A great, quiet and Clean place to stay!

We stayed with Evelia for six nights and had a really great time there. She was really open and generous and happy to show us around. The room was clean and comfortable, the wifi was good and we couldn't have asked for a better location. Overall a great experience, would definitely recommend.

This place is greatly located. Not far from the coolest spots in Santa Barbra. For example, it was just a quick Lyft to the SB bowl. The room that Evelia gave us was very nice. It was extremely clean and had a very nice tv. Also, she gave us water, towels, and offered us coffee and fruit when we saw her. Parking wasn't bad at all on the street. Even late at night. Overall, you can't get better value in SB.

This studio was so adorable and such a unique place. The shower was outdoors which was so refreshing and relaxing - gave it an island feel. There was complete privacy from be main house, but you still could see the great view. We really loved our stay here and highly recommend it!

This is a very private room in Julia's garden. The outdoor shower was no problem because we had great weather. Be sure to bring some breakfast food with you. There is a fridge and microwave. Lovely location.

Exactly as it appears in the pictures. Comfortable place, clean, and crisp. Friendly arrival, easy parking, and no-hassle location. Wifi worked without a glitch, no noise, it was a great Airbnb option to the expensive hotels in Santa Barbara.

One the cleanest and most secluded Airbnb's I have visited. There is beautiful vegetation around the house and there even a loquat tree right next to the entrance! I recommend for family's of four or even just a few friends looking for a place to crashe and spend some quality time together. ️️️️️

Great place , quiet , clean and spacious

Alex's studio is the perfect place to stay for an affordable, short getaway in Santa Barbara. The apartment itself is very clean, spacious for three people, and complete with whatever necessities you'd need. The location is a short <10 min ride away from the downtown (about $12 Lyft ride for us). I would recommend staying here over paying the exorbitant amount it costs to stay in a downtown hotel.

Even bigger than the pictures showed online. Lovely place for a getaway. Close enough to the parts of Santa Barbara you want to be in yet quiet and removed so you can see the stars and relax. Plenty of room for 3 adults. Great!

This is a very central place that gave us easy access to both downtown Santa Barbara and UCSB. The room feels very relaxing. The instructions are very clear and thorough for how to use different things around the house. Unfortunately, during our stay there were tons of little flies/ bugs and every time we opened the window or door, they would come in. This led us to keep all of the windows closed. There is a big fan that helps, but no AC. Don't stay here if you're a night owl and want to talk. We were talking in our normal voices a before 11pm and got a message to keep it down. We had to whisper the rest of the night. The place is very affordable for Santa Barbara so if the price is important to you, then you may be able to overlook some of things such as no AC and the noise rule.

Amy's place is a wonderful space. My girlfriend and I really enjoyed the double sinks and waterfall shower. Despite her and her family living next door we never heard them our entire stay. We will definitely stay here again when we visit the area next.

Amy was accommodating and quick to respond about our late check in. The home was also stacked with books and board games. It was the perfect, quaint little getaway!

It was a great cozy place. Great location, amazing shower and extremely comfortable bed. Thanks to Amy and her suggestions was able to get a little morning workout through some backyard trails and had a delicious breakfast.

There's nothing like waking up in the quiet, sunny, morning with a view of the redwoods - and that's what we saw staying in Amy's space. The bathroom was absolutely stunning! We especially loved the details of the space...a very ZEN-like space, separate entry, high-end stone bathroom, Starbucks coffee in the AM as well as assorted teas, and plenty of room for storage of baggage and hangers. With our (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) directions we were able to get to downtown Santa Barbara any number of ways...and we drove the back roads to visit our kids in Carpinteria. Beautiful area, beautiful space. We will return!

Exactly as advertised. Great value for the location. Lots of little instructional sticky notes from the host. Be prepared - Bring your own towels, empty water cup, and a flashlight to walk outside at night to go to the bathroom. The room is small and really, there is only room to sleep and get dressed. I found it a little unnecessarily overcrowded by knickknacks and two large wood chairs that don't really give much room to actually sit. I think a smaller chair and clearing off the tiny table (no knickknacks or ostrich feather in a vase) so it can be used instead of admired would be helpful. But again, it's exactly as advertised and it was clean and the bed was comfortable.

This is a cute, little place in a wonderful location. We were able to walk to State Street and easily drive to the wharf for dinner. I think the price is a little on the high side for what you get, but it was a nice place to stay for one night in Santa Barbara.

Thomas's place is in a great location for exploring Santa Barbara. Easy access to all of the sights, most of which you can get to on foot. The only time we drove was to go to the Old Mission. Parking was easily available less than a block away from the apartment. It's a private, quiet place to call home. We appreciated the large bathroom in this cozy unit and would only change out the mattress for one a bit more firm. Overall this is an incredible value if you are looking for a private apartment for your Santa Barbara visit. We would stay here again.

A quaint little apartment in a fantastic location downtown. It's perfect if you want to walk to the heart of shopping or restaurants, or hop in an Uber/drive to wine tastings and the beach. Superb bathroom and shower setup! I highly recommend this space for a couple of people for a short stay - value was excellent!

Our stay at Thomas' apartment was fantastic, and the location couldn't be better. At just about a 5 minute walk to State Street, we were able to walk to all of the great bars, restaurants and shopping. The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing with a drink, and Thomas was very communicative and helpful throughout the whole process. Would absolutely stay there again.

My girlfriend and I were in Santa Barbara for my birthday and wanted something downtown. This was an excellent location and within a short walking distance to downtown and at an affordable. It was quiet, lush with vegetation and the smell of jasmine made us feel like we were in Hawaii. Thomas, the host, was very responsive and we had the opportunity to chat with him briefly. He was very friendly and accommodating. Other than a couple of improvements that I recommended to him, this was an excellent location and place to stay. I would stay there again.

We loved staying here. The apartment is adorable and clean. The bed is very soft and the we enjoyed drinking some coffee and reading on the porch in the morning. Thomas couldn't have been more accommodating and friendly. The neighborhood is quiet and cute, but very close to downtown Santa Barbara -- I would definitely recommend staying here.

Good location to Ellings park. Ingrid will even lend you a bike to go around the area.

As the previous reviews have mentioned, Ingrid is an awesome host. Super friendly and hospitable. I stayed with her for quite a while, and I basically felt at home. Nice warm showers, a comfy bed, plenty of closet space, a coffee maker in the room, a desk, access to the kitchen, close proximity to downtown, and she even offers you access to a certain something (which is a great treat for rainy days, although a rarity). Oh and street parking is extremely easy to find.

She sought me out to make sure my stay was enjoyable. Very quite pleasent neighborhood.

Great stay - I was made to feel very welcome. Was able to use a bike and had full use of the kitchen including some fridge space for the length of my stay which was tremendously helpful for me. Ingridjee is a very warm, welcoming individual - would certainly recommend staying here.

She collected me on the Railway Station. Great service in the house. Fantastic contact with interesting dialogue and a lot of humour. But always respecting by need for privacy.

Juli was a wonderful host and the Lotus house was perfect for our weekend trip to SB. Clean, well-appointed and conveniently located. Juli was kind enough to provide coffee and yogurt, as well as a Brita so you can refill your water bottle. I would highly recommend staying here.

Juli's bungalow was amazing. Plenty of space for 2, a short walk to dozens of dining establishments, and the "jungle" entrance all combined for a wonderful experience. Hope we can stay here the next time we visit Santa Barbra!

Juli's downtown euro vibe home was great! The location was perfect to walk anywhere including State St, the courthouse and viewing tower and the pier. On arrival, Juli gave us great recommendations for our fist stay in Santa Barbara. The home was clean, secluded away in a tropical atmosphere with a beautiful porch to enjoy morning coffee on. The home was very clean, convenient, comfortable bed and had all the essentials we needed. Highly recommend staying here!

Our stay with Juli was an absolute pleasure from beginning to end. There was good communication before our arrival to ensure that the check-in went smooth. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by Juli and she gave us a tour of the space. She answered all of our questions and gave us some great recommendations of places to check out during our stay. The space is a guest home and is the perfect size for solo travelers or couples. The home is nicely furnished and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything needed to cook your own meals, if desired. There is also a coffee maker(with coffee provided), which was a nice surprise. The living room has a smart tv with Netflix setup and ready to go. The bedroom has a small walk in closet and the bathroom attached. The bed and pillows are comfotable and made for a good nights sleep. The house is on a quiet residential street, but is only a few blocks walk to State street which is full of restaurants and shops. I was in Santa Barbara with my girlfriend celebrating her birthday. Juli's great hospitality, along with the beautiful space, made our weekend that much more enjoyable and memorable. I would recommend her to anyone. Next time we're in Santa Barbara we'll be looking to stay here again.

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying three nights. First of all the location is superb for walking to shops and restaurants on State Street. Although on a main street, the little bungalow is tucked away on high ground behind a very high hedge. It is surrounded by trees and a lovely Zen Garden where lunch or breakfast on the porch can be enjoyed. Inside is convenient and cozy. ALL needs have been anticipated and provided for. This includes lots of extras like concierge suggestions, shopping bags, first aid supplies and even some breakfast snacks. Juli, the hostess is extremely thorough, conscientious, and accessible for every need. We had two incidents in which she did not hesitate to go the extra mile. One, I got locked out, and she magically appeared with a key to let me in. Two, just to prove those angel wings were real, she arranged for my most precious earrings which I had left behind to be mailed to me PRONTO. Absolutely no complaints about this adorable Santa Barbara hideaway. We look forward to returning.

The cottage is wonderful, well equipped, great location and Juli is a wonderful host. Definitely worth the stay!
