A cosy Shepherd Hut, named Ronald, set in 60 acres of tranquil Cotswold countryside. Glamping at its finest with all the comforts of home in the great outdoors. Conveniently located 5 minutes drive from Moreton in Marsh, with direct train links to Oxford and London. Durhams Farm is home to over 30 much-loved horses and ponies. Horse riding experiences are available whilst you stay. The perfect location for couples, adventurers and equine enthusiasts.
Camping may not be at the top of everyone’s list during the winter months but Ronald is a very reasonable alternative. We’ve kitted him out with hot and cold running water, heating and electricity too, so you can relax and enjoy all of the comforts of home, in the great outdoors. Ronald has a comfy fitted double bed, with storage underneath and all of your bed linen and towels are provided. The kitchenette is stocked with crockery and cutlery, a kettle, an electric single hob, toaster, fridge and sink. There is private seating outside your hut with beautiful views surrounding. Great for stargazing and the sunsets at the farm are beautiful. During the winter months, radiators will be added to keep you warm. There is a heated shower room a short walk (25metres) from the Huts in a blue cabin. Here, guests have shared (max 4 guests at any one time) access to a shower, WC and sink. Ideal for couples, friends and solo travellers! We have two huts available at Durhams - great for group trips! Apologies, we do not accept bookings for young children (under 10) and/or pets. Wifi is not available in the Hut but can be accessed on the farm all day. Visit the riding school reception to connect your device.
Our Shepherd Hut is set in a stunning part of the Cotswolds within easy reach of picturesque towns such as Bourton on the Water and Stow on the Wold. Stratford upon Avon, Cheltenham and Warwick are both within a 40 minute drive. There are miles of bridleways and footpaths to explore in the surrounding area and some great local pubs and restaurants. Daylesford Organic is 3 miles away too and well worth a visit whilst you stay.
  • Something different! We had a really special time and I was surprised at all the amenities that could fit into a small place but still look stylish and minimalistic

  • Myself and my partner stayed in “Ronald” and I can’t recommend it enough! Parking was plentiful, check-in super easy, the amenities were clean and everyone around the site was very friendly. It was a little muddy on the yard so take wellies in rainy weather, but the hut itself is very cosy, warm and safe, and had lots of thoughtful touches such as blankets, hot water bottles and even little games to play when we were indoors. We got to wake up to stunning views over countryside and of Chastleton house, and the farm has plenty of animals to see! Really enjoyable couple of days, thank you 😊

  • Great little cabin for a weekend's writing!

    Mark2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • Absolutely lovely stay, as described completely, was lovely and warm when we got there. Little touches such as tea bags which we forgot, thanks for having us! Take wellies!

  • We had an amazing stay at Ronald. The hut was so well equipped. Really clean and in such a pretty location! Highly reccommend!

    Naomi2020-02-17T00:00:00Z
  • Ronald was just what I needed for a quiet weekend in the countryside! Sparkling clean, quiet and a lovely little haven. Can’t recommend enough.

  • Small and cosy hut in a field next to a farm and riding centre. It is winter and I went with my toddler but it was so warm. Little portable stove, fridge, kettle and toaster were great to cook on. We arrived at night and woke up in the morning to pretty view of fields and the sound of ducks, chickens and guinea fowl running around. Lots of outside space to play though it was too wet when we were there. Best thing for us was popping into the horse riding centre 30m away and having a couple of little rides for my kid (additional cost) The guys were brilliant and it was lots of fun. I’d definitely come again! Bathroom is in the horse riding centre but v clean and private for the 2 huts. Take a torch and wellies!!

  • A fantastic barn conversion which was very clean, homely, well decorated and a great size to move around for a party of 4. It had an ideal location to get around and visit the surrounding villages. Our host Salee was very accommodating when we had car trouble and allowed us to extend our stay until it got towed. Thanks very much!

  • Lovely house, with great facilities and a perfect location to explore the surrounding area.

    Emma2020-01-19T00:00:00Z
  • Lovely stay in January at Salee’s house. We were travelling with a toddler so have having plenty of toys and gear for a toddler at the house really helped. We also loved the local pub, The Chequers, which was only a few minuets walk away. Salee’s place was also clean and good value for money. Highly recommend!

    Dave2020-01-15T00:00:00Z
  • Salee’s place was a fantastic country getaway, we absolutely loved our time there! It’s a great place and has everything you need. Drainage in the shower can be a bit of an issue but we had a fantastic time and will hopefully be back into the future!

Aptly named, the Mousehole is a unique miniature barn; the perfect place to unwind. Situated in an 'Area of Outstanding Beauty' in the heart of the Cotswolds this renovated cottage has retained an abundance of character. A 3-minute walk to the popular Chequers Inn, and Daylesford, Soho Farmhouse and Blenheim Palace nearby. With endless walks on your doorstop, it is an ideal romantic hideaway if you are looking to get away from it all. We look forward to welcoming you!
The Mousehole has been completely renovated to a high standard. The cosy double bed on the mezzanine floor makes the space ideal for a couple. Due to height restrictions, there is no bed base, but a good quality mattress. I am mentioning this as most people love the quirkiness of the cottage, as seen in guest's reviews, however I have had one complaint about this (since opening in July 2017!) so just want you to be aware! The cottage is open plan with the exception of the shower room which has a loo, shower and basin. Although we have done everything we can to adhere to health and safety requirements, PLEASE NOTE this is a very old building and the stairs to the mezzanine floor are quite narrow and steep so not suitable for toddlers/young children/elderly, and the loo is on the ground floor. We pride ourselves with attention to detail and want to make your stay perfect, hence this detailed and honest description! The 3 double bedroom house opposite the Mousehole, (No.1 The Square), is also available to rent and depending on availability, both properties can be booked together. This has proven popular for families with weddings nearby.
We think the Mousehole would have been built in the late 1690's, when the village was rebuilt after a fire. Churchill is a very friendly and popular village with a Heritage Centre, William Morris Memorial, All Saints Church, cricket pitch, fountain and village green. As well as the much loved Chequers Inn! You will be ideally placed for touring the Cotswolds and visiting the wealth of visitor attractions and leisure activities in the area. Please see our 'Manual' for a few ideas to get you started.
  • Mouse House is tucked away in the cutest English Language. It is a super cute little studio. Katherine is always in contact. I do wish there was somewhere to hang clothes up as there is no wardrobe...however it was so lovely and we loved staying there. Thank you Katherine xx

  • Great place to stay

    Jackie2020-02-27T00:00:00Z
  • Great two night stay, the barn has everything you need for a nice break away, we managed to cook a full roast and meal on both nights using the all in one microwave/convection oven - great space saving idea! Under floor heating was a dream and the barn was toasty out whole stay. Mezzanine floor is lovely, like a big kids den. Definitely recommend a stay here as it’s in a great location to explore the rest of the cotswolds and oxford.

    Lauren2020-02-18T00:00:00Z
  • The Mousehole is easily in my top three Airbnbs ever- my stay there was perfect. Between a perfectly scaled space for maximum coziness, a stunningly beautiful setting, an amazingly convenient location for long country rambles in any direction and bountiful birds and wildlife, the five nights I spent there were magnificent. Katharine was the most gracious and helpful host. Thankful to her for the thought and care she put into the place. Wholeheartedly recommended.

    Ryan2020-02-03T00:00:00Z
  • Really good place to go for a short get away from city life. Very cute and cosy as well, meeting all our expectations.

The building itself is stunning but Emma has decorated the place so beautifully. My boyfriend and I wanted a few days away and we’re so pleased we chose The Loft. We had everything we needed and Emma was excellent at communicating and ensuring we had everything we needed. Directions were clear and the brownies were a great welcome treat! The Cotswolds are characterised by attractive small towns and villages, built of the underlying Cotswold stone (a yellow oolitic limestone). In the Middle Ages the wool trade made the Cotswolds prosperous and some of this money was put into the building of churches, leaving the area with a number of large handsome Cotswold stone "wool churches". The area remains affluent, which has encouraged the establishment of many high quality pubs, restaurants and antique shops.
  • Beautiful large cottage in a quaint village location. Super clean house and great host. Quiet and peaceful!

  • All your home comforts, set in a very chic barn conversion, makes for a delightful countryside getaway. Tom (the owner who lives in the main house across the way) was very welcoming, and very knowledgable about the local area. The downstairs is a particularly lovely space, with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, and a very comfortable living room with doors that open onto a great outdoor patio and garden. If we had had a little more sun across the weekend we definitely would have given the BBQ a go! The large bedrooms are complimented by en suite bathrooms, both of which have been done to a very high standard. We will definitely be back!

Gable Cottage's mature, enclosed garden is at the back of the property and is a mixture of lawn and patio areas.
  • Beautiful, large cottage in wonderful Cotswolds village. Spotlessly clean and lots of amenities. Good for children with built in stair gates and high chairs, etc. Check in of 4pm is quite late though and there was no flexibility when we stayed. Otherwise would highly recommend.

  • Great cottage in a super location. Super cosy when the weather was awful! Close to a lovely village pub and lots of Cotswold villages to explore nearby

  • An absolutely beautiful cottage for a perfect getaway in the countryside. The house is stunning, with everything you need and a cosy fireplace. It’s situated in a great location with a wonderful pub just down the road. Couldn’t recommend this cottage more!

  • Fantastic space in a lovely Cotswolds town. Very cosy for the colder months!

    Julian2019-10-21T00:00:00Z
  • Lovely cottage with a lot of quirks. The original spiral suitcase is a little scary so definitely not suitable to those with mobility issues or children. Lovely garden and kitchen and the rooms were very comfy. NB you need a car as it is very remote and not near any shops or ATMs

    Johara2019-08-25T00:00:00Z
  • Lovely cottage, gorgeous outdoor space for meals in the terrace behind the garden. Very low ceilings though!

    Steph2019-08-05T00:00:00Z
  • A gorgeous little country cottage in the heart of the beautiful Cotswolds. Churchill is a beautiful village with an amazing pub that you must visit. There are some great walks and I would recommend taking a stroll over to the village of Kingham too. The owners really have thought of everything and the only downside will be when you have to leave !

  • Charming place in a small village in the Cotswolds. There is an excellent pub in the village withing walking distance. A plus. There are other pubs in nearby villages but a car is needed. The interior is stylish, clean and modern. Very nice. Perfect for 2 couples. The main bedroom Is in the first floor. Large. The bedroom in the second floor is also large but with low ceilings. Both bathrooms are excellent with nice amenities. Highly recommended !!!

  • We had a fantastic stay at the Machine Rooms. Everything was just as advertised but what the pictures don't tell you is the homely yet modern feel of this cottage. the kitchen is small but has everything you need. Both bedrooms are ensuite and of good size to fit your luggage and still have space to move around. What makes this place extra special is the location - Churchill is a small village but beautiful and quiet - Daylesford is a 7 minute drive, Chipping Norton is another short drive so it is perfectly located. We had booked to stay for a week and ended up extending our stay for an extra night because we were so comfortable. We travelled with a baby and there was a travel cot and high chair provided. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Voted "England's Favourite Village" in 2004 by Country Life magazine, Kingham is a beautiful, unspoilt Cotswold village, with a large open green and some elegant stone and thatch cottages, mostly dating from the 17th and 18th centuries. It is situated in the Evenlode valley, a short drive from the well known Cotswold market towns of Stow-on-the-Wold and Chipping Norton. There has been a church on the site of St. Andrew's Church for at least 900 years, although the present building is a mixture of ages. The font is 13th century, the Perpendicular Gothic tower 15th century, the nave roof is dated 1774 and the rest of the church was remodelled in 1851-3. The church also has a fine old rectory, built in the 17th century. Kingham has two highly regarded pubs, a village shop and is just a mile away from Daylesford Organic, which is well known for its organic food, cookery school and spa. Kingham is also the only village in the Cotswolds that is served by a main line railway station, which provides regular services to London Paddington station. Food & Drink Kingham is fortunate to be blessed with two of the best village pubs in the whole of the Cotswolds, as well as a welcoming hotel, and is just a mile away from the well known Daylesford Organic Farm: The Wild Rabbit (www.thewildrabbit.co.uk): Owned by Lord and Lady Bamford, and described as "the poshest pub in Britain", the Wild Rabbit has been totally refurbished and boasts a total of three real fires in its dining room and separate bar. The menu reflects the seasons and celebrates everything that is great about local produce. All ingredients are carefully selected for their quality and are organic, where possible; The Kingham Plough (www.thekinghamplough.co.uk): The Kingham Plough has established a well deserved reputation as an outstanding dining pub and has deservedly been recognised by numerous awards bestowed by various different bodies. The modern British food is inspirational, not your ordinary Gastro-Pub menu, where everything is prepared from scratch by a team of skilled chefs. Headed by chef-owner Emily Watkins and head chef Ben Dulley, the menu offers an exciting take on English classics. The kitchen is dedicated to making the most of the carefully sourced local ingredients and everything from the charcuterie to the baked beans in the award winning breakfast is proudly made by hand. Kingham also has a village store, selling a wide range of everyday products, including fresh items, beers, wines and spirits, groceries and confectionery. There are regular farmers' markets held in the village, throughout the year.
  • A relaxing setting in a beautful part of the Cotswolds. The living space is comfortable and makes relaxing very easy, the beds are also very comfortable and the propery is very clean. Two pubs within walking distance, we visited both and had great food in both.

    Vivienne2020-02-24T00:00:00Z
  • Very centrally located in Kingham and very charming. The house is small and the ceilings in the bedrooms are quite low, but overall it was everything we needed. Nice heated floors in the bathroom.

    Brian2019-11-30T00:00:00Z
  • Really lovely little cottage, ideal for 2 people! the location is amazing being just a stones throw away from some great pubs, and Daylesford Farm. Chipping Norton, better known as "Chippy" by locals, is a well-known market town in the Cotswolds which has been runner up in the Great British High Street awards for small market town for the last two years. Once the site of a Norman castle, the town is the highest in Oxfordshire and has a number of notable buildings to visit. The Town Hall proudly marks the days when the town was a Borough. It was built in 1842 and used to host the poultry and butter markets on Wednesdays, as well as the Corn Exchange. It was also used for entertainment and auctions and lucky visitors may catch a glimpse of a bride and groom as the hall is licensed for weddings. A picturesque row of traditional Cotswold stone cottages can be found in the town which were once almshouses given to Chippy by puritan Henry Cornish. The almshouses are set back from the road and are entered through a grand archway which has elaborate finials and cresting. Another standout building is Bliss Mill. It dates back to the 1870s and was once used in the manufacturing of wool and tweed for cloth manufacturer William Bliss. The mill was designed to look like a country house, but has the large chimney at one end for which it is recognised. It is now a Grade II listed building and was converted into luxury apartments in the 1980s.
  • Small cottage in a quiet location, the cottage was precisely as described. We knew to expect only one bathroom. A short walk to central Chipping Norton communication was great.

    Ashkhan2020-03-08T00:00:00Z
  • A great cottage in a perfect location near the centre of Chipping Norton. The cottage has been renovated to a high spec, with really good facilities, great little kitchen, good bathroom and even a useful utility room. The rooms are all a good size, and the beds comfy! If over 6 foot, You will need to watch your head when going into the bathroom and bedrooms, and the stairs are a little awkward to come down as the beams are quite low at the bottom. There are great finishing touches throughout which are really lovely to see and made our stay really enjoyable. It's just a short walk to the Theatre and lots of pubs/restaurants and take-aways. We had no trouble parking outside each night, but you do get a permit to park in the premier inn car park which we didn't ever need to use.

Being a relatively small town, it comes as a surprise to many to find a theatre in Chipping Norton. The team put on an array of productions including theatre, music, comedy and the annual pantomime. As well as live performances, the theatre also screens a range of classic, art house and foreign language films. Food & Drink As one of the main market towns in the Cotswolds, Chipping Norton has a wide variety of places to eat and drink, catering for most tastes and budgets. The list below is a small sample, to give a flavour for the various options available: Wild Thyme Restaurant (www.wildthymerestaurant.co.uk): Offering exciting modern British food and relaxed friendly service, complemented by three stylish rooms, this is a special place to enjoy great food and wine with family and friends. The Chequers (www.chequers-pub.com): The Chequers was built in medieval times at the entrance to the market place and is thought to date back to the late 1500s as a pub, when it was identified by a sign of a blue anchor outside. The main bar is situated amongst four seating areas. In the absence of any electronic games machines, pool tables or juke boxes, the traditional pub styling of yesteryear is recalled. A blazing log fire in the winter creates a cosy atmosphere. There is also a separate restaurant area. Whistlers Café Bar & Restaurant (www.whistlersrestaurant.co.uk): The owners of Whistlers are passionate about food and passionate about entertaining. Open during the day as well as for evening meals, Whistlers has a range of breakfasts, through to lighter snacks and lunchtime treats, as well as a great range of hot drinks and cakes to help you while away the hours. Café Le Raj (www.cafeleraj.net): A contemporary Indian restaurant, where top quality ingredients and fragrant herbs and spices are used to create sumptuous dishes. Chipping Norton also has many food shops, ranging from small, family run places, to a Co-op and a Sainsbury's.
  • Beautiful cottage with very thoughtful touches, including breakfast supplies and a lovely homemade cake for us on arrival. Would highly recommend!

  • Garden Cottage is charming, pristine clean and has everything necessary for a comfortable home from home stay. The cottage was cosy, warm and welcoming and I loved the wood burner. Communication with Alison was immediate and she contacted me shortly after my arrival to make sure that all was well. Using the lockbox was straightforward. I didn’t have any difficulty finding a space in the residents car park. I have no hesitation in recommending this cottage.

  • The house felt more like a home, warm, full of all the essentials you would need. The decor was cosy and country, perfect for a break in the Cotswolds. The location was perfect with a short walk to most sights and pubs. The hosts were fab and only to happy to help. Parking was only a 2min walk from the property and everyone was so friendly. We enjoyed spending time in the house as so warm and homely. 2 sofas to make watching films and drinking wine very easy. Thoroughly recommend!

Sit on a leather Chesterton by a modern fireplace and be steeped in the charming glow of this home in a former stone barn dating from the 19th-century. Modern furnishings, exposed wood beams, and antique art combine for a trendy, enchanting tenor.
The Stables is one of five homes within the Mount Farm Barn conversion which was completed in 2018 The house has three levels. On the ground floor is an open plan kitchen and living space with a cosy wood burning stove. A sofa and comfy chairs will host six people for relaxing while a rustic farmhouse table sits six people. Folding doors open onto a patio area. There is seating outside and 2 deck chairs. There is also a small WC on the first floor. The master bedroom on the second floor has a en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower. On the third floor there are two further bedrooms (one double & one twin) and a third bathroom. There is office space in the twin bedroom.
The house is located in the village of Churchill, which is set within the Cotswolds AONB. The Chequers, a lively pub, is a stroll away, as are a number of historic attractions like All Saint’s Church and the Churchill and Sarsden Heritage Centre.
  • I would highly recommend staying at Hywels place. The property is beautifully decorated and more than spacious enough for 6 people. The village of Churchill is stunning and the local pub (the Chequers) is excellent.

  • Fantastic peaceful base to explore the Cotswolds, located in a picturesque village with a highly rated pub/restaurant - Chequers. Very spacious, comfortable, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. It has all the amenities and toiletries we need. Enjoyed the wood burning fireplace; my daughter loved her room with the skylight; master bedroom is super spacious and the best part is the shower. Hard to find a comfortable and spacious space for an extended family of 5 in England. Glad to have found Hywel’s place.

    Soo Nee2020-03-13T00:00:00Z
  • The best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. Beautifully decorated, thoughtfully appointed, very close to the finest walking trails, spacious yet cozy, warm and inviting, and a really high end feel are some of the descriptors that come to mind. For those of you looking to experience the Cotswolds in a way that immerses you in the charm of the English countryside, look no further.

    Rahul2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • Hywel's house was perfect for a family getaway to the countryside. Churchill is a lovely village with a great pub and walks, and is close to many more villages and attractions. Stylishly appointed the house had everything we needed, and more, plus practicalities like easy parking and fast wifi. We would love to come back when it's less soggy to visit Blenheim Palace.

    Jason2020-02-20T00:00:00Z
  • Hywel's home is a stunning property where every detail has been considered to ensure a comfortable stay. Hywel is a superb host - he made us feel very welcome and he was easily contactable if we had any queries. As keen foodies, we were spoilt for choice with many superb dining options within close vicinity. Hywel's home is the perfect base to explore the Cotswolds and we hope to return soon.

  • My partner and I stayed for 3 days to escape busy London. We highly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful and stylish home. The barn was clean, cosy and smelt divine. We had everything we could need and more. Hywel was incredibly responsive and attentive to our needs. We would definitely stay again and will recommend to friends and family!

    Darcy2020-02-13T00:00:00Z
  • Our stay at Howel's home was perfect. He was very attentive and keen to make sure we were happy. The house is very cosy and spotless. The local pub and their moules mariniere were also quite spectacular.

Oak doors open into a utility room, which includes a freezer and a washing machine; Dining room: Contains a wooden table, with seating for six, as well as a beautiful Welsh dresser. There are French doors leading out to the back garden and a flagstone floor, which runs into the adjoining open plan kitchen; Kitchen: Contains a large range cooker, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and fridge. Returning to the hallway, stairs lead up to a lovely first floor landing, with exposed oak beams and stone walls. Leading off the landing are three bedrooms and a family bathroom: Bedroom 1: Contains a king size bed; Bedroom 2: Contains two 75cm wide single beds, which can be joined together to form a double bed; Bedroom 3: Contains a single bed; Family bathroom: Contains a bath with overhead shower, basin and toilet. This tranquil, gravelled area is enclosed (please note that there is a right of access through the garden for the next door neighbour) and contains an outdoor table and seating, a chiminea and a barbeque. There is a storage shed in the back garden, which contains a tumble dryer.
  • My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Robin Cottage, it was the perfect spot girls’ winter weekend. The communication from the cottage management team was excellent and the property was spotlessly clean. We plan to return next year!

  • We stayed at Robin Cottage in January 2019 for a 30th birthday weekend away. There were four of us. The cottage was perfect for our trip - it's in a great location and only a ten minute drive to Daylesford Farm and the WIld Rabbbit in Kingham (where we had dinner). the cottage was very clean and warm, with a log burner file and lovely bedrooms. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary crockery. I thought the was very good value for the size and location and would definitely return. thank you!

We bought this brand new conversion a year ago, and have enjoyed many wonderful weekends here throughout the year. The location is perfect for anyone wanting to spend time at Daylesford, visit the Bamford spa, or Wild Rabbit restaurant. There is a classic English pub ‘The Chequers’ with a wonderful atmosphere and food only a few minutes walk away (good for celeb spotting). Churchill is a beautiful village with a stunning church, water fountain and walks. Kingham train station is 3 miles away.
You will love the mix of modern and traditional in this beautifully appointed home. The fire makes the front room very cosy in the winter, and the outside space is a sun trap in Summer enabling you to sit peacefully outside and listen to the sounds of the Cotswold countryside.
  • Stunning property with great amenities, high spec and super clean. Comfy beds, lots of space and in a beautiful location. Make sure to go to The Chequers pub for dinner!

    Joanna2020-03-12T00:00:00Z
  • This property was absolutely immaculate and had everything we wanted - a fire, good showers, comfortable beds, plenty of space. It is part of a new development so not a typical Cotswold cottage but it is in a very attractive village with a renowned pub that you can walk to. It was the perfect combination for our American relations. Be organised though with your packing so you don’t have to go back and forth to the car too much. We weren’t and it was raining hard!

    Sarah2019-12-23T00:00:00Z
  • We so loved staying at The Threshing Barn in Churchill. A spectacular home in a lovely Cotswold village. We loved chilling out at the barn, checking out the shops at Stow, dining at The Chequers in the village, visiting the nearby National Trust country manor., and would highly recommend Dalesford Farm is a must for further retail therapy. Thank you Lee for sharing your lovely home. We hope to return one day.

  • We had such an amazing stay at Lee’s house. Had a gorgeous meal in The Chequers, a fabulous home cooked meal in the house and a delicious lunch in The Wild Rabbit. House was so clean and stylish and snuggling in front of the fire made our early Christmas, perfect.

The house was beautiful and had everything you could think of including some handy bits of food for cooking ! Also we had lots of info provided regarding parking, check in check out etc. So everything was super clear and they replied to any questions really quickly. Would definitely recommend to anyone!!

    Caroline2019-10-20T00:00:00Z
  • The Smithy was the perfect cottage for us - a lovely, welcoming place to stay, spotless and with everything you needed to hand. It was in a great location for easily walking to the shops and pubs of Chipping Norton, but also well located for beautiful walks into the Cotswolds countryside.

    Nick2019-10-13T00:00:00Z
  • Lovely cottage, perfect location. Charming walks from our doorstep. Sweet thoughtful touches like fresh flowers. Couldn't speak higher of it.

    Katherine2019-09-02T00:00:00Z
  • We stayed in this lovely house in the centre of Chipping Norton. It had great extra touches such as fresh milk being provided for us so we could have a cup of tea on arrival. There was a coffee machine and plenty of tea facilities provided. Local facilities were good with a nice pub just a short walk up the road and there is also a Sainsbury’s within a short walking distance. The house has WiFi available and a smart TV. There was a main bathroom upstairs with a bath and good overhead shower, plus the downstairs toilet. Dependent on arrival times (we arrived on the Friday evening when the locals pubs and restaurants were busy), you may need to drive around for a while looking for a suitable parking spot as there are no dedicated parking options for the house. However if you avoid arriving at peak times there should be plenty of nearby parking available. A great stay in a lovely village and would definitely return!

  • The Old Smithy was a lovely cosy hideaway, even during storm Dennis! A really nicely laid out living space with a really efficient log stove kept us comfy and warm!

  • If you're considering booking The Old Smithy, don't hesitate! It's full of charm and old-world character with all the modern touches you could need. The shower is fantastic and the log burner works a treat creating a wonderful cosy atmosphere! Kingham itself is the quintessential Cotswolds village benefitting from two amazing pubs...we can highly recommend both; we frequented both for dinner and The Kingham Plough does a fantastic breakfast and is only two minutes walk away! If you do decide to stay in the area we can also highly recommend Dalesford Farm, we found a reason to drop in every day of our stay...either for tea and cake, picking up some fantastic food or for breakfast on our last day before setting off home. We can't wait to return soon!!

The Barn is a pretty Cotswold-stone building in a quiet village. A great base for relaxing & visiting the Cotswolds, Oxford, Blenheim Palace or Bicester Village. Just 5 minutes drive from the historic market town of Chipping Norton, with plenty of shops & relaxing coffee stops. The village pub is 5 minutes walk. In winter a log burner makes it cosy. There are footpaths 'from the door' and great mountain & road biking too. We love welcoming UK and international guests & business people.
There is a small kitchenette area with kettle, toaster, fridge and microwave but no oven or hob. We provide several types of tea and ground coffee as well as cereals, fresh milk and bread or Hot Cross Buns to help you start the day. The Barn is a detached building with its own entrance. Whilst The Barn dates back to the late 1700's, it's been fully renovated and is light and airy. In the summertime, you can pin back the french doors to enjoy sitting in the sunshine. You'll be staying in a wonderful rural location but with great access to many interesting, historic and iconic locations such as Blenheim Palace. Other local attractions include Daylesford Organic, Soho Farmhouse and, if you like shopping, the famous Bicester Village is only about 30 mins away. Our village pub - The Salford Inn - is just 5 minutes walk down the hill. It's recently been beautifully renovated with Cotswold stone with original beams on show. The chef serves light meals and daily specials. For those who love walking and biking, you'll have great access directly from The Barn to fantastic Cotswolds countryside. This is what a previous guest, Patrick said: "Can't say enough good things about staying at "The Barn". If you get the chance, stay here! We had such an amazing time, definitely the highlight of our trip to the UK! You went way above and beyond and we hope to be able to come stay again one day" The kingsize bed has a John Lewis Natural Collection pocket sprung mattress and the bed base has drawers for extra storage. There are both firm and medium pillows for you to choose from. A previous guest, Adam, said this: "Thank you for a great couple of days away from the city. We loved everything about our stay in The Barn. The location, the fire, the breakfast and probably the comfiest bed we’ve ever slept in." One of our previous guests, Charlotte, said "Nell & Tim are so friendly and helpful - would 100% recommend their gorgeous little place to anyone looking for a base in The Cotswolds area!" Our central location in the country means that we regularly welcome business people to The Barn. We have good WiFi and there's a round table to work at if needed. Our Keysafe gives flexibility in accessing The Barn if you're running late.
You will never be short of stunning sights and unforgettable days out when you visit this part of the world! The pre-historic settlement called The Rollright Stones, dates back to 4,000BC and is just a few minutes away by car (slightly longer by footpath!). The local market town just 5 minutes away - Chipping Norton - was an important wool centre from the Middle Ages, with Bliss Mill a wonderful local landmark. There's a busy market in the town every Wednesday and once a month on Saturday's there's also a Farmer's Market where all sorts of local produce and crafts are available for sale. For something a little bit more 'upmarket' Daylesford Organic Farm Shop is just a few miles away, as well as the Michelin Star 'Wild Rabbit' which serves high quality seasonal and local food.
  • The Barn is really comfortable, Nell and Tim are friendly hosts who provide lovely extra touches such as fresh breakfast items. We only stayed for a night but it would make a great base for exploring the area

When I renovated Yarrow, I wanted to offer a different take on the typical thatched Cotswolds holiday cottage through eclectic design and attention to detail. Sleeping up to four people in two double bedrooms, the two-storey self-catered property is a dream destination for couples or a small family. Churchill is a beautiful Cotswold's village, a few minutes drive from Kingham & Bledington, and a short distance from Daylesford Organic Farm, Stow on the Wold, Burford and many more stunning towns.
Upstairs, you’ll find the master bedroom with a super-king custom-built bed and the exposed wooden beams of a traditional English country cottage. The second bedroom also has a bespoke bed for two and a large bathroom with a luxurious copper roll top bathtub — a particularly welcome way to relax after a day of walking or a week of working. Downstairs you will find a well-furnished living room with a bespoke corner snug seat and sofas opposite the log burning stove. There room feels exotic yet cosy thanks to its wooden walls, sliding doors, Balinese furniture and bold paintings, which all ensure the interior is as beautiful as the rolling hills outside. The dining room, meanwhile, has seating for six is the ideal setting for an intimate dinner party, surrounded by candles and creative lighting. And the kitchen makes eating and drinking a pleasure, thanks to its fully equipped with a range cooker, Nespresso coffee machine and complimentary spirits bar. The kitchen back door opens onto a small garden space with a table and chairs—the ideal spot for a country breakfast or drinks in the sun. Fully-equipped with beautifully curated creative touches, Yarrow is like no other self-catered cottage in the Cotswolds.
Churchill is a beautiful village centered around its village green pub and church as all the best villages are. Just three miles from the market town of Chipping Norton, 5 miles from Stow-on-the-Wold and 10 miles from Burford, Churchill sits right in the center of the “golden triangle” of the Cotswolds. The awesome Chequers pub sits in the center of the village serving fantastic food, wines and beers, with a good serving of old school American country and folk music. The hugely popular Daylesford organic farm shop and hay barn spa is a short five-minute drive away, head over for brunch and enjoy their fantastic produce and equally great spa. In Kingham, just a mile away you’ll find “The Wild Rabbit”, Daylesford’s newest venture, along with the Plough Inn, two of the best foodie stops you’ll find anywhere.
  • Spent Christmas at this brilliant cottage. Ticks all the boxs for comfort design and attention to detail. Highly recommend.

  • The hosts, Laura and Nigel, were very helpful in recommending what to see and do in the local area. The cottage was very comfortable and had everything you needed during your stay. Car parking right outside the front door was both secure and an added bonus. Good location for seeing the Cotswolds and also for exploring Oxford city centre.

  • What a lovely cottage! Secluded, clean and so cosy. The kitchen is well equipped, milk on arrival, comfy bed and towels and cowshed products! We loved our stay here, perfect for a chilled weekend away. A little chilly on arrival but soon warmed up with the fire on (would recommend taking slippers) the area itself is lovely, everyone is so friendly. We can’t wait to return in summer!

    Nicole2020-03-08T00:00:00Z
  • My boyfriend and I spent a wonderful few days here. This place really has everything you could possibly need. The log burner gives the place such a cosy atmosphere, so much so that we barely wanted to leave. We still miss the bed which was probably the most comfortable nights sleep we have ever had. We definitely felt like the place was our own and appreciated the privacy, whilst knowing that Laura and Nigel were available should we ever need them. Definitely recommend!

    Stephanie2020-03-06T00:00:00Z
  • Perfect base for Cotswold exploring. Wonderful cottage which was very welcoming. Every appliance you could possibly need and great touches like fresh milk from a local farm and eggs from Laura and Nigel’s chickens. The cottage is beautifully decorated with modern kitchen and very homely log burner. Nigel’s recommendations on walks and local pubs were so helpful plus there are games and books if you have any spare time. Highly recommend and 3 nights was not long enough! Thanks for such a wonderful stay.

  • Another fab stay at this stylish cottage in lovely surroundings. Close to lots of things to do and places to visit. We have been lots to Cotswolds and keep coming back. Equally Stables Cottage has a great sofa and a log burner for cosy nights in. We will be back.

  • What a great place to stay. You want to escape the rat race but still be close enough to places to eat and drink, look no further. Great hosts who offer lots of tips and recommendations. Beautiful cottage with peace and quiet for miles. Salford itself has a small pub and is lovely for a stroll. We took a 6 month old and Nigel and Laura helped out with baby bath and toys. Anyone who stays here will not be disappointed. Thanks very much both

    Keith2020-02-19T00:00:00Z
  • I visited Stable Cottage with my husband and our pooch - we knew it was going to be a lovely place to stay but Nigel and Laura’s cottage exceeded our expectations. The place was spotless and very well decorated with lovely homely touches. They even left a bowl of dog biscuits out for our dog on arrival which was very thoughtful (and appreciated by said dog after a long drive). Nigel sent over lots of recommendations for walks and places to eat and he came over to meet us and made sure we settled in ok. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to return.

A quirky little resting point at the gateway to the Cotswolds. Formerly a children’s nursery school it now welcomes families looking to get away from it all. The main bedroom has two doors as it was formerly separate rooms for the babies to sleep. Located 2 miles south of Chipping Norton with many pubs and restaurants within easy reach. Access to our private woodland with footpath leading to walks across fields. Close to Blenheim Palace, Fairytale Farm, Cotswold Wildlife Park, Daylesford Organic
The property is simple but has everything that you need for your stay. Tony and Elizabeth are happy to lend you anything else that you need - just ask.
The property spreads over six acres and in 2001 more than two thousand British native trees were planted with a pond created for the wildlife and an extensive net work of paths leading to public footpaths allowing visitors to stray to the nearest pub or to walk cross country to Chipping Norton. Kiln House has chickens which live behind an electric fence and organic free range eggs are available to purchase.
  • Tony + his wife made us feel really welcome. It's a ideal little annex to explore the Cotswolds. We were there for a weekend. The accommodation was cosy and stress free. I really felt I could relax and let my 3 year old run around and explore their large garden and private woods.

  • The Old Nursery was perfect my husband, myself, our friend and our two dogs and was a neat little historical experience! Everything we needed was provided and Tony and his family were extremely hospitable and quick to respond / assist. Places we wanted to visit were between 10 and 30 minute drives away, which we didn’t mind because the scenery was so beautiful. Would recommend The Old Nursery to anybody!

  • Tony’s place is a tremendous value, and the hospitality I received was unsurpassed. I enjoyed the peaceful surroundings, the back lot with footpaths and a canopy of trees, and the clean, comfortable bungalow. It was a great base for my visit to the area for a weekend workshop, with Chipping Norton an easy drive or walk away for necessities or an evening at the pub.

It was a lovely, warm place to stay in the winter and has all amenities (apart from a washing machine, but we did stay for 2 weeks). Bed was very comfortable and quiet area so slept well. • We really enjoyed our stay in Kate’s property, it’s very close to Chipping Norton which is a lovely town to stroll around with great restaurants! We also had nice trips to Oxford, Bourton on the water and a walk around the Cotswolds wildlife park. The studio itself is really well equipped for a weekend away and is very quiet and private, a perfect weekend!

  • This is a lovely little place to stay and the bedroom is separate to the living space which is nice. Amazing shower and lovely bathroom, very clean. We went with our 2 dogs and it’s nice that you can let them out and there is a fence so they are enclosed in their own little garden. We didn’t t really venture out but collected a takeaway from nearby Chipping Norton which was lovely. There is no cooker but there is a microwave and toaster. The wifi was not working which the owner apologised for and it is in the process of being upgraded. A lovely cosy little Space which I wish was my holiday home lol.

  • This is a perfectly brilliant little spot in the country near the Cotswolds. Fantastically cozy and clean, absolutely charming people, wonderful location. Kate and John are outstanding hosts, and the cottage itself enough to make you want to live there. Old church and fantastic cemetery a few yards away, and a very old Inn for supper if you can make the drive a few miles down the road. We got very lucky with a massive October Hunter's Moon over the fields, but I will unhesitatingly recommend this spot regardless of time of year or weather.

  • Really enjoyed staying here. It was a lovely space which was looked after very well. It was spotless in terms of cleanliness and the log burner gave it a real homely feel. Kate was super accommodating of us and our dog which is rare to find but makes it great for us. Local attractions include Blenheim Palace, Cotswold Wildlife Park and Daylesford Organic Farmshop/Spa/Restaurant/Cafe. We are perfectly-placed for local walks, including our much-loved Secret Garden. There is a good choice of places to eat within walking distance, and more a short drive away.
A sunny room with a private bathroom (bath with shower), within a four-bedroomed detached house in a quiet close with five other properties.
Being blessed with a large choice of local walks, we also have a healthy choice of good places to dine, such as our local hotel with its medieval courtyard. We also have a shop across the road with a deli counter which sells pastries, hot drinks, bread etc, and hot food including bacon rolls from 7am weekdays.

  • We enjoyed our weekend away at Liz's beautiful home. Liz is a great host, kink, quick to respond and gave us a lot of advice on where to go, The bedroom and the adjacent bathroom is super clean and nicely decorated. The bed is incredibly comfortable and the shower has great pressure. The breakfast was help-yourself style with toast, jam, butter, yogurt, cereal, coffee and tea. We were also able to prepare simple meal and making tea/coffee when we needed. We will stay again if we come back!

  • Lovely quiet and peaceful stay in a beautiful room in a beautiful house. Immaculately clean and Liz was friendly and extremely helpful even gave us a lift to Burford after check-out which she didn’t have to do. Highly recommend

  • Liz is a great host; she suggested a couple of places to eat which were really good. Her house is beautiful and the room very cosy. Fab breakfast!

    Julia2020-02-22T00:00:00Z
  • We really enjoyed staying at Liz's. She is such a kind and friendly host, open to a little chat and interested in your journey. Her house is super clean and tidy and it has nice interior. The breakfast in the morning was amazing- local jams, fresh milk and yogurt and fruit salad. We couldn't have chosen a better place for the night. I would definitely recommend her apartment!!

In the heart of the quiet village of Bledington; two minutes' walk from the award-winning King’s Head pub. The front door opens to an open-plan living and dining area with a seating area with TV to the right and small but well-equipped kitchen to your left. Stairs lead to a bedroom with king-size bed, plenty of storage in two wardrobe cupboards and a chest of drawers. Upstairs there is a large bathroom with bath and hand-held shower and a utility cupboard housing an automatic washer-dryer.
Five Bells Garden Cottage is a mid-nineteenth century farmworkers’ cottage which has been renovated to a high standard and offers cosy and comfortable accommodation. Positioned well back from the quiet village street it is a tranquil and restful retreat located in the small village of Bledington in the heart of the North Cotswolds. Garden Cottage started life around the 1860s as an open plan living space with large inglenook fireplace which provided the only means of heating and cooking. A ladder gave access to an upstairs space which was divided into two bedrooms. It was built as a home for workers on the adjacent Grayhursts Farm (now Five Bells Cottages) at a time when there was a significant amount of farming, market gardening and light industry in Bledington. Tenants continued to rent the building until the 1930s when it fell vacant and became part of a local council plan to build more modern homes in the village. However, the Second World War put all such plans on hold and during the war the cottage housed a family evacuated from the East End of London and at times up to nine people lived there – still with no indoor facilities beyond a sink with cold running water and an outside toilet. After the war it remained intermittently tenanted until the 1970s though little was done to modernise it. At some time the ground floor was divided into two small rooms and a staircase built. When it was acquired in 2004 by the owners they decided to return it to its original ground floor plan by removing the partition walls and re-opening the large fireplace. They managed to source some blue lias stone to match the existing flooring, which was sandblasted to remove varnish and paint. The walls and ceilings were re-plastered and a modern kitchen fitted at one end of the open plan living area.(URL HIDDEN)Upstairs the two original bedrooms remain, but one has been converted into a modern bathroom which also houses a utility cupboard with washing machine and tumble drier. The double bedroom is furnished with a super king size bed and has generous fitted wardrobes. Shutters have been fitted to all windows and a fully programmable electric heating system has been installed along with electric water heating and cooking facilities so that the cottage benefits from all modern conveniences whilst retaining all of its original period charm. To the front of Garden Cottage is a south west facing private terrace garden equipped with table and chairs for alfresco dining on warm summer evenings. Deck chairs are housed in the cupboard on the right of the fireplace. Garden Cottage is fully equipped as a holiday home with all necessary crockery, cutlery and kitchen equipment. There is a full size oven and a two ring electric hob; a full size fridge with freezing compartment; an automatic washing machine with tumble drier; a drying rack; TV, radio, CD player; hairdryer. All bed linen, towels, tea towels, table cloths, napkins, cleaning cloths and suitable cleaning materials are provided for your stay. There are board games, books, local maps, CDs, DVDs, etc. available in the cottage. Catering services can be offered by prior arrangement, please ask for details and sample menus.
Bledington is only one mile from Kingham railway station with its regular train services to London, Oxford and Hereford and Worcester. The cities of Cheltenham, Oxford, Stratford on Avon and Bath are only a short distance away and the village lies on the Oxfordshire Way. Situated in the Evenlode Valley and traversing part of the Oxfordshire Way, this scenic village has an attractive green and still retains its 15th century church and Victorian maypole, as well as a popular village pub. On the village green is the King’s Head, a couple of minutes’ walk from the cottage and there are many other good pubs and restaurants within a few miles of the village. Supermarkets and a full range of shops are available in Stow on the Wold and Chipping Norton and a village shop selling newspapers is situated in Kingham (2 miles away). The renowned Daylesford Organic Farm Shop is four miles away.
  • We had a lovely, peaceful stay. A great location to explore the Cotswolds.

    Emma2019-04-28T00:00:00Z
  • Cozy and welcoming cottage, perfect for 2! It's conveniently located close to some of the best attractions, walks and sights of the Cotswolds (Stoke-on-Wold and Bourton-on-the-Water are highly recommended), as well as a great pub! Ideal stay for a few days of peace and relax.

    Davide2019-01-04T00:00:00Z
  • The Garden Cottage is just as described. The location is perfect for exploring the Cotswolds , the village is picturesque and peaceful, and there is a great pub within walking distance. Excellent chance to get away from it all! There were lots of thoughtful touches, including guide books, maps, puzzles, games, and basic ingredients for cooking (fresh milk, garlic, salt, pepper, etc.). Gabrielle and Martin were excellent hosts and I would highly recommend this property. One note: the cottage is pet friendly, so might not be the best fit for those with allergies. I forgot to ask, but had luckily brought along my allergy medication.

  • We had a lovely few days at Five Bells Cottage -the ideal spot for enjoying the Autumn colours of the Cotswolds - and a lovely, homely retreat. The cottage was sparkling clean, warm and had everything we needed, and the really big bed was very comfy. We didn't have a car but still found it easy to find local walks, and we really appreciated having the village pub just a few moments walk away - great for dinner and for a drink by the fire. Thanks for a lovely stay.

    Mary2018-10-29T00:00:00Z
  • Fantastic cosy cottage. All facilities were superb and in an idyllic location. I especially loved watched the beautiful birds that frequent your garden.

    Vanessa2018-08-27T00:00:00Z
  • A lovely cottage in Bedlington which we found to be a good base to explore the Cotswolds with a car. Great pub just a few minutes walk down the road. Comfy big bed. The cottage has a bath with a shower handle which was fine for us.

    Susan2018-07-07T00:00:00Z
  • Lovely Cottage in Bledington. Great secluded location, near to some of th best pubs in the country in Bledington itself and Kingham. A very enjoyable stay!

    Iain2018-06-12T00:00:00Z
  • We had an amazing weekend in this cute cottage. The cottage has everything you need for a short stay and is in a fantastic location in a beautiful village. Only 15 min walk to Kingham train station and lots of walking paths to choose from when you get there. Beautiful scenery and the hosts are lovely, considerate and friendly but discrete. Will definitely be coming back!

  • Me and my girlfriend spent a night at Jane's place and we loved our time there. The place is beautiful and nicely maintained. The living room is cozy esp. sitting by the fireplace. There were a range of snacking and breakfast items. Jane is a lovely woman. She greeted us nicely upon arrival. She was always prompt with her responses and gave an accurate description to reach her place. We had a great experience overall.

    Shubham2020-03-06T00:00:00Z
  • Wow! Jane is a such warm and welcoming host from the first correspondence to the day of our arrival, our stay was just perfect! The studio is absolutely stunning, even better in the flesh, so cosy and stylish. The little touches like the welcome treat hamper and cakes were a wonderful delicious touch! Jane has put so much time and love into the studio. We can’t wait to return.

    Sofia2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • Jane was, from the offset, so kind and helpful regarding our trip. Her place was spotless, beautiful touches in the form of two slices each of two types of cake, a loaf of bread and condiments suited to our vegetarian diet. Warm hearted lovely feel to the studio with local art on the walls to purchase, wonderful log burner, beautiful view of the sky from the bedroom and living room. Couldnt recommend Jane's studio enough. We will definitely be going back! Thank you for making our anniversary weekend so lovely. x

    Jenny2020-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • A charming, delightfully appointed space. When Storm Dennis ruined our plans for a day of walking, Jane saved the day with some lovely local suggestions (Hook Norton Brewery, the Kings Head Inn, Daylesford Farmshop and Blenheim Palace). The studio has everything needed for the perfect cosy weekend away in the Cotswolds.

    Matthew2020-02-16T00:00:00Z

***PLEASE SEND ENQUIRY BEFORE BOOKING A lovely cosy Grade II listed Cotswold house situated in the heart of the Cotswolds. The property boasts an abundance of character and charm and has retained many of its original features such as an exposed stone spiral staircase and impressive inglenook fireplace. The perfect 'home' from which your friends/family can relax and enjoy the many attractions in the area. Sleeps 6 (option of adjacent cottage, 'Mousehole', for further 2 subject to availability).
An unusually light and spacious Cotswold house/cottage. The ground floor accommodation comprises an entrance hall, sitting room with large inglenook fireplace, oak beamed ceiling, plus a basic country style kitchen with Rayburn oven. Wonderful original spiral staircase to the first floor where there are two good sized double bedrooms and a family bathroom. The master bedroom suite takes up the entire second floor, a wonderful open space complete with an en-suite shower room, walk-in wardrobe and dressing room. There is a very small outside area with a table and 2 chairs (put away for the winter). Location As the name suggests, the village and its church are located on a hill, not far from the town of Stow-on-the-Wold and Chipping Norton. The village benefits from some beautiful buildings, and has some distant views across the Cotswolds. There are several long barrows located within the village, indicating that there has been a settlement in the village since prehistoric times. The village also hosts the well regarded gastropub 'The Chequers Inn', which is held in high esteem within the local area.
We think the house would have been built in the late 1690's, when the village was rebuilt after a fire. Please see our 'Guide Book' for a few ideas to get you started. Plenty of lovely walks and pubs.
  • This was a wonderful welcome to the beautiful Cotswolds.

  • Katherine's Cotswold home is the perfect place to visit the area from. It is perfectly kept and captures the essence of the Cotswolds in style. Katherine is an exceptional host and was very helpful with recommendations on places to visit, eat and explore. Would love to visit again!

    René2020-02-11T00:00:00Z
  • It was a nice house. In peak season, the price goes up a lot, but it's worth it. If you are visiting Cotswold individually, this is the place to go. Especially the fireplace is the best. To buy more firewood, sell it to a gas station.

    HyunSung2020-01-29T00:00:00Z
  • Highly recommended. Exceeded expectations in every way.

    Steven2020-01-07T00:00:00Z
  • Katherine has a beautiful country home. We hosted a group of people there for New Years Eve, given it was there first time in the Cotswolds. The location is perfect, with easy access to plenty of activities and nice towns. Katherine kept everything we needed in the house, including plenty of wood for the fireplace! She was also extremely helpful with responding to our questions quickly, including finding riding schools nearby. Thank you for hosting us - we look forward to seeing you again soon.

  • This was a lovely spot to stay for a few nights. A small lounge, and good little kitchen, upstairs. We enjoyed two meals at a fabulous local pub and scenic local walks. Christine was an excellent host, helpful and we enjoyed meeting her friendly cat and dogs. She has a lovely garden , that was available to sit in. We enjoyed a beer outside early evening with the animals for company.

  • We had a lovely stay at Claire’s place. It’s in a very quaint Cotswolds town, with plenty of walks nearby, and lots of local towns. A perfect escape from the city. The place was clean and had everything we needed, and Claire and her husband were incredibly attentive and on hand for any questions. Would absolutely recommend.

    Joe2020-03-16T00:00:00Z
  • Had a great stay at Claire's cute and cosy cottage. Was in a beautiful rural location with a cute shop close by. I only wish could have stayed for longer - would totally recommend a stay here.

    Jody2020-03-14T00:00:00Z
  • A stunning little cottage with plenty of room for parking. The cottage was well equipped I loved the finer details i.e fresh flowers in every room. The breakfast bundle was great, lots of selection and not to mention it was spotlessly clean inside. The butchers and shop down the road are fantastic, we had takeaway fish and chips from The Tite Inn on Friday evening upon arrival and that was delicious. If you’re looking for something to do I highly recommend visiting Heythrop Zoological Gardens - we fed the tigers a must do although you do have to book in advance. Will definitely stay at Claire’s place again if in the area.
