“This award winning community club is located in the heart of the Barossa Valley in Tanunda. Established on the existing site in 1891,it welcomes visitors every day with genuine country hospitality. Open for lunch and dinner daily, it offers all your pub-style favourites together with daily Chef specials offering restaurant-quality meals using fresh local ingredients. Dine in the regionally themed Dining Room that features a panoramic wall-sized Barossa landscape photograph. The extensive menu features South Australian seafood and the best premium steaks north of Adelaide. Also popular for schnitzels, burgers and kid-friendly meals with a childrens play room. Fantastic local wine list (as you would expect in the Barossa) including many iconic reds available by the glass. Wonderful ambience with friendly staff. As a community venue the atmosphere is casual and meals are ordered at the bar, so sit back, relax and enjoy. Bookings recommended, so suggest you phone ahead where possible to avoid disappointment.”

Bowling Alley
“ Barossa Bowland and Mini Golf at Tanunda has a modern, colourful 12 lane bowling centre with bumpers for kids and the bowling challenged, glow in the dark lighting, auto scoring and much, much more. It is the only bowling centre with a relaxing outdoor area overlooking South Australia's largest licensed mini golf course with 18 holes of challenging putting - it cannot be compared to others! Keep an eye out on the course for our realistic looking interactive dinosaurs including a mean looking T-Rex! Make sure the kids find the information boards about the dinosaurs and press the buttons to see what happens. ”

Art Gallery
“The Barossa Regional Gallery is located in the heart of the beautiful Barossa Valley, and is only a short stroll from the main street of Tanunda. Combining heritage and contemporary architecture, the gallery is part of the Tanunda Soldiers Memorial Hall complex. It offers a diverse range of attractions for visitors to enjoy including art exhibitions, workshops, performances and education programs. Visitors eager to pick up an authentic Barossa souvenir can also browse the retail space with locally produced books as well as art and crafts available to purchase. The site also houses the magnificently restored Hill and Son Grand Organ, which is a stunning example of musical heritage, finding its new home in Tanunda after being removed from the Adelaide Town Hall in the late 1990s. With three magnificent gallery spaces, the Barossa Regional Gallery is able to present both community-based and professional exhibitions. The visual arts program combines both locally produced artworks, capturing the cultural integrity of the region, and exhibitions touring from across South Australia and interstate. A perfect accompaniment to the amazing wines and delectable food the Barossa Region is known for, a trip to the Barossa Regional Gallery provides a unique cultural experience.”
