Hi, we're Karin and Niko. Our accommodation is a new building/extension upstairs with separate entrance (spiral staircase). Centrally located i.e. train station/city center in 6 minutes walk. Good connection to the B10 and highway. Good equipment such as Jura coffee machine, high-quality electrical appliances such as Liebherr cooling combination AEG induction hob, Siemens built-in microwave/stove. Box spring bed 140x200 , sofa bed. Parking from the house with parking disc from 8-18 o'clock

Dear guests, our apartment is very suitable for 1-2 people on vacation / on weekends / seminar to relax, stopover, for internship or seminar - in the middle of an extremely quiet, green residential area; with separate entrance and parking on the property. In addition, very conveniently located: 5 minutes from the highway, 8 minutes to the S-Bahn, 10 minutes to the city center by bike. Exercise? Then hike, jog or walk directly into the countryside! Check-in is usually from 5pm onwards.

The beautiful apartment is located in the historic old town, on the so-called "square of little freedom" in the heart of Kirchheim. Excellent location: Quiet side street of the pedestrian zone, only 100m from the town hall, beautiful balcony overlooking the idyllic Vogthausgarten near the medieval city wall. The light-filled studio is located in the basement of our house and has separate entrance and terrace. The apartment features a single bed, bathroom with shower and WC. A refrigerator as well as kettle, dishes and stovetops are provided. Within walking distance there is a bakery with cafe that also offers breakfast as well as a butcher shop with daily meals. We are very well connected with the train station to public transport, as well as to the B10, B313 and A8.
