“Do try and get tickets to an RSC play - either at main theatre or The Swan. The Swan is slightly smaller but historically significant as created from the shell of the RSC theatre which burnt down in 1927. The RSC is a good venue for lunch with nice views across river and Stratford upon Avon”

“It's a pity to be Shakespeare's hometown and miss his sweetheart's and wife's cottage! Nine acres of gardens and grounds to explore including a lavender maze, a woodland walk, the Shakespeare arboretum and a living willow cabin where you may listen to some of Shakespeare's sonnets.”

“Want to experience a mix of nature and history? Visit the beautifully furnished Jacobean home of Shakespeare’s daughter Susanna and her husband, the physician John Hall. Wander into the tranquil walled garden and discover the fragrant medicinal herbs, as John Hall would have used in his remedies. Explore 'Method in the Madness', a new exhibition exploring medicine John Hall. Enjoy refreshment in the cafe. ”
