  • Divine graciously hosted us for a large family celebration in his beautiful home. All prior reviewers are spot on that the house is enormous and wonderfully arrayed with lots of great amenities, including a large pool, fire pit, and several bedrooms. Divine and Donna are nice people and were very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. We cannot stress enough how cool the house is! Five stars for the space - we had a blast and really enjoyed the space, and our friends were thrilled!! However, we had some issues that are worth mentioning to future Abnb guests considering this space. Please note that not all amenities are present or as described, the host has issues with neighbors that might affect your stay, and the host may not disclose these important details in a timely manner. See details below. The main reasons we chose this space for our event was its size, location, whole-house speaker system, and hot tub / saltwater pool. First the speakers - on the first day of our trip Divine disclosed that the speakers no longer worked (he knew this beforehand but did not disclose, though we had spoken about them again a week or so earlier). Music was very important to our event and he corrected this by providing his DJ setup free of charge, but this was only for one room. Second the hot tub / pool - the hot tub never got above 90F despite following Divine's instructions to the letter, and the 'saltwater' pool was heavily chlorinated to the point of skin allergy for some of our guests. There was no way to fix any of this so we accepted it and enjoyed ourselves anyway. Third - the location itself is nice, it's secluded and close to Philly, however Divine's neighbors are nuts and we were told they call the cops at the drop of a pin. Divine informed us that if there is any noise outside after dark or people are 'hanging out' in front of the house on the property it can cause issues with the neighbors and township. This is something that Divine mentioned in passing as an afterthought, but ended up being a primary issue for us because some people drove past the house by mistake looking for it at night and this caused threats of the cops being called by said neighbor. Long story short it was not great to have lots of added stress on our stay due to long-standing issues with neighbors that had nothing to do with us. If we had known how extreme this would be in advance (Divine called and texted us several times during the stay with strong warnings) we may have chosen a different venue. Lastly, we felt very rushed to check out the next morning, we had Divine texting us asking us to be out earlier than even our check out time because he had an event scheduled the same day requiring the space. As superhosts we totally understand...

  • Very clean and spacious. Perfect for our weekend stay of five families all with young kids. The host was very responsive to questions and made our stay very enjoyable!

  • We had a fabulous stay at Divine's home. Divine and Donna were extremely communicative throughout the process and our stay. They were very welcoming when we arrived and walked us through all the details of the house. The house was spacious and the pool was incredible for our group. It was a perfect weekend getaway!

    Emily2016-12-31T00:00:00Z
  • Divine welcomed us to his home with such a warm and exciting (though not overwhelming!) energy. He and his wife made us feel right at home, inviting us to join in fun activities, but also encouraging us to freely explore his beautiful home. We had an awesome time.

    leah2016-10-27T00:00:00Z
  • My group of 25 enjoyed the space. We met Divine upon arrival and had some nice conversations about our lives while he gave us a tour of the house, including pool controls, how to adjust thermostats, etc.., Until checkout, we didn't see him again and had complete privacy, though it is important to respect the space and obey the rules. The pool area is fantastic and you definitely feel the tropical vibe. Plenty of beds and floor space, great A/C/climate control, and nice bathrooms. The pictures don't do this house justice and if I do get a chance again, I would definitely come back!

    Shihan2017-07-30T00:00:00Z
  • Great place for group of 16. Divine and Donna are great hosts. Highly recommend for large groups wanting free space for activities and pool/ hot tub options.

  • The layout of the home is unique. You enter through a two-story foyer. Up the stairs and on the left is a large empty room - good for retreats or yoga, along with a massage room off of it. Adjoining that room, there is a room with a toilet and sink as well as a grand bathroom with a steam shower, jet-tub, double sink and bidet. In the same grand room, ascend a spiral staircase to an attic-like room, with a funky bohemian vibe and a half a dozen mattresses on the floor - appropriate for teens or kids. On the second floor on the same hallway as the great room, there are two more bedrooms. One is large and high-ceilinged and connected to a more modest bedroom via a long shared bathroom that has two sinks, a shower and a soaking tub. Both of these bedrooms have verandas that open to the pool below. There is also a large laundry room on this floor as well. When you enter the foyer, to the right is the main communal space. There is a dining room table, a small area with couches, and a long railroad-style kitchen which leads to a half-bath and opens up to a sort of family room with a large tv and a couch in an adjacent room. Both the sitting area off the kitchen and the family room have double doors that open to the pool area. The pool is large and has a very deep end; on the far side is a hot tub. There is also a waterfall and a full bath off the pool area. Off of the dining room/sitting area there are two more small bedrooms and a full bath. Communication with the host was excellent. We had to communicate quite a bit during our stay and the host always responded quickly. The location is also very convenient to Philadelphia. Due to a 50-student booking immediately before ours, there were some issues with the water and the pool during our stay. They are as follows: The host called at 2:30pm, a half hour before check-in, to ask if the pool guy could arrive at 4pm to vacuum the pool; the issue ended up being much greater than a vacuuming as the pool was cloudy with iron water upon our arrival. The pool guy did not arrive until about 3-4 hours after his appointed time, at which point he was unable to actually clear the pool. The pool was considered safe to swim in but freezing and cloudy. We did not use it during our stay. The hot tub did not heat until Thursday morning and was unusable for our first evening as well. Due to issues with the pool, we had to refill the hot tub because it drained completely; it was unusable for the entire day until Thursday evening. During our first evening, the water was iron-laden and brown. Plumbers came into the home on several occasions checking the water. We...

  • Dustin & MacKenzie are a lovely couple and their two dogs were sweet. The room we stayed at was exactly what we needed and the house is lovely, which history and character. The location was a short drive from both Allentown and our friends in Hatfield. Both Dustin and MacKenzie welcomed us as we checked in and made us feel at home. Would definitely stay there again in the future.

    Lu2017-08-05T00:00:00Z
  • I had the privilege to stay with Dustin and MacKenzie in their lovely Victorian home while I was out of town on business. They were both so friendly and accommodating, but also let me have my privacy after a long day of work. The home was centrally located to a ton of cute shops and restaurants. I especially enjoyed dining at the Proper Brewing Company, which was only a 5 minute walk from the house. They also had ample street parking in a quiet and secluded neighborhood. Their dogs were so awesome and playful, Emma the golden retriever even sat by my bed while I answered emails! Overall my stay was amazing and I am tempted to come back again to explore the town more.

  • This home is absolutely gorgeous and makes for the perfect home base for exploring the area. My fiance and I highly recommend this space for your next trip.

    Sandra2017-07-21T00:00:00Z
  • I stay often enough that the dogs now remember me. Whenever I am visiting family this is where I like to stay! Another quiet and restful stay. A+

    Daralynne2017-03-22T00:00:00Z
  • My girlfriend and I stayed here as a lil getaway from NYC, and it could not have been more perfect! Not only does the house have that sort of aesthetic that makes you feel like you're sensationally hip (while maintaining a very pleasant homey-ness), there was tea, a comfy bed, and an adorable dog. I would DEFINITELY stay again, and would love to explore more of the adorable Quakertown. <3 Thank you Dustin & MacKenzie!

    Megan2017-10-14T00:00:00Z
  • Location of this home is absolutely perfect! It's walking distance to a lot of local shops and cafes, and just a 5-10 minute drive anywhere else. I really enjoyed my Sunday morning walk! The room is clean and has everything you may need. The hosts are responsive and accommodating, and just overall a great couple!

My place is close to lots of shopping, PA turnpike, Quakertown city center. You’ll love my place because of the comfy bed, the views, the kitchen, and the coziness. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Washer/Dryer, coffee maker, toaster, secure wireless internet access, reserved parking for one car, quiet location. Convenient to Musik-Fest, Dorney Park.
There is full size washer and dryer in the unit. There is also a new, high profile mattress in the bedroom. Kitchen has coffee maker, microwave, cook top, toaster, dishes, etc. The apartment over looks a wooded area where deer are frequently seen. There is one reserved parking space at the base of the stairs. This is a great little apartment at an excellent value. However, it is not perfect. Our WiFi is secure and requires that you enter the password for the router to use it. Also, the shower head is a modest, water saver style. You may find other "quirks" in our place. If you desire perfection, this may not be the place for you.
This modest property is located on an exclusive road in a rural, scenic area. Set back from the road on a large lot, it is a very quiet and private setting.
  • I really enjoyed my stay in Esther's apartment over the garage. It is very quiet and private there. The apartment is very comfortable and it was close to local shopping. Esther was wonderful in making sure my needs were met and very responsive when I communicated with her. I will stay here again next year!

    Ginger2016-08-15T00:00:00Z
  • What a great value! This is a spacious one-bedroom apartment with an awesome deck out the front door. I appreciated the full kitchen and especially the washer and dryer as I was there for a week and a half on business and had little time to find a laundromat that would have been open when I had any free time. The furnishings are a little worn, and the floor a bit uneven...but these are easily forgiven. All in all, this was an awesome value! Kudos to Esther and Bob for providing a great rental space!

    Eric2017-09-27T00:00:00Z
  • Not quite sure what to say. It was not a terrible place, but mainly due to the smell, we would not stay there again.

    Eric2017-09-05T00:00:00Z
  • My girlfriend and I had a great time here. The apartment itself was larger than we expected and we really enjoyed the private deck. My only two complaints about our stay is that the wifi signal was so weak that it was not useable anywhere in the apartment, and the lack of information in the itinerary about checking out. We had to get a response back on where to put the towels we used and where to leave the key before we could leave. However, these two minor issues did not impede our ability to enjoy our stay. This place is an incredible value and I would definitely recommend staying here if you're ever in Quakertown.

    Keith2016-07-26T00:00:00Z
  • This is a great appartment for a couple to stay. One bedroom with a queen bed, a bathroom with a shower/bath, a complete kitchen, and a large living room. The appartment is larger than it looks in the pictures. Also, the location is great. You are a 5 minute drive from the interstate and a 5 minute drive from numerous shopping centers. Target, Best Buy, Aldi, Dairy Queen, Autozone; you name it, its 5 minutes away. Another perk is that the place is FULLY furnished. Knives and forks are in the drawers, pots and pans are clean and ready, and there is a dining room table. Overall, this place is a way better deal than staying at a hotel (which there are plenty of, just 5 minutes away). In the future, I will definitely consider staying here again.

    Michael2016-10-23T00:00:00Z
  • Place a was perfect for what we were looking for. I would highly recommend it! It wasn't nice have the woods right behind the place instead of other houses too. It made for a nice quiet and peaceful setting.

    Craig2016-10-04T00:00:00Z
  • Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Me. Weather's apartment. The surrounding area is gorgeous. Lots of trees and very quiet. Would most definitely recommend this property to others. :). Thought I was going to need to extend my stay, but found more permanent accommodation. Esther and Bob are very kind, and friendly.

    Cass2016-10-16T00:00:00Z
  • We were very happy with our 20 day stay at this sweet apartment in the woods. Everything we needed for our visit was available. The washer and dryer were a bonus. Yes, it had a few quirks as it is an older unit above a garage but the privacy, the rooftop patio, and the deer in the backyard made it a great retreat for us. Being able to cook a few meals there was helpful as well. We would recommend this property for anyone not wishing to have a long stay in a hotel. The hosts were great!

  • Yaffa's guest cottage and property is beautiful and HUGE! The pool was lovely and sitting by her little lake was also a pleasure. The guest house was very clean and mattress was comfortable. She left us a bottle of wine and lots of breakfast supplies. TAKE NOTICE: This is a "guest house" that means you will be sharing the property with Yafa if she is home. Luckily she was out of town when my husband and I were there so we felt we could roam the property without having to ask for permission to do anything. I'm not sure how the experience would've been had she been there but we had a fabulous and romantic wknd! And she let us bring our dog which was amazing!

    Whitney2015-07-07T00:00:00Z
  • Beautiful surroundings! Well equiped, cozy cottage with great decor! Yafa was a great host! Spent a little over a month here and already miss waking up to a view of the pond and peaceful property! Would highly recommend as a weekend getaway or extended stay!

    April2017-09-27T00:00:00Z
  • Yafa was the best host we ever had. She went above and beyond her way to make sure our stay was comfortable. Welcomed us with open arms and gave us all the privacy we wanted. The property is beautiful...more than beautiful. We we're able fish a lot of bass, spent time at the pool and relaxed by the private lake. It was a great getaway from the hustle and bustle of Philadelphia and New York City. Would recommend this place to everyone and we plan on staying there often!

    Cecil2017-07-30T00:00:00Z
  • Wow! This was the perfect weekend getaway from the city. Yaffa's home was just as described. It is truly a unique space and you can tell a lot of love went into creating it. It is also conveniently located to fun relaxing activities. We went to great park with hiking, kayaking etc as well as a vineyard and farm with pick your own fruits/veggies..I would absolutely return.

    athena2016-09-05T00:00:00Z
  • What a wonderful place! Yafa was an amazing host, and the space is so beautiful. So many lovely little touches that made it feel so special. We loved being away from everything and having our own world. We walked on the trail around the property and lake, made dinner on the amazing range, watched the sun set and the stars come out over the charming lake, and built a fire outside that lasted well into the night. We slept so well in the comfy, cozy loft bed. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for quiet time in a beautiful place!

    Nicole2017-10-22T00:00:00Z
  • Beautiful and serene! A great way to spend a weekend away from the world!

    Shauna2017-07-23T00:00:00Z
  • Beautiful home and lake was filled with fish. We had a great time and Yafa was an excellent host

    Brian2017-06-25T00:00:00Z
  • Yafa's guest house is BEAUTIFUL. The property is gorgeous, the house well-appointed, pool spectacular. Yafa was a very generous host as well, having left the juiciest tomatoes, peaches, prosecco and other foods for us when we arrived. There were some issues with the plumbing, but Yafa was quick to respond and take care of the problem. Would recommend for a group of 2-3 people.

  • Everything was just perfect! I rented the whole space for a weekend while attending a family event. Never did I think I was booking a mini vacation! So much space for the price, and everything was clean and orderly. Much better than expected, and the host Jennifer is great! Although we did not meet, she communicates perfectly, and made sure to check in during my stay to make sure everything was ok.

    Chase2016-10-09T00:00:00Z
  • We had a wonderful weekend at Jennifer's place. We needed enough space for my family (my husband, me, our 3 boys, plus our parents, and our dog) to relax, and spend some quality time together. This home truly felt like a home away from home. There was a ton of space; so much beautiful sunlight (which made up for the icy cold weather!); and extremely comfortable beds. Jennifer left a many breakfast items for us, and just generally opened up her home for us to make ourselves at home. The house was clean and nicely decorated, but lived in and inviting for all to just relax. Outside there was plenty of land for us and our dog to run around (as much as we could handle given the cold), and there were even some horses we could see on the neighbor's property. Jennifer provided sheets/towels/the warmest comforters ever, and coffee, bagels and juice. There were restaurants and a supermarket very nearby for any other necessities. It was a very cold weekend, but there was a beautiful fireplace in the living room that helped keep us warm. I would definitely recommend this home. Thanks Jennifer!

  • Very nice and big house, comfortable beds, clean showers. My family enjoyed staying there.

    Tanya2017-07-04T00:00:00Z
  • Our family spent a long weekend here to attend several wedding-related events in the area. It was a great base. Our young daughters loved running around in the big yard (we live in a yardless condo in Chicago) and hiking and swimming in Nockamixon State Park nearby. The house was clean, spacious, and bright. Jennifer did a great job communicating with us, and left coffee for us to drink in the mornings. Overall, a really nice mini-vacation.

    Lindsay2016-09-06T00:00:00Z
  • Jennifer made us feel incredibly welcomed, in her beautiful home. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay there this weekend!

    Declan2016-11-13T00:00:00Z
  • Jennifer's place is lovely. It's spacious and well proportioned, offering our gaggle of women a perfect place to stay. Great sitting room, kitchen, dining room, and outdoor patio space. The garden is huge and beautiful, and would be great in the warmer months. Looks like there's a fire pit too. Nice (and easy) walks nearby, and not too far from a big lake. Jennifer was very responsive to my questions both before and during the trip, even offering to do a little shopping for us beforehand. Her huge dog might pay you a visit (from it's temporary home next door), but he's very friendly! Thanks so much Jennifer for a really great stay.

    Laura2017-04-02T00:00:00Z
  • We rented the whole place. It's difficult to describe how comfortable, welcoming and well equipped the house is. There was nothing we needed. High speed Internet, TVs to let everyone enjoy whatever show, video game or streaming service they want. Beds are really comfortable, and the bathrooms are well maintained and really clean. We had all that space all to ourselves. I could fly my drone (amazing views of the lake and the forest). My 3 years old daughter was surrounded by toys that Jennifer made sure were waiting for her. I mentioned she liked Frozen, and little Sammy came here to plenty of Frozen characters toys. Jennifer and her husband are amazing folks. Chatting with them is a blast. Jennifer was regularly checking if we had everything we needed, without being intrusive. This is a place of dreams. I cannot find enough words with my limited English to explain how extremely happy and satisfied we were with the place, as well as with the treatment from our host. I never thought Perkasie would be a place I would want to visit twice, but Jennifer and her husband made sure that the place is included in a "not-too-far-in-the-future" trip.

    Jose Juan2017-01-22T00:00:00Z
  • My friends and I stayed to celebrate a birthday party in the Poconos. Jennifer & her husband were amazing hosts! Their house was absolutely beautiful and the beds were so comfortable (it was 8 of us and well all slept comfortably.) Jennifer always made sure we were okay and gave great recommendations on what to do while we were there. We would definitely stay here again if we're ever back in P.A.

One bedroom apartment/Carriage house above three car garage on beautiful horse farm in Sellersville. Clean rustic country decor very private quiet setting. Just 3 miles from the Sellersville Theatre and three miles from Quakertown. Enjoy Nature, Chickens and Horses. Take a riding lesson, take a walk, float in the pool, or read a book. If you love the outdoors and animals you will love our farm. Please don't be alarmed by our Mastiff Axle he is a big love.
Minutes from civilization yet secluded on a dead end street. Summer brings deer, crickets, fireflys and frogs. Winter brings quiet.
It's a vacation every day. A lot of work but heaven on earth.
  • This accommodation is in a lovely, quiet setting on a dead-end road. We loved gazing out at the horses all around and visiting with the chickens. Everything was well-kept. Our host, Tiffany and her children (and dog) were so welcoming and friendly. If you need a quiet place to think, rest or read a book, this is it. Shopping, diners and farmers' market are nearby.

  • We stayed in the apartment while in town for a concert at Sellersville theater. It was a great location, very close to Sellersville. The property is beautiful and the apartment was wonderful (clean, cozy and comfortable). We even had fresh eggs for breakfast, which was a very nice surprise. We look forward to returning again in the near future. Thanks for a great stay, Tiffany.

  • This is honestly a gem! Beautiful home and family! It was more than expected, place is spotless, cozy, scenic, peaceful, and has the perfect touches! Fresh eggs a plus! The animals on the farm are very friendly! Plan to return!

  • This place is a little piece of heaven. My husband and I stayed here for two nights with our 8-year-old son while visiting family in the area. The farm is just lovely and Tiffany and her family are a joy. We had so much fun visiting with her and her family and all the animals. Our son especially liked the kittens. The apartment is so sweet and beautifully decorated. Tiffany gave us some of her chicken eggs, so we could make breakfast. What a treat! She also provided coffee/creamer. The beds were super comfortable and it was so quiet at night that we slept very soundly. We'll definitely be back!

    Linda2017-08-28T00:00:00Z
  • If you are looking for a quiet, private place to stay, this is it. We loved visiting the chickens and horses. It is a very cute apartment with easy parking. Downtown Quakertown was an easy 10 minute drive. The decor was superb and we found a nice surprise waiting for us: Coffee and a coffee maker! Thanks Tiffany, can't wait to visit again!

    Kenny2017-08-13T00:00:00Z
  • Tiffany's Farm was just what I needed it was a place of peace and quietness . A wonderful place just to see these beautiful horses. I thought it would really be cool to have another apartment above the barn with the horses that would really be neat! It definitely took me back to my childhood just being there and seeing those beautiful animals!!! In addition to this Tiffany was a wonderful hostess and she was very accommodating to my needs! Anyone would feel comfortable staying there at the farm. Thank you Tiffany for everything you did

Our tranquil little house is a relaxing retreat surrounded by nature. It is walking distance to Lake Nockamixon and a riding stable. It is a charming one room cottage, bathroom located separately and is only 5 mins to shops and close to great restaurants, boat rentals and Lake Galena.
This is a beautiful antique cottage, originally a local vet! It was moved to our property in the 50's and has been a quaint guest room for us which friends and family have loved to stay in for the last 15 yrs. Musicians and writers are very welcome here!
We are a short walk to the Lake house Inn if you are going to a wedding there. Walking up to lake Nockamixon, renting a boat or going for a ride are super easy. We even have a nest of eagles within walking distance and an odd wild turkey, turtle or deer may pass through the garden on occasion too. We love to get the best ice cream from Ow Wow Cow, enjoy a fabulous breakfast or lunch at Nellie Raes or stroll along the canal. We have a great little theatre nearby in Sellersville with some surprising bands and artists making appearances. Doylestown, New Hope and Perkasie with their quaint little shops , farmers markets, bars and restaurants are super close. We are located in the heart of beautiful Bucks County, 1hr 40 mins from NYC and about 50 mins from Philadelphia.
  • What a lovely place! A sweet little cottage in a large backyard, next to an orchard, and a little hill for star gazing at night. The bed is VERY comfortable and there is a cozy porch swing with an incredible view. We were there in the fall with the sight of beautiful autumn leaves, there's an outdoor pool with a great view (we didn't swim this time because it was too chilly but that would be fun in the summer), and a small wood firepit which we didn't use but want to try out next time. There are lots of charming knick-knacks around the cottage that make it feel homey and cozy. The one downside is the lack of running water in the cottage itself, which means a trek across the yard to the bathroom in the basement, but the bathroom is really nice with a great shower so it mostly makes up for it. The hosts leave drinking water in the cottage, instant oatmeal, and coffee/tea with a couple types of coffee makers, along with a few utensils and dishes. There is also a mini fridge. Since we arrived later while Julia would be out, she made sure to give me a tour via FaceTime so she could orient us to the place, which was very helpful. A lovely place, we hope to come back!

  • A wonderful countryside get away! Julia and Joe are were welcoming and gracious hosts.

    Sharon2016-08-22T00:00:00Z
  • Julia and Joe were quite accommodating and very welcoming. We had originally planned to stay in the cottage but upon learning the bathroom was in the main home, we opted to stay in their newly finished basement apartment. What we did see of the cottage was quite nice and I wish I had some of those board games in the other space ;-) The bathroom in the main home is very nice with radiant heat, something we actually just installed in our own home. Great location and setup overall with awesome personal touches. Would certainly stay again thank you!

  • My boyfriend and I spent a relaxing long weekend at Julia's charming cottage. We enjoyed tea on the porch in the mornings with the sounds of birds and crickets chirping. Our cat was with us and loved spending some time outdoors as well. The cottage is small and intimate, but perfect for a couple. The property is beautiful and we had a nice time exploring the nearby lake.

  • What a GEM. We had a great time and the "Little House" was just perfect. Picturesque views, quite and seclusion. A great area to stay in with easy access to the surrounding area. Will definitely come back.

    Michael2016-08-15T00:00:00Z
  • The Little House was very cute and cozy. The surrounding open space and surrounding greenery were a true breath of fresh air! Such a relaxing place. Our host Julia and her husband Joe are really nice and friendly people. They were very friendly and welcoming. They provided very helpful information regarding their neighborhood and things to see and do. It was an overall great weekend; exactly what we were looking for. Definitely going back!

    Nury2016-08-08T00:00:00Z
  • Our stay at the Little House was totally perfect. We were getting out of town for the weekend and just needed a place to relax and rejuvenate; the Little House fit that bill to a T! Julia & Joe were extremely kind and hospitable, making sure we always had what we needed for our stay. The space was so quaint and perfect for a cozy romantic getaway. Set on a picturesque property; trees, chickens, the sound of cows mooing in the distance.. the best way to get back to nature. Also, there is a small hill next to the little house where we enjoyed stargazing. Totally recommend Julia's place for a couple looking to get away from it all! We will definitely be back!!

    Lynn2017-04-30T00:00:00Z
  • What a delightful weekend in Julia's tiny house! It was well equipped with all the comforts of home in a relaxing, quiet, and beautiful setting: off the beaten track, next to a rambling orchard, an outdoor fireplace, and lovely front porch for breakfast in the warm sun of September. We would definitely return!

This lovely, scenic Chalet is located at the end of a quiet, wooded lane. It offers many rooms to relax and enjoy friends and family, catching up on all life's events. You can enjoy smore's on the outside fire pit and cozy up by the woodstove.
The Chalet is a quaint, unique home that has it s own character and warmth. Bring your family and or friends and enjoy it to the fullest.
Our Chalet is quiet and relaxing. You can hear the tree frogs chirp, see the deer and wildlife run and feel the warm sun on your face as you sit by the pond.
  • Beautiful property and house. Our party of 15 had a great time -- the cozy space really helped the large group come together. Mary and Eric were very friendly, welcoming and helpful whenever we had a question. Would highly recommend anyone looking for a weekend to get away for a relaxing break.

  • We just had a fabulous weekend at the beautiful chalet. It was comfortable, well stocked, and clean--and the owners could not have been nicer or more helpful. One owner came by to shovel the walk (twice!) thanks to some unexpected March snow, and the other plowed the long driveway for us and got a roaring fire going in the gorgeous main room. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we had great meals around the big dining table. The chalet is in a beautiful setting, deep in the woods, so it felt incredibly peaceful and still. We would definitely return again!

  • Stayed here with 10 of my family members for graduation and we had an amazing time! Chef Jen prepared us dinner one night which was super convenient. Lovely, rustic old home with a lot of charm. Not the most up-to-date home but we expected that.

  • Superb stay at this location! We traveled to Pennsylvania to attend our son's wedding and being a large family we needed lots of room. Everything was in perfect working order with a lot of attention given to detail. Mary welcomed us , answering all questions and giving suggestions on what to do in the area. The setting is absolutely gorgeous ( nature lovers will appreciate) and the house very comfortable. Mary and Eric have provided many recreational activities inside the house. There were even big toys for kids ( our grand-daughter did not want to leave!..) This is a real gem . Thank you Mary and Eric for a wonderful stay !

    Jacqueline2017-07-16T00:00:00Z
  • Mary and Eric were wonderfully welcoming hosts and the Chalet is simply a rural palace! Very rural and you really feel in touch with nature - but fully equipped and sooo comfortable, also for hosting friends. The huge sofa in the living room was amazing as well as the numerous comfortable beds. Thanks very much!

    Miriam2016-08-23T00:00:00Z
  • Truly beautiful venue! Amazing experience! When we were planning our language course in Quakertown, Mary helped us every step of the way from answering our questions about what's available in the chalet to even finding a local PA Dutch chef to prepare meals for our group. All in all, it was a great experience and everything was as in the description with one exception: in the listing it said there was no WiFi, so we were surprised to find WiFi there after all. This greatly helped us adapt our course to our students on-the-fly as well as help our students feel more at home. We hope we'll be able to organize our course here again next year, would highly recommend!

  • What a wonderful place to stay in this picturesque and historic corner of Pennsylvania! The guest room is cozy and comfortable, with its own private bathroom and sitting area in the original section of the restored farmhouse. The hosts and their sweet dog are lovely and welcoming, and even treated us to a delicious breakfast of homemade apple muffins! A great location from which to explore Bucks County and the environs.

  • This beautiful stone house provides the perfect home base for exploring Bucks County. There is so much to do nearby...we went to a festival in Bethlehem and took our dog swimming in the Delaware. My son and I slept well and enjoyed the historic setting and the gracious hosts (and we especially like to stay with fellow dog lovers!)

  • Jennifer and Skip offer great hospitality in this charming restored farmhouse. The private bedroom and bathroom are beautifully finished, and made for a great stay. There is a lovely yard and pond, and the surrounding area is very nice—particularly during fall when the leaves change colors. The apple cake that Jennifer and Skip offered on the morning we left was excellent!

    Gabriel2017-10-22T00:00:00Z
  • Jennifer and Skip's place is a beautifully maintained 19th century home. The bedroom was very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious with a wonderful shower. A bonus for us was the ability to do our laundry at their home.

  • Great one-month experience! Kathy was just like a mother to us, we were like at home. We had the opportunity to participate in the farm life, and in particular our 3 children (7, 10 and 13 yo) were delighted to care the animals (goats, poneys, horses, donkey, pigs, chicken, cows, ducks, sheeps... and of course the dogs and cats). It was hard to make the kids leave the farm when we wanted to visit around! The place is also very nice to relax. All people working in the farm were lovely with all of us. We enjoyed every morning fresh milk and butter and other products from the farm. Grocery/shopping are not far away, and lots of activities to do in the neighborhood. Finally we appreciated this blessed place as well as human contacts there. It was really hard to leave; we will never forget this experience. Thanks very much Kathy, Tina, Rebecca, Molly, Andrea, Bruce, Hannah and all others we met during our stay! Hope to see you again.

  • Kathy is a most generous and warm person and she made our stay very special. We had to get up really early at 5:30am for an event and we tried not to wake anyone up but Kathy came to the kitchen and made us fresh farm eggs and home made bread for breakfast. She is exceptionally warm and an amazing conversationalist. We would love to go and stay at the farm again sometime soon. I highly recommend it for anyone. Kathy is a rare find.

  • An experience that you have not to miss for anything in the world. It is an amazing like home place, great space, so comfortable and cozy beds. What an exciting, awesome experience for the whole family. Since, I am from the city, my children and my sister children had the opportunity to run all that they wanted without us worried about them being outside. They enjoyed the swing like there was not tomorrow. They didn't even though about using a table or a cellphone while we were outside running. Night time was very relaxing with the calmness. Mrs. Kathy was always making sure that we were good and that we had everything that we need it. Thanks for serving us a so delicious breakfast. My mother, my sister and I, we didn't want to leave the table because we were so comfortable talking knowingly that the children were good outside. Mrs. Kathy has some wonderful people that works with her Rebecca and Hannah who were so caring with my family needs. We love the animals and the children had the opportunity to interact with them. Thanks Mrs. Kathy for adjusting into your schedule the children horse riding. They were thrill. Talk about for hours and still talking about Once it was time to leave, the children didn't want to. It gave us an experience that it will be there as a beautiful memory. God bless you and we will be back there soon.

  • I was in town attending the MicroMatic dispense Institute. I couldn't be happier having found Flint Hill farm instead of staying at the suggested airport hotel. I slept like a baby every evening, and the farm is closer to class than the hotel. I think the most important thing here is this is one of the only true Air BnBs out there that gets the &B part. Superb homemade breakfast with local fresh ingredients...

    Chris2016-11-17T00:00:00Z
  • Wonderful overnight stay. Our 10 and 11 year niece and nephew we had in tow had a great time. Kathy offered a friendly welcome when we arrived, and made sure we were given a tour of the farm. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast, featuring dairy products made right on the farm, was delicious. In the morning, for an additional fee, we followed the staff member on his morning rounds - collecting eggs, feeding the animals, moving the chicken coops. A great experience for a family at a reasonable rate.

  • Flint Hill Farms was a wonderful place to stay. As bicyclists in the middle of a three-day ride, we especially appreciated the comfortable beds and delicious farm-fresh breakfast. But most appreciated was Kathy's generosity and willingness to put up with all our questions as she showed us the farm and animals. Thank you, Kathy!

    Dorothy2017-05-01T00:00:00Z
  • Very enjoyable stay. Kathy is extremely accommodating, with a wonderful farm-fresh breakfast every morning. We took advantage of the cheese-making class, and the kids had a wonderful time exploring the grounds.

  • Russ and Dolly are amazing! They're nicest host I ever had in Airbnb. I walked 2 hours to their place, after they learned I didn't drive here, they offered to drive me to my destination tomorrow. Dolly also offered me lunch the other day. The place itself is lovely. It's a big house surrounded by forest. It's modern, clean and comfortable. Nothing to complain. FYI They have a friendly black lab(?) in house. I strongly recommend this place for your stay.

  • Russ and Dolly went above and beyond our expectations! They have such kind hearts and are always willing to help out in any way possible. We felt at home from the moment we walked in. Dolly and Russ even played pool with us, and had the hotub up and running for us. Rest assured if you're looking for a place outside the city, this is definitely worth the trip!

  • This was like being at home as we watched a Philies baseball game together. Russ and Dolly were very helpful and interested in my well being. The location in the countryside is beautiful. My only regret is that I didn't have more time to use the hot tub.

  • Fabulous last minute stay after a day on the lake. Came “home” to a cozy room, gracious hosts and a dip in the hot tub under the stars. First time staying in a room inside someone’s home but it felt like staying with a family friend. Accommodated a rather late check in, use of the kitchen and a nicely stocked bathroom. Even received a friendly meow from Buddy and we will definitely be back.

  • Susan's house is gorgeous. I was visiting for a friend's graduation at De Sales University, and while I didn't tag the space as "walkable" I was able to walk to the campus in about 30 minutes. She was very kind to set out breakfast for the two mornings I stayed, and helped me get settled in with a key for comings and goings. If I were staying longer, or passing through with a rental car, she is quite near to all the local towns, and shopping centers of the area. I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at a very competitive price, and would highly recommend it.

The property is green and peaceful and very well kept so it was a pleasure to come "home" here. Magdalena was a wonderful host and made sure I had everything I needed. Here's our freshly renovated cottage that was built in 1940, with plenty of rustic charm. There is a loft where you can sleep and enjoy the view out of a window right next to the bed! There is also a day bed on the main floor. A nice back deck to sit out and relax. We are located in heart of upper bucks county and close to many highways and places to visit. Come and enjoy! We have a dog and this cottage is right next to our house but is a separate building
  • Really nice, cozy little cottage/guest house on a farm property. Was in the area for a wedding, and Anthony was exceptionally attentive to us as guests, providing a clothes iron at a moment's notice. The property is peaceful and makes for a great getaway from the city, plus it's uber/lyft friendly for a trip into town. Would definitely come back.

    Carlos2017-10-08T00:00:00Z
  • I booked last minute and Anthony got the place ready and perfect in a short amount of time. It was a very enjoyable stay and there was snacks and beer in the refrigerator. I would highly recommend this cottage!

  • Hard to complain about this cute cottage. Clean, safe and quiet. Sad I never got to meet the dog.

  • We enjoyed a lovely stay. Hosts were gracious and helpful and their home was very comfortable.

  • I just loved Anne and Rays place. Very charming and much attention was given to providing for possible essentials needed during my stay. Very clean and much larger than than it appears in the pictures. Anne and Ray are very welcoming and lovely people. I look forward to returning soon.

    Gail2017-10-01T00:00:00Z
  • I really enjoyed my stay at Anne's place in Souderton. My hosts were both so welcoming and friendly, and the house was spacious and charming. It was easy to get to both Allentown and Philadelphia, as well as the smaller towns in between. I hope I can stay there again sometime!

    Amanda2017-10-08T00:00:00Z
  • We loved staying here for two months. This is a completely private apartment on the second floor of a house with a loft using the front door as an entrance. The owners live on the first floor and in an addition to the house. They have their own entrance through the garden. Anne and Ray are very friendly and we loved having them as our hosts. They are doing their best to continually rennovate and improve the property. The town is small but there is a lot to do close by. If you drive an hour or two you can get to a lot of fun places like New York, Washington DC, Philidelphia, etc. We had an overall great time and would recommend the apartment to anyone.

    Hannah2017-08-06T00:00:00Z
  • Nice and fully equipped apartment in central Souderton. The apartment has two bedrooms and offers a large kitchen and living room. It's obvious that your hosts put a lot of effort and love into this apartment. They are living next door and are always available for your questions... Perfect location for families or up to 4 people who want to stay in this area.

  • The listing was just as described. Great place with lots of open space and beds for a large party. Smooth check in and check out process. Would recommend to others.

  • What a lovely stay! The place was beautiful and much larger than anticipated--we didn't even use two of the bedrooms. The private baths were a nice touch and the kitchen was well provisioned. The decor and antiques gave the place great character. The pool was a great place to spend a sunny Saturday! Thank you Jackie! I would highly recommend the barn; it's perfect for a group getaway.

    Wendy2015-08-16T00:00:00Z
  • This is an historic place with lots of character and requires some upkeep that could be improved. It is definitely a large space and will fit a large party, as mentioned on website families and gatherings. However, it is not a good place for children and do not recommend for any family with children under the age of 12.

    Yael2016-11-13T00:00:00Z
  • This was a good house for a large group of people. It's nicely renovated and was very comfortable for our party. Be aware that the instruction booklet you are given upon arrival has some different instructions than those on the AirBnB listing. We were charged an extra $100 cleaning fee because we followed directions in the booklet rather than those on the website.

  • We very much enjoyed our stay at the Barn in Bucks County. We were there for a family reunion and the site worked very well for us. The main rooms are very comfortable. The bedrooms were clean and well prepared for guests. The kitchen was well equipped for all the cooking that we did. We did have some problems with the dishwasher and the stove but the hostess responded to our concerns. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool, which worked well for them since it is not very deep (3 feet?). We would definitely consider returning if we have another reunion next year.

    Virginia2014-06-23T00:00:00Z
  • The Barn was beyond expectations! Guests were in awe of the beautiful space. Jacque and her assistant were lovely and made us welcome, going out of the way to make sure we had a good stay over our wedding weekend and accommodated us having a gathering there then night before the wedding. The only issue was difficulty contacting them by phone the week before check-in, which caused a bit of stress, but we connected eventually and everything went very well from that point on.

  • Very comfortable, clean and a great place to stay while exploring the Leigh Valley. Andrea is a terrific host, even treating us to homemade banana bread on our arrival. Will glady stay again

    Glenn 2017-10-11T00:00:00Z
  • Andrea's suite is a very comfortable space. It is nicely appointed with personal touches and exceptionally clean. She thoughtfully provides for all your needs from the basket of personal toiletry items to snacks in the cupboards, coffee, juices, water, and best of all, the delicious banana bread! The location is on a quiet street. It is a fairly short drive to the historic district of Bethlehem with great restaurants and shops. All in all, we would definitely consider returning to stay at Andrea's and exploring the area more completely.

  • Andreas place is great. She communicated quickly and made the stay easy. Separate entrance and off-street parking made it easy. Room was clean, comfortable and large enough to have plenty of space. Much quieter stay than a hotel. Definitely recommend.

    Mike2017-09-13T00:00:00Z
  • Location was perfect, we had an event at the sands event center and it was 10-15 min uber ride. We were able to walk from the apt (7 mins) to Main Street where there are taverns and pubs and food. Andrea was an amazing communicator and stocked the place with food and drinks. This was our (gf and I) BEST experience at air bnb thus far. I highly recommend anyone in the area to stay here!!
