Between sea and mountain, this apartment is located by the roadside 5 min walk from Sainte Lucie de Tallano. You will find all the essential shops, grocery store, restaurants, post office, pharmacy and bakery. Within a few kilometers, the Rizzanese River offers plenty of swimming areas and you can reach the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Valinco in 25 min. ⚠️This year, the departmental road D268 that leads to the house and the village is under construction. Work ends around 5pm.

Located between sea and mountain, the stone cottage is 20 minutes from the beach by car, 5 minutes from the river and about 3/4 of an hour from the site of the needles of Bavella and the plateau of Cuscione. Served by a trail that runs along the river and crosses the fields (1.5km), two agricultural barriers are to be opened and closed manually. It is desirable to come with a car a little high. Many hiking trails invite you to discover the Alta Rocca and its surroundings.

Granite house, in the hamlet of Casabianca, separated into 2 apartments (see my profile). You will have the apartment located on the ground floor (22 m²). It includes a fully equipped living/kitchen with TV, as well as a bedroom with TV and a bathroom/WC. The apartment has half of the plot that is behind the house. You will have access to a table and a barbecue. The floor is in common with the second apartment.
