“This stunning, quintessentially English pub next to the beach in Walberswick does an unbeatable Sunday roast. Take the rowing boat ferry from the Southwold side and it's less than a 5 minute walk into Walberswick. Make sure you go crabbing on the little bridge over the water by the harbour - just a couple of minutes from The Bell. An excellent crabbing spot with a coffee hut next door if your kids are early crabbers!”

“Multi-award winning pub a few yards from the cliff. Good food but tends to be very busy. Best time to go is in the evening after food service finishes (9.30ish), when it becomes a proper pub.”
