“Author of the restaurant's kaleidoscopic interior design is Soho Fond, whose original work is widely recognised by the local community. The historical building once accommodated one of Estonia's most loved writers Oskar Luts, who wrote here his bestseller "The Spring” (“Kevade”). ”

“The bread, much like the restaurant, is a reminder of the simple pleasures of honest, local food made with a lot of heart.”

Bar
“Gives Kalamaja the social venue it needs. Scandinavian styled bar - 70/80 s furniture. You can play your own vinyl. Kind of hipster place, cozy, big variety of local snacks and beer, house wine, house proseco 2.50 per glass and so on..”

Bar
“Another pub which only theme is Sigmund Freud, everything is inspired by him, the drink names, the paintings, etc. It is in a bit higher price range but the cocktails are definitely worth it. ”

Nightclub
“Club Studio has totally found a sweet spot with Estonian clubbers and other folks as it offers something to keep everyone's feet happy. The club is split between a mainstream hall and an alternative electro hub upstairs. It's probably the most "real" dance club in town, and thus full of people who enjoy good beats. Being quite popular there's often a queue outside, so showing up early is the key. It has an eargasmic sound system - Funktion One. You have to hear it to believe it.”

Night Club
“One of the most interesting and elaborate clubs in Tallinn. Teater takes advantage of its location in an old theatre and certainly provides the club-goer with a theatrical experience. The décor is 1930's-inspired, the large cigar lounge is a nice touch as are the 'showgirls'.”

Music venues

General Entertainment
“The place where Song Festivals and large rock/pop concerts are usually held!”

General Entertainment
“Estonian National Song and Dance Festival venue has most unusual architecture reminding the shell of Klaabu, an anima feature character or unhappy landing of UFO or perhaps the porridge bowl thrown whrom Helsinki by our hero Kalevipoeg when he had finished negotiations for ordering the sword from there. When the visibility is around 5 miles, you may see Tallinn panorama in full detail. There are secret spots nearby, where the views may be the best for the pics or printouts for your adventures wall.”
