Maxim hosted the best you can get and the price / quality ratio is optimal. As a human being Maxim is great. Sara wanted us at times but equally it is great too. We recommend it 300%

Maxim's house was awesome! I love the artwork and the people in the complex are extremely nice. When we first got there I had to clean my car, when I came up there was food and water ready for me to eat and drink. Great place to stay and great hosts A must if you are one for socializing and getting to know new cultures.

Highly recommended. We stayed at Alberto's place at the beginning and end of our trip. Alberto, was a helpful, attentive host. His housekeeper and maintenance man were also friendly. Alberto's house is clean, cozy, and accurate to the photos you see. A taxi to and from the airport is about $30 each way. My Dominican husband was able to haggle the price down to $13 for the return trip, but that's pretty hard to come by. There are several small restaurants nearby and the beach is about a 15 minute drive. Alberto's place was just what we were looking for and I'd definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay here. The description of the house was accurate - a beautiful home. The host and his wife were very friendly, they gave us information on beaches that were close by.

Thank you so very much Alberto! I stayed here with my 3 friends for 2 nights. First off, my friends and I got totally lost, coming from the airport. Over an hour in the opposite direction. Alberto was super patient and helpful, giving me detailed directions so that we arrive safe and sound. He has a very sweet, playful dog who greeted us upon arrival. We felt completely comfortable and at home here. His home is beautiful, modern and super clean.The pictures do not do it justice. The neighborhood is safe and there is a bodega type grocery store a few minutes away where we bought food at good prices. Thank you again for the wonderful experience!

When I landed at Punta Cana, Alberto had already sent a taxi for me to get to his place. I felt really welcome, the room was perfect and as I was feeling a little bit scared of this new city the first 24h, I felt totally safe in Alberto house. The room is clean, with a huge fan you can sleep comfortably. The only bad point I could see about that AirBnb experience would be that I was really tired by the trip and didn't get the energy to chat more with Alberto and his lovely wife. Finally I had to go to the capital by bus and was really disoriented, but Alberto putted his time in helping me finding the right bus and even drove me in the morning. My best AirBnB experience so far.I'm looking forward meeting Alberto again when I come back to Punta cana.

Alberto and his wife are great hosts and help you with lots of things. I was in trouble with my other Airbnb host and they helped me to get away from this crazy guy and offered me to stay with them. They are really good people! I would recommend them to everyone, who is also polite friendly and open. Also they have really cool animals, especially their dog is so nice and lovely. I'm greatful to have found them!

This apartment was very nice and comfortable. The kitchen its great, good space for parking, the environment its perfect and quiet, commun area (Pool and green areas) are big and clean and beautiful. Totaly recommended!

Mario was very responsive since the beginning and even provided recommendations for where my family could go. I didn't stay at the apartment, my family did for one night. The only feedback I got was that the wifi and TV were not working and that they didn't feel comfortable going out for food so they ordered delivery pizza. I think that if they would have stayed longer, we would have told Mario about the TV and wifi and I am sure he would have fixed it right away.

If you are looking for a private,safe,comfortable,modern and functional place.THis is the location!!!!Cant ask for more.The pool area with gazebo,bbq is paradise.THe village is magnificent.Mario place is furnished with modern equipments ,clean,ac and had no bugs.It was great he left toilet paper,mop,broom,soap,sponge,iron,iron board,dhampoo etc .

Me and my fiancée stayed for one night at Mario's place. I can't say enough about our stay, it was great! The check in process was easy and straightforward. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. All the amenities including a pool for us to use was available. We are definitely planning to come back to Mario's place when we are in the Punta Cana area again. Even though we dint get to meet Mario In person, the lady in charge was very nice enough to welcome us in. Besides all, the location was great for us to navigate the city and town. Answering the phone and text messages faster and send the (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) or waze pin and correct address in airbnb page. Also there was not internet unlimited and cable tv at the time. Everything else was accurate and good. Thanks.

El apartamento es muy lindo y acogedor. La casa es completa y fresca. La pasamos genial en la terraza, sobre todo en la hamaca:) Las habitaciones son amplias, al igual que los baños, aunque la cocina no tanto. Fui con unas amigas y nos encantó. La ubicación es perfecta, fácil de llegar, cerca de supermercados, restaurantes y la playa. Nos encantaría volver.

There are not enough star ratings for me to give! Monica truly made us feel as though we were family- extremely genuine, respectful and absolutely fun to be around. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and there is a nice little market in the apt. complex to purchase food and beverages. My cousin Marc and I stayed at Monica's air bnb as we wanted to experience the local life. She gave us a tour of the neighborhood and night life (not typical for any host to provide) but she had the time to offer us and we had such a great time! We had a room booked at a near by, all inclusive hotel the next day and she was happy to give us a complimentary ride there. Not only did we have a wonderful hostess but we also gained a friend :) I highly recommend booking with Monica. My cousin and I miss her already and we can't wait to go back!

Although we didn't get know Monica personal on our 2-days-stay in Bavaro, she is a very good host: helpful with tips and informations about how to go, where to eat and so on. Uncomplicated in dealing with extra-wishes and very focused on their guests. Also we had complications in maybe changing the arrival day and Monica helped us in a spontan way! She is top in communication: fast and perfect!

Monica was simply amazing! We were quite sad to have left her place and warm hospitality. We booked Monica's place for the holidays (December 24th-31st), and needless to say, she was a joy of a host even during the busy holiday season. I've never had an Airbnb host go to such extents to make me feel welcome and safe, especially traveling from abroad. She had a taxi service pick us up from the airport and bring us to the apartment. She was very generous and welcoming right from the start when we arrived! She showed us the place, and even offered to give us a quick tour around the area we were staying in (Bávaro/Punta Cana). She showed us local grocery stores, restaurants, bars, and beaches. She definitely made it easier for us to get around during our stay with giving us this tour. We rented a scooter during our stay which made it easy for us to get from the apartment to the beaches and local downtown shopping/restaurant areas. The apartment itself was better than expected! Monica definitely made it feel very homey, which we loved. The AC was great for the evenings, but there was always a nice wind that went through the apartment during the days. Overall, we were very pleased with this place and Monica in general. Would definitely recommend this place to others! Monica es increíble! Nos entristecemos el día que nos fuimos. Nos mostró también supermercados, restaurantes, bares y playas. Sin duda nos hizo la vida más fácil mientras estábamos allí. Alquilamos moto para ir desde el apartamento a las playas y centros comerciales locales / zonas de restaurantes gracias a ella y sus conexiones. El apartamento en sí era mejor de lo que esperábamos! Le entra una brisa muy agradable, pero también tiene aire acondicionado, genial para las noches. Tiene cocina completa y es bastante espacioso. Una chulería. Monica sin duda nos hizo sentir muy cómodas, nos encantó. En general, terminamos muy contentas con el lugar y Monica. Sin duda recomiendo este lugar y esta anfitriona a todos que viajen a esta area! Regresaremos!

I would def recommend Monica's place. It's very clean and in a nice neighborhood. If in a car, it's about 15 min away from beaches and 10 min away from bars and clubs. Spacious enough for 1 or 2 people with everything you'll need. Tea, coffee, and water provided, as well as a kitchen with all the amenities needed to make your own meals. Lastly, Monica is great. She was more than hospitable and even showed me around more than I expected. She's an amazing lady.

Monicas beautiful Flat is located in a silent area. So clean and a beautiful flat. All what you need for cooking is in the kitchen, drinking water for free as well. And also some stuff for showering and hygienic was in the bathroom. If you have an own car or a scooter it will be perfect. If you don't have one, you can take a motoconcho or taxi. Or you can go maybe with Monica, when she is going to her work at the beach. We had the luck and she took us very often with her car and showed us a lot around when she had the time. All in all such a beautiful stay! We would recommend it totally! And to Monica: What a nice Lady. She is doing best to make your stay as perfect as possible. She took us with her car to a lot of nice places, did give us a lot of tips and hints, organizado us some stuff for good prices (for example Surfboards at the beach (4 hours for 15$ instead of 30$) and took us to the supermarket. She also took us to a flamenco dance show she had. Thank you Monica!

I'm an avid traveler and I usually rate my stay with 3 things in mind. 1). Communications with the host, 2). The cleanliness of the place, and 3). Comfort Monica was a great host. She sets the bar very high as far as communication goes. She gave us perfect directions, she stayed with us on the phone while we were driving to make sure we made it to her doorstep. Even though we arrived in the evening, she waited and greeted us outside when we arrived. Communication with Monica gets *5☆☆☆☆☆* The apartment was spotless. I loved how clean and fresh everything was when I opened the door. The kitchen, the bathroom, and everything was just perfect. Monica has a fully stocked kitchen as far as utensils, herbs, and spices. You can cook your meals worry free, or could have things delivered if you prefer. Cleanliness/Conveniences gets 5☆☆☆☆☆ Monica's apartment has a cool summer breeze that passes throughout the whole place, making it a delight to either listen to music, sip a little coffee, wine, beer ect, or simply enjoy the mellow tone her apartment sets. I'll definitely be back and I would definitely recommend this place to a family member or good friend. Comfort wise, Monica's place gets 5☆☆☆☆☆ I loved it.

Victoria is very friendly and helpful. The situation is a little different. You stay in a golf community across the street from a sweet hotel that Victoria can get you day access to. There's also a public beach near by, but it's not something you can pop out and get to in 5 min. I imagine people at the hotel are paying $200-300/ per night, so this is a very sweet deal. I would come back.

The house is located so close to Bavaro. I was able to walk in to town, to the beaches and restaurants easily. Victoria was so sweet and accomdating. I would deffinitley stay again

It´s cool, Victoria is a nice host, we apreciated her hospitality, but just several things we didn´t know and find out once we got to her place, is that there´s a baby in the apartment and the extra charges for the air conditioning.

It was our first night in RD. If you're looking for an alternative to an expensive resort in Punta Cana, this is an option. The Victoria's residence is well maintained (with a pool and golf) and a supermarket and restaurants in a mall nearby. Victoria took time to show us the neighbourhood when we arrived. Her baby is really lovely. The beach and nightlife are not so closed as described (it's better to hire a moto taxi rather than walking). Overall we expected something else from Punta Cana, so we were a bit disappointed.

Resort residence for a fraction of the price. Amazing pool, golf course, and quiet neighborhood in a secure community. Victoria was very helpful and is a native English speaker. Visitors should have some Spanish communication skills for dealing with the front gate security as they are very stringent (which is a good thing but I can see where it would be difficult to communicate your entry without some basic Spanish). All in all a great value for the pool access and proximity to resorts (across the street from Melia and just down from NOW Larimar and Secrets).

Great place to stay. Christian is a great host if we had any issues he helped fix them immediately. It is a beautiful apartment and the building is also very nice. Especially with the pool. If it was not for the beach right down the street I don't think we would have left the apartment.

Christian est un hôte super. Il est venu nous chercher a l'aéroport et nous a aidé a trouver des excursions répondant a nos besoins. Il s'est toujours montré disponible. L'appartement est conforme a ce qui sur les photos, il est climatisé ce qui est très appréciable la nuit, la piscine est géniale. De plus, elle est surveillé la nuit par un gardien. Le logement se situe a proximité des restos bars et de la plage. Entre 5 et 10 min a pied. En revanche la vie a punta cana est assez élevée, notamment le taxi qui facture des prix a 15$/km . J'incite donc les gens se rendant a punta cana et voulant visiter les alentours a louer une voiture ou un scooter. Les routes sont en très bon etat. Pour le reste le cadre est idyllique. The listing was very accurate as were the pictures. It's in a more common part of town but the gated community made us feel very safe. The amenities were also easy to use and just as described.

I had the best experience ever because of the host representative Miguel. He check to make sure I was ok. Even help with some of the language translation with the buses there. Of course the pool was so convenient. And before I arrived the host looked a lot up for me. The security Giovanni there was perfect they help me from the gate to the house with my heavy groceries. It's good that there's a washer and dryer if you stand for a long time. It's also good that the beach is not that far.

The experience of being in Punta Cana at Nicholas's condominium resort was unbelievable!! The condo was beautiful, the location was perfectly situated near all of the major venues in the area. We loved the Serena Village community and being near the local city life versus staying on a resort. Chiquita and I had a wonderful time during our 2-weeks in Nicholas's home. He was very easy to reach, Miguel was always one call away, and they provided us with all of the assistance we needed to locate eating and shopping venues nearby and get going with our vacation exploration. I can't wait to do it again!!

Nicholas is the most helpful and kind host ever! Since the beginning he was very helpful and wanted to make sure we were ok. He made us feel like home and gave us the confidence to get to Punta Cana without any worries! Thank you very much for all your help, we will be back for sure!!

Nick was very accommodating. He made sure I located the property and settled in. He communicated with me and made sure my stay was a pleasant one. The place was very, very clean, modern and quiet. The neighborhood was great. Close to the airport, tourist and shopping areas. I really enjoyed staying there.

Nick was an amazing host. Upon booking, he provided me with much info regarding car rentals and activities. A few days before I traveled, he sent me additional information about the apartment and arranged for someone to meet my friend and I at the airport. Nick also had someone meet us at the apartment to open it, give a tour, and leave us with the key. The apartment was very clean, well-kept, and felt very safe. Throughout my 5-day visit, Nick texted me to check on us. He was a wonderful host even from afar and I would DEFINITELY recommend his airbnb to anyone. It was the perfect spot that made my bday trip complete.

Affordable, and well priced for everything you get. Don't expect to be catered like you would at a hotel. This is more of a do it yourself stay. I went shopping and bought all the necessary things to make my stay comfortable. keep that in mind if you plan to stay here.

Esperanza was amazing! Place was close to airport and she even picked us up and then brought us to our resort the next day for a small fee! It was incredible and she is just so sweet!

Au delà de l'hébergement cette nuit airbnb a été une expérience inoubliable pour nous puisque nous sommes arrivez le jour de Noël, Esperanza nous a permis de visiter des endroits exceptionnels et même de goûter a des spécialités culinaires. Nous avons pu nous sentir en famille !
