This double farmhouse dates from the 17th century. A beautiful holiday home of more than 100m2 has recently been built in the front house behind the transverse doors. All facilities are located on the ground floor. Such as a spacious sitting area with views of the West-Frisian Circular Dyke, a cooking island and a spacious bathroom with a free-standing bath and separate shower. A garden with terrace is provided. The sea is within cycling distance, where the quietest beaches of the Netherlands are located.

Cities like Alkmaar and Enkhuizen are nearby, but Amsterdam is also not far away. How about a day of bird island Texel?! Schagen with all its restaurants and shops are 5 km away. North Holland path and bike junction are close by. Fries are available free of charge. Golf course Mills is 250 meters away! You are very welcome.

Our charming guesthouse has everything you need for a relax stay. Located on the countryside, surrounded by grassland and green, at a beautiful road with a tunnel of trees. You can reach the sea and beach of Callantsoog within 10 minutes. The closest small town with supermarket, bakery and restaurant is only 5 min. away. City Schagen with bars and restaurants, shopping area and different kind of events in less than 10 minutes. Cheese-city Alkmaar is only 30 minutes away, and Amsterdam 1 hour.

In a historical old house we rent out a downstairs studio with a private bathroom, small kitchenette, a microwave/oven, coffee machine and waterkettle. Suitable for 2 persons. (not 2 persons and 1 child) You have a private entrance. A sunny studio with a table to sit on. Free parking exists in front of the house. Free wifi available. A busstop on walking distance. From our house you can easily cycle to the beach (6 km) or drive by car. Near Schagen, Alkmaar, Hoorn and the isle of Texel.
