The 'Calder Valley' is a great place to explore within itself, and the cities of Leeds and Manchester are within a 25 mile radius. Lots of great walks for all abilities are on our doorstep, whether you want a canal stroll, a dales romp or a rock climb. We are on the route of the Calderdale Way, and we can see Stoodley Pike from the back garden! Buses up and down the valley are every 15 mins or less, and we are 1 mile from Todmorden railway station - Manchester is a 30 minute journey away with Leeds around 1 hour away. The local pub, which serves food, is a 5 minute stroll away, and there are several more places to eat within a 15 minute walk.
