Modern, stylish, very central & family friendly. Cosy 2-bed cabin, a double room & a bunk room (for kids or small/light adults). Fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven & fridge/freezer. Off street free parking for 1 car, large garden, dining table, breakfast bar, a decked area for outside dining, washing machine & lots of storage. The cabin is in the garden of the main house - the owners are on hand to help with any questions/needs. Living space is glass, no blinds. The cabin is max 50sqm - cosy!

The Studio sleeps 4 and is situated to the left of the main house in a quiet secluded setting. The brick paved drive provides ample parking. The accommodation is bright, light and spacious with an open-plan lounge and dining area, a breakfast bar, fully fitted kitchen, two large characterful double bedrooms, (additional single bed on request), a bathroom with bath and shower unit. Two private patio areas, rear patio giving direct access to a large garden for you to explore, relax and enjoy.

A Cosy Cottage With A Fabulous View Close To TW.
This listing is categorically not suitable for groups of singles. Sadly no dogs or children under 16 . Our new cottage has stunning views across Kent, situated down a quiet farm lane with no other houses in sight. We are 10 mins from the centre of Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge and Paddock Wood. It is incredibly cosy with underfloor heating throughout, it is also totally eco friendly. There is an electric car charger for those arriving inelectric cars (£40 for full charge) payable before charging.
