Everything was great!

Great place to vacation. About 3 blocks to the metro, within a mile of both Scottrade center and Busch stadium both of which we visited, and great convenient grocery store just over a block away. Clean secure building area downtown. Comfortably walkable for those who have not previously visited the area. Lounge worthy rooms and living area. Highly recommend - if you get the chance to stay please do yourself that favor! Wonderful hosts, never needed to reach them during the visit but beforehand they were great communicators to help plan our stay!

What a fantastic place to stay in St. Louis! Marshall and Jon were so helpful, attentive and available with all of our needs. They made our stay super easy and stress-free. The loft has everything you can imagine with plenty of space and fabulous decor. They kept in contact with us, as needed, and were even available to recommend a great place for brunch. We would definitely stay here again if we return to St. Louis.

It rained our entire weekend, which wasn't a problem because of this spacious, lovely rental! There are SO many great restaurants within walking distance. Its close to public transport and a short walk to the best attractions of St Louis! The place was even better than the pictures showed. We had an easy time communicating with the hosts - they provided speedy and thorough answers to any questions. We highly recommend this rental! (note: we were traveling with our 2 year old. It isn't stocked with any kids "things" which wasn't a problem for us - if you bring what you need, the space works really well for family)

Warm welcome by hosts. Hosts were very friendly gave us some good visiting tips in that area. Great home and location to many shops. Bed was very comfortable. Hosts had list of a great restaurants for all meals. The mud room hit the spot for breakfast. Then that took us to many cute shops. I would highly recommend staying at this location with David and Sheri.

We loved our stay at Diana's carriage house. The pictures and descriptions accurately captured what we experienced. Diana's hospitality was top-notch. She even delivered homemade cookies! We also enjoyed exploring the Lafayette Square neighborhood.

A comfy, cozy, crafty space, with all the necessities thoughtfully and artfully arranged in a private carriage house that feels remote, even as it borders the beauties of Layfayette Square just minutes from St. Louis gems like the Central West End, Botanical Gardens, downtown, etc. A steal for the price, with a lovely hostess to boot.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this airbnb. The privacy that this location offered was exactly what we were looking for, and the place also offered comfort and relaxation. The surrounding area was peaceful, full of character, very walkable and welcoming. We can't say enough good things about the host. Diana communicated with us about all aspects of our trip, from check-in details to giving us ideas of things to do to keep us busy. Diana was a delightful hostess and bent over backward to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We felt welcome from the moment we walked into her clean and colorful carriage house with fresh flowers, a personalized note and plenty of chocolates on the counter. Diana offered helpful suggestions for places to visit, eat, listen to music, and even brought over herbs, homemade stuffing and cooking supplies for our Thanksgiving dinner. She was delightful, open, warm, and friendly. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend the carriage house to all family and friends!

Diana & the Charming courtyard carriage house was an absolute treat! This was our first time using Air BnB and Diana made it a wonderful experience. From the beginning communication was consistent, clear, and very helpful. We were in the area attending a wedding and requested some flexibility with our check in time which Diana agreed to and even got the space ready early for us. When we arrived back we found a little bag with some sugar for morning coffee & two chocolate bars as a surprise treat. This was a wonderful stay and I'm very glad this was our first experience with Air BnB!

My Fiancé and I had a wonderful stay at Hannah's! Her place was perfect for our short stay in St. Louis. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The home is located in a great part of town with a number of local restaurants and bars within walking distance. We only had a short interaction with Hannah, but she was very sweet and accommodating. Next time we are in town we would absolutely try to stay at Hannah's again.

Hannah and John were great! Their house is quaint and cute, not to mention close to a park and a couple bars for nightlife. And anything else you may need is no more than a 10 minute drive. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Hannah and John are great hosts. They're both very sweet and We even went out and had some drinks and watched some live music together, it was a blast! If you visit St. Louis, definitely hit up these guys! It'll be worth every penny!!!!

Hannah and John have a beautiful home. It was spotless and the bedroom was spacious with a comfortable bed and a nice desk. They didn't mind that we got there very late at night and provided a way for us to let ourselves in right away so we could sleep. Communication was excellent and the stay was relaxing after a long day on the road. The bathroom and shower were great. We weren't there for long and would like to stay longer next time to check out more of the city. They live very close to the Missouri Botanical Gardens which are a must see. Hannah and John were super friendly with great recommendations on what to do and eat in St. Louis. We would definitely stay there again if we return.

I would like to echo many of the reviews that I have read about Hannah and John's place! Prior to arriving, Hannah was awesome and prompt about answering questions that we had, as well as offering some great places to eat while we were in the city. Upon arriving I realized this is a great place to stay at if you are visiting St. Louis! It is located within a very short ride to everything going on within the city. Hannah was gone during our stay, but I did happen to cross paths with John and he was very friendly and gave my girlfriend and I some great options for activities and nightlife to occupy our time while we were in St. Louis. Our bed was comfortable, the bathroom was very clean, we cooked 3/4ths of our meals at their house, and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay while in St. Louis. Thank you Hannah and John, we will for sure be back if we ever visit the city again!

Very great place to stay

Shane’s place was excellent, and Shane was a terrific host. The room is very spacious and well-appointed and the environment was perfect for a weary traveler. I specifically picked Shane’s place because of the cats, and they made it feel like more of a home (even though they only came in for quick introductions, and then disappeared). Hotspots like Shaved Duck are a bit of a walk, but not outside of reason. I’d suggest going a few blocks West before heading South so you can check out some of the neat homes in Compton Heights. Lyft just opened up in STL, but getting around was still a breeze. Nice central location and a warm and friendly host….not much left to ask.

Shane was a great host. From the start he made me feel at home. His place is very nice, comfortable, clean, quiet and safe. Very close to everything St Louis has to offer. I would recommend Shane's place to anyone.

The house is clean and quiet. Convenient use of bathroom and fridge. Hosts are friendly and welcoming. They kept the cats away from guest room so guests do not have to worry about allergies.

The listing is quiet, clean, and spacious, and is situated in a convenient, residential part of the city. However, we were surprised that entering and exiting the unit requires multiple security steps. We like Airbnb because of the sense if community and its local focus, but markers like heavy home security systems convey a mistrust of the surrounding community that we don't support. Had we known that there was a home security system from the listing, we would not have opted to stay.

Such a pleasant stay. Or check-in process was wonderful. We ended up getting in really late, Amy was gracious enough to greet us. Their home is modern, welcoming and clean. The bed (and pillows) was AH-MAZING. It's the perfect Airbnb bed. Lol. Just what you need after hard work and long travels. Parking was easy and accessible. Tom and Amy were available anytime we needed them. Lucy and Bella (their cats) were also there to give a little loving each day! They even checked in while we were away on a short trip! We would recommend their home to other travelers. Thanks again!

This is a nice, roomy and inviting place. It was only minutes away from Busch Stadium and the Gateway Arch. It was the type of place that a family of six or seven could enjoy for several days and not be in top of each other. Highly recommended.

Great, large space for a quick one night trip. Was perfect for our group of three in town for a wedding. They were okay with us checking in a bit early which was very gracious. It is in a four plex so don't be surprised if you hear the neighbors. Would definitely look at staying here again, it's a great value and a quick Uber to downtown!

Christen's B&B offers people privacy as it is a stand alone unit that is separate from the host. It has an "old" city charm to it that includes a sprawling floor plan. The home is situated in a good neighbourhood, but does require a short car ride (or Uber) to get to local amenities. Christen and her daughter quickly responded to a small problem we had and resolved everything very well.

This place is adorable. Perfect for my work travel, had exactly what I needed. Cliff was a great host helping get me settled and giving details about the place & area. Cute neighborhood, very walkable.

We've stayed in 35 or 40 Airbnb places and Clifford's ranks with the very best. The furnishings are intelligently organized to maximize the space available and to make the ensemble seem uncrowded. The bed is excellent, and there's enough kitchen paraphernalia and dishware to get food on the table without breaking into a sweat. He's thought carefully about what a guest might need or require and cunningly supplied it without the place ever seeming jumbled or haphazard. The neighborhood is quite pleasant and there are a number of places to have a drink or a meal within walking distance. The TV has only local channels but Clifford has made available a number of DVDs if it's entertainment that's wanted. His place has our highest recommendation.

Gracious and communicative hosts. Great studio in a great neighborhood. Utilizes space very well allowing for a little kitchentte, desk, and sitting area. Beautiful backyard with lots of flora. Stay here if it is available.

Cliff was a great host (we just briefly met Marcus). He gave us a comprehensive rundown on the studio and the surrounding area. Very convenient location -- easy to get to The Hill, The Loop, and CWE. Much thought was given to amenities offered: any toiletry, snack, or convenience item was there. It was a fantastic value, and we would definitely stay there again.

My first Airbnb experience. Cliff and Marcus have set an exceedingly high benchmark for any of my future Airbnb rentals. The private studio is charming, comfortable, and located within walking distance to Forest Park and all its attractions. Their attention to detail, i.e. fresh flowers in the bathroom, and an abundance of amenities, i.e. snacks, teas, shampoos and other bathing products, free reserved parking and a delightful shaded garden right out the door all contribute to the appeal of their charming studio. Cliff and Marcus are terrific hosts and went out of their way to locate an adaptor I could borrow for my phone when I realized I had forgotten my charger. This is only one of many examples of their professional hospitality. If you're a single or couple looking for a place SE of Forest Park, look no further, you've found what you need with this listing.

We had a great stay at Cliff's place! It had all the amenities we could need, and more. It was very clean and in a great location near Forest Park. The neighborhood had lots of character and there were many options for food and drink nearby. Cliff was very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend!

Sonny's place was the perfect spot for attending a convention in downtown St. Louis. It's walking distance from everything! Sonny was always accessible and immediately helped with all my questions. I highly recommend his place?

Beautiful loft in the heart of downtown. Walking distance to convention center and lots of restaurants. Full kitchen, washer/dryer, and comfortable bed. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location! Close to coffee, restaurants, and bars. Would highly suggest reserving parking rather than trying to park on the street for your whole stay.

We had a very nice stay in this apartment. Apart from not knowing the lock box and the rain I have not much to complain about. The noise at night is an issue and can give some trouble sleeping. However, we we're able to deal with it. It's very spacious and practical and I would recommend it to others.

Sonny is an excellent host. Check in and out were easy and convenient. The loft is clean and the bed super comfy. Just one piece of advice though: bring earplugs for nighttime! The loft is located on a busy street and is on the 3rd floor and doesn't have double paned windows so you will hear every last word that is spoken or shouted on the street and it is constant and at all hours. If you want sleep, earplugs are a must.

Great apartment in the heart of St Louis, with a friendly and communicative host.

Sonny's place is a great central location with amazing downtown views. You can see the City Museum from the window! Finding the condo was a little tricky for us from the parking lot but Sonny's directions are very thorough. We were very happy for the parking space close by because we felt safe to leave our car there and use Uber to get around all weekend. The apartment was very clean and felt like it was brand new. Sonny messages back virtually instantaneously. We had an amazing time and highly recommend Sonny's loft.
