We loved Juan’s place. Great location close to a lot of restaurants and the beach. The amenities are amazing. Really nice rooftop pool with nice view. Juan made sure we were well taking care off and recommended a lot of places that we can do around town. We will come back for sure.

We stay at Juan’s place for over 2 weeks. It was amazing. The location is great, super close to the beach and really nice restaurants and bars. The pool is awesome too. All of the staff is friendly and helpful. Juan went out of his way to recommend things for us to do and always very responsive when we had questions.

This is a beautifully decorated and comfortable studio flat. Despite being located in the heart of the action in PV it is so very quiet so that a peaceful night's rest is guaranteed. The building is well maintained, secure and has a beautiful roof top pool area.

The Best in Puerto Vallarta! I had the tremendous fortune of staying at Juan’s place over the Thanksgiving holiday, and I could not have possibly asked for a better base from which to explore this FANTASTIC gem on earth! The apartment was perfect, possessing everything that I could possibly need or want. Furthermore, the building amenities (rooftop, infinity pool, mini gym, etc.) were second to none! Lastly, I could not have asked for a better location...perfectly situated just a 5-min walk from the beach and around the corner from exciting nightlife! When I visit next, I will DEFINITELY check here first for availability!

This is a very nice interior unit in a wonderful building. Both Alex ( property manager) and Juan (owner) are very responsive and accommodating. The unit was impeccably clean when we arrived.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Loft and Juan made certain that we were well taken care of. Our unit was clean, comfortable, and cozy - not to mention beautifully decorated. Alex was wonderful - friendly and professional. He answered all of our questions regarding the unit itself, the amenities throughout the complex, as well as providing us with some excellent references for dining and transportation options. The staff at the Loft were always friendly and helpful; and the view from the rooftop pool/spa is incredible! The Loft 268 is centrally located, making it an easy walk throughout the Romantica Zone. To stay at Will & Mikes apartment is like a dream is becoming real. The apartment is beautifully located just a few minutes from the beach. You can hear the sound of the waves, can enjoy the magnificent sunsets from Puerto Vallarta from the terrace. It's just breathtaking. In my opinion, this place is located at the very best place in Puerto Vallarta. You have amazing views and you are just minutes away from everything. Check in worked perfectly. Due to a large delay of our flight we arrived very late at night. A member of the staff that cares about the place was there to welcome us. The communication with Mike was perfect at any time. He was answering quickly and was very helpful. The apartment is tastefully decorated, great kitchen, two bright bathrooms, Wifi is working perfectly. The bed is huge and very comfortable. When it's getting hot outside, the air conditioning cools down within minutes and there are also fans that ensure a perfect air circulation. Best cooling system I have experience in Mexico. The apartment itself has all the amenities one can wish and even more. By the way, enjoying the jacuzzy when watching the sunset is like living in a movie. We also enjoyed very much the infinity pool at the roof top. I have no words to really describe this place. I can just say, that we were very lucky that Will & Mike gave us the opportunity to enjoy this beautiful place in Puerto Vallarta. Thank you so much!!!

We had the best week of our lives in Will and Mike’s condo in Puerto Vallarta. It’s in an incredible location within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and the beach in a city full of culture. The rooftop pool has amazing views of the city and is absolutely gorgeous. The sunsets from the condo deck were incredible too. I have nothing but great things to say about our experience. Do not miss out on this if you have the chance.

Will and Mike's home is a little piece of heaven perched high above playa, but just minutes below via stairs. You won't want for anything in this full stocked condo; the gym has all you need to keep the taco weight at bay. Convenient shops, restaurants, bars are within a few minutes walk. Sunset soaks in the rooftop pool; morning coffee in the balcony tub.... could you want anything else? If you're lucky enough to find an open slot on their availability calendar, book it, because we will again.

We really enjoyed staying here for our honeymoon. Their place was very clean and the decor was very nice. We spent a lot of time in the rooftop pool and the private jacuzzi which were both really nice. The location was perfect by Old Town and the beach. Looking forward to staying here in the future.

Perfect location! Awesome response time.

If you're looking for a fantastic location and a stylish space, this is the place! Two full bathrooms were appreciated and the unit has a washer and dryer for beach towels after a day in the sun! There are plenty of local places within a block or two for breakfast including La Palapa (my favorite). The beach is a short walk from this building, so that was great, too. Checking in and getting into the unit are both simple. There is a small security desk to monitor entry and exit, and the unit has a coded door lock for automated entry without having to worry about keys! I think everyone should do this because it makes things so easy. We had a few issues with the internet in this building and a friendly technician did stop by to have a look. It wasn't a huge problem as we weren't using the internet all that much. Another item to note was the lack of additional blankets in the unit, which would have helped a lot, as well. Alonso provides beach towels (thank you!) and full kitchen amenities which is fantastic. As this is a condominium, the noise of the neighbors can be heard from time to time, but the master bedroom was especially quiet at night, which I appreciate. Note that this unit does not overlook the ocean as it's on the other side of the street, but I would highly recommend this location for anyone who wants to be near food and near the beach but who wants peace and quiet at the end of the day. Rooftop space is wonderful. I wasn’t sure about staying in a place with no outdoor views,windows and doors were to the interior of the building. If we were staying too long in the condo it could have felt claustrophobic, but we were out and about or at the pool so it was ok

Out of the four AirBnB stays we’ve had so far, this is the best one. Excellent location. We only had to walk a few minutes to attend our gay friendly events at Almar. And the rooftop is stunning. It had amazing sunset views, a heated pool, and a nicely equipped gym. It was a great size unit, with two clean, modern full-size bathrooms. Awesome! Two things to note. One—the bedroom does not have black out curtains so it’a fairly bright in the morning. So, if you stay out and want to sleep in, make sure you bring eye masks. Two—there isn’t a view of the outside. This is an interior unit, so there is only a patio that faces their interior courtyard. These two items were far outweighed by the positives, so we still give this stay 5 stars.

Great Location beach is literally 3 min walk. Alonso was very accommodating and professional. The roof top over looks everything is beautiful. The security was helpful in proving great local spots and very professional as well in all my fiancé and I would absolutely stay here again and are honestly looking to rent a place here.

Our stay and Angela’s home was amazing and we will return next your trip. There was 8 of us who rented the home for 2 weeks vacation. The house was huge, so much room for my family, easily could have slept much more. The house was a 5 min walk to the beach and if the walk is too much for you there was a city bus who went by the house and there is beach front parking for 50 peso. The compound that has three homes with pool was very safe. It’s front gate locks and there is an approximate 7 foot fence around the whole property. The other two homes were rented out when we were there but with sighting trips and days at the beach we felt like no one was really around and we never had to share the pool because everyone was out and about. When we did meet the other renters they were very friendly and respectful. The house had everything we needed to live there very comfortably. Everything was in great working order for us. There was always hot water and we never ran out. Angela was an amazing host, she responded quickly to any questions we had and helped us in every way. I strongly recommend hiring the house keeper, I forgot her first name but she was amazing. The house is honestly huge and she cleaned it top to bottom, changed the linens for only 300 peso a day. Only 5 mins walk there is an Oxxo that carried everything you need with a taco stand inside and local vendors selling tacos and tamales, which were amazing. The only problem we had at the end was we couldn’t stay longer at the amazing property.

If you are thinking about staying In PV, appreciate amazing ocean views, privacy, 2 separate decks with views and a private outdoor hot tub on top (third) floor, then reserve this place as soon as you see that it is available. Almost don’t want people to know about it, as it is simply amazing

This a wonderful home nestled in the hills overlooking downtown, Puerto Vallarta. The house is centrally located. One can easily walk to the start of the Malecon with its restaurants, shops and popular beaches like Los Muertos. Old Town Puerto Vallarta can also be reached by walking along the Malecon. The picturesque southern beaches such as Conchas Chinas are a short taxi or Uber ride away. You will also need to take a taxi or Uber if you've booked whale watching or snorkeling excursions. If you wish to shop for more than trinkets and t-shirts, La Isla and the Galleria are ideal. Again, these are short Uber or taxi rides. The Uber and taxi rides are reasonable. However, during our stay the taxi rides tended to be cheaper than Uber. The only drawback I would say about this beautiful home is that it is set in the hills overlooking the city and the bay. Although, that makes for a beautiful view to wake up to and relax to in the evening the walk up the hill and stairs in the home may be much for someone much older or the very young. It was no problem for my family and I. Lastly, Adan (the property manager) is terrific. He is responsive and prompt when it comes to communication. He picked us up from the airport for a small fee and informed us of the many treasures there was to see in Puerto Vallarta on and off the beaten path. I highly recommend this home to anyone contemplating a stay in Puerto Vallarta.

The pictures of this house don’t do it justice. The view is amazing, with tons of windows and lots of privacy from the surrounding buildings. The inside atrium was incredible and so peaceful and the layout of the home is really cool and unique. We loved our brief stay here!

We stayed for five night’s and it made our stay in PV incredible. Hector’s house is at a phenomenal location (away from the resorts) and is in one of the older areas of PV. Cobblestone streets and lots of excellent restaurants abound. Furthermore, it’s one of the tallest buildings in the area and has incredible views of the bay and city. Pictures don’t do the view justice, especially from the rooftop hot tub or master bedroom. The biggest downside I’d say is there are tons of stairs and sketchy railings. Not a safe space for kids or those enjoying lots of alcohol. The streets around the house are also very steep and the house is non-accessible for a person with a mobility disability. All in all, an extraordinary home that exceeded our expectations!

It is one of the most beautiful places I have ever been, the sunsets are magical. The service is extraordinary they go out of their way to make you feel at ease. And the food is sensational, the quality and the flavor. Congratulations!

Myself and a group of 14 friends stayed at Villa Azul for two weeks. This is our second stay here in the past 2 years. The house is wonderful! Tons of space for everyone. An amazing common area with a decent sized pool. The onsite team of four is outstanding!!!! Augustine is a wonderful Chef and our meals were always top notch. Our rooms were maintained daily and the house was always clean. Would 100% recommend for any group! We will definitely be going back again one day!

This place has everything. Our group was a mix of old friends and new looking to escape for 4 nights. The enormous space and layout made it possible for both communal events and private space. The family style dinners with the ocean view prepared by Chef Augustin were simply phenomenal. You enter the house at the street from the top. Immediately you get a sense of being near the ocean as the expanse of the house opens up from the multiple staircases. There are 3 bedrooms in the upper level, One the next level down, and the 3rd level is best for social/communal events with a full kitchen, pool, bar, and living area, along with multiple large tables and pool chairs. Below that are two identical levels each with another kitchen/pool area and 2 bedrooms each. These potentially could be rented out separately. We did most of our living on the 3rd level though we occupied all 8 bedrooms. We will definitely be back.

Alfredos place was amazing. It is right on the beach with and amazing bifold window to see the beach and ocean. It’s located in a spot that is close to many restaurants. Alfredo was very quick to respond and was nice enough to let us check out a little later since we had scheduled an experience that lasted past checkout.

Excellent location with an amazing sea-view where you can hear the waves through a full floor to ceiling window at the front. Loved this place!

Nice and clean place-some renovation would be great specially in the bathroom, perfect Location, everything is close, very safe. Friendly staff, Fernando's quick responses really helped. The view was awesome and relaxing. Something we did not like was that common areas closes too early compared to other places, Internet was terrible.

The condo has a view of the sea and the pool, it is small, I would say that max 6 people, however it has everything you need and a little more, you receive the April cosierge that is also an excellent person very effective in resolving conflicts , I leave satisfied and grateful.

Casa Coco is the best Airbnb to be in while visiting Puerto Vallarta. Coco is a great host, the house and gardens are BEAUTIFUL. You’ll feel like you’re waking up in paradise everyday. Located close enough to the beach, convenience stores and not far from night life.

Casa Coco is amazing and Oquitzin is the most thoughtful host. This was my first time in Puerto Vallarta and it truly exceeded my expectations. Coco provided for all our needs and offered up so many wonderful suggestions . He truly made our stay spectacular with his excellent recommendations, advice and willingness to help with any questions that we had. Casa Coco is a great little picturesque spot with lots of sunlight, greenery. It's just so beautiful. (a blogger's dream) Easily accessible to the major attractions like the Malecon, La Isla , beaches and restaurants. I went on a wild adventure and got in an ATV accident while I was out with friends and I had to use crutches at the end of my trip. Coco was suuuperrr helpful in helping me pack up and getting me to my taxi when it was time to leave. He even recommended great natural remedies to help my foot. You'll love it here! A great experience.

Great place. our French speaking host greatly facilitated communication. easy transport to go anywhere 5 pesos. you can walk to the beach by a path that runs along the very pleasant river. The only downside is the school which brings noise but as we were not present during the day, it did not bother us so much. We love being able to go to the very quiet concha ninas beach. we also like to go to boca tamatlan and take the trail. do not stop at the first beach but the one after. wild and nobody ... We also walked to the end of the path that leads to a quiet beach but it's a long way. We didn’t like the crowded, overly touristy animas. Take the cheaper boca tamatlan water taxi. we really like the dinner show on. The island of las calestas. do not hesitate it is well located and well equipped accommodation.

A whole experience staying at Casa Coco, a clean, safe place with all services nearby. Incredible hospitality of Oquitzin, excellent recommendations and always on the lookout for its guests. It is parking is the public road but it is very safe The accommodation is exceptional although it is small it is super comfortable it has a remote control for the fan and for the light that I loved, it is very clean, very well equipped. Super recommendable

This was our second time staying in this building and we really enjoyed it. The unit was clean, well appointed with some basics (cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, coffee maker), with multiple options for TV (Netflix, streaming TV, etc..) which was unexpected but appreciated, and an in-unit full size laundry (washer and dryer). This location is perfect - walk out to restaurants, coffee shops, shops, and one of only a few ATMs that gives Mexican pesos. Easy location to explore the Romantic Zone. And easy 10 minute walk to the beach (at least the part of the beach where liked to spend our time). The rooftop on this building is beautiful, with an infinity pool, BBQ if you choose to use it, and lounging space. 24 hour door person adds an extra layer of security. Everything was great!

What a fantastic condominium in a fantastic area. Perfect size for a couples vacation and situated in the heart of the Zona Romantica. The rooftop terrace is a soothing escape from the bustling city below. I look forward to my next adventure here.

Great modern apartment close to all the action: food, beach, entertainment, and local transportation. Rooftop pool and lounge (With stunning city and sunset view) were calming retreat after long days in the sun. Security staff were kind, personal, and welcoming. Aaron’s concierge staff Bris and Yasmin were always responsive to every email and question. We had a 100% wonderful time at this apartment with Air B&B. We highly recommend this listing if you want the full Puerto Vallarta Romantic Zone experience.

My boyfriend and I had the best stay at Aaron's place and we will definitely be coming back! The location was perfect, the AC was much appreciated, and we were pleased with the upstairs pool and communal area. Seriously the best AIRBNB ive ever stayed at, it was everything we could've asked for.

This is truly the best value AirBnB I’ve ever rented. The level of service was amazing- Valeria and her family are at the property every morning making breakfast of fresh fruit and eggs for when you wake up! We felt safe with the location, especially during the day. Taco stands on every corner. This is an authentic Mexican experience staying at this Airbnb. P.S. the view from the balcony is just as good in-person!

Craig’s place was exactly what we were looking for, for this trip. This was our 6th year in Puerto Vallarta over New Years. The location is right by the best beaches. Food and entertainment is a very quick walk away. Would recommend to anyone visiting Puerto Vallarta!

Craig’s communication was outstanding. Not only did he check-in with me before the trip but upon my expected arrival and afterwards. The apartment met our expectations and was a great place for us to stay during our Christmas vacation. I appreciated having maid service and a property manager who was accessible and available to us.

Great spot, perfect for couples looking to explore the romantic zone!

Condo is basically perfect for one or two people- Has a fully outfitted kitchen (coffee maker!), a TV with HDMI, plenty of space/shelves to spread out your stuff. Maid service daily and attendants available for assistance and more water at all times. The beach is seriously so close, accessible by a sturdy but steap set of stairs directly across the street. Shops, bars, and restaurants are a very short walk downhill from the condo. Craig is super responsive and caring, even sending us information about a local festival happening while we were in town (Festival of Our Lady of Guadalupe, early/mid December). The other people in the complex made us feel very at home! And the area in general is full of very friendly and helpful people; we were astonished at their extreme helpfulness, honestly.

Craig is a great host checked periodically to ensure everything was going good. The apartment was clean and well maintained. The location is close to the beach and good places to eat. We had a great time.

Adriana was an excellent hostess and with great communication. Your room is very nice and with a nice kitchen. The location is a few blocks from the beach and the romantic area.

The appartement is exactly like the pictures. The emplacement is perfect. Near to the Romantica zone and the bus to go to boca or the botanical garden. Adrianna is so sweet. We had a new coofee bag and a big bottle of water when we arrived! She’s really there to help you and make you feel good. She even offer us some bathrobes. A lot of comments talk about the stairs. If you don’t have any health problems the stairs is really nothing... whith a bag pack you’ll be fine trust me. Thank you very much Adrianna.

Excellent, easy to contact host, super comfy bed, quiet location close to Romantica features. If you have any issues with stairs this is not the place for you.

Adriana’s place is perfectly located in Zona Romantica. It’s tucked away in a jungle-y area, away from the main tourist spots, but still close enough that a quick 3 minute walk will bring you to the heart of it all. The location, price, and Adriana’s hospitality made our stay amazing. It felt like we were living just how locals live which made for an unforgettable experience. I would highly recommend her place to anyone looking for a true Puerto Vallarta place to stay.

Adriana was a fabulous host and the apartment was spotless and met our needs perfectly. I have food “stuff” and we were able to cook and eat in about 50% of our meals. She suggested great markets for groceries and restaurants where we could dine kwith our dietary needs. She even provided extra kitchen items that made food prep so much easier. The space was quiet, private and had a beautiful view. There was even a waterfall on the property. Our favorite trip was to Yellapa, a quaint town that is accessed by city bus and water taxi, Adriana suggested it and gave us very clear directions on how to get there. She even gave me information on a local yoga center that she attends. We are going back next year for 2 week. I can’t say enough good things about Adriana and the mountain apartment!

Best place I’ve ever stayed. The views from the roof is absolutely inimitable. This gave me a new perspective of Mexico. Very spiritual and serene place to stay. Can’t wait to stay again. Also, communication was superb.

Excellent location. 2 minute walk to the beach. Nice roof top area to lounge or take a dip. Very centrally located. Market is 1 minute walk to pick up drinks, water and snacks. Many many restaurants near by. The place itself is comfortable. Clean king bed with fresh sheets was very nice to come home to after a long day in the sun. Nice layout for a studio. We would definitely book again.

We were very pleased with our stay. The room was very nice and clean. The area was ideal as it was so close to the beach. We felt safe as it’s in a great area and the 24 hour security was nice to have. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and hottub and the lounging area was very inviting. The view of the ocean was beautiful. Check in was smooth and Mary greeted us as soon as we got there and was amazing. We would highly recommend this place to friends and family.

This trip was absolutely amazing. Great place for friends traveling together because it’s close quarters but still cozy. The security and hotel staff were nice but VERY stern especially coming at spring break. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a small getaway with an amazing pool and beach!

We loved staying at Carlos place. Carlos was so helpful and a very nice person. We only stayed at the apartment for one night, but we stayed in contact with Carlos and he ended up driving us to Guadalajara for a very fair price.

Easy communication, reception and delivery of the apartment was excellent, all very clean

This is the second time we've rented Elíseo's flat. His place is in a great location, just a short walk from the Zona. The flat is perfect for two people: it has a large living room, a lovely deck with an umbrella, a fully stocked kitchen (though I did not cook!) and two air conditioners, one in the living room and an other in the bedroom. The ceiling fans work well, also. Alfredo, the fellow who manages the flat, is outstanding. He met us when we arrived and was often in the building and always checked that all was well. An added bonus: a washer/dryer is on site. As you can see, I have nothing but commendations for Elíseo, Alfredo, and the flat. We're already booked for our visit next year!

Eliseo’s place is a great location close to great restaurants and lots of shops and entertainment. If you’re looking for a great rooftop with an infinity pool and lovely tenants to converse with, you will not be disappointed. His unit is well equipped for an extended stay with a full kitchen and washer and dryer right in the unit. For any future trips to Puerto Vallarta, my husband I would never hesitate to stay in Alicia‘s unit. He is very prompt with responses to your questions and concerns. The bed is king size and extremely comfortable. You will not be disappointed in staying at Eliseo’s place for a great vacation in Paradise, Puerto Vallarta!

The location is perfect, one stair well away from the beach and beach clubs. The pool on the roof has an amazing view and the service to check in and how the communication on how to get there was amazing. Can’t wait to stay again!

Eliseo’s condo, and 353 Amapas in general, are a hidden gem! A few steps from the beach but quiet enough at night to avoid the craziness! The space was huge, amazing deck with a wonderful view, large rooftop with a beautiful pool , and a fully functional gym which I used daily. My only regret was I only stayed three nights!

This was our second time at Eliseo’s place —and likely won’t be our last! Outstanding location, killer rooftop pool with incredible view, and super-comfortable apartment. For the price, it’s the best place we’ve found in PV. Gracias Eliseo!

Much bigger and nicer than in pictures, this place was built to impress. Even the minimal decor and being on the third floor adds the the experience. Everything was provided and the location was wonderful. The doormen were really nice and helpful. I would note that because of the light and noise in the living room, the pullout couch isn’t really a viable option, but I didn’t need it. Great experience!

Lovely, spacious apartment in a great building in the perfect PV location. Ample kitchen and dining setup, full size washer/dryer etc. And a fabulous rooftop pool with a terrific view!

Alexis’s place is a very modern unit in the beautiful Zenith building. The location can’t be beat...walking distance to everything. Very comfortable bed, washer and dryer in the unit, amazing rooftop pool.

Great place. Really enjoyed pool and jacuzzi on roof deck. Lobby staff very attentive often opening doors and very kind. Starbucks a block away not to mention wonderful restaurants.

A place to rest, with a quite pleasant atmosphere and super well located. I love!

Nice, stylish place, shower is hot and everything was clean. There is netflix on tv, air con and fridge. The room doesn’t have window outside, just in a coridor and in same building is painter dowstairs and laundry next door. So that’s the only disadvantage - lack of fresh air. We had really nice time there. :)

I loved. The location super close to the boardwalk, super safe we left the clubhouse and we returned in the early morning on foot and super safe many places to eat I recommend the delicious gorditas next door and is in an corner an Oxxo, the apartment super comfortable and clean I highly recommend it and would go back there

A great studio condo, in a terrific location. It's very clean, quiet, and safe. The air conditioning works well and everything is very organized. I really loved the roof top terrace. Marie is a wonderful host and the check in went smoothly.

Very good location, comfortable and well equipped. The accommodation is located between the Marina and the romantic area. You must have a rental car or use the buses which are really affordable. Even from the airport the bus is a good solution especially at 10 Pesos per person.

Nice place in a good location. Apt was clean, modern, private and secure. Maria was a great host who quickly responded to all my communications. My 3 week stay at the apt. was very enjoyable and I would highly recommend it for a couple or solo traveler visiting Vallarta.

We enjoyed our stay at the Pacifica Condominium. This unit’s position on the back side of the building is nice and quiet with a good view of the hills. Love the location with all the restaurants and shops right outside the front door.

Aaron's place was just PERFECT. Centrally located and steps away from stores, shops, restaurants & bars. Just one block over from the beach, you can't beat the location. The studio was the right size for our stay. Great shower, nice balcony with a mountain view, and the roof-top pool was the icing on the cake with AMAZING views of the bay. AC was perfect, just keep the balcony curtains closed during the morning hours because the sunlight will heat up the room quickly if the curtains are open. The door staff were friendly every time we stepped out or came back in. Yazmin, Aaron's assistant, was great with our check-in, greeting us the 1st day and letting us know how things in the unit work. The fridge and coffe maker worked perfectly since we stocked up on supplies. This is a perfect place for your week long stay in PV. Aaron Thank You for everything!!!!

This is a lovely space that is in the heart of the Romantica Zone. I walked everywhere and always felt safe. Lots of great restaurants and of course the beautiful beach a block away.

Amazing location! The roof top infinity pool is our favorite place, and surrounded by tons of restaurants. Pancho taco and Joe Jack Fish shack are our favorite. Aaron’s team is very responsive. You won’t regret. A little tips: There is a lady selling fresh fruits by Joe Jack Fish every day. If you plan to go Snorkeling, take a bus by Oxxo at the corner of Basilio Badillo and constitution, 10 peso per person to Mismaloya, look for white and orange bus, it goes every 10 mins. When you get there ask for “Lobo” to take you for a life long memorable experience for only 900 peso. He is the best. We had a blast with him.

Much better than in the pictures.! The location is perfect, with restaurants and bars around if you want to party. The impeccable room, better than as seen in the photographs, the amenities in the room are very useful and the view is perfect. And finally the attention of the host simply CANNOT be better.!

Good located

Four of us had a great stay here. We were able to check in an hour early due to our flight time. The third floor isn’t too bad with the luggage. Rooftop is huge and great view of the mountains and out over the water. There’s two doors with locks before the apartment door so we felt very safe. Location is amazing. You can be downtown or on the beach in minutes. Super close to a big grocery store for food and drinks. I don’t know if more than four people would really fit but it is doable if you’re okay with not a lot of space to yourself. I’d book here again.

Great place, close to Malecon, many good restaurants just within a block. The sunset is beautiful from the terrace, check-in was super easy. It’s a no nonsense place equipped for basic needs and has good wifi.

The best place to spend a few days on vacation, close to everything, one block from the beach, two blocks from the boardwalk, near the bus stop and surrounded by places to eat and shop. I loved the place and the attention of April, always friendly and very attentive to our needs. The TV was not working but who needs TV on your vacation?

Excellent location and a luxury mansion. I loved the autonomous entrance and nobody bothers you. The pool is heated, the location is excellent, the house is luxurious and has a kitchen, fridge and private bathroom. A / C and fan. Really if you want to disconnect is the right place. P.S. Have you got Wi-Fi. You are not missing anything.

V399 is a great place to stay for comfort, relaxation and quiet times. The condo is perfectly situated and, it is definitely a home away from home once your done your day of walking on the melacon or excursions. Your host is amazing in both communication and is genuinely there for you should you need assistance; he is definitely a super hoster!!!

Alex is truly a Super Host. We have stayed in several of his units and the quality is always great. This particular unit has a small balcony overlooking the courtyard which we loved for morning coffee. The condo had all the necessary utensils (lime juicer and wine opener) and everything was in working order. While we were there a blind fell one morning and Alex responded to my message immediately. He had someone there to fix it by early afternoon and, though it required a repair, Alex made sure it was repaired and rehung that day with excellent communication throughout. The unit could use more storage containers for leftovers and instructions for how to operate the smart tv but otherwise everything was perfect!

We loved staying at V399 and Alex’s condo. It was so comfortable, nicely furnished and was perfect for our 3 week stay. You can’t beat the location for being in the heart of Old Town, easy walk to the beach and very easy walk to all the wonderful shops and restaurants. The staff too at the building were so helpful, super friendly and so courteous. The other big plus with this condo, it was super quiet at night for sleeping, no neighborhood noise at all, really loved that when we needed to rest early. Roof top garden and pool were enjoyable, I truly can’t say enough about how good this place is... it was wonderful to find such a great place that was also pet friendly. My dog, Charley was a big hit with the staff, they wanted him to stay....

Alexander’s place was phenomenal. Everything from location to cost to communication to the amazing deck! I highly recommend it and my husband and I hope we can return soon.

Temo was a great host with great prompt communication. The unit itself was on the smaller side but had everything well layed out. Newly renovated with an amazing view of the ocean. Great location walk distance from the romantic zone. The pool was also very big.
