Private wooded location on a very quiet dead end street. Close to Route 93 and several attractions. *This apartment is an addition to a house which may be rented out at the same time. ** Located 15 minutes south of Loon Mountain and 15 minutes north of Waterville Valley. Less then 5 minutes from the Pemi River Campground where you can rent tubes, canoes, and kayaks. Also a short drive from Rocky Ridge Ranch and 50 minutes from Santa’s Village. There are several hikes local as well as parks

Close to town and I 93, a rural paradise. You have your own driveway and private deck with gorgeous views of hills and gardens. The bed is surrounded by two walls of windows-with shades. There is a Hearthstone gas stove, a loveseat, and a huge custom shower in a modern bathroom. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, a kitchen counter and sink, a microwave, a blender and crock pot. There is a television with cable, Netflix, etc. We stock coffee, and breakfast foods for your convenience.

Small cabin in the White mountains

This small cabin has recently been re-built with new pine paneled walls and ceiling, bunk beds, carpeting, electricity, a new Eco-outhouse!, solar shower and It is located at the edge of a field about 100 yards from our home. It is a perfect base camp for hikers 12 miles south of Franconia notch trail heads and Appalachian Trail crossing. The cabin is most often used by hikers who want a base camp near many of the most popular hiking trails near Franconia Notch. It is a peaceful and quiet place.

We are excited to invite you to our recently renovated studio apartment in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. The location is peaceful and remote but only six miles to Interstate 93 and within twenty- five minutes of Plymouth, Lincoln, and Waterville Valley. The stand-alone apartment with private entrance is located above the garage which has its own deck overlooking the spacious backyard. This is a great base camp for all the adventures that the Western White Mountains have to offer!
