Excellent service, attention, space and location

Very good value for the money. Central location, walking distance to everything. Quiet and safe location. We had some trouble with the toilet not flushing, but Noe responded quickly and sent someone to fix it right away. Fyi, no air conditioning, but there is a fan.

This studio is a fantastic value in a great neighbourhood. I was traveling alone and although I wasn't out after dark very long I felt very safe. Easy to walk to just about everything (within 30 minutes), busses and taxis. The studio was nicer than expected but two things to note is that there is no AC and the shower water is cold-ish only. This is super common in Mexico so I wasn't stressed but it's good to know if those are high on your list. I was still very comfortable. The creperia that is attached to the building (the little window) has amazing food that's fast and cheap. The woman who runs it is lovely and even offered to deliver it to my apartment. I would recommend and stay here again.

My friend and I loved the location of the Quimixto Studio. Definitely within walking distance of the center area. Noe was incredibly helpful with answering any questions we had. This is a good place to stay for 1-2 people and has basic necessities, including a fridge, lots of closet space, and a small kitchen area.

This is a great location! You are central to everywhere, there are taxis and bus at the front door! There are restaurants right neat door and lots more just a few steps away. If you cook there are food markets really close, everything from small to Mega! Everything we needed was in the studio, with cleaning availble. Because it's located on the inside of the complex it is really quite. We had no concerns at all about the neighbourhood, felt safe and happy all times of the day! The fitness field is right next door, great for a work out. And just being just out of the hotel zone, the beaches are quite and really close with some of Vallartas best beach bars just a easy 10 min walk away! Are host was awesome if we needed something he attended to it quickly; "a broom for the room to keep the beach sand at bay" The next time we stay in this area we are coming back here for sure, we loved it!

The location of the apartment is very well, has several services nearby. In addition, cleaning department and conditions are good. Luis Fernando's attention was excellent, always aware of what might be needed, overall a highly recommended place in Puerto Vallarta.

I would stand by my previous review (see below), which was written before I extended my stay for 1 more day. Unfortunately, Rodrigo & I had a quarrel just before he left for the day- a misunderstanding of contents exchanged which he would hear nothing of in my repeated bids to clarify.

Large room kept clean by an excellent cleaning staff, set in a rustic Mexican home in naturalistic surroundings, with a live-in close-knit family & 4 house pets, set in a residential area with the daily music of cock crowing & occasional neighbour banter. Great therefore, for an authentic experience of Mexican life. A tad troublesome only for tourists who are extremely susceptible to insect bites... Overall, the family are good hosts who enjoy playing their part in being so.

My stay at the home of Rodrigo was very comfortable, it is a very large bedroom and the bathroom. For a person who has no problems with walking can find almost immediately several means of transport to move around the city. The location of the house offers the experience of living like a local Vallarta. Rodrigo's family was very welcoming and friendly, they helped me a lot during my stay.

Excellent place. The Ms. Cristina is very attentive and super friendly. The room is very clean, spacious and comfortable.

So happy with this place I came back for another stay!

Israel is a fantastic host! The place was immaculate, comfortable, close to everything, quiet and safe. I hung out at the pool a lot and was the only one out most of the time. The neighbors are all very friendly and the complex is within walking distance of the beach and old town. Israel is a great host as well and a great guy who even gave me a ride to the airport at the end of my stay!

You can not beat the price for this place! I suggest reading all the previous reviews which are pretty much correct except for the WiFi is now working perfectly. I will definitely come back and stay here. I spoke to Pedro and he will be doing more upgrades in the future which is even better!! Do not hesitate to rent it :)

Nice studio, very well located! However, the Internet didn't work at all during our stay at Pedro's.

Studio very close to the beach and has nearby restaurants and shops. There is a narrow spiral staircase from main level to access this second floor unit. Access door is at street level, number marked on door. Parking spaces near unit. Comfortable full size bed. Clean unit with plenty of water pressure. Limited items, some dishes, cutlery and small fry pan. No coffee maker. Does have tea/hot water kettle. Two burner electric cook unit. Nice newer small refrigerator.

Good bang for the buck if you aren't looking for anything more than a place to shower and sleep. The good: 1. Excellent location (walking distance to town but not right in town, steps away from a major bus stop, plus a block away from one of the more secluded beaches) 2. Hot water in the shower (this isn't always the case when renting budget places in Mexico) 3. Good fans + A/C! 4. Good wifi 5. Check-in very smooth (thanks Sandy) The not so good: 1. Kitchen is barely adequate (don't expect to cook much more than breakfast) 2. very narrow and steep spiral staircase to the apartment (these are typical in Mexico but I would not recommend for people with infants or young kids or people with bad knees, etc) 3. yes, there is hot water but the hot water heater is small. (could be a problem if two people want to take a shower one after the other) All in all, I would recommend for a single traveler or young couple on a budget. Really not good for kids or older folks.

This place was great! It's about a 5 minute walk to the beach and the town. We were able to walk to the grocery store and store up on some food so we didn't have to eat out so much. It was very easy to get around considering the bus stop was nearby, only 7 pesos. The beaches and night clubs were fairly close by since the main town is very compact. The host was very kind, they brought us beer as a welcoming gift, and gave us some ideas on what to do and where to go. We had a wonderful experience!

Absolutely exactly as described. I can only add that the apartment has such a wonderful.light and airy feel to it and the evening light on the distant mountain s sure makes a cd beer on the sofa even more enjoyable! Rebecca is perfect host and apartment is well equipped with plenty of small shops within 5 minute walk and local market only 3 shirt blocks away Best thing is a morning coffee at Cafe es Todos close to the market. You know it's good always busy but quick. Marcos and his Fabulous team will make you the best coffee and just the way you like it! I will be back.

Okay all, we really liked the place!

The apartment is really comfortable addition to beautiful and easily accessible. The room was one of my favorite places, I loved the large window and furniture so simple and yet elegant !!! I would find it available for my next visit.

Absolutely amazing experience in the heart of the Aramara neighborhood. Walking distance to the best tacos I've ever had, the beach, a casino, markets, and buses that run all day for 7.5 pesos a ride! WE WILL BE BACK!

French - great vacation in Puerto Vallarta, the house was one of the pillars of our assessment of the trip. Rebeca perfect for summer, she picked us up at the airport and we had a little visit the area giving us very useful addresses, over the week she was able to give us very interesting information, very accomodating and very pleasant. The house on arrival was all clean, there was air conditioning in the bedroom, the kitchen is equipped, bedding and provided little extras like ice and coffee. located 15 minutes from the beach, walking is enjoyable and makes us discover the secure and popular area. Walking a few minutes you can take the bus to get around the Bay, we were able to Sayulita or Boca de Tomatlan for only 40pesos go back (about 2 €). Puerto Vallarta has paradisiacal corners like some more touristy but with a good Backpacker we manage to perfection. English - Wonderfull holidays at Puerto Vallarta, this house was a pillar of our great stay. Rebeca Was perfet, she came to get us at the airport and Showed Some places around us to help us in our first steps, along the Week She Was responsive to our diverse Regarding text information, very convenient. The house was clean, there is AC in Both the rooms, the kitchen is equiped, beds are made, and Some extras have cooler or coffee. It is 15 mins away from the beach (walking), the walk is pleasant dans le neighborhood, popular and safe. Walking a Few Minutes and you can take the bus to go anywhere around the bay, We went to Sayulita and Boca de Tomatlan for only A couple dollars back and forth. Puerto Vallarta HAS little paradise spots and more touristic purpose ones with a good guide book you can get around perfectly. Español - Estas Rent Puerta Vallarta fuen perfectas, gracias a esta casa. Rebeca es muy simpatica, ha venido al aeropuerto conducirnos para hasta la casa. Our ha lugar Mostrado interesantes y despues durante la semana cuando nos ha dado informaciones lo necesitabamos. The casa fue limpio, hay el aire acondicionado in the 2 habitaciones donde las camas estan hecho, todo lo que hay Necesitamos en una cocina, y tambien casa of hielo y cafe. La casa esta minutas 15 of playa caminando, y el camino es agradable in a popular barrio y seguro. If anda un poco se puede tomar el bus wenn al Sul y al Norte of Bahia. Sayulita has Fuimos there Boca de Tomatlan solamente por algunos pesos. Puerto Vallarta tiene paradisiacos lugares y muy turisticos, pero con una buena guia se puede hacer lo que quieren.

Great neighbourhood, beautiful apartment, lovely host. Easy bus ride to town. All of it set slightly back from the busy tourist action.

Rebeca's place is just as she (URL HIDDEN) offers a unique experience to stay in a safe community. It is a 20 minute walk to the beach or you can get a taxi for 50 pesos. Same distance to Walmart and same cost for a taxi. Short walk to the market where you can get fresh produce for a fraction of the cost you pay at the grocery store. I really recommend going there.There is a beach bar where you can use nice clean washrooms for 5 pesos ( 50 cents) at the beach. Easy walk to get a bus to Centro ( downtown). There is no railing on the outside stairs and as Canadians this was a concern but we managed. Just had to be very careful. Truly an enjoyable experience.

We stayed here for our last two nights in Puerto Vallarta, and we really enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean, and Cesar was very kind and accommodating. Our flight didn't leave until the evening of the day we checked out, and he had no problem with us returning the keys later in the day. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a simple place to stay in a great location!

Excellent house, centrally located, close to everything, every I come here I try to stay the same, highly recommended.

We stayed 3 nights here and were pleasantly surprised by how wonderful the apartment was. It was very clean, bigger than it looks in the photos and very safe. The hosts were wonderful and even brought us some amazing sorbet on our first night! We loved it so much and can't wait to return to PV.

The place is very nice with all the basic amenities needed for short term stay. The hosts are very friendly and unbelievably nice and promptly responded to our questions. They brought us earplugs and some breakfast in the morning. Regarding earplugs, the only downside of the apt is that it is near a major road, so it is very noisy at night time. Everything else was more than perfect.

Cesar and Sylvia are a great couple! They made me feel right at home. A very important point especially when you travel alone. The apartment was nice, clean and comfortable. A five or ten minute walk to beach, restuants and night life. No need to hire a car or deal with taxis. I can't wait to stay there again!

My wife and I stayed for 2 nights in February 2017. We LOVED the neighborhood. The apartment is very close to nearby fruit markets, fresh tortilla makers, Mexican pastry shops, & street side taco stalls along with numerous full service restaurants. It's a 10-15 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk and allows easy access to the more touristy side of Puerto Vallarta as well. While we love the general location, the exact spot is very loud, as the bedroom overlooks a main road made of cobblestones. The traffic noise is continuous and earplugs are essential to getting a good night's sleep. But that's really the only thing keeping it from being the perfect place. The apartment was very clean and spacious and the pictures were representative. Cesar was very welcoming and available for any help. We would stay again (but w/ earplugs).

We had a very nice stay in Cesar and Silvia's place. The location is great, bring right in the Romantic Zone and a short walk from the liveliest parts of town. There are also great dining options within a couple blocks of the apartment. The place was clean and as described in the listing. Cesar was very responsive and check-in was easy. The only minor drawbacks were the noise from the road (it's on a main street) and the low water pressure in the shower. We would stay here again!
