I highly recommend Vera’s home. Perfect location to beach and good restaurants. We love the beach but we don’t like all inclusive resorts so this was a perfect way to get away. The home was immaculate and the neighborhood is very safe. Walking distance to a very clean and safe village with coffee shops and restaurants. Further down the road is Bachata Rosa. That was our favorite restaurant. Beach was amazing and excellent friendly service!

A great clean place with access to the best beaches in about 10min by car. I love the Village, this place is right for you if you want to have an exclusive vacation and not an all inclusive resort experience which I don’t like.

The apartment was GREAT, everything you need is close enough (car 10-15 min, bike taxi less). Home was clean, pots, washer towels etc. There is a bus that will take you to and from the beach for free on weekends. Francisco is amazing he has everything literally prepared for you. From taxi options to rental suggestions. Everything was good!

Just exactly what I was looking for. The apt is in a gated area so it's very safe, has hot water, a mini-fridge, Air Condition, fan, and a TV. The best part is that it's a 1-minute walk to the beach!

Agua's place was very quaint and charming, it had all the needs readily available ... ie beach towels, sunblock, coffemaker, bottled water, refrigerator, microwave, snacks, playing cards, books to read, etc ... It had a large bathroom and a small private patio. The beautiful beach was less than a block away .. There are several lovely restaurants within short walking distance from her place ... All in all, a wonderful stay at Aguas place ... The Agua place was very picturesque and charming, it had all the needs readily available ... Beach towels, sunblock, coffee maker, bottled water, refrigerator, microwave, snacks, letters, books to read, etc ... It had a large bathroom and a small private patio. The beautiful beach was less than a block away. There are several charming restaurants within walking distance of your home ... All in all, a wonderful stay at Aguas place ...

Excellent location steps from the beach, pool and a super spa. Very quiet place with restaurants to avoid having to leave the residential. A room with homemade details and very good water attention!

We thank Agua for all the hospitality during the accommodation, we thank you for the help. He understood having confused me with and the time of check out since we mistakenly did it after time. The accommodation is in a perfect location and the surrounding restaurants have very tasty food and affordable prices. The apartment is as it appears in the photos, clean, comfortable and spacious. It has a terrace that is amazing, ideal to rest at night after a day at the beach. The location is excellent. Very central and ideal to know Punta Cana. The attention to the guests was immediate, always responding in the best way no matter what time, and willing to help with anything. I would definitely stay in the apartment again.

An overall perfect experience and would highly recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay in Punta Cana! The place was exactly as captured through the pictures, spotlessly clean, and all rooms were airconditioned. The location was also a great plus as it was only a few minutes away from the airport and within walking distance to many shops and restaurants around town. Lastly, the hosts went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Responses were extremely quick to any questions we had and they provided great help to book any activities or day trips.

I’ve stayed at two of Zorba’s homes and they are stylish, clean and are in great locations. Zoe is always willing to assist with suggestions on places to go and awesome restaurant recommendations.

Myself and my husband stayed at this amazing place for 3 nights and we had the best of our times. Everything in connection with the house was spotless. It looks even better then the pictures and for how it feels you will have to come and experience and we very highly recommend it. The owner Jose is a great person who really cared we had everything to make our stay excellent. When we arrived the fridge was full, so the only think we could care was the ocean and the Sun. It is one of the very rear places that is so close to the sea and it was a joy to wake up with the sound of the ocean every day. Jose's Assistant Amaury was also great and provided us great guidance for local amenities and transport. We would definitely like to come back and stay at Jose's house again.

Everything was perfect. The house is rustic and has a very unique energy. It has privacy, comfort and love and is very elegant. José was very attentive, we felt at home.

This location is absolutely spectacular. You cannot get any closer to the beach without getting yourself wet! The hut is very comfortable and has a lot of character, and the amenities (refrigerator, stove, blender) are a very nice addition. Jose's staff were excellent as well; we were able to easily coordinate airport pick-up and drop-off and had a mid-week cleaning and restocking of the fridge. I would highly recommend staying here over any of the nearby resorts. The location is charming, the staff were extremely helpful, and cost is inviting. I look forward to returning!

We had a phenomenal time in the hut. It was hard to leave! You’re right on top of the ocean and can sleep to the crashing waves with everything you need right there in the place. They were very responsive to everything I needed, especially during check in. We would definitely return if we are in the area again.

This place is exactly as it looks on the photos and is highly recommended. You will be waking up to an amazing view and be even closer to the beach than the luxurious resorts around, which feels quiet exceptional! If you are coming in winter months (I visited in February, weather perfectly fine) though, you may want to rent a car and to explore more and go to restaurants rather than cooking at home (for which all kitchen equipent is provided by the host, by the way) as the house is located in a small town.

Great location with lots of restaurants and markets nearby. Very spacious apartment with nice layout. Access to sunbeds and umbrellas is very welcome addition. Contact with Flori is flawless and fast. We definitely recommend this place.

Amazing value and location!

Wonderful stay at Corales Colonial! Flori was an excellent superhost who was always available to answer all our questions. The apartment was very clean upon arrival and Melvin in the excursion office on the main floor was also very helpful. He booked us on a fun afternoon snorkeling Catamaran that was a highlight. The restaurants in the gated community are excellent. We ate at the pizzeria a number of times as well as the Mexican. Reasonable pricing and great service. The beach was also fantastic, 3 minute walk from the condo. Great beach bar and restaurant as well as lots of shops to explore. Highly recommend King Lobster restaurant about a 7 minute walk down the beach where we had an excellent fresh seafood dinner! The little town of Los Corales was just a 5 minute walk where we foraged every morning for fresh fruits and vegetables off the local truck as well as the small local store where we bought our daily water supply, beer and other provisions. Again reasonably priced. I suggest using the peso if you can. Being Canadian we felt it was a better exchange for us then US funds. There is a ATM in town where you can withdraw money for local currency. All in all a great experience.....hope we will be back!!

We stayed at Flori's for 10 days. The apartment was as described, very clean. Includes 2 bedrooms with full bathroom and a small terrace for each of them. The apartment is located in a nice area near excellent restaurants, bars and small grocery stores. The area is secured by guards 24 hours a day. The beach is accessible, located max 2 minutes walk. Electricity is not included in the price, but for our 10 days, we paid 55 $ CAN. I highly recommend this place. PS An excursion agency is located directly on the building. Very practical and Melvin is very nice.

Flori's place exceeded my expectations. Flori was constantly in touch and Demaris was on hand for anything that we needed. The apartment was spacious, had everything we needed and was super comfortable. I loved the surrounding area. The beautiful beach was a quick 2 minute walk. The apartment was within walking distance to restaurants, supermarkets and a pharmacy. I will definitely stay again! Thanks Flori for sharing your home with us!

I must say that my stay at Flori's place was very relaxing. The location is a short stroll to the beach. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen has all you will need to prepare a home-cooked meal and supermarkets are but a short peaceful walk. She is a great host with a genuine concern for the comfort of her clients....I will definitely return to Flori's place in the future and I reccomend her place to anyone looking to relax in a secure, peaceful and clean environment

This place was amazing, I’d definitely come back. The check-in process was smooth and Instructions on everything was sent, even recommended places we could visit. Everything was in close proximity and it was super safe because you’d have to pass two security entrance to get to the home.

Beautiful private stay! Absolutely loved the peace and quiet, and the place was so clean and brightly lit with the windows and doors open. Carlos and Julissa were so open with communication and providing details for the house and suggestions for where to go in Punta Cana!! Wish I stayed longer and definitely looking forward to returning!

This villa is beautiful—the pictures look great, and it’s even better in person. The bed is very comfortable and the dipping pool is wonderfully refreshing. The place had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We rented a golf cart to get to the golf course and the beach, which worked out great. Roo communicated quickly and even arranged for outstanding massages for us in the villa. We highly recommend staying here.

Really an incredibly beautiful place to stay! Pure relaxation, everything very nicely and detailed and extremely clean. Roos is extremely nice and offers a lot of tips on what to do in the area. Really only recommendable!

Roos place blew us away the second we walked through the door. The decor is tasteful and the outside space is designed superbly and for maximum enjoyment at all times of day. The bed was extremely comfortable and the choice of indoor and outdoor shower was fun. Her communication was excellent and the place was pretty clean. It is worth noting that mosquitoes are everywhere and it is hard to avoid being bitten - but this is the Caribbean. Also, as other reviews say there are no supermarkets, shops or restaurants within walking distance so make sure you go to Nacional supermarket on your way from the airport. Internal taxis will take you to places close by for $3 and you will need to be able to speak/translate into Spanish to make sure they understand. The local beaches are perfect, we couldn’t recommend Api beach highly enough and if you want your own quiet, tranquil, slice of paradise then this is the stay for you.

Roos's Slice of Heaven was the perfect getaway for those who want a quiet place to relax. The private pool was amazing and the beach just a 5 minute drive up the road was beautiful. Superb well furnished condo, lacking in anything except a little shade on the balcony. The neighborhood is quite quiet, several shops closed, IRS hotel at 2 minutes walk for a beautiful evening filled with atmosphere

This place is amazing!! The pictures don't do it justice. Not only is there a gorgeous view of the marina, but we got to see the most beautiful sunsets every night. We couldn't have asked for a better location, being only 10 minutes from the airport and supermarket and close to many beaches. It was very peaceful and quiet and not crowded with people at all. The apartment was clean and the kitchen was perfect for cooking all of our meals. We would highly recommend this place and we look forward to visiting it again soon!

Vasily and Anna were able to accommodate all our requests. We have booked this house for 12 nights. Vasily was able to answer all my questions right away and able to accommodate 2 separate groups of people from different parts of the world to make our vacations and family reunion simply perfect. My family has arrived from Europe 5 days earlier than our group from USA. There was no issue with a very late check in and it was quick. The house is located in the best possible location with a butiful views. We have encountered some little issues but Vasily and team were able to fix the problems right away. In addition, they provided a crib and a baby chair for my 17 months old daughter. Thank you! Anna

The pictures do this place justice (well done Visily & Anna) - it's right on the beach with 3 nice sized bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The front partially covered porch was a great place to hang out overlooking the beautiful beach - a sweet spot to catch the morning sunrise over the ocean too. The kitchenette was on the smaller size but served us well. The AC units cooled well and ran very quietly (not the kind that wakes you every time the compressor kicks in) The mattresses were about average for an AirBNB. The main TV is awesome - large HD screen with a full range of channels. We were very happy with the place - it's a great value right on a stunning beach. Within walking distance to a dozen or more good restaurants.

Great stay for a beach vacation! The co-hosts are excellent and very responsive. We saw them on the property during our entire stay. They are available to help and answer anything for you. Fresh towels are provided daily, we stayed for one full week, so another cleaning was also provided during our stay. There’s a gentleman who will set up your beach loungers on the beach for you as well. The property is safe, secure and well maintained. You can walk from the property right onto the beach. Soles Beach Bar Restaurant is right on the beach as well, just next door. During our stay, they had live music one of the nights which we also enjoyed while having some food and drinks. There are many restaurants within walking distance. It’s completely safe to walk around, fear not! It’s common to see guys on motorcycles offering you a ride (motor taxis). We walked everywhere. There’s a really cool “food truck” stop called Foodies, about a 10 minute walk from the property. There are several options there for grabbing a bite. Our favorite restaurant overall was Grace House. It’s down a dirt road, so it doesn’t stand out immediately. Truly a hidden gem, highly recommended. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner there almost every day. Everything about the place - food, service, ambience (especially at night with all the lighting), is just beautiful. The food was better than any other restaurant in the area and surprisingly cheaper. The service staff are the owners, so they really care for the customers. A must visit. Note that it is CASH ONLY so come prepared. We had to run back to the room our first night there. They will total the bill in both Dominican Pesos and American Dollars. Easiest way to explain how to get there: it’s two lefts after the last security gate. Once you exit the last security gate, make a left at the end of that road. Continue walking until you see Supermarcato Irina straight ahead of you. Then make a LEFT down the dirt road (instead of following the paved road to the right). You will see Grace House just ahead on the left. Enjoy!

The apartment is clean and very well located for the beach and nearby bar and restaurants. What I liked most about staying here was that the location was great and had a ‘real-ness’ to it that you don’t get when staying in resorts. Staying here put in me into contact with some of local people which I really enjoyed - rather than being somewhere like a resort that whilst they can offer more luxury, they do often lack in character and you feel you could be anywhere. That wasn’t the case in this spot and I was able to get a feel for the place. Good vibes everywhere. Plus everything you need on your door step too. I really like staying here.

Friendly staff, great location, beautiful beach! I suggest you visit Super Pola Grocery Store first and buy supplies there (great deals). Both Bernardo and Nuria were very kind and helpful! Please ask them for recommendations. You must see the Natural Pool at Soana Island! Macao Beach was awesome too! Try to support the local economy by purchasing seashells, T-shirts, hats, art or anything to help the locals (get help from staff first). Awesome trip!

This apartment is an ideal space for a couple's rest, access to the beach deserves a 10/10. We really enjoyed the welcome of the first day, the suggestions to make some tours in a safe and reliable way, the security of the place and the silence at night to rest. Was perfect for our one night stopover as it is very close to the airport but it is away from all the main tourist resorts/restaurants and beach so having a car here would be recommended.

Our stay at Sotogrande condos was fantastic. If you are looking for a quiet beach getaway then this is the spot. We spent 5 nights here and barely saw anyone or heard any noise. The pool was practically ours for most of the days. The apartment is very well organized, clean and the view is spectacular (sunrise ocean view). Leonardo picked us up from the airport and gave us a quick tour of the area before heading to the apartment. Things to note: There's no restaurant at Sotogrande and you will definitely need to rent a car if you are going out of Cap Cana. Taxi rates in Cap Cana range from $3-6 dollars. But if you are leaving Cap Cana they range between $30-45. There are lots of good restaurants in Cap Cana and also a mini market just outside but the minimarket isn't sufficient to be honest. Make sure to reserve a car before arriving otherwise you will be hit with steep prices. The beach at Sotogrande is small and we suggest that you visit Juanillo beach and definitely spend time at API beach club in the Marina. Scape Park is also a highlight of the area (although pricey). Make sure to brush up on your Spanish or use a translation app since many locals don't speak English.

My friend and I had a great stay at Antonio’s place. The apartment is spacious and provided with everything you need. The location is great, 20 min from the airport, next to the beach and there’s a supermarket and restaurants nearby. Communication with Antonio was quickly and clear, check in and check out was very easy and we were able to contact him throughout our stay. Definitely recommend this place!

The place is beautiful, we have stayed in Cap Cana multiple times and now have found another hidden gem - although Cap Cana as a whole is a hidden gem. The apartment is classy and thoughtful- his and hers matching nightgowns, welcome basket are all the things which make it special. And the view each moment from the balcony is incredible- soak up every moment and then longe by the pool which is well maintained and very big for floating around on a nice inflatable bed :-) overall very impressed with the complex and the apartment would recommend.

Beautiful! We loved this loft apartment, it is exactly as it looks in the photos and much better. The communication with our host was excellence was always attentive, Alejandro, Antonio's father, received us in a very special way, with a large tray of different delicious fruits, and what was necessary for our first days. Tortuga Bay is a beautiful retreat from our daily stress and hustle & bustle. Lydia’s house has the advantage of a very private yard & pool while still being a short walk or golf cart ride to the beach and Golf Club House, Spa, Tennis Center, restaurants and many other amenities that the resort offers. Having a daily housekeeper enabled us to take advantage of everything the resort has to offer without having to spend our time keeping house. Having a golf cart at our disposal (for an added fee) made it easy & fun to get around the extended resort.

Great location. As described. I would plan on renting a car or the golf cart at least from the host to get around. Beautiful Resort.

My family had a great vacation. We were all very happy with this superb house. Plenty of room for everyone and beautiful garden to relax. Maxima and José were super friendly and they did a great job.

Our experience was at Lydia's villa was great! The location was great for our family- 2 grandmothers, mother, father and 2 children (8 and 6 year old boys). We rented a golf cart for the 11 days we were there and it is definitely needed to explore the grounds. We were able to spend time at the pool & beach at the Punta Cana golf course, the Westin, explore the lagoons, check out the petting zoo (Luis was so informative), and eat in all the restaurants within the grounds! Jose, the house manager, was very helpful and great with communication, Narciso, the driver, was available for us when we wanted to go off property - we went to Nickelodeon for the day with the kids and did the Adventure Boogie ATVs another day! The kids loved it!! Maxima, the housekeeper, was wonderful cooking for us a few days for breakfast and keeping the house clean! The area was safe and beautifully kept. I would definitely recommend staying here!

My family and I had a wonderful stay filled with great and relaxing moments in this beatiful and peaceful home. Mr. Martinez and Mrs. Maxima the managers of the house were attentative and helpful. Lidia and her team made sure we had a great time in this house filled with beauty and harmony. They were so helpful, timely, and professional. We cannot wait to come back next year.

Enjoyed the Villa. Nice layout. Pool was great (yes, a little cold but nothing too bad). Backyard area is in the shade which makes it very useable all day.

Excellent location near several beaches. Definitely rent the golf cart. Incredible host onsite, Jose, who was warm and welcoming and on top of a couple of maintenance issues we experienced immediately. I have never had a better AirBNB host to help with reservations and advice! The house is beautiful and so peaceful. We also loved Maxima, the housekeeper.

Great house and host!

Nancy’s home was just lovely. The space is beautiful and as described only better I think. It was decorated beautifully. She thought of everything. Tons of towels and Kleenex in each area. The 3 bathrooms were so handy for our family of 4. We cooked a lot and found all utensils we needed. We rented her car and you will need it. Everything we needed was within a 10-15 minute drive but would have been a long walk. The beds were comfortable and the A/C at night just right. We used the A/C only for sleeping and our bill was $68. Not bad. Otherwise we opened windows during the day and had a good breeze. Such a comfortable place.

What a wonderful condo! Rita and Johnny were very helpful as we checked in. They gave us a thorough tour and explained everything we'd need to know for our week at Nancy's place. The car was very helpful as well. We had the pool to ourselves the whole week! The location is very secure - we felt safe the entire time. The grocery store and great local restaurants are just a short drive away. We really appreciated the airport shuttle too - that made our travel much easier. I highly recommend this location!

I stay 2 to 3 times a year in the house of Nancy, it is the best place that I found for a golf stay in Punta Cana. Without hesitation a wonderful place for a short or long stay.

Amazing property in a beautiful environment of the Cocotal Golf and Country Club. The house fully lived up to (and even exceeded) our expectations. The place has everything you need for a great family holiday if you don’t need to live right by the beach. The nearby mall and supermarket made things easy, and our kids thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool, which is practically private as the other houses are very quiet. We had our own car and enjoyed exploring nearby beaches, especially the Macao Beach 10 miles north and the Playa Blanca about the same distance to the south. Services are spectacular at Playa Blanca, and the entry fee of $30 per person can be fully redeemed on meals and drinks at the bar. The host Nancy lives away but is always available online, and the local couple who manages the property were extremely helpful and responded very quickly to any queries we had.

The apartment is beautiful and super comfortable, with all the comforts. It is located in a beautiful area close to everything! Tatiana is a great host who helped us and communicated with us at all times since we were stranded in punta cana and worried about all the details. Super recommended 10 points

Tatiana is a great host. Her communication was great, she arranged pick up and drop off at the airport and she was very accommodating. The place was very clean and exactly what we expected. Do note there is a nearby bar that can get loud at night with music, but we knew that going in from other reviews. My experience was great. The house is wonderful.  There are two bedrooms,  and a pull out bed in the living room. It has all the accommodations of home- Hot water, modern. The place has security guards on grounds. There are several places to eat, shop nearby. It is centrally located. Lastly, Nick left a binder with all the information on things to do, see or eat. Safe, clean secure, highly recommended.

Nicholas is by far the best host I’ve ever had, period. I live in Toronto and I work from home so I decided for the month of September I want to be in another country and work remotely. I checked out a few options in DR as I’ve been here before but to resorts. I wanted to experience the country and also feel safe doing so. I came across this listing on Airbnb and I’m thankful it was available and I chose to stay here. The community is gated, armed security walking through the complex day and night. I even had security sitting outside my building all night which made me feel extremely safe and I slept like a baby. Nicholas’s home is exceptional! He has everything you’ll need for a long/ short stay to make you feel at home. His beds were comfortable and his A/C was the cherry on top for those 35+ days! I loved the swimming pool outside the building and the basketball court. I played basketball every morning with a few tourists and locals. During my second week there the builders in the area had put up lights in the basketball court so you could even play once the sun goes down. Miguel is amazing - he is a local who lives in the same community, a great friend of Nicholas. He is super responsive and he was able to give me many valuable tips; where to shop, cell phone plans, groceries, excursions, and more. Nicholas checked in on me at least once a week while I was there, twice at start since I was new and he was making sure I’m feeling comfortable. I never really spend the time to type out reviews as I either forget or I had a mediocre experience but this was just one of those unforgettable trips for me. Thank you Nicholas. Thank you Miguel. I hope to stay at your place again in the near future! 🙏🏽

Very nice apartment security with all necessary amenities (well equipped kitchen, nexflix, functional and quiet air conditioning, beds with memory foam very comfortable, swimming pool a few steps, etc.) Cleanliness and assistance from both Miguel and Nicholas impeccable! We simply loved this place. We stayed at other places in Green Village and you could see how this one was a lot better in terms of furniture, appliances and extras that we didn’t expect, it had everything we needed and more! the hot tub outside was also a lot better than the ones in the other bungalows of the village. Super comfy bed and Estefani was lovely and available at all times making checking in and out easy for us. Would come back anytime!

Had a wonderful stay here, condo and complex are absolutely stunning. Tons of space and very comfortable. Complex was stunning with an amazing pool and right on the ocean. Only drawback was that the resort is currently closed, so no access to any of the on site restaurants, etc. The flip side however, was that we had the place to ourself for most of the trip which meant for a wonderful and quiet vacation.

Jim’s place is beautiful. The buildings are starting to show their age but the grounds and Pool are well-maintained. This is a very quiet area. If you’re looking to sit back and read several books, this is the place to do it.

Jim's place was fantastic. The apartment was really nice, well equiped with kitchen, laundromat, towels, paper and soap. The condo is very quiet with a big pool and private beach. Also, the condo has an underground parking for keeping the car cool all day long.

This place was super super clean. I have hotel anxieties. I took white wipes to the entire place and the wipes remained cleaned with only dirt coming from the light switches. The staff on the site make this place 100 times worth it. Joel (concierge) speaks English and made himself available to us 24/7. The pool is the CLEANEST pool I’ve ever seen in my life. There was never anyone outside so it felt as if we had the entire place to ourself. It was great. The giant tarantula we saw was terrifying, but that is part of being in any of the islands.

There’s a reason all the reviews are positive for this place. The location is mind blowing, it’s even closer to the sand than those pictures show, it sits in the beach. The part of the beach is perfect, clear blue waters, restaurants, convenience stores, bars, I will def be staying again.

I highly recommend this place. It is seconds from a very nice beach. Chair and umbrella service is complimentary and was always available. It is close to many different bars and great restaurants. Check-in was very easy. The light canceling blinds are also great when you want to sleep in a little bit. Would definitely go back.

My husband and I just got home from two weeks in this beautiful apartment on the white sand beach in Punta Cana. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, quiet, and ideally situated. The complex sits right on the beach, where there is a private area with palapas and beach chairs for the use of people in the complex. The large pool reopened while we were there. There are padded beach chairs and umbrellas around the pool for guests' use. There was room for everyone in each sunning space without feeling crowded. There are several small grocery stores within easy walking distance of the apartment and many restaurants. Communication with Silvia was very quick and easy. She is a joy to work with. I highly recommend this apartment for a couple looking for a completely relaxing break from real life!

I highly recommend choosing Galindo. They make the check in process easy, provide a great private space with a pool and great views. Heidi, the host, is very friendly and responsive to any requests. When you walk around to the pool you will not want to leave. Access to Juanillo beach was easy, just 10 minutes away. I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else when in Punta Cana for the price. We really had a pleasant stay at this residence. We were pleased to see it was just as described in the listing. Its a classy, spacious and safe location. Also, it is walking distance to a number of restaurants and bars. The host was very responsive to all our needs. We couldn't have asked for a better experience at Punta Cana.

We spend half of our honeymoon at a fancy resort and half at this AirBNB. We are very happy with that decision! The place is overlooking a private beach with a gift shop below. The prices for everything at the gift shop were way better than anything you’ll get at a resort, and the owner was super friendly. Jose and Amuary stock the fridge and pantry with things you’ll need for breakfast/snacks and there are other amenities throughout such as snorkeling gear, bug spray, towels, and toiletries. Simple ham and cheese sandwiches cooked in their panini press with a bit of tobasco we’re surprisingly tasty. They left several menus of surrounding restaurants on the counter. I was able to text one on WhatsApp to get food delivery and another night we walked two buildings over to get a great fresh seafood dinner (but the workers there were a little more pushy!). They had bikes for us to use to get to nearby places. The closest restaurant was maybe a 3 minute bike ride away and the main commercial plaza was 6-8 minutes away. After visiting once we decided we enjoyed staying in our private area more than going out! We went right as coronavirus was getting started so people were sparse. That said, we felt safe the whole time, there is a police/marines building literally 20 yards from the apartment. We had no issues (besides coronavirus worries) and Amuary and Jose were very accessible through AirBnb chat and WhatsApp. If you don’t know any Spanish the communication might be difficult, but using the WiFi and Airbnb’s built in translation made it very manageable. Overall we had a great stay and would come back.

We loved our stay!!! The beach is amazing, the water is so gorgeous. And the hut itself is absolutely to die for. They left the fridge and cupboards stocked with fruit, yogurt, coffee, bread, and cereal!! There was a snorkeling mask and some goggles, and we were able to see lots of fish right down the beach! If you are the kind of person who needs a daily dose of fresh vegetables, I’d recommend stopping at a grocery store before you get to the area, as there are not many grocery stores in the area. ;) HIGHLY recommend this place!

The view, location, and peacefulness were amazing. It’s like you have a beach to yourself. The amenities are thoughtful and perfect. The fridge is filled with food, milk, and juice. I got two massages downstairs during my two days there. Just wish I could have stayed longer!

This bungalow was EPIC! We celebrated our 10 year anniversary and couldn't have picked a better location. It was an amazing stay from start to finish. You won't want to leave. The owner was super nice and responsive. He gave us tips on things to do, arranged travel to and from the airport, we're vegan so he took us to the market to grocery shop. His family lives next door and was so helpful when we had questions or request: (they provided taxi services anywhere). It had a full kitchen: fridge, stove, oven & grill. They have a chef in the family who cooked dinner for us daily. The pool guy came to clean the pool every other morning as we stayed for 7 days. They're cleaning lady will come by request. The location is close to the beach and many excursions. We literally were able to walk to the dune buggies and rode horses to and from the bungalow. All the excusions will pick you up from the bungalow if your doing tours. Lots of privacy for a baecation. It was so AMAZING! I highly recommend staying here.

Its truly a beautiful experience. The ocean breeze was captivating.

The house is an absolute dream! You feel like you are in a three-dimensional magazine. Nothing, really nothing disturbs the eye and especially on vacation you want to be surrounded by beautiful things. In addition to the good taste, the house also leaves nothing to be desired. It is very well thought out. Due to the special construction with the traditional roof made of palm leaves, it is very well insulated against heat from above. It is also always well ventilated due to the open design, so that air conditioning is completely unnecessary. Guzman and Ruth are very concerned about the well-being of their guests. We had slight problems with the safe, but Guzman went out of his way to solve the problem. The location of the house is also very good: the golf courses of Punta Cana are quickly accessible, the beautiful beach of Macao is almost within walking distance and you are very quickly in the beautiful north of the island with its mountains, cattle pastures, palm forests and incredible, completely lonely beaches , Everything is really perfect about this house. The only minus is a buggy ranch nearby, here it can get very loud for a while. However, during our two-week stay, this was only increasingly the case on one day. Otherwise there was two or three minutes of noise two or three times a day. The nearby very practical trunk road, however, is not heard at all in the house. Actually, you can only rave about this oasis. You can see everywhere that Guzman is an architect and Ruth is an interior designer.

This place was a real treat, it is a brand new construction that the owners designed and built, the guy is a Spanish architect and the girl a Macao local and it really shows that they take good care of this place. I do recommend a chat with the owners on how they build the villa if timing allows and how it is inspired by traditional methods with local materials, how they integrated funky stuff like a huge avocado tree in an gorgeous shower bathroom. The place has character, classy and modern but also very convenient, with pool guy every other day and cleaning lady, beauty beach 5 min away, so all in all highly recommend for a unique stay close to Punta Cana.

This place was awesome! Very trendy space that was a lot like Glamping. We were there for almost 2 weeks and I was worried it might get old. It did not ever get old! It is in great proximity to Macao beach which is beautiful and quickly became our favorite beach to hangout at. Guzman is a great host and very attentive. Grocery store is about 15 minutes away which was very convenient also located by restaurants. We will definitely be going back to this place again.

The most beautifully unique place! The photos do not do this place justice. All three rooms have outdoor showers, the outdoor kitchen was just fabulous, and the decor and touches were second to none. The apartment is fantastic. The living room is immaculate along with the amenities and decor. This lodging is no where near being 5 minutes away from top beaches in Punta Cana. However, the price is great and Angel/Yun are super friendly and helpful. I would come back to this lodging, with an accompanying car rental.
