It is one of the most beautiful active volcanoes in Central America, whose main attraction is that it can be accessed almost to the edge of it. It has as attractive its great natural wealth. Its main crater is a show, complemented by the great biodiversity prevailing. Poás is open from 7:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. (last entrance at 1:20 p.m.) every day including holidays.
