Fully furnished small apartment in an old farmhouse for one or two persons with separate entrance and view of cottage garden. situated in a quiet residential neighborhood, we're in easy reach by public transport (2 kilometers from station and university). The main room (wooden floor) is equipped with a small desk, chair, WLAN access, tv, bed (1,40x2,00m) with covers, armchair and a wardrobe . The mini kitchen comes with cooker, fridge, microwave, kettle, small table with chairs, etc. There's a level floor bathroom with shower and washing machine. Bicycles can be borrowed (free with deposit), free and safe parking next to the house. You can use your own terrace, chairs and table. Please check with us first if you want to book from December.

Mono im Teuto

„Mono" steht mitten im Teutoburger Wald. Hinterm Zaun ist nur noch Grün... Das Haus ist eigentlich kein Haus, sondern ein vor Jahrzehnten ausgebauter Trailer. Im Zuge einer Komplettsanierung bekam es 2020 rundum ein Timber-Frame-Skelett (neues Dach, neue Dämmung etc.) und damit eine erste Etage. Größe: 3,20 mal 13 Meter. Es heißt "Mono", da sein Außen, so wie auch jeder Raum innen, von hauptsächlich einer Farbe bestimmt wird.

Known from the local press! Article see pictures! I offer my small (60sqm living space + 30sqm terrace + 1.000sqm garden) but fine home. Wishes for your stay? Call me. I'm working on excursion ideas for the area. But it is “sucky” in the booth. The following apps are helpful: Sonos, Alexa, Klarstein, Philips Hue and Nuki - but not NECESSARILY. Regards, Michael

Small, quiet attic apartment for 1-2 people on the outskirts of the city. Well equipped for several days stay. Close to shopping in about 1 km. Halle offers a cozy old town, the OWL Arena, close to hiking trails (Teutoburg Forest...) There is a small hobby beekeeping at the house. The apartment is not suitable for people with disabilities!
