Pam was a kind and gracious host. Her place is exactly as described; my favorite features:off street parking, private entrance, lovely deck surrounded by a lemon tree, passion flower vines, and numerous other interesting and exotic vegetation; SUPER comfy bed, large shower; small but fully stocked fridge (organic milk, eggs, yogurt, pastries), kitchen w/washer and dryer. The was my very first AirBnB experience, and I was not disappointed. Thank you Pam!
Toby2016-03-10T00:00:00ZPam's place is the perfect place to crash in St. Augustine. The rooms are centrally located, and an easy walk to the city's cites and attractions. Check-in was so easy, and Pam was communicative and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again!
Brooke2017-03-24T00:00:00ZHad a great stay in Pam's back room. Very close to the center of town. We used the bikes, but could have walked. Two friendly dogs and a cat welcomed us to her beautiful backyard.
Peter2017-04-13T00:00:00ZWe had a great stay here. Pam was very warm, welcoming, and informative. Her place was close to everything. Less than a 10 min walk to all the sights including the Castillio!
Keri2016-07-06T00:00:00ZLoved the location (we walked everywhere) and the back deck. Lovely pets and nice breakfasts! The two rooms on Airbnb have a separate small kitchen from the main house, which is very useful. It is like a separate two bedroom house :)
Silvia2015-12-07T00:00:00ZWe absolutely loved staying here. There was something very welcoming about being greeted by her friendly dog and cat; it made us feel right at home. The room we stayed in was quaint and clean. The deco matched the vibe of the town and the location couldn't have been better, centrally located downtown, half a mile from all the shops and all the historic monuments. Great price, great stay, great host. We would return and book with Pam again on our next visit.
Tupthim2015-07-26T00:00:00ZPam's place is very charming. I love how close to down town her home is so everything is a short walk. Although. we only stayed for a night everything was great. We parked our car in the drive way and basically walked everywhere. Except the light house over the bridge, but they have free parking so it was not a hassle. Overall, Pam was a great guest and we would not hesitate to stay at her lovely home again.
Doris2017-04-16T00:00:00ZWe couldn't connect when we first arrived because of conflicting schedules, so the hostess was unable to welcome us. The neighborhood was attractive, and the walk to downtown was a nice stroll. The bedroom antiques are beautiful, but the rest of the areas are less aesthetically pleasing. There are linens cluttered and disorganized on open shelving. It didn't feel as tranquil and restful as I was hoping.

This inn was a fantastic little place to stay right in the heart of St Augustine. It is an older building (which we expected), but kept very clean. Mary was very accommodating with my wife's gluten allergy and we truly enjoyed our entire stay. A great little place to explore the town from.
Robert2017-04-24T00:00:00ZThe host canceled this reservation 148 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
Chelsea2016-12-08T00:00:00ZThe Spanish Inn was a wonderfully cozy and warm environment that was spread through not only the rooms and the Inn, but in the staff as well. The location could not have been better with shops, food, nightlife, and desserts right at our finger tips. Centrally located within the heart of historic St. Augustine, the Spanish Inn offers the ideal experience for visitors and locals at any age.
Shadrach 2017-03-17T00:00:00ZFirst time to St. Augustine. The 44 Spanish St. Inn was the perfect place to stay in Old Town and the hosts were very accommodating.
Kyle2017-04-16T00:00:00ZYou should totally stay here. Trust me on this. It was a wonderful experience from check-in to check-out. The staff is amazing and so is the breakfast. I had the opportunity to stay in two rooms, Palm South and Magnolia. Both had their own character and unique features. I loved them both, but Magnolia was my favorite. The Inn is walking distance to pretty much everything in the historic district- restaurants, shops, you name it. Brian can give you suggestions on places to check out if you aren't familiar with the area. Choose 44 Spanish; you'll be glad you did!
Samantha2017-03-22T00:00:00ZYou will have the most wonderful experience here! The whole staff is super friendly, and their number one desire is to make sure you are happy and comfortable. My fiancé and I stayed here to celebrate our engagement. The rooms were more than clean but smelled nice and decorated for a cozy ambiance. Breakfast is gourmet! And the area is very quiet despite being only one street down from the major traffic. We had a magical time and plan on returning!
Brenda2017-02-27T00:00:00ZBest place in St Augustine right in the middle of the action! Highly recommend!
David2017-04-02T00:00:00ZWonderful place. Close to the everything in the historic district. We will definitely be coming back to the Spanish Inn on our next trip to st augustine. Breakfast was delicious.

The house was very clean and comfortable! Everything was absolutely charming!
Elizabeth2015-06-05T00:00:00ZJack was a great host to us. He communicated with me promptly after I booked my reservation, and he allowed us to check-in early. The room was as advertised, and Jack allowed us access to the living room and kitchen. The neighborhood was quiet and very close to downtown. Jack even made us coffee in the morning and we had a nice conversation. I would definitely recommend Jack's place to anyone and I would stay again.
Xavier2015-10-05T00:00:00ZJack was a great host. friendly, helpful, had a couple of tipps. The house is beautiful, the room and private bath are clean and you get enough privacy there. The house is a great location if you want to explore St Augustine. It is a 20 min walk downtown - it's better to take the car half way (ask Jack for details). We went to the A1A Ale Works for dinner, nice place, decent IPA. We recommend this Airbnb, would come here again!
Sonja2015-09-04T00:00:00ZEverything was as expected or exceeded our expectations. Jack was helpful and the room was quite comfortable. Very cute house in a charming neighborhood.
Mary2015-07-23T00:00:00ZJack was a great host and his home was lovely and the room was nice and private. Very near downtown St.Augustine. Would highly recommend anyone to stay here.
Bryan2015-02-24T00:00:00ZWe were only at Jack's for a short while- we arrived late after driving straight from the airport and left early the next day, but Jack was friendly and welcoming (despite our later than expected arrival) and his house was just what we wanted- clean and comfortable, and really good value for money. Great recommendation for the blue hen cafe for breakfast too!
Sarah2016-09-29T00:00:00ZGreat host and great location, will be returning!
melanie2017-04-09T00:00:00ZThe bedroom and private bathroom are very clean and tidy. All looked practically new with decorations from around the world. WIFI, access to the kitchen and complementary coffee in the morning are provided, so we felt very comfortable as soon as we walked in. Furthermore, Jack is very easy-going and knowledgeable, and is very attentive to make sure you feel at home. The house is located in a very quiet residential neighborhood relatively close to the historic quarters. It was just like visiting family who give you the keys to the house, show you where everything is, and tell you to have fun and come back at any hour.

Our stay at Vilano Beach was wonderful! Patricia is so welcoming and everything was very comfortable. Room was quiet and just like the picture and having breakfast every moment was such a nice added benefit. Loved the roof deck - only wish we stayed longer so we could have really enjoyed it.
Judy2015-01-02T00:00:00ZWhat a great stay my husband and I had with Patricia! The room was large and had plenty of space. The bathroom was clean and plenty of space for sharing. The included breakfast was a great added bonus. Definitely spend some time on the rooftop deck. We spent a good bit of every morning reading and enjoying the ocean breeze. The house isn't far from the beach at all and it's just a short drive to the historic downtown area. You will not regret staying here!
Brittany2014-05-25T00:00:00ZWe loved staying with Patricia at her beautiful home at Vilano Beach! The home is lovely with a rooftop deck and just a short 5-min walk to a pristine beach that was never crowded. This is a great location to explore nearby St. Augustine but has nice beaches and restaurants even closer. We ate at Beaches, a great waterfront restaurant and a perfect spot to watch the spectacular sunsets! Patricia is a charming and welcoming hostess-- she made everyone feel welcome and at ease. There are multiple rental rooms and there was an eclectic mix of guests from all over. We stayed a room with a shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom. The guest in the adjoining room was very quiet but we would prefer a private bathroom next time. The breakfast provided by Patricia each morning was a great start to the day! We will definitely visit Patricia's home again!
Jeff2016-07-04T00:00:00ZBoth Patricia and her place were warm and welcoming. My 9 year old son and I stopped in for a night on our way down to Florida, and Patricia was incredibly accommodating. She allowed us to check in late, and served us breakfast early so we could get on the road. We greatly lamented not having enough time to explore the beach just down the road, and the lovely holiday lights in nearby St Augustine. I'm quite certain we'll be back, and for a longer stay this time. If you are scooting down I-95, Patricia's place is easy to reach (and to leave).
Mark2014-12-22T00:00:00ZI had a wonderful night at Patricia's house in St.Augustine. When we arrived around 6pm, Patricia gave us a short tour around her house, the house is very beautiful. Our room is pretty and clean. We shared a bathroom with another bedroom, but we found it OK. St. Augustine is a small city, so though the house is not at center of city, it only took us 15 mins to drive to historical center. After all, we are very satisfied with our stay here.
Xiaochen2015-01-04T00:00:00ZWish I could have stayed more than one night. A beautiful accommodation, comfortable, great location. All this and full breakfast with homemade biscuits and jam.
Annie2014-03-24T00:00:00ZMy husband and I had a blast at Patricia's lovely home. Our favorite part was the super cool rooftop deck to enjoy the breeze and the amazingly beautiful Vilano Beach is just a short walk away and she even provides freshly laundered beach towels for your use. Breakfast was delicious with homemade biscuits, eggs, and fresh fruit. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.
Michelle2014-09-02T00:00:00ZGreat great great!!!! Wish I could have explored the beach and stayed longer!! Breakfast Rocks! The biscuits were so good. I ate 4 and love the coffee. Patricia is very cool and accommodated me last minute which is rare for Air b&b. Also met cool folks .... There are 5 rooms so it's a real b&b. I loved the roof top as well. Thanks oh and a great price!!!

We arrived around 8:30 PM and it was very dark on the street, but Leslie left her main house light on and we found the place just fine. We appreciated the little touches like bottled water, coffee supplies, and light snacks. The space is very private, as it's a stand-alone little cottage, in back of the main house. We met Leslie the following morning and she was very helpful with our minor how-to questions. The bed was comfortable, and the area is quiet. We drove into town and back because it was just a bit too cold. Leslie's place was a lovely and pleasant surprise. I would recommend.
G.2016-12-11T00:00:00ZLeslie is a wonderful host and her place has everything you need for a great weekend in St Augustine. Would absolutely stay again, without hesitation.
Matt2014-10-14T00:00:00ZIt worked for us 'cause it was close by car to everything. WiFi vgood, and it was a nice plus that the bed was extra comfy. Jody and Lynda.
Jody2015-07-10T00:00:00ZLeslie's place was awesome! A very kind person, and thoughtful attention to detail in the room. We tried to leave it as clean as we found it. Great location, a short bike ride into downtown St. Augustine or the beaches. VERY comfy warm bed, good heater (we were there in winter), hot wonderful shower, and a mini fridge and microwave. So much better than a hotel (and I've stayed at quite a few), and for a better price. She also had 2 bicycles on site we were able to use... a very perfect weekend. Would stay again, highly recommended.
Pamela2014-12-01T00:00:00ZGreat hospitality! Loved the house. Perfect location...cozy and clean with the nicest host ever. Thank you for everything Leslie!
Jill2016-08-22T00:00:00ZVery quiet and comfy cottage! Leslie is an extremely friendly and caring host! She helped make our first trip to Saint Augustine an extremely memorable and pleasant one!
Robert2017-01-16T00:00:00ZWe had a lovely couple of day's staying in Leslie's cosy cottage. Leslie was so kind, and very helpful when we were trying to check in for our return flight to the UK. She lent us umbrella's and raincoats on the rainy day we had. All in all I would highly recommend staying at Leslie's.
vicky2014-11-27T00:00:00ZOur experience with Leslie in St. Augustine was everything we had hoped for and more. The room was cozy, clean, well supplied and nicely decorated. The yard had several lovely spots to be outside. The location is perfectly situated between the city of St. Augustine and the beach. Leslie helped us get oriented the first night we were there and we enjoyed visiting with her over breakfast. We appreciated being able to borrow Leslie's bikes and riding all around. We had a great visit and highly recommend this sweet spot.

Terry's home in a central location to everything St. Augustine has to offer. He and his wife offered great suggestions, and opened their beautiful home to us making my husband and I feel welcomed. This stay was wonderful; we can't wait to visit again!
Brenda2017-04-09T00:00:00ZClean room and clean house, centrally located between the Old Town, the beach and the Anastasia State Park. Having the bikes was great! We really enjoyed exploring the town on them. Terry was a great host, very hospitable and helpful. His cappuccino is a must try!
Bob2017-04-21T00:00:00ZVery nice, accommodating hosts. Provided fruit and muffins for breakfast. Both Terry and Sarah were very welcoming and personable, and our room very comfortable.
Melissa2017-05-07T00:00:00ZThis was our first experience with an airbnb stay and I have to say it was perfect. Our hosts, Terry and Sarah, made us feel very welcome. Our room was was private with a very comfortable bed, lots of choices of pillow types, and a big closet that was big enough to be a changing room! We sat out at the pool at night after spending time walking around to see the quaint St. George Street shops. Their house is not far from the beach where we walked off a few calories from the night before. We will be sure to stay with them again when we return to St. Augustine.
Kit2017-05-09T00:00:00ZThis is a perfect spot in between old down town and the beach. Nice quiet neighborhood with great hosts. Terry and Sarah are super friendly and provided us with everything we needed. Thank you!
Justin2017-04-28T00:00:00ZTerry and Sarah are truly lovely people. We stayed with them for 5 nights. Everything was very clean, their neighborhood is very quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. We had everything needed. Terry definitely went above and beyond to make us feel at home. I honestly felt like I was visiting a friend. Coffee, tea, and breakfast was provided every day. The pool area is very private and peaceful. Very nice stay.
Heather2017-05-03T00:00:00ZTerry was an excellent host. The house is nice and secluded but also close to everything. Everything was very clean. The only issue we had was the house was a little warm at night and we're used to sleeping with the AC a little lower. The bed is very comfortable. I'd definitely consider staying again.
Robert2017-04-22T00:00:00ZThis was our first airbnb that we've ever done and it was an amazing experience. Terry and Sarah are amazing host! I will deffenitly stay here again!

Pull out bed was extremely comfortable. Sandy had a lot of information about St. Augustine and things to do. I would recommend this listing for a single traveler. Please keep in mind this is a private home and residents will be around. Be respectful with noise levels, etc.
Georgia2016-10-16T00:00:00ZSandy was a lovely woman with a wonderful home. The sofa bed was comfortable, the coffee was served in cute cups and saucers and her dog, Ellington greeted us every time we walked in the door. Sandy is a fascinating person with a wealth of knowledge about her town and just about everything else. We will definitely make sure to stay with her next time we are in town.
Taylor2015-10-04T00:00:00ZSandy and Ellington were wonderful hosts! Had fun talking about music, jazz fest and sharing NOLA memories. The accommodations were beautiful and comfortable above outer expectations. Great location, too. A wonderful experience.
Amara2016-03-06T00:00:00ZSandy was the perfect host. Everything was better than described down to the last details. I will definitely stay with Sandy again.
Terry2016-01-21T00:00:00Zour first airbnb experience could not have been more enjoyable! sandy was a fun, funny, thoughtful and gracious host. she gave us great recommendations of places to visit based on our interests and was a joy to talk to though also offered us space; we never felt obligated to interact. her home was clean, inviting and just exactly as depicted in the photos. if you're looking to visit st Augustine, her location could not have been more perfect. Ellington was also a complete delight. he is a kind and gentle dog, quiet as a mouse and loving of attention while never begging or bothering for it. many thanks to you, Sandy!
Megan and Nick2015-05-30T00:00:00ZSandy was a wonderful host with good knowledge of the area and so a great resource of where to go and where to eat. Her place is close to walking distance of the old town.
Chandu2015-03-24T00:00:00ZFeel right at home in this cozy setting. Close to trolley service to historic district and attractions. Fountain of Youth is within walking distance and we biked each day into town which was very convenient. Sandy is very friendly and personable and treated us like family.
Virginia2016-12-29T00:00:00ZWe had a great time at Sandy and Ellington's home! She was very inviting and sweet. Her home had a lot of interesting pieces and we had great conversation. The room was comfortable with its own bathroom and was exactly like the photos. We would love to come back and visit and stay with Sandy again. It was a lovely stay.

We didn't meet Pam in person. We arrived at night and this place is really really hard to find... House is clean and everything is there. Very close to historic district.
Mengqi2015-09-21T00:00:00ZWe really enjoyed our stay here. The home felt very secluded - tons of wildlife and very close to the water. We walked downtown to the bars and it was a very quick 10-15 minute walk. We will definitely stay here next time we go to St. Augustine!
Caitlin2015-10-12T00:00:00ZPam is a lovely, warm person and we greatly enjoyed our visit.
Carol2015-10-30T00:00:00ZStaying at Pam's place was a pleasant experience. While the room is older and a little quaint, the room is very private, with a separate entrance, allowing us to easily come and go as we please. She also recently put in a full bed instead of the single, a welcome addition. We didn't interact with Pam much, as we were frequently in an out. But when we did meet with Pam, she was very nice and made sure we had everything we need. The room is great for a quick stay when visiting St. Augustine.
William2015-07-06T00:00:00ZWe had a wonderful time staying with Pam. The location was perfect: far enough away from downtown to be quiet and lower traffic, but within easy walking distance to all the attractions. The room was comfortable and cozy; our only complaint is that my husband is quite tall and his feet bumped up against the foot of the bed frame. Pam made us a delicious breakfast and chatted with us on the patio; we really appreciated all her recommendations about how to spend our time in the city. We will definitely try to stay with Pam again the next time we're in St. Augustine!
Morgan2016-01-05T00:00:00ZPam was very warm and welcoming. The room was larger, and more comfortable than I anticipated. The yard is quite with lush greenery that made me feel like I was in a secret garden. The neighborhood was quiet, and less than 3 blocks from "Old Town." She has two very friendly dogs, and a very friendly cat, all of which welcomed me as soon as I arrived. I will definitely be coming back! I really felt like I got 4 start quality for 3 star pricing. It was all very nice.
molly2015-07-26T00:00:00ZThank you Pam for providing a lovely, spacious place that is well within walking distance of all the sights. It was great that essentials such as milk and cereal were provided for the mornings, and Pam was a helpful host, offering us maps and also food recommendations, which were spot on!
Leanne2016-04-19T00:00:00ZPam is a wonderful and very special person. Her house is unique and has a superb location, at a short walking distance from the antique shop street and old quarter. Thank you so much, Pam! We had a fabulous time and are looking forward to our next visit!!

Thanks to MaryAnne and Dale for being such gracious hosts! The accommodations were beyond our expectations with both a bedroom with both a queen size bed and couch, and a living room with table and couches available to us. The frig was stocked with water and breakfast items. There was also K-cup coffee and a coffee maker. The Roku equipped TV provided news and movies. Proximity to the trolley station just two blocks away was a really nice perk for us. Basically, the trolley took us right from our room to all the sites in St. Augustine, and brought us back at the end of the day. We parked our car when we arrived, and didn't use it again until we were ready to leave.
Ellen2017-04-09T00:00:00ZHost couple is very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and places to visit. This was our first time to St. Augustine, overall we had a very nice time, very favorable, and we will be back!
douglas2016-12-28T00:00:00ZThe neighborhood had a quaint old town feel. Quiet and clean. MaryAnne and Dale were the best hosts!! Felt like hone away from home. Exceeded our expectations!! Would highly recommend!
Jayne2016-11-07T00:00:00ZWonderful location for all that st. Augustine has to offer. Clean, well equipped and comfortable accommodations. Hosts were very welcoming And engaging.
Judy2017-02-14T00:00:00ZWe stayed here for our anniversary weekend and MaryAnne was the hostess with the mostest. Her husband was very kind and welcoming as well. They keep the place very clean and well stocked with little things that are not required but certainly appreciated. The location is an oasis that is far enough away from the hustle and bustle, but still close enough that you can walk to the downtown/historic district. This was an all around comfortable space and we would recommend it to anyone visiting St. Augustine. If ever we find ourselves in the area again, we hope that they would have us back!
Katie2016-05-02T00:00:00ZGreat location and hospitality. Very walkable to downtown area and close to all the transit spots. Home was very clean and private. Highly recommend!
Sean2017-05-07T00:00:00ZMaryAnne's place is located near the center of the Old City, but on a quiet side street. Very comfortable! She and her husband are wonderful hosts and they gave us great suggestions for restaurants and side trips.
Maxine2017-02-28T00:00:00ZOur stay with MaryAnne and Dale was nothing short of wonderful. It was an entire lower unit to ourselves. The neighborhood is great and far enough away from the Old Town to avoid the noise and crowd. Our hosts were very friendly and made us feel very welcome with a bottle of local wine and bagels for breakfast. We rode bikes almost everywhere which added to the fun. Trolley stops are literally a block on either side of the street you can always utilize this 3 day hop on and off option if you don't want to ride a bike or walk to the Ol Town. MaryAnn keeps the apartment immaculate and adorably decorated. There is a small fridge and microwave in the unit and a tv with tons of channels but Mark and I are goers and preferred hanging out on the front porch enjoying music and a Corona before heading out to enjoy the sites! This was a super fun 3 day weekend for us, I am sure we will come again!

Once again a great stay!! The family loved being at this spot in St Augustine and my kid wore his pirate haus t shirt on his first day back to school from spring break. Thanks for the hospitality crew!!
john2017-04-14T00:00:00ZConrad's place is well placed in town for close to all fun.
Mark2017-03-08T00:00:00ZConrad & John were a delight. They made us feel very welcomed and helpful to accommodating our needs.
Lisa2012-02-15T00:00:00ZOther than being greeted by an Ohio State alum who apparently did not approve of my blue jacket with a block gold M on it, we were greeted well and made to feel welcome. The location was good and we enjoyed our stay. Initially finding the front door was challenging, however, due to the Treasury Street construction. Would highly recommend that you provide clear instructions on how to best deal with the construction.
Julia 2015-02-08T00:00:00ZNice inn at a good price. Location is very central and within walking distance to much of what St. Augustine has to offer. Would stay again.
Don2014-04-07T00:00:00ZThis is the fun place to be in the center of St Augustine. Mighty friendly for pirates.
Greg2011-07-04T00:00:00ZThe Pirate Haus was wonderful! They made everything really easy and provided us with everything we needed. I'd definitely stay here again.
Danielle2016-08-03T00:00:00ZThe Pirate Haus is perfect for a group or family who want to do St. Augustine on a budget, but don't want to give up on location. My friends and I were here for a wedding and wanted to close to all the ceremonies, so it was perfect for us. Conrad and his team were very hospitable and helped us out when we had a late arrival. Pam was a really nice hostage! She made us feel home right from the beginning. Nice cozy room in a very good neibourhood and just a few minutes from the historical district. It was a pleasure for us and we'll come back!
Jana2014-11-21T00:00:00ZKim and I were Pam's first Air Bnb guests! We had a wonderful time in St. Augustine and Pam was a gracious hostess. The bed was clean and comfortable and you have your own entrance around the back of the house which is always nice. Her dogs are friendly and quiet. Pam made us breakfast and even played two songs on her Mandolin for us! Next time we visit St. Augustine we will definitely try to stay with Pam again!
Ryler2014-11-17T00:00:00ZComfortable beds, a well stocked Fridge for breakfast, lots of interesting things and places to eat walking distance away we didn't meet Pam but enjoyed our stay.
Graham2015-07-23T00:00:00ZLovely home in an amazing location! It's a close walk to shops, restaurants, parks, and the water. I highly recommend staying with Pam when visiting St Augustine.
Gailyn2016-04-11T00:00:00ZPam was there to greet us and was a very friendly and helpful host. Her place is only a 10 minute drive to historic St. Augustine, so very convenient to take an Uber. Recommend for a great value for staying in beautiful St. Augustine!

Courtney and Justin2016-01-24T00:00:00ZWe had a bit of a mix-up regarding my small but medically necessary service dog but we worked things out amicably. Pam's place is quiet, well appointed and very private. Charmingly funky rooms. Great beds. Terrific location.
Deborah2017-01-06T00:00:00ZGreat place! 2 cute little bedrooms and a minimalist kitchen, connected to the most wonderful rear deck with flowering jasmine and shady trees. Within an easy walk of the Castillo de San Marcos. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay in the inn! It is ideally located in the city you can do everything by walk. Conrad and his staff are really friendly they even make you a personalized breakfast. We rented the captain's room and had a good time looking for the treasure. We highly recommend this place!

We only stayed one night but have already told many of our friends about your great affordable Pirate Haus! Everything was better than expected, super easy to check in and to check out!
Dwane2015-02-21T00:00:00ZThe Pirate Haus was such a wonderful place to stay. I would highly recommend it to everyone and will come again! The staff was superb and very caring. They made us feel right at home.
Phoebe2017-03-20T00:00:00ZThis was a great place to stay. Best location in St. Augustine, good price, and Conrad was very accommodating. Good pancakes.
Kathleen2016-08-12T00:00:00ZConrad was wonderful and his pancakes were even better!
Heather2016-04-17T00:00:00ZMy family had a wonderful stay at the Pirate Haus Inn. All six of us were able to stay in one room together. My kids loved the bunkbeds and the special pirate themed touches (especially the bathroom!) The staff were very friendly and hospitable. The Pirate Haus is family friendly and we would definitely stay there again. My kids enjoyed the "family room" which is already equipped with toys and games. We also appreciated being able to use the kitchen. The location is great. It's in the heart of the old city and you can walk to almost all of the important sites, or hop on one of the many trolley stops that are also a short walk away. A stay at the Pirate Haus would enrich any visit to St. Augustine for the adventuresome and young at heart!
Sarah2014-10-26T00:00:00ZIt was difficult to find the place since the road in front was under construction. Conrad was welcoming and gave us some good recommendations for restaurants and things to do around town. The room was comfortable and the boys enjoyed the bunk beds. We were able to park our car for the weekend and walk everywhere we wanted to go. Very convenient location.
Mindy2014-12-21T00:00:00ZWe loved our stay at the Pirate Haus and would gladly stay here again!! We arrived later in the evening on our check in day and Conrad had everything easily set up for us upon arrival! No fuss... we got to go straight to our room and had a little card filled with all of the "house instructions" we could have had questions about. In the AM Conrad made us personalized pancakes, winning my 3 year old over immediately! We were within walking distance to anything we desired to see in Downtown St. Augustine. We stayed in the Pirate Room which was comfy and cozy. We even met some great travlers from France in the common room the night before we left. So to recap: good food, new friends, great location, great price. What else could you ask for?!
Taryn2014-06-30T00:00:00ZPirate Haus Inn was a fantastic place to stay, right in the middle of the downtown historical district area and was a very relaxed atmosphere. The staff was helpful, the room was fun & inviting - we would definitely love to come back with our kids to this place! :)

Great location in the heart of downtown, next to the Lightner Museum and the Casa Monica. Breakfast is great and an included glass of wine in the evening is a great touch. We didn't drive once in the three days we stayed because everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. Would stay here again.
Justin2017-03-17T00:00:00ZDelightful experience at the Old City Inn. Room was cozy and clean, and there was daily maid service. Location is fantastic, right in the middle of the old city. Juan and his crew at the restaurant were very accommodating in regards to our vegan diet - incredible breakfasts. In all, well worth the money.
Andy and Linda2015-05-28T00:00:00ZMe and my wife stay'ed here and it was very nice. Extremely nice people and it was in a great location for walking around downtown.
Jeremiah2016-04-05T00:00:00ZLocation was very central, perfect spot to start excursions into st. Augustine. Juan was very friendly, and so was the staff. Rooms were really great, the pics on their website do not do it justice. The bathroom was a little small, but who hangs out in there on a vacation? Already making plans to come back next year for the night of lights.
Jerry2014-12-28T00:00:00ZEasy to find in the historic district. Fantastic location. So much charm and attention to detail. Has an old-world charm.
Jean2015-02-18T00:00:00ZI had a great time at Old City House Inn! The location was perfect. I really enjoyed the complimentary wine and breakfast. All of the food was amazing and I definitely would stay again. The servers I had (Alec and Daxton) were both great. Check in and out was a breeze.
Christina2015-05-16T00:00:00ZLoved our stay!
Daniel2016-05-22T00:00:00ZI had a wedding that took place at the Case Monica Hotel and the surrounding area. It was way to pricy to stay there, so we chose the Old city B&B. This GEM is in a great location, walkable to everything. Juan, the owner is an absolute gentleman. He was so helpful and made my GF and I feel welcome. The room was great and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast is to die for! It was something different and unique every morning. Juan really takes pride in what he does. We would stay at the old city again...

Parrish and Sherry are wonderful hosts. They made us feel welcome and comfortable. This was our first Airbnb experiences and it couldn't have been a better one!!!
Terri2016-09-06T00:00:00ZParrish helped me out with a quick approval to stay, much appreciated on such short notice. Very comfortable room, great bed, and in a convenient area. Everything very clean and homey, easy parking in the street, and a quiet area. Easy to recommend!
Dudley2015-11-02T00:00:00ZThe Host and were great and made me feel very welcome...The facilities were fine, the bed was very comfortable and as described...very homely...the neighbourhood was was very safe. Good parking on street. Yes I would stay there again. Thank you Parrish for a great stay..
David2015-12-14T00:00:00ZEverything was as I've expected it. Parrish and Sherry were great hosts and gave me some really good recommendations what to do, where to eat and drink. It's like one mile far away from town, an easy ride by bike. St. Augustine was beautiful!
Dominic2016-03-25T00:00:00ZPlace was fairly cluttered and the room was small. Apparently Hurricane Matthew had damaged their floors and the yard was cluttered with unfinished business.
Rita2017-02-25T00:00:00ZParrish And his wife are amazing people and their place is calm and comfortable. I recommend staying in there
Geovano2016-03-09T00:00:00ZParrish and Sherry were very friendly, welcoming and warm hosts. We could use kitchen, bikes, bathroom etc. with total ease. Our room was as described, very cozy, clean and spacy. This place is a great location for exploring St. Augustine and Anastasia Island State Park and we would definetely stay again.
Hanna2016-08-19T00:00:00ZRoom was small. Listing seemed to suggest a private bungalow, separate from main house. This was not the case.

Rocky's husband met us and Rocky was very available and helpful with all our needs. We had a small AC problem and she got it fixed immediately. The breakfast was great. I would stay here again. Very close to all the attractions but still private and quiet.
Nancy2016-09-06T00:00:00ZI stayed at the Centennial House for Memorial Day Weekend. It was my first time booking and AIRBNB. Rakhi, his wife, and the other Centennial House staff were all very accommodating and cordial. The Victorian Room was comfortable, well decorated, and has excellent bathroom. The whole house is very clean! We liked the varied breakfast menu every morning and even though I don't drink alcohol, soda or consume a lot of sugar, there was available table wine in the main room and a refrigerator with drinks and popsicles outside the bedrooms. Also, there's hot water for tea. The house is centrally located and few steps from the main areas of town. I would definitely recommend staying there.
Alex2016-05-31T00:00:00ZCentennial House is a beautiful facility, in a happening, yet quiet, part of town! I was towards the end of my promised window for arrival, so the host had to step away. Waiting a bit actually made the local experience a better one! I went down to Mojo for some BBQ lunch, then came back for check in, where I was met by Rakhi's son! Anthony Melchiori, from the Travel Channel's "Hotel Impossible" would have been very impressed with this young man! My room was one of two off of the dining room on the first floor, yet was very quiet. Coffee was delivered to my room the next morning, as promised by my young host. I missed breakfast, due to an AM meeting, but I'll definitely check back on my next stay!
"Yergz"2017-01-27T00:00:00ZWe were very pleased! Two days before our wedding, our original accommodation was cancelled. Because of the last minute wedding arrangements, we were not able to book the room until the morning of the wedding! We didn't arrive until dark and was provided with all the information over the phone. Centennial House is located in the heart of the historic district and is within walking distance of everything! The décor was beautiful. The room and bathroom was very roomy. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I loved sitting on the terrace for our last breakfast meal before departing. I will definitely stay here again. Perfect for our honeymoon.

We loved everything about our stay, from the building's amazing history, amazing food, all the extra goodies like beach bikes and lighthouse tour tickets, and awesome staff.
Chris2017-04-11T00:00:00ZWe stayed at St. Francis Inn for two nights and loved it. The inn was comfortable with many small touches that made it feel like a special experience. The courtyard is a relaxing space and the breakfasts were delicious.
Maria2015-05-26T00:00:00ZHad a wonderful stay at the St. Francis in Saint Augustine. The room was cozy and the food was great. The Concierge at the front desk was very helpful about what to do around town etc. Would stay here again. Thanks much!
Jonathan2015-10-04T00:00:00ZGreat stay! Awesome digs. Thank you for a great visit. The complimentary wine was appreciated! :)
Michael2015-02-11T00:00:00Zwe loved this wonderful inn. Personal at reception was very kind and we even were upgrated to a better room with our own bathroom. Neighborhood was great, room was cosy and very clean. thanks again for everything
Gudrun2016-04-21T00:00:00ZSt. Francis Inn has it all. The staff is fun, welcoming, efficient, helpful, patient and kind. The food is wonderful and plentiful. The room, building, neighborhood and garden are delightful. I hope to return!
Eileen2017-03-17T00:00:00ZWhat a lovely B&B!! We were enchanted from the moment we arrived! Away from the touristy bustle of St Augustine, but close enough to walk into town for meals and to see the sights. We were delighted by the ambiance and history of the inn, and the service was great. We enjoyed the social hours, and the food at breakfast was top notch. I especially treasured spending time with the kitties-Zeke and Boots- while away from our own critters. Our room had been upgraded when we arrived- I had shared with the owner when I booked that it was our honeymoon, so assume that was the reason. What a nice surprise!! Our room faced the garden and had its own tiny bathroom- quite a bonus! We loved sitting out on the balcony after dark. Everything about the St Francis Inn was delightful! We would love to return!
Alicia2015-04-08T00:00:00ZWe had an enjoyable time at the Inn while in St. Augustine. The Inn provides many nice touches such as the wine/appetizer hour in late afternoon as well as a evening dessert. The breakfast was exceptional. We stayed in the smallish room on the 3rd floor with the private bathroom at the end of the hallway. Our stay was early in the week so it did not present a problem for us (we have never had a room stay without an in-room bath). However I would not recommend this room-detached bathroom if staying over a busy weekend or in the height of the tourist season. They have many more rooms on their website which are much larger albeit more expensive. This room was very reasonable for the price.
