This was a simple place that had all the necessities and is valued at a good price. There were a few touch ups that the place needed and the owner has vowed to get it taken care of! Esteban was a great host and promptly answered all questions immediately. I recommend this place for people looking for a nice getaway at the island!

This place is everything we hoped for. 24 hour check in, separate door, fully furnished with fast wifi. The beach was an easy 4 minute walk away, as was everything else. Quiet, secluded, perfect getaway weekend. We will definitely be back!

Arriving and entering this studio apartment was easy. Just a quick call to Angela and she let us know how to get in and also that if we needed anything to not hesitate to call her. The apartment was clean for the most part and the walk to the beach wasn't too bad. There are lots of restaurants nearby. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

Daniel did an amazing job making us feel welcomed at his cozy condo. He was very attentive to our concerns and made the stay enjoyable. The condo is just as described and in an ideal location - less than a block away from South Padre beach. We had an amazing time at the beach and having the condo so close made the trip even more enjoyable. Definitely check out Wanna Wanna for pina coladas nearby! Axdruvals condo was great location perfect foot steps away from the beach the check in was very smooth and simple even allowed me to check in a little earlier is very helpful and extremely responsive through message highly recommend this place to anyone!

We had such a great stay here. This condo is very nice, high ceilings, and about a block and a half from the beach. It's also a short 4 minute drive to Clayton's Beach Bar & Grill. It's also very nice being able to access the pool from the mater bedroom. Also, the host always answers within minutes, very responsive. We will definitely be coming back to stay again.

This condo is beautifully maintained and perfectly located for our beach retreat! We loved being able to walk easily to the beach access. We also enjoyed having breakfast at the Palms Beachside Cafe, right on the beach, across from the condo. Being able to bring our dog to the beach was the best! Having an outdoor shower by the pool was nice, but be aware it does not have hot water.

The room was very nice and clean. It fit our needs perfectly. Close to the beach. Easy access to restraunts. Overall very enjoyable stay.

The apartment was perfect for my family of five (3 small kids) to enjoy SPI for the week. It's located directly across the street from public beach access and has a really nice central area with pool/hot tub. That and being on the ground floor made it ideal for my kids who alternated between the two all week. It was also walking distance to pretty much everything - grocery and liquor store, several restaurants, etc. More than location though, it had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the full kitchen with cooking equipment (and blender), washer/dryer, and several beach/pool items. The condo does have a small porch in the front that would be ideal for a future small gas grill to enjoy cooking out. Just a thought though, and definitely not essential. The property is managed by a local realtor, who does a fair job getting back to you if there are any issues. More important than that though, it that Cheryl (the owner) is extremely welcoming, accommodating, and helpful. Thanks Cheryl! I definitely would recommend staying here to a friend and look forward to possibly returning in the future!

We were in South Padre for our wedding and had a wonderful stay here! The condo was even nicer than the pictures--very modern and clean, hosts had coffee, laundry detergent, soaps, etc. in the condo which was very convenient. Location is great for the island, quick and easy trip to bars, restaurants, our wedding venue and beach access points. Additionally, pool is great and they have a small gym. Staff was responsive and polite. Would definitely stay here again--good value for a nice big condo-we could've comfortably had 4 more people stay with us.

Condo had an abundance of space even for our family of 8. It had everything we needed. It felt like a home away from home and we plan on returning. Close enough to everything

This property is very neat and clean, just as the description describes. Matthew and the staff at Padre Rentals were very attentive to any need I had, including allowing me to check in an hour or two early, getting me a hair-dryer, and even helping me to track-down Christmas gifts that had been shipped to the La Isla Homeowners front desk there on property. This property would be best suited for a larger group, in order to maximize its value. For 2-4 of us on any given day, it wasn't the most ideally suited for our needs. We were looking forward to the fancy, massage-jet looking showers, but it seemed that the showers were overhead jets only. We also found the hot tubs to be a little subpar...possibly because it was the off-season during our stay? The kitchen and living room area were perfect for cooking and hanging out, but again, not perfect for our small group, as we opted to eat out for the most part and go out in the evenings. We were also a little disappointed that there was no internet available, but this was clearly stated in the description. Again, Matthew and his staff is wonderful, so just make sure to contact him prior to booking if you have any questions or concerns as to whether this property would be a good fit for your group!!
