One room studio (18 m2) - 2 minutes to the old stone Bridge in the heart of Regensburg. - Bed (1,40 x 2m) - hanging rail - little table with to chairs - kitchen with stove, fridge, sink - coffee machine (pads) - cookwear, dishes - bathroom with shower and toilet (no hairdryer) - WIFI from 6.30 am till 2.30 am - only public parking (ca. 100 m) - NO breakfast (baker/cafes/bars/restaurants nearby) - check out at around 11 am. - from end of may to end of september radiators will be deactivated.

The cozy and newly furnished apartment with balcony on the 1st floor for max. 4 persons offers a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, bathroom with shower and a living room. Underfloor heating, TV, WiFi, linens and towels as well as bicycle storage are available independantly. Garage can be provided (subject to availability). Dogs are allowed.

This little gem is surrounded by beautiful nature with hills, rocks and rivers. In a very quiet location with separate entrance and private staircase. From the covered sitting area, there is a view of meadows and fields. Artistically designed and lovingly decorated down to the last detail. At the gates of Regensburg with train station and highway connection to Munich, Nuremberg, Bavarian Forest and Czech Republic. Hiking, climbing, boating and biking right from the front door.

The beautiful historical old part of the city can best be reached by bus (3 bus lines headed for the city are only a couple of minutes from the apartment). Regensburg university is a fifteen minute walk away. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom. The fridge has a freezing compartment, WiFi and a TV are included.
