00:00:00Z
  • The Sail Loft is an absolutely perfect little flat for a break in South East Cornwall. My partner and I came here for 3 nights to celebrate our anniversary, and we could not have asked for more. Jen and Andy were perfect as hosts, offering us complete privacy but subtly being on hand to make our trip more enjoyable whenever they could. For example we mentioned in passing when we saw Jen that we were planning to stay in one evening and eat dinner on the verandah, and when we went out with our plates we saw that she had popped up to put blankets next to the table for us. They were also more than happy to offer tips for trips, and where to park etc. as well as having supplied a wealth of material in the flat on places to go/ restaurants etc. It is incredibly good value for this kind of property. Millbrook is a lovely little village, with the gorgeous lake pictured really adding a lot to the stay. There are two supermarkets two minutes from the house for home cooking. It is a lovely place to spend your day/evening if you want some quiet time without travelling out. Due to the geography it can take a little while to get off the peninsula when travelling around to other places- with quite a lot of weaving through small/single track roads before getting to main roads. There are some lovely small beaches a short drive away at kingsand and whitsand bay, but it would be quite a long time walking distance, and parking can be slightly challenging. It is more than worth the effort, however. Some notes on amenities: * The flat is modern, airy, and perfectly clean. * The bed is comfy and was just the right balance of hard and soft for us. * The shower while slightly on the smaller side has a good water pressure and heat control. * There are ample pots and pans for home cooking, and a good electric hob. * Through no fault of Jen and Andy's, the WiFi in the village is not great. They have done their best by investing in a signal extender which is in the bedroom, but we were still only really able to use it on one evening of three, so if this is very important for you it may be worth taking this into consideration. Overall if you are looking for a quiet and tranquil time slightly more off the beaten track, with your own space, but also with an embarrassment of riches in things to do when you are ready to venture out, we cannot recommend The Sail Loft enough.

  • A lovely cosy cottage with a local basket of goodies upon arrival. Excellent cleanliness and fast communication from the host Tess.

    Caroline2020-03-15T00:00:00Z
  • Beautiful place to stay in a lovely area!

    Jane2020-02-21T00:00:00Z
  • Tess’s place is comfortable and warm. The kitchen is well appointed and has everything you need to make yourself at home. The cream tea waiting for us in the fridge was a very nice and welcoming touch. The main bedroom is large and comfortable and the house is quiet as it is not on a busy road. Overall, a great place to stay in the heart of the village. Would highly recommend Anchor Cottage.

    Jackie2020-02-19T00:00:00Z
  • Anchor Cottage is a comfy cottage with all amenities you need close by. The owner has taken care to make sure you have a perfect stay - as was ours. Lots of little details like the welcome pack of scones and clotted cream tea, firewood for the stove burner in the lounge, dishwasher, washing machine, iron & ironing board, two televisions with Netflix...etc. We had a lovely stay there and would happily return again. Fish and chips just a minute or two walk away are the best too ;-)

    Paul2020-02-16T00:00:00Z
  • The cottage is much roomier than it looks in the photos and it feels a real treat to be there as soon as you go in. Tess was very responsive and helpful. We took up the recommendation of the fish & chip shop and weren't disappointed. They stop taking orders half an hour before the advertised close time, so don't get caught out. The cottage is really well located for all of the local amenities, esp. Shops, pubs (2) & cafes (2). We found it very convenient for getting to the multihull boatyard (him) & work in Derriford (me). The people in Millbrook were very friendly and we really enjoyed the real fire in the evenings.

    Cath2020-02-05T00:00:00Z
  • An amazing space. All the creature comforts you need with added little things such as ice and a cream tea. Warm and cosy and a perfect location to explore Cornwall. Will definitely book again

    Belle2020-01-19T00:00:00Z
  • What a beautiful cosy cottage in a friendly village. Really enjoyed your place, the log burner was a great treat and my husband and son enjoyed the cream tea, thank you. Local shops and the pub only a few minutes away, the locals very friendly in the pub. Posh Nosh what more can i say probably the best fish and chips i've ever had, with Cornish Pod only up the road for the best pasties. Enjoyed the whole weekend, visiting local sights and coming back to a real treat of a cottage. It was perfect, i loved the decor, the amazing massive bedroom was 5*, the cosy lounge with the log burner. Thank you Tess. I hope to come back again.

The glorious beach at Whitsand Bay can be accessed on foot. So can cafés, a shop, bar and a Michelin listed restaurant.
  • This is a wonderful location, super-clean, a lot of attention to detail - plenty of towels, bedding, logs for fire, well equipped kitchen, central heating - nice and warm, close to cafe, easy access to main road, no issues - quite simply the best AirBnB we’ve ever stayed at. We highly recommend this place. There were even friendly neighbours. Lots of local information, tips and maps provided. We would love to return another time in the future. Thank you Lisa.

    Erik2019-11-15T00:00:00Z
  • We really enjoyed our stay at Marigold chalet. Despite miserable weather we were extremely cosy and relaxed in this gorgeous chalet. We already knew the area and our second stay at Whitsand bay did not disappoint. The chalet had everything we needed and more, the only shame is we did not have a break in the rain to enjoy the great garden space as well. Great location, great accommodation, great hosts - thank you!

    Jo2019-11-01T00:00:00Z
  • Great coast and beach and charming little chalet

    Peter2019-07-17T00:00:00Z
  • Such a wonderful holiday gem. We have adored our stay at Marigold, the views are out of this world be it the sunny view of Rame peninsula or the stars at night. We are used to the area, and the walk back up from the beach is hard but it’s a wonderful beach. The chalet is so clever in its design, it has everything you could possibly need and is very homely, clean and stylish. We felt at home with the friendly people we met in the cafe just a short walk up the cliff. We were all sad to leave but looking forward to returning to the little blue house. We recommend a walk at the Orangery at mount Edgcumbe, Kingsand and a days drive to St Ives or Fistral beach. You must walk down to the beach too, it is worth the steep climb. Thank you so much Lisa for making such a rare find available. We fell in love.

    Ashleigh2019-07-05T00:00:00Z
  • Beautiful chalet in a very idyllic location directly on the sea. Very lovingly and functionally furnished. Very well equipped kitchen. Beautiful garden with herbs for food refining. The children were very happy about the trampoline.

  • Lovely spot

    Dan2019-06-09T00:00:00Z
  • We really wished we could have stayed for longer! Three nights weren’t enough to make the most of the lovely garden and its views, sit and relax in the sitting room and explore the Rame Peninsular and more of the Cornish coast. Marigold is stylish, well equipped and very comfortable. All that we needed. We found a parking space quite easily each time we needed one and, as Lisa says, it is a little bit of a walk up and down but stopping to look at the views is all part of it - isn’t it. We’d love to come back Thank you Lisa and Martin

  • We absolutely loved the Chalet with all the dedication and effort Lisa put in it! We would love to come again one day🤩 Marigold is just perfect to start exploring Cornwall by walking or by car.

  • We had a great stay at Moira’s place when we were down in Cawsand for a friend’s wedding that was being held near by. We had a lovely warm welcome even though we didn’t arrive until late at night and Moira responded to our messages very quickly. The self-contained flat was perfectly equipped and Moira even provided us with a stocked fridge and essentials for the morning including milk, bread, eggs, local cakes, cream, jam and honey - which was very thoughtful. The flat is 2 minutes walk away from the sea and a number of lovely local pubs. We really enjoyed our stay, it was very comfortable and the area is absolutely stunning. We would definitely stay here again.

  • Great little apartment in a stunning location in a picture perfect Cornish village. Fantastic for exploring eastern Cornwall. Moira and her family really did welcome us and made the stay extra special. Plenty of space to park the car close by, don't let it put you off. Experience this fantastic place!

  • This is a beautiful, well valued hole in the wall studio which I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Great welcome, scones and jam and a super Comfy bed- never mind it’s less than 60 seconds to the beach. We loved our stay thank you!

  • Centrally located right in the heart of the village with lovely facilities all in walking distance. The cottage has been very thoughtfully furnished and decorated and had a perfect balance of original features mixed with contemporary living. The beds were so comfortable and we did feel very welcome in the friendly village. We managed to park each evening at the top of the hill by the triangle free of charge and only a short walk to the cottage. Thank You!

  • We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Howton Cottage. We recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful weekend away in a beautiful area. Good local pubs and amenities in nearby in Kingsand.

  • A great little bolt hole to cosy up and shelter from the winter storms. Comfortable beds, spacious bedrooms, a brilliantly equipped kitchen and clean and comfy interior made this a great base to relax after days of exploring the pubs, beaches and coastline around Cawsands .

  • What a beautiful and quirky cottage this is ! I had had my family from abroad staying in it for my wedding and they absolutely loved it, because it was the perfect representation of a Cornish cottage. And although it is such an old cottage it's extremely well kept and modern. The kitchen has everything you can ask for. The communication with Richard was quick and easy. Thank you for making my wedding week this little bit more perfect !

  • If you're after the perfect Cornish cottage by the sea, this is it. Cosy but stylish and well equipped, you couldn't fail to have a relaxing and happy time here. A stone's throw from the beach as well as the pubs and cafes of delightful Cawsand/Kingsand. We loved it.

    Helen2019-12-28T00:00:00Z
  • We really loved this quirky, comfy cottage. It's in a Fab location right near the sea- you can listen to the waves as you fall asleep. The decor is really stylish and there are those extra little touches that make it special- coffee machine, roll top bath, games and DVDs, and super comfy beds. There is no parking but the public car park is a 4 minute walk away through pretty little streets. We will definitely be back.

  • We loved our stay, louise was very thoughtful and left a happy birthday note for my partner. I would recommend arriving in daylight, as it would be tricky to find at night. But even more just to appreciate the amazing views! We caught a taxi to Plymouth for a meal the first night, the second we went to vaults, a local bar 5 mins walk. A Perfect base for walking the south west coastline, which is what we did. Mount edgecombe is only half an hour on the bus, which was lovely.

  • A snug and comfortable beach chalet with an outstanding view of the sea and coastline. We'll located for other areas of interest in Cornwall and Devon. Loved our stay here. Even in a stormy February, the cornish weather provided opportunities to get out and explore the region.

    Stuart2020-02-13T00:00:00Z
  • Just wonderful. Somewhat of a Tardis as it's much bigger in the inside, this was a lovely little place to stay for a weekend. It is so well fitted and very cosy with the heating on it staying over winter months. If you're lucky enough to get a clear day the sunset will take your breath away. You have unspoilt views of the sea and coastline. Location is great, lots of great walks as well as pubs in Millbrook just a 5 minute drive away. Louise was really helpful, because yes it can be hard to find, but we managed quite easily despite heavy fog and darkness. 100% recommend it and would love to come back in the summer months

This brand new 1 bedroom apartment is situated in the beautiful village of Millbrook and run by a local family: Lime Tree is five minutes away from Whitsand Bay – the picturesque forgotten corner of Cornwall. It’s also just a couple of minutes away from the twin fishing villages of Kingsand & Cawsand. It is close to many more sites along the Rame Peninsula, just minutes from the beach. From the apartment windows there are many birds and squirrels to see, as well as occasional deer and hedgehog.
Primarily a one bedroom apartment, however with a sofa bed in the lounge area it can easily accommodate 3 guests. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, hob, washing machine, microwave, fridge and freezer as well as every utensil you may need. There is a smart TV, games and books to keep you entertained. The lovely, bright open-plan kitchen/lounge has vaulted ceilings which give character and space. The bedroom is spacious and comfortable, with a dressing table, plenty of storage and black out blinds, leading to a modern shower room. There is also a cupboard which contains iron/ironing board/clothes line and pegs for outside/airer/dustpan and brush etc. With its own private entrance and courtyard, you can enjoy your own space, not to mention outside table, chairs and BBQ to make the most of the Cornish sun. We even provide fleece blankets to wrap up outside on those chilly evenings. Free off road parking is available in front of the apartment, which is very unusual in this area. This is a pet free apartment which is ideal for guests with allergies. *Please note that there are 14 steps to apartment
The name Lime Tree was given due to the gigantic tree outside the apartment and the bright, beautiful greenery surrounding it. The perfect scenic and tranquil place to either switch off from the world or relax and prepare for the next venture along the beach. Millbrook is surrounded by sea, lake and river, it is in a valley so has amazing scenery every where you look. The local shops, cafes and pubs are a stone’s throw away, and with the village being built around a lake it makes for some lovely afternoon walks. The lake has many birds living on it including swans, ducks and geese. Sometimes we are lucky and see herons and kingfishers. If you are really lucky you may see dolphins and seals in the river or sea. In addition to the river, beaches and countryside we are: -5 minute drive to Mount Edgcumbe Park with its beautiful gardens, there are many events held here throughout the year. You can get a pedestrian ferry to Plymouth from here -5 minute drive to Kingsand/Cawsand. In the summer you can get a pedestrian ferry to the Barbican from here -less than 10 minute drive to Rame Head with stunning views, there is also Rame Church dating back to the 13th Century which is worth a visit -10 minute drive to Antony House, National Trust -50 minute drive to the amazing Eden Project -Just across the river Tamar from Plymouth, its famous Hoe, and the historical Barbican -15 minute drive to St Germans where there is a tiny train station for journeys further afield -Easy driving distance from Dartmoor, Bodmin Moor, Cotehele National Trust, Looe, Polperro and many other fishing villages.
  • Excellent finish to the property. Exceptionally clean. Would highly recommend.

Little islet is a beautiful well appointed sea front cottage on the beach in Kingsand, Cornwall. Kingsand is a peaceful unspoilt village close to Whitsand Bay and a ferry ride to Plymouth. This popular cottage has a well equipped kitchen, large living room overlooking the beach with stunning uninterrupted sea views. It has two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath and shower. It has a log burning fire which makes it a perfect year round escape.
Whole house, comfortably furnished, family friendly, pets allowed. There is a TV in the sitting room and master bedroom and WiFi. The kitchen has a microwave, an electric hob and oven and there is a small dishwasher. There is a selection of board games and deck chairs and boogie boards for surfing the waves. Sheets and bath towels are provided but you will need to bring your own beach towels.
Kingsand has a village shop which is open daily and is well stocked - Millbrook has a couple of supermarkets and there is a Sainsbury’s in Torpoint which is a twenty minute drive. There are several pubs and a coffee shop in the village and the renowned pub “Devonport” is literally a stone throw’s away.
  • Amazing location, we didn’t expect it to be ON the beach, the waves come right up to the house so you can sit in the window watching and listening to the waves which was bliss! Gorgeous communal living space, cosy and cute. We loved this house and the seaside feel of it all, would highly recommended for a seaside break whatever the weather.

Stow Cottage is a newly-renovated, former fisherman's home.
Sited in a quiet alley of beautiful and unspoilt Kingsand, this cottage forms a blissful base for a sea-focused holiday. With two double bedrooms and lilos, Stow Cottage is ideal for a young family, a couple holidaying with a parent, or visiting Cornwall with a friend. There is a large, newly-fitted kitchen/dining room on the ground floor, plus a bath + shower-room; upstairs, the living room is very large and comfortable with an easily-managed log-stove, while both bedrooms are also on the first floor. The mezzanine attic room with single bed approached by a step-ladder, does not form part of the general airb&b offer (is not covered by the house insurance for guests; anyone wanting to include this level should contact the host first to agree its use) and is for storage only. It can be visited by good climbers but entirely at their own risk. Generally, the cottage is not ideal for those with mobility difficulties, although there is a hand-rope to help visitors climb the stairs to bed! This cottage is perfect for people who love to spend time outdoors and who run back in in wet costumes with sandy feet. Of course, it has all the usual kitchen conveniences: oven with hob and extractor, dishwasher, washer-drier, airing racks, microwave, TV and DVD player, Wifi, radiators + underfloor heating and lots of hot water. A few guests may be irritated - or, conversely, enjoy - having limited or no mobile phone connectivity in the cottage, but you can catch up by the sea which is only 2 minutes away down the twisting walking lane. The SW coastal footpath runs past the Stow Cottage passageway, and really beautiful walks are accessible around the Cornish Rame Peninsula. Pubs abound in the twin villages of Kingsand and Cawsand, while the excellent village stores keep late hours. Dogs are not allowed on some of the beaches in the holiday season and I do not allow pets - also, those who smoke - to rent the cottage. Do be warned that online maps of the village are not entirely accurate. Enter the village using GPS with postcode PL10 1NE - while aware that satellite signals fail in areas approaching the sea. Take sign for Kingsand village. Drive down Fore Street, then take a narrow rising lane to the left. Bring in your wing mirrors and proceed slowly. Turn right at a tight corner and go down the slope in in front of the Rising Sun pub. Here, you are able to park for 10 minutes to off- or up-load the car but there are only 4 free parking places in front of the pub. Walk down the steepish hill and turn right in 50m up an alley just before the pink cottage on the right: Rose cottage! Stow cottage forms the back half of this house and is painted white. Although for unloading/loading you can drive close to the cottage(but not beyond the walking alley) parking is free on the edge of Kingsand village, on Jackman's Meadow, or, can be paid for on a daily or weekly basis in the centre of the village. The Rame peninsula is just over the Devon county boundary, but arriving in Cornwall by ferry from Plymouth makes this little-known part of East Cornwall seem a quite separate country, with a great deal to explore and enjoy. Several National Trust houses with splendid gardens are in easy striking distance, and the Eden Project is only 45 mins away by car. Public transport (2 bus companies operate) can take you to the beautiful surfing beach of Whitsand Bay, or on to Plymouth over the Torpoint ferry, and views from the top of the double decker bus are spectacular. This is a tremendous holiday spot.
Wonderful - no immediate traffic and a short walk to the sea front. There are great coastal walks both east and west: the cottage lying on the SW coastal footpath. The village is delightful and interesting; the shoreline has SSSI status - that's Special Site of Scientific Interest: i.e. great rock pools....
  • Beautiful cottage in a lovely part of the world. The host was quick to respond to questions - I can thoroughly recommend the place.

  • We loved it at Kingsand. We visited in February half term with our 2 small children. We had a great time walking and exploring the beaches. The village is so full of character and charm. So many gorgeous places to eat and drink without feeling touristy. Loved it! Definitely coming back.

  • I've been coming to Kingsand / Cawsand and the Rame Peninsula for many years and have stayed in a few places, this was without doubt the best so far. It's a beautiful cottage tucked down an alley in the heart of the village, it's got everything you would need and you can be in the sea or at the bar of The Rising Sun within 30 seconds of leaving the front door. Monica was a great host too, always quick to reply.

    Jack2019-12-26T00:00:00Z

As you enter into the cottage you immediately appreciate the quality, pass through the comfortable sitting room with a woodburner, ideal for those cooler evenings and winter breaks, to the splendid well-equipped kitchen and dining area. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, a double and a twin bedroom, and on the second floor is the master bedroom benefiting from en-suite facilities. A delightful enclosed garden is at the rear of the cottage, complete with decking area that almost counts as a further room with its new, high quality furniture. This is a wonderful place to relax peacefully at the end of the day, with views over the beach and out to sea over Plymouth Sound. It is also a small dog friendly house. Directly opposite the cottage is the Shop in the Square offering you all your everyday needs, as well as local homemade food, and takeaways. To the right of the cottage is the Cross Keys Inn, offering a selection of local ales and with a reputation for good food specialising in local fish and seafood. Further afield but only two miles away along the coast for that special occasion is one of Cornwall's finest restaurants, The View, perched high on the cliffs at Whitsand Bay with a menu that changes daily. Also at Whitsand Bay is a beautiful five mile stretch of golden sand, a favourite with beach lovers. It is also a dog friendly beach. The historic Mount Edgcumbe House and Country Park is also very close by and is well worth a visit; set in 865 acres of magnificent grounds of Grade l listed gardens and many listed structures, it is worth going for the spectacular views alone. Should you wish to visit Plymouth, a ferry in-season will take you from the beach directly to Plymouth's Barbican. The famous South West Coast Path is accessed from just behind the cottage, making this a haven for walkers of all abilities and ideal for dogs. With so many great days out on offer nearby, a stay in this beautiful cottage will be enjoyed at any time of year and remembered forever.
The twin villages of Kingsand and Cawsand, with narrow streets winding between pastel-coloured cottages, lie on the Rame Peninsula just 5 miles from Plymouth, but because the high ground of Mount Edgcumbe lies between, you are not aware of being near a large city. Instead, you can relax in the peace and quiet of village life, and look out over Plymouth Sound which offers calm waters ideal for watersports, fishing and bathing. Take a walk south along the coastal path to Penlee Point for the glorious views of Rame Head, towering above the sea, or, a walk north along the coast will take you to Mount Edgcumbe Park with fabulous views of Plymouth Sound. From Cawsand, take a ferry trip to Plymouth and visit the Aquarium, the historic Barbican or enjoy a spot of retail therapy. Just a mile west of Cawsand lies Whitsand Bay, with 4 miles of sandy beach and dramatic cliffs. You really are spoilt for choice in this ‘secret hideaway’. Local highlights: The Shop in the Square - classic fish and chips and a lot more literally opposite the beach cottage The Cross Keys Inn - traditional Cornish inn right in the square Cornwall coastal path - walkers paradise that stretches all around the Rame peninsula, with fabulous views and clifftop paths Kayaking around Cawsand beach and up the coast to Penlee Point The Old Bakery, Cawsand - quality fresh food and local cafe, who also do sour dough baking classes Devonport Inn, Kingsand - delicious gourmet food in a gastro pub overlooking the sea at Kingsand Clifftop Cafe - fuel up on a great breakfast ready to explore the expanse of surfing beach at Whitsand Bay or reward yourself with lunch on your return! The View restaurant - luxury dining Polhawn Fort - idylic wedding venue Mount Edgcumbe house & grounds - a great family day out The Canteen cafe at Maker - fab chef from River Cottage cafe next to an intriguing local Somerville art gallery Further afield favourites: Adrenalin Quarry for some high spirited fun! The Eden Project - the famous ecological and biodiversity site Plymouth Aquarium - the largest public aquarium in the UK in nearby Plymouth Tintagel Castle - the amazing, mysterious ruin on the cliff (English Heritage) St Michaels Mount - the monastery on island after Mont St Michel in France (National Trust) dog friendly Cornwall beaches - link to a site showing where dog friendly beaches are in Cornwall - Kingsand and Whitsand Bat are nearby

  • When writing this review I don’t know what I loved more: the beautiful cottage, the incredible location, or the above-and-beyond customer service provided by the owners. From the moment we arrived, we found that the pictures had not done the cottage justice, and the place was significantly larger and more attractive than your average holiday cottage. Furthermore, Bottlebrush Cottage felt more like a home- you could tell immediately that the owners loved the space, and had decorated it with years of happy, family holidays in mind. Unlike many cottages I’ve stayed in, nothing was cheaply done, poorly-mended or rickety... everything spoke of beautiful quality and loving care. And yet whilst it felt like a home, it also had the Scandinavian, minimalist aesthetic that beachside cottage holidays are made of, particularly in the stunning top room. In addition, a few luxurious extra touches, such as hand cream in the en-suite and chunky knitted throws on the beds were a welcome surprise. We were quite difficult guests- we arrived late, and found that the cottage had been left warmly heated, with lights on, and buckets and spades for our children at the back door. We left late, and Cherry could not have been more accommodating and quicker to answer my endless questions. From a practical perspective, the beach really is moments away- we didn’t even put on shoes to walk down! Our toddler loved to sit in the window seat of the children’s room and watch the world go by- a room which, despite not being pictured, is really spacious and equipped with a massive selection of toys. I could go on and on listing the place’s charms...! All in all, despite having stayed in numerous holiday cottages, from bargain-basement to high-end, this one was our favourite. We can’t wait to come back next year!

  • The house is really lovely - great location, spacious, well appointed and perfect for our family holiday. Our daughter loved the kids room and played with all the toys, we loved the top floor bedroom with it's view out to sea and everyone enjoyed spending time in the garden . We definitely plan to visit again

Millbrook , near Torpoint, Cornwall, United Kingdom

This cottage is one of the Millbrooks original builds located in the very heart of the village. Open the bedroom window to peer over the railings and watch the village life pass by whilst enjoying the sun beaming over the rolling green hills that surround the village.
Built in 1890 the bijoux cottage feels authentic, cosy and protected from the busy village vibe, but holds the benefit of having all the local shops and pubs immediately in view as you step out the front door.
The location is perfect for those who search for adventure, escapism and pet friendly holidays. Close by are beaches, cliff walks and the buzzing fishing town Looe, great for shopping and getting a feel for the ancient Cornish culture. Recommendations to see - Maker Heights cafe (converted old wartime bunker serving delicious food) - Whitsand bay (when the tide is out, the beach goes on for miles) - Edgecumbe manor, (eat the biggest freshest scones at the Orangery cafe) - Local Devon and Cornwall pub (often live bands/quizzes or karaoke being hosted here) - Towns/places to visit (Looe fishing town, the Barbican in Plymouth, Cawsand/Kingsand)
  • Absolutely beautiful cottage in a quiet and charming location. We love to travel around when we holiday and found it very easy to go to different seaside towns and beaches. Sophia couldn’t have been any better, she communicated fast and was kind enough to let us stay an extra night at short notice. We will definitely be returning and couldn’t recommend anything better than staying here.

    Hayley2019-08-30T00:00:00Z
  • Quaint, cosy, perfect. Great central location- lovely host.

    Libby2019-08-05T00:00:00Z
  • Beautiful cottage and village for our family stay. A real opportunity to get away from it all. Highly recommend this property and Millbrook as a holiday destination. Many thanks.

    Justin2019-07-27T00:00:00Z
  • This is the most adorable house in a gorgeous village! The location is great, right in the centre of the village with all the essentials- pub, convenience store and places to eat. Sophia is a great host, answering all my weird and wonderful questions and being so accommodating when I needed to book an additional night last minute, because I had got my dates mixed up! We wouldn’t hesitate to book again when we’re next in the area.

    Tiel2019-07-14T00:00:00Z
  • Sophia's place was comfortable, homely and had everything we needed for our stay. The location in the centre of Millbrook was great as we were a couple of minutes away from the shops, pub and a very friendly cafe. It was the perfect base from which to explore this part of Cornwall and to attend a family wedding at the beautiful Mount Edgcumbe estate, which was 5 minutes away by car. We had a great holiday and would love to come back for another stay.

    Jacqueline2019-06-23T00:00:00Z
  • Fab little cottage - easy to find. Close to the pub and a chippy and there is a taxi rank right round the corner. House was clean, tidy and welcoming. Plenty of room for the 2 of us and was very bright and airy. Lovely!

    Alice2019-06-05T00:00:00Z
  • Sophia’s charming cottage is a wonderful base to explore this beautiful part of the world. We had everything we needed for a lovely stay and there is a shop and friendly cafe on the doorstep. Sophia’s dad was on hand to help with anything we needed and it was a pleasure to meet him. The local area is just glorious with plenty to explore and we met so many wonderful people in just a few days. This was our first holiday with our eight month old and we have come home with some magical memories. We’ll be back.

Traditional cottage, set one lane back from the Cawsand Square and beach. This is a cosy cottage, with antique furniture, parquet flooring and many original features. It was owned by our grandmother, and contains some of her antique furniture, but we have added some modern touches to bring it up to date (smart TV and wireless broadband!). Although it is old fashioned, it is kept spotlessly clean!
The living room has an open fire place, books, and a small smart TV and DVD player. The kitchen is traditional with a large wooden table that seats 4/6 people. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms (one large and the other on the small side) with very comfortable beds. We have had many compliments on the beds and bed linen! There is one bathroom with a bath and shower. Outside there is a lovely small courtyard garden with table and chairs and a shed for beach stuff (help yourself) and another shed with a washing machine. There is a second patio up the steps, with a table and chairs where you can enjoy sea views.
The cottage is on a very small, quiet lane, fifty yards from the pub, square shop and beach - close enough to take your cup of tea or evening drinks! You're are also minutes from the famous coastal path walks, west to Rame Head and Whitsand Bay and east to Mount Edgecumbe. As well as Cawsand beach you are 5-10 minutes walk from the beaches of Kingsand. You are a short drive (5-10 min) or a lovely 45 min (to an hour) walk the magnificent stretch of beaches whit sand bay.
  • A cosy , traditional cottage , tucked away , yet only a few yards from beach and pub. With very comfortable beds!

  • Mary's place is fabulous. Old fashioned but spotlessly clean. It had all facilities covered and the highlight was the sun terrace at the top of the hill...plus a pack of jammy Dodgers were there to greet us. Thank you

    Lucy2019-10-25T00:00:00Z
  • Mary’s cottage is in a very good location with easy access to beaches and country. A bus provides a pleasant addition to using the car and parking is nearby. The cottage is traditional, clean and beds very comfortable. The top garden has lovely views and there’s a small sitting place outside the back door to catch some sun.

    Anne2019-08-27T00:00:00Z
  • Adorable cottage close to the beach, away from the crowds. Lovely surroundings, and friendly locals.

    Gideon2019-07-25T00:00:00Z
  • Our stay in the cottage was really great. We really enjoyed the cottage, it was so cosy and perfect for a stay with kids. Mary had a lot of helpful tips and answered questions fast and in a really helpful way. The cottage is only 1 minute from the beach, has really nice terraces to sit or eat outside and even enjoy wonderful sea views. There was coffee, tea and milk when we arrived, which i thought was really nice. So most definitely a recommendation!!

  • Great place to stay *****. Clean and modern house close to local pubs and restuarants and other amenities including a local shop with all essentials you might need to cook breakfast or lunch etc. Would recommend this to anyone looking to attend a wedding at Polhawn Forte like we were, as it only 5 minute away by car.

  • Nancy was a great host and this is an ideal spot for Mount Edgcumbe House, walking distance to charming Kingsand and close to some scenic beaches and coastal paths. Thanks!

  • Great stay with wonderful views

    Sami2019-09-19T00:00:00Z
  • Everything you need to attend a wedding at Polhawn Fort. The location is walking distance to the venue and the caravan is comfortable (especially the beds) and clean. Check in was easy and the views over the valley are great.

  • Great place to stay for Polhorn Fort weddings

    Dean2019-09-08T00:00:00Z
  • Great location off the beaten track, well appointed with everything needed for a pleasant holiday

    Craig2019-09-01T00:00:00Z
  • This is such a wonderful space. The property is looking over a beautiful valley. Whilst we we there we saw so much wildlife and activity. It was amazing just to sit in the outside areas and gaze onto the valley. The property was lovely and clean. Ideal for the 4 of us. Location was great. Just a short distance from the lovely Rame Head with more fantastic views. Lots of small Cornish towns nearby to dine and drink at. Claire and Chris were great hosts. They popped up to see us to make sure we were ok-they only live at the bottom of the valley so quick to respond to anything we needed. Altogether- highly recommended would definitely stay there again. Also, they have another wonderful property next to Valley View called Bay View. Bay View has another wonderful view of the bay below.

    Keith2019-08-01T00:00:00Z
  • Valley view is the ideal place to stay if you are attending a wedding at Polhawn fort, it a 10 minute walk away and will give you great privacy and a base to explore the area from. The caravan is a good size and nice layout with a comfortable main bedroom with ensuite toilet. The view looks over a steep valley but is also a minutes walk from a view over the sea. We stayed in the winter and it is plenty warm enough with central heating and a gas fire.

    Graham2019-01-18T00:00:00Z
  • My friend and I really enjoyed staying at Clare's. We were at a friend's wedding at Polhawn Fort for most of our stay, but we were warm, comfortable and in such a convenient location for the celebrations. It's a beautiful part of the world and I highly recommend it to anyone, not just wedding guests attending a local service. Thank you, Clare!

    Anna2018-11-25T00:00:00Z
  • We had a great time in Valley view. The location was very convenient for my cousin’s wedding at the fort and the view was beautiful.

This chalet has views that are simply breathtaking. With a large decking area with 180 degree sea views. The chalet has a bedroom upstairs with an en suit and a second bedroom down stairs with adult size bunk beds . There is a bathroom downstairs with a shower. The kitchen is newly fitted and well equipped with everything you will need for your stay.
180 degree amazing seaside cliff views of a outstandingly beautiful Cornish coast, Whitsands Bay. The chalet can sleep 4 people. There will be a king size iron bed upstairs and a second bedroom downstairs with build in bunk beds. It has all the amenities to make it a very comfortable stay. The Chalet has central heating and 2 bathrooms and parking. It is situated halfway down the cliff so be prepared! It is a 7 min walk down steps and a grass path. It can be easy going down but harder on the way up!
Whittsands bay is a forgotten corner of Cornwall but in my opinion with the best beaches in the country. Around the bay there are a handful of stunning sand beaches most with life guards and if you are lucky some surf. There are so many lovely coastal walks and round the headland there is the beautiful fishing village of Cawsand. Just along the cliffs from the chalet there is a highly recommended restaurant call The View, and there is a great cafe, The Canteen up at Maker Hights. If you walk up to Rame Head you might get to see the Dartmoor ponies that graze up there as well as high panoramic views.
  • Been twice to Ellie’s place. First time we left our sons soft toy and Ellie was kind enough to send it back for our boy. View across the sea, sound of the waves is so relaxing ...It’s lush - enough said. Go but not when we want to go please - ha!

    Martin2020-03-08T00:00:00Z
  • Lovely chalet in spectacular location

    Julia2020-02-23T00:00:00Z

  • We really enjoyed our stay and cannot recommend the place highly enough. The view is amazing and there is access to a beach below which is lovely. The place was very clean and well stocked with a variety of things to take down to beach or games to play around the house. Definitely worth a visit.

    Jason2019-10-25T00:00:00Z
  • What a beautiful place. The chalet is just as you’d expect from the pictures and the views! They are absolutely amazing. Everything was spotless and the communication from the host was perfect. One of our party even left a ring behind which was found and sent back to us in a less than a week. I couldn’t recommend this place and it’s host higher

    David2019-10-20T00:00:00Z
  • Amazing location overlooking the beach with brilliant views. Lovely clean space well decorated. Packed with amenities and everything you need. Great use of space. Good communication and clear instructions. Good value for money. We loved our stay at Ellie’s place and would definitely recommend.

My place is close to a very unique position on the trennow cliffs just beneath the road. Its ideal for couples as the panoramic views over the bay is amazing! You’ll love my place because of the beautiful scenery and amazing beaches!. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and furry friend (pets). Hidden beauty of Cornwall!!!!
The chalet is easy to get to very private with lovely views over the bay picture window to sit inside to relax or decking to sit and enjoy on both sides of chalet looking to west Cornwall and a small private garden .
  • Much better than expected, the current pictures do not do justice! Kath and her husband were lovely and helped us down with our bags in the night, thank you. Also such a lovely touch with the cake!

    Minesh2019-09-15T00:00:00Z
  • Wonderful location, great facilities, lovely host. I cant recommend enough. The views alone are worth visiting for

    Matthew2019-09-08T00:00:00Z
  • Just what we wanted. Somewhere small & cosy with the most magnificent view of the coast, great beach walks with the dog, a cafe and restaurant on your doorstep and another village a good walk/short drive away. Absolutely perfect. Added to that Kath & Greg were the perfect hosts.

    Debbie2019-09-01T00:00:00Z
  • Lovely place, easily accessible from the road. Kathleen and her husband even helped us carry our bags down to the chalet. The chalet has everything you'd need in a well thought out space. We arrived in howling winds, but the chalet was cozy, by the end of our stay, we were enjoying using the choice of garden furniture to make the most of the sun. Thanks again, great hosts.

    Samantha2019-08-13T00:00:00Z
  • Kathleen and Gregg's place has the most amazing panoramic view of the English Channel. By far the best view we have had in more than 25 B&B rentals we have had over the years. The place is a real labor of love with a location second to none. Not much space, but more than sufficient for two people, and the outdoor space is great for enjoying the view. Kathleen and Gregg are wonderful hosts who went out of their way to make our stay great. We can highly recommend their chalet.

    Soren2019-08-05T00:00:00Z
  • We had a wonderful time at the cosy house. We felt directly like we were home. The view and the area around are just amazing. The garden was well prepared and we stayed most time outside and relaxed in the sun. There was a tide planner to know when it is the right time to go the beach. Kathleen baked us some scones, it was delicious. She also give us tipps and advises for the area and what to do there. The kitchen has everything you need. Also a grill for BBQ in the garden. The little citys at the sea cawsand and kingsand are just a view minutes away. We bought our groceries in Torpoint, there is a Spar Supermarket, a Costcutter and a Sainsburys. We will definitely visit this great place again.

    Sebastian2019-07-06T00:00:00Z
  • The Normandie Chalet was such a fantastic getaway! The views were absolutely stunning and the location was perfect for a relaxing weekend by the sea. Kath & Greg went above and beyond as hosts. The chalet was surrounded by beautiful flower beds and was fully stocked with coffee and tea. They also left plenty of information on the local area and walking trails, which made for an adventurous and breathtaking Friday! We were so appreciative when they could accommodate our late arrival and they even helped us carry our luggage in the dark. We had a great few day and would highly recommend!

    Michael2019-06-22T00:00:00Z
  • Brilliant views from a surprisingly spacious chalet. We really appreciated the little touches & effort Kath put in to make our stay even more enjoyable.

  • Great chalet in a fantastic location. Even though we stayed in the middle of a storm, we had a great view of it and I am sure it would be even better in good weather. Great cafe at the top of the cliff too for breakfast etc.

The Cliff Top cafe was excellent and the forts, chapels and beaches dotted around are fascinating. This is a well equipped chalet which is well designed and perfect for anyone who enjoys a challenge going down the cliff side to the beach or up to the roads and paths. Wonderful!

  • Eddystonia is a very lovely, comfortable place to stay. The views are outstanding and Louisa has provided a very clean and well kitted out accommodation. It has a great shower and fab open plan living space. Check in was super easy and Louisa was responsive to messages. We know the area well but had we not, the chalet info folder had lots of useful information. Our stay was brief but we hope to come back soon! 😊

    Alex2020-01-21T00:00:00Z
  • We arrived just as it was getting dark and the directions were bang on. We found the chalet first time round and we were delighted with it. The space was cosy and clean and comfortable. We can't wait to go back. We had all the weathers: very windy, heavy rain, low cloud, blazing sunshine. The only good thing about leaving is that we know it's not far for us to revisit.

    Natalie2019-12-08T00:00:00Z

Church View Cottage is a beautiful house right next door to our home, The Old Rectory, Rame, Cornwall and opposite the ancient Rame Church of St Germanus. We are close to the beautiful wedding venue of Polhawn Fort, five minutes by car 15 minutes walk along the lanes. We are only two miles from Mount Edgcumbe and a mile from the twin villages of Kingsand and Cawsand. We are three minutes walk from the coast path. We offer comfortable accommodation for up to 6 people.
Church View Cottage sleeps 6. We also have a private room, Noels' Room, just a step away from the cottage, which sleeps two, and has its own front door and ensuite shower room. The cottage can accommodate 8 people in the living and dining areas. We've had several parties of 8 guests sharing all the accommodation.
