  • One of our favourite apartments & places during our holiday around Europe. Very clean, modern and had everything you needed, the two toilets were great as we were a family of four. Fantastic location walking distance to everything, supermarket, restaurants & shops outside the door. Antonio (Danilo's dad) was there to meet us at the bus stop and walked us to the apartment, which ended up being very late at night as the bus from Amalfi was full & this added an additional hour to our travels. Antonio was very good with us, show us around the spacious apartment & gave us ideas on what to see & do in beautiful Sorrento. We are looking forward to returning here again.

  • We had a good time in Sorrento. It was particularly beautiful in January with all of the citrus ripening on the street trees and the XMas decorations still up. This property is located right in the heart of town.

  • It was a lovely stay at casa Maria and Antonio was very helpful. My children enjoyed the loft room and was happy to find fresh fruits in the fridge. My husband and I are happy to find the limoncello too. The apartment is very close to the lift to the beach and is in the middle of everything. The segregation and collection of rubbish was a learning experience for all of us. Thank you.

  • We were in Sorrento to get married and needed a base and also somewhere central. What a gem this apartment is!! We were right in the middle of everything and the apartment was way more than we expected. The main bedroom was just amazing and decor was fab. The apartment had everything you needed for a week long stay. Antonio met us when we checked in and couldn't have been nicer, such a great guy. Gave us recommendations on where to eat and how to get around. Gave us his number and if we had any issues to give him a call. From the moment I booked this apartment Danilo was very easy to deal with and very accomodating and quick to get back to us. Nothing was too much of an issue. I would highly recommend this place to anyone coming to Sorrento and I know my family will be back. They were staying in a hotel but loved the apartment. Thank you so much to Antonio and Danilo for looking after us it was much appreciated. Brendan and Mags, Australia/Ireland.

  • What a beautiful house in such a beautiful place. My parents arrived a bit earlier and Antonio was gracious enough to let them in early. The apartment is very spacious feeling on the first floor, and very bright. The loft upstairs has short ceilings (I am 6ft tall and my head almost touched the ceiling), but the beds were comfortable. Air conditioning units were available upstairs (in the loft), in the living room, and in the master bedroom, which meant we were able to keep cool in the hot summer days. The apartment is really well situated in Sorrento and very convenient to the night shops and restaurants, and departure points for excursions. The bus/train station is a 10 minute walk where we got connections to Amalfi Coast. Overall a great stay, and we really would like to come back!

  • The apartment in Sorrento was perfect. The location was excellent, within walking distance of the water, and right in the middle of shops. Very secure. The spot was about a 10 minute walk to the train station and we used it for day trips to Pompeii, Vesuvius and the Amalfi Coast. We were very happy with our stay.

  • Danilos place is perfect for a family trip. Has plenty of room and the place was very clean. It was ideally situated and a walking distance to restaurants, buses and train lines. Danillos sister came to great us and was very friendly. They were attentivie to any questions we had. We would definitely back again to stay.

  • The apartment is lovely and in a great location. Very clean and Antonio's linen villi is fabulous. Danilo was very responsive and check in was easy with Antonio meeting us at the car park. If you are renting a car to go to taromino think twice. After seeing the cost of parking and the roads, we returned the car the first morning and used taxis. Even a taxi to positsno which cost us 80 euros each way was cheaper than the rental and no way we would have driven it. The apartment was perfect but be advised that one bedroom is upstairs and both bathrooms are downstairs. Also only one bathroom has a shower. Was not a problem for us.

Great villa with infinity pool, large jacuzzj and amazing sea view, Ideally for large group of friends or family Located between Sorrento and Sant'Agata
Villa Ricki, in fact, is composed of six bedrooms, four in the main body together with three bathrooms, two in the first outdoor building with two bathrooms. All bathrooms have shower; in the main body there is a bath tub in one of the bathrooms! The main body itself is divided into two levels: the bedroom department is located on the upper floor together with two out of the three bathrooms; the third bathroom is downstairs next to the kitchen, a modern and efficient fully equipped one (new 2016)! All the rooms and the lounges are equipped with air conditioning and heating system. The lounges (new 2016) have 2 fireplaces (one could be used also as a barbecue) and a bar corner equipped with professional tub beer (upon request). Villa Ricki is ideal for parties who are searching for a place to celebrate important events; it is often used as a reception for small family wedding as well! Villa Ricki is the perfect spot where to book a chef in Villa for a special dinner or where to attend an Italian Cooking Class; here you can learn how to make fresh pasta such as ravioli or tortellini, you can personalize your own pizza, you can go fishing during the day and barbecue everything at night, etc, etc..
  • Our family experienced a wonderful vacation in Sorrento... A highlight was a cooking class in the villa with Carmine with his warm, enthusiastic personality and professional experience of fabulous local cuisine. He not only engaged 6 teenagers but provided an atmosphere of love and enjoyment that the entire family will remember for a lifetime! The villa was beautiful setting which created the perfect backdrop to a memory we will hold close to our hearts. Thank you is not enough...

  • Davide was an excellent host. He was quick to answer emails and answered all our questions. As our flights were early he very kindly let us check in before the stated time. His partner Carmine offered us a range of excursions and services, and although we didn't use many, the airport transfer was very efficient and reasonably priced. The villa is better than in the photos - it is superb. The views are amazing from various patios and we could see for miles, from Capri to Naples, with Vesuvius always there in the centre. There are several spaces, indoors and out, where we could all eat together. We loved the pool and the hot tub. The bedrooms are spacious and cool, the beds very comfortable. It was good that one of our couples didn't come as one of the bedrooms has bunk beds, so it might be good to make that clearer. There are buses into town and beyond from just outside the villa, and some of us walked - but it is quite a hard climb back up. Taxis are always available. Being up on the hillside meant we had a cool breeze sometimes, and of course the view!

    Vicky2016-06-05T00:00:00Z
  • We stayed at Davide's villa for six nights and thoroughly enjoyed our our time there. The villa is exactly as described but the pictures can't possibly do the views justice. There are so many different places to sit and enjoy looking out over Sorrento and the bay that it's amazing that we ever left. But we also loved exploring the surrounding area and the Amalfi coast. Davide was very responsive while we were preparing for our trip and while we were staying at the villa. He arranged transfer to and from the Naples train station, dinner at a local restaurant for us several times, and his partner, Carmine, cooked us dinner at the villa on our last night, which was definitely a highlight! The villa is very well equipped and we cooked meals for ourselves with no problem. We had housekeeping services, which was lovely -- our beds were made and the villa was very clean every day when we returned home from our adventures. It was too cold for the pool, but we used the hot tub every day. A note about the location... The villa is on a main road between Sorrento and Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi and is right in between two SITA bus stops. We worried about being outside of either town, but it really worked out well. The road itself is not walkable, but it is easy to take a bus into either town or Davide will arrange a car service for you. Local restaurants will also come and pick you up and bring you home. There is a steep, windy back road that will take you down to Sorrento and made for a great hike one day. We also rented a car, which we didn't use very much, but in the end we were glad to be able to make grocery store runs to Sant'Agata and do some exploring in Massa Lubrense -- but we could have done just fine without it. In all, we really loved the location.

    Kathleen2015-10-12T00:00:00Z
  • The villa was so beautiful, the photos listed do not do the property justice, there's beautful views from so many places - we never wanted to leave! The space in the villa is huge - we were a group of 12 and it was plenty big enough for us all. Davide was an amazing host and helpful with everything we possibly needed. He helped arrange a private boat trip to Capri and a chef to come in and cook for us. He was quick to respond and easy to chat with. He helped make our weekend very special. Would love to come back for longer next time :)

  • Carmine created the experience of a lifetime in this gorgeous, mediterranean home. 25 family members and friends traveled from Florida to Sorrento for our wedding – we couldn’t have picked a better place in all of Italy. Carmine acted as a butler, chef, and friend, orchestrating a boat trip to Capri for our family; numerous dinners at delicious, family-owned restaurants; and our entire wedding, acting as our personal chef and director. The house boasts stunning views of downtown Sorrento and Mount Vesuvius, which you can enjoy on any of the three terraces. One day we took the walking path down to Sorrento, and at night we relaxed in the hot tub. My family and I definitely plan on coming back again soon. I hope you enjoy yourselves as much as we have!

    Kelsey2016-05-01T00:00:00Z
  • Davide and Carmine where exceptional. They were very helpful and responsive to all of our needs. Additionally they organized a fantastic boat trip to Capri and a delicious dinner in the house. The house itself was perfect - spacious, clean, great amenities and with truly exceptional views. We would definitely use this property again.

  • The villa is perfect! It has fantastic sea view, clean rooms and beautiful balcony. And Dvid is very nice. He also gave us many advice about our schedule in Naples. We had a wonderful vacation in Naples.

  • Really nice and very helpful. The place is amazing! Will definitely be back with a bigger group. The house accompanies every need.

Brand new apartment tastefully furnished located on the ground floor. It is situated in Massa Lubrense in the area know as "Belvedere" served by public buses and easily reachable by car. The 56 square meters apartment has all modern comforts and it's composed of: fully equipped kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom with shower. Parking is available on the road at approx. 150 meters. Sorrento is located at about 7 Km.
Gli archi in pietra a vista dal sapore antico in contrasto con l'arredo fresco e moderno sono la particolarità di questo alloggio che vi accoglierà con il calore di ieri e la praticità di oggi
The town of Massa Lubrense represents the tip of the Sorrento Peninsula. At the end of which there is the unspoiled nature of Punta Campanella, declared Protected Area and part of the WWF Heritage. There is an ancient Saracen watchtower overlooking Capri and the famous Ieranto Bay. Pass through the fishing villages Puolo, Termini and Nerano with their beaches and nightlife clubs. They also offer seafood restaurants located on the beaches where you can taste fresh fish and delicious dishes. The historical centre is quiet with nineteenth-century buildings and houses. In mythology, this is the Land of Sirens, and in ancient times there were fantastic creatures living in its waters.
  • We enjoyed our stay at Lisa's place. It was clean and a nice apartment in a good location central to all the attractions of Amalfi Coast, yet far enough away to be away from the most busy parts.

  • We had a fantastic week staying with Carlo and his family. The beautiful view from the terrace was enough to justify the five stars we are giving but Carlo makes this 5*+++. Nothing was too much trouble for him, from meeting us from the hydrofoil (the best way to arrive) to delicious breakfast every day, prepared by his wonderful mother, to helping with every aspect of our visit. If you plan to visit Sorrento, this is the best place to stay!

    Dave2016-05-10T00:00:00Z
  • We had our best Airbnb experience at Carlo's apartment. Even though the apartment is a bit away from the city centre (and has a climb), the outstanding views and Carlo's excellent hospitality makes it totally worth it. We enjoyed out stay and we were served excellent croissants and coffee each morning. Carlo's mom is very kind and their dog is adorable. Carlo is a star and is always willing to help and gave us pick ups and drops whenever we reached out for help after a tired day. He enoys helping his guests and is genuinely a Superhost.

  • I was just waiting to return from my Italy holiday and write a feedback for my stay at Carlo's apartment. To start with, I booked my stay seeing the wonderful reviews about Carlo's hospitality and his place and I could feel the same in my short stay in Sorrento, what a wonderful person :) He made our stay, a feel at home in addition to stunning views of sorrento (which might have made my friends jealous) :). I would refer his place over any star rating hotel. The only cons about the apartment was its location uphill with low frequency (every one hour) public transport but that is not at all a problem due to Carlos, who will be available for you to pick/drop by his private car that too with a big smile. He was like a Big brother to us, taking care of everything and let us enjoy the stay. All the best for his new expanding apartments and I recommend anybody to just stay and you will feel the real meaning of hospitality. Thanks to Carlos and his family :) Hope to see you again sometime :)

  • If you like lemons, hiking, cats and AMAZING views, this is THE place to stay in Sorrento. My wife and I have been on a monthlong honeymoon to Paris, Venice, Florence, and Cinque Terre, but the view from our front door every morning was the most incredible thing we've seen so far. Angela was a very gracious hostess who makes her own limoncello from her groves of lemon trees. Just from what we could tell, she also grows kiwis, apricots, olives, chickens, and figs, and about a dozen friendly outdoor cats patrol the farm. The location of the property is its best and worst feature. Like I said, the view is incredible, but it's also a little off the beaten path. It takes a little skilled driving to get to. There's also a steep cobblestone walking path that takes about 15 minutes to climb. There's also a bus that takes you right up to the property, but it only runs every hour and service stops at 7:00 PM. Taxis are very expensive in sorrento; it would cost you about €50 to get to the property from the center of town. Parking is easy at the property, but not as easy in the middle of sorrento. It's the perfect place to stay if you don't mind starting and ending your day with a little hike. My wife and I absolutely fell in love with this place.

    Alex2017-07-24T00:00:00Z
  • This place has great character. It is the perfect base for visiting Sorrento and the area. It sits in a small village above the town and gives a wonderful opportunity for relaxing, sitting on the terrace overlooking the town soaking in the sun. The view is very impressive. The apartment has all the necessary conveniences, a comfortable bed, strong air conditioning and wifi. I thoroughly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy a quiet base for visiting the town and the surrounding region.

    Gavin2017-08-07T00:00:00Z
  • Carlo and his family did the airbnb advertisement real. "Don't visit Sorrento live in Sorrento" . literally, they make us feel like at home. Carlos was extremely helpful and He was always available when we needed something. The home made breakfast was delicious and if you want to taste real Italian cuisine ask his mom to prepare dinner (with products that hey harvest from their gardens like tomatoes, eggplants, figs and olive oil); of course you have to pay for it although they don't wanted to charge for. The view from the apartment was gorgeous!. This is so far the best ever experience in our trip. We highly recommend his place

  • Carlo is a SUPERHOST ~ This is just a small word compared to the beautiful heart felt magical sweet kind loving gracious attentive host and family. I arrived in a horrible big rainstorm. Mama Angelina made me the best lunch. Pasta Vongole, local sausage and french fried potatoes .. it was delicious. Since it was raining the whole day, Mama Angelina brought me dinner too, best meatballs i ever had, eggplant stuffed with local cheese, fresh olive bread and a lovely lemon cake. I was truly welcomed and it was nice relaxing at the house in the rain with the best Italian foods. The property this home is on above Sorrento is beyond gorgeous and Magical. The views of Naples, Mt. Vesuvius and Pompeii are stunning. The views of Sorrento and Golfo di Napoli are heavenly. Carlo's home has olive trees, sorrento lemon trees, orange & clementine trees. There are chickens for fresh eggs in the morning, olive oil, the best you will ever taste, made by Carlo. Fruits and homemade breakfast goodies prepared by mama Angelina, so so good. Yummy espresso. The house has EVERYTHING you can think of, and more. The house is super clean, and very inviting to just stay in. Most comfy bed i slept on in Italia. Everything you need in the kitchen. Hairdryer, Iron, washer for your clothes. Indoor dining as well as outdoor dining. Lounge chairs, different areas to relax outdoors! Beautiful Rose Gardens and beautiful Roses in the Cottage. Carlo is available to take you to sorrento, pick you up! Too kind. There is a bus that comes back and forth from sorrento so its easy to get around. Also the stairs down into sorrento are easy and 15 minutes or less you are in Sorrento Centro. Love the stairs. They go by a very old tiny church that is about the cutest church ever. If you stay out late in Sorrento all you have to do is give Carlo 1 hour notice and he will happily with a smile pick you up and bring you back to your lovely cottage. As the bus last ride up the hill is at 7pm. First ride down in the morning is 7:30 am. However i highly recommend walking the stairs, so easy and views are delightful. Sadly i only stayed 4 nights, i am at the end of my holiday. I will come back next year for a few weeks to stay here. I hated to leave. I thank you Carlo, Angelina, sweet cats, for a memorable Italian experience. In my heart this most magical stay in Sorrento.•~*^*~•. Grazie Mille

    AMAZING VIEW SORRENTO
    149 reviews
3 BR, 3 BTR three levels Villa in a lush lemon garden, a beautiful courtyard amazing sea view and swimming pool The Villa has been refurbished with the help of an architect and furnished with modern design pieces. Old and modern effortlessly meet. Fully air-conditioned and very well equipped, it offers a number of communal spaces which help make the guest's stays enjoyable. We have just added a pool among the lemon trees for additional relax (the Pool will be shared with the Villa owners).
The space is truly beautiful; it has been refurbished with great care and with similar care it has been furnished. It maintains the charm of the old place it is but at the same time is fully modern and equipped to the highest standards. As it should be easily understandable from the many pictures available on the site, we have one room with a king bed, a second room with a queen bed, a third room with a single bed plus a bunk bed (perfect for the children) plus the attic which may easily be transformed in to a fourth bedroom with two single beds or with one double bed. The nice, cosy atmosphere of the courtyard, provide peace and rest after a long day out or on the beach in between the scented lemon trees in a typical Mediterranean setting. The new pool allows our guests to relax even more when back at the Villa after a long day out.
The gulf of Naples and the Bay of Sorrento with its lemon groves have been celebrated over the years by a number of poets, writers and travelers and for centuries was part of the "grand tour". Sorrento is now the main turist hub in the area, full of shops, restaurants and other facilities (including a large hospital) and is very often used as a base to travel across the region. Its climate is quite mild so that - despite being perceived as a summer destination - it is actually an all-year place with part of the main hotels, shops and restaurants closing down solely for less than two months each year (usually from the 7 of January to the 7 of March). Priora, where the Lemon Grove is located, is a small village 250 meters on the sea level (and therefore fresh also in the summer), with its little church, two simple restaurant and few houses. It is an quite place to rest after a busy day either touring around the area or at the sea.
  • Wonderful place. Wonderful host. The most wonderful way to spend time with family and friends and only a stone's throw from Sorrento. Rita was our host and was on hand for anything we needed throughout our trip. Rosalia cooked up a vegetarian feast which can't have been easy but it was truly delicious. If you stay here, be sure to climb up the steps next to the apartment and head to the restaurant which has a spectacular view of Vesuvius and the sea ... simply stunning. Loved it.

  • Wonderful retreat. Exceptional meal cook d and served by Rosalee.

    Karen2017-06-07T00:00:00Z
  • We were two couples staying at The Lemon Grove. As Airbnb hosts ourselves in San Francisco and France, we were really impressed by the hospitality of Tommaso and his team. The home is spectacular - a design masterpiece, beautiful yet functional and comfortable. Don't hesitate to have Rosalia to prepare a meal for you at the villa - a real treat and fantastic experience. Everything is extremely clean and there are nice touches throughout to welcome you - ribbons around your towels, fresh hydrangeas in vases in the house. The photos don't fully capture the absolute charm of the lemon groves you'll be surrounded by. There are incredible footpaths (steep!) leading to/from Sorrento .. 40 mins down, an hour up. Soul & Fish recommended for a fabulously sophisticated lunch at Marina Grande. Tommaso has left a wonderful guide at the house and we followed many of his suggestions, including a strenuous but gorgeous hike from Termini to Punta Campanella ... wow! Thanks, Tommaso - perfect!

    Tom2016-06-13T00:00:00Z
  • Tommaso was a great host. The house was exactly as described. He also sent a useful info sheet on the house straight after booking, and immediately put me in touch with his local host, Rita, who provided a lot of extra ideas. She organised transfers, and a great cook, Rosalia, who made us a great meal...we still hadn't finished the cake 3 days later!

    Linda 2015-10-30T00:00:00Z
  • The villa is newly renovated, with great views of the lemon grove and the sea. The addition of the pool was a treat on some very hot days. Luca and Rita were tremendously helpful in organizing our visit, excursions and transfers. The dinner by Rosalia is not to be missed! We would suggest arranging for some basic groceries to start your visit as we found limited options to buy snacks, drinks and breakfast nearby. Luca and Rita's restaurant recommendations were all terrific.

    Pam2017-06-30T00:00:00Z
  • We felt very welcome at the Lemongrove and had a brilliant week in Sorrento. Rita manages the property and we had emails prior to our arrival to check we had all the information required. On arrival we were met by Sonia, who helps to manage the property. She ran us through the villa details and local attractions around Sorrento. The listing was accurate and the pictures showed the beautifully designed villa well. There were 5 of us and we had lots of space to relax whether it be in the garden amongst the lemon trees, up on the roof terrace with amazing views or comfortable bedrooms. The villa has great facilities including a dishwasher and washer/dryer which helped immensely as a few of us arrived after travelling previously so it felt like home to be able to sort washing etc. Location suited us perfectly as we wanted a relaxed week. It was a 10/15 minute drive to Sorrento but only 5 minutes drive to S.Agata which we liked. I would definitely recommend renting a car. It was a perfect base for visiting Capri, Pompei and Amalfi. There was a little confusion with the sets of keys and we had to make sure the water temp was pretty high to get a hot shower but other than that all worked out fine. Overall I would highly recommend visiting and we were sad to leave this gorgeous hideaway in Italy. A great week had by all.

  • The Lemon Grove is set in an idyllic part of Sorrento, where you are surrounded by lush greenery combined with spectacular views of the coast. The grove itself not only boasts lemon trees, but also peach, hazelnut, kiwi and raspberries...that we discovered. It was a real pleasure to walk out into the grounds and pick fruits for breakfast. Anyone who lives in a city will welcome this true break away from the hustle and bustle. The villa itself is tastefully decorated and well equipped. What made the trip for us was the team in charge: Tomasso the owner was very friendly and communicative from the get go. Luca, who is your 'go to guy' is a very personable and likeable chap, who was extremely professional, helpful and tried to accommodate all our requests. The team includes a lovely chef, whom you can engage at the villa, as you wish. Highly recommended option, which we thoroughly enjoyed- even if it was a little decadent. The highlight of our trip was all thanks to the final member of the team- Captain Amedeo. Boasting a lovely 10 metre sailing boat, Amedeo allowed us to explore the Amalfi Coast at our leisure. An experienced and highly talented captain, he sailed us across to Capri Island, where we swam into the Blue Grotto after hours, ensuring that the experience was not ruined by hoards of tourists arriving on commercial boats. We had one full day out on the sea with Captain Amedeo, but in hindsight, we would have booked a minimum of two days and explored the coast on the luxury of our own sailing boat. And all for a very reasonable price. In short, if you are looking to visit this part of Italy, you would be well advised to stay at the Lemon Grove, where the team will ensure that your trip is memorable and luxurious on land and sea.

  • It was a fantastic experience from the very first minutes we have arrived, wonderful dinner cooked by Rosalia, very welcoming Luca, tastefully designed villa, equipped with everything you need, heartbreaking view from a top terrace and a lemon garden.

In a small town, 15/20 min far from Sorrento (one of the most beautiful towns of the Gulf of Naples) you'll find a white house with modern structure surrounded by a large garden.
ABOUT MY HOUSE: the house that you will share with my mother and my sister is very big and has been completely renovated 3 years ago. We have a dog in the garden, but never comes into the house! You'll have your own private room with double bed, minibar and internet access with Wi-Fi. You'll also have your private bathroom just in front of the room, with hairdryer and towels. Included in the price my mother will prepare you a rich breakfast, with tea, coffee (espresso or american), milk, bread, homemade marmalade, eggs & bacon. (BREAKFAST FROM 7.30am TO 10:00am) LUNCH & DINNER If you want to eat at home (lunch or dinner) the price is 20€ per person(wine included). And you can enjoy excellent Italian delights. Parking: on the street ABOUT THE AREA: In a paradise, suspended between the green of olive trees and the blue sea, you will be at the center of the most charming places of Sorrento. Sant'agata sui due golfi is famous for three things: the incredible view of the viewpoint, overlooking the two gulfs of Naples and Salerno, the picturesque fjord of Crapolla and the famous luxury restaurant Don Alfonso (2star michelin). Reach Sant'agata is quite simple: from Naples, you can take the Circumvesuviana (5 €) or hydrofoil which is faster but also more expensive! Once in Sorrento, take the bus that in 25 minutes will take you to Sant'Agata. My house is very close ( 200 m) to the bus station that connect Sant'agata as well as Sorrento, also to the beautiful beach of Marina del Cantone (in 20mins), Positano(in 40min) and Amalfi ( in 50min). From Sorrento you can easily reach the islands of Capri, Ischia and Procida and also the evocative ruins of Pompei and Ercolano LGBT friendly Families with children are welcomed If you have any questions, please, feel free to ask!
Sant'Agata is a small town with an optimal summer temperatures, in a strategic position to easily reach, either by car or by bus, all the amazing places of the Amalfi coast. (Capri, Ischia, Positano, Sorrento ...)
  • I had a great time with Fabrizia, her friend Delia, grandmother Marinella, sister, nephew and niece, friend Pasquale, marinelle's friend Rossa and so on. They were very warm and welcoming and I had some great experiences while staying with them. Sant'Agata is a great little village with some surprising finds. The girls know where to go, where to eat. I experienced much more of Italy by staying with them rather than at a hotel. Thank you so much and I wish you all the very best with your airbnb guests. Ciao Fabrizia!

    Michael2013-06-17T00:00:00Z
  • We arrived without prior notice from Sorrento after being a little lost as we had forgotten to bring Fabrizia's contact details. However, Fabrizia made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. The room is as described - a good size with good hanging space and the bathroom (across the corridor) is also a good size and for our exclusive use. Fabrizia is the main contact but she is assisted by her sister, Francesca, and her mother, Marinella, both of whom live in the house. Marinella prepared breakfast each morning and will provide an excellent dinner by agreement at extra cost. Sant'Agata is a really good location for visiting the Sorrento peninsula and the Gulfs of Naples and Salerno. We used local public transport to explore the area and found this reasonably inexpensive and efficient once we got used to the Italian way of queueing to get on! Sant'Agaga itself has plenty of eating and drinking places to provide choice for a week or two, which also avoids the scramble to get on the last bus back from Amalfi! We found our stay with Fabrizia and her family very enjoyable, and would recommend it.

    Jim2015-09-19T00:00:00Z
  • This is such a great place to stay if you want to go to Sorrento, Capri or the Amalfi Coast. The house is only a 5 minute walk to the bus which is very easy to use to get to where you want to go. Fabrizia and her mother were welcoming and nice hosts! We would definitely recommend staying here!

    Rachael2015-06-25T00:00:00Z
  • Our stay with Fabrizia and her mum was a true highlight of our time in Sorrento/Sant'Agata. The bedroom, the private bathroom, and their house is wonderful and spacious, and we loved our morning breakfast and talks with Fabrizia's mum. Sant'Agata is a great base for exploring Sorrento/Capri/Pompeii etc, as it is away from the tourist crowds but easily & quickly reached by the bus (which is just a couple minutes from the house). Highly recommend - for the beautiful home, location, and absolutely lovely family.

    Olivia2015-06-29T00:00:00Z
  • It is a great experience to stay in Fabrizia house and we go well with the family. Fabrizia's mother prepared delicious breakfast for us and shared the family story although we could not speak Italian, and then we had fun through communication of computer translation. The house is new, bright and clean. We cooked and enjoyed dinner in the kitchen and a small bar.Bus station and supermarket are near. Fabrizia's mother invited us to attend her son's birthday dinner, we experienced what is Italian style. Thanks a lot and we love the family.

    淑如2013-10-26T00:00:00Z
  • Fabrizia and her family are very nice. The home was definitely recently renovated and was very modern. Her mother was wonderful and cooked us breakfast 2 of the 3 mornings, which were both delicious. It was refreshing to have eggs! The 3rd morning, we slept in a bit, so she left out everything we needed to make breakfast for ourselves (including eggs and freshly baked bread), and as I am a cook, this was perfect as well! The town itself is small and tucked away high up in the hills. We had a car, and if you drive from Sorrento, it takes about 20 - 30 minutes, if not longer if you factor in the crazy traffic within sorrento. Once there, it is a nice little area. We found street parking for all the nights of our stay. Also, the bus stop is really close by that can drop you off near a beach which was nice. Would definitely recommend this private room if you have a car, using public transportation and cabs etc would be expensive/difficult. Thank you Fabrizia!

    Walter2014-08-27T00:00:00Z
  • Very nice place and great experience. I highly recommend staying there.

    Joey2017-08-14T00:00:00Z
  • Fabrizia's place was a really great base to explore Sorrento, Capri, Pompeii. We stayed there 2 nights..the house is really modern, with a comfy bed, a huge bathroom and plenty hot water. The best thing though was the really warm hospitality we received from her family especially her mother. She didn't speak much English and we didn't any Italian, but we still had lovely chats over breakfast and dinner. She always put in so much effort to give us hearty breakfasts before a long days outing and even treated us so some of the most delicious home made strawberry jam, pies and cakes I've ever had! The only con is that the Sita bus that connects their town of sant'agata to sorrento can be rather unpredictable...but hey that's Italy and we managed fine. Recommended.

A magical atmosphere encloses the exclusive apartment located in a Villa of 1800 surrounded by a big and fashinating citrus grove with centennnial olive trees. Infrared sauna, chromotherapy shower, terrace, parking, peaceful, stunning view on the Gulf of Sorrento and Naples, five minutes walk downtown. Taking a holiday at Villa Tozzoli House means a present towards oneself, staying in a unique, exclusive, almost enchanted place, which transmits timeless emotions, in direct contact with sea and nature, in strategic position to visit all the wonders of the coast and the gulf of Naples, all within short distances: Capri, Positano, Amalfi, Ieranto bay, Ravello, Vietri, Pompei, Ercolano, Ischia, Naples .... Villa Tozzoli House is located on the ground floor of the antique main house, the double entrance to the flat guarantees independence and privacy: as the access is possible both from the elegant hall and the lovely private patio of the apartment, perfectly safe because internal at the property. Villa Tozzoli House is made up of the wide entrance, the living room with a really comfortable and easy to use double sofa bed (the mattress is 19 cm thick) and equipped kitchenette, a bedroom with double bed (or two single beds, if required), two roomy bathrooms with big showers – one of whom has a modern infrared sauna and shower with chromotherapy. The building is conceived with oversized entrances and sliding doors for disabled people. The apartment was refurbished with a modern vision, always respecting and promoting its original structure and tone by bringing out some characteristics like exposed bearing walls of Sorrento tuff. All the rooms have Wi-Fi access, hot/cold air conditioning, fly screens, and satellite TV. The free parking is available inside the property for a car/suv, motorbike or bike. Villa Tozzoli House is equipped with electronic lock, safe, gas and smoke detectors, first-aid kit and extinguisher, in order to ensure comfort and safety, according to standard.

  • This place is incredible and well priced for its location. It is a hidden jem in Sorrento and definitely worth booking if you can.

  • We had a lovely time at Villa Tozzoli. The place looked and felt like it had history but with very new modern amenities. The view from the cliffs was breathtaking. Very clean, bright. Helga was very easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend.

  • Beautiful setting. Balcony overlooking sea. Convenient location. Helpful host.

    Gregory2017-06-29T00:00:00Z
  • Helga's place is clean, in a great location: a 10 minute walk to the beach in one direction and a 10 minute walk to town in the other direction. It was quiet, Helga was super responsive, and the whole apartment had beautiful touches. For example, the gorgeous sinks in the bathroom, the towel warmer, the hidden fridge and the easy pull out bed. No expense was spared when this place was modernized. The view of the sunset from the terrace was breathtaking. We'd love to stay there again.

    Ann Marie2016-08-03T00:00:00Z
  • Our experience in Sorrento at Helga's place was absolutely wonderful. The place is exactly as described .... only better. The lemon grove and view of the bay of Naples are heavenly. The place itself has all the amenities and space for a comfortable retreat. It is very comfortable. We were 2 people and the king size bed was very comfortable. Helga is the perfect host .... she got us acquainted with the apartment and the surrounding area. She was always available for whatever questions came up. Thank you Helga .... Grazie Mille. And we hope to see you again. Ciao!

  • We visited Sorrento for 3 days and had the most wonderful experience in Helga's house. It is beautifully decorated with very modern amenities. The house is a short walk from shops and restaurants and only a 15 min walk from the centre of Sorrento. Helga was incredibly helpful and kept in touch throughout the holiday. We arrived extremely late and she was there to show us around and gave us a couple of drinks after a long drive!! I can't recommend this place enough - I will certainly go back when I'm next in Sorrento. Thank you so much again Helga!!!

  • Convienent, very quiet, restful location in Sorrento. Restaurant 5 minute walk, grocery stores 10 min, and port of Sorennto 20 min. Bus/train is a 15-20 min walk. Pictureque view overlooking the Gulf of Naples after passing through the orange/lemon grove.

Casa Sorrentina is located in the heart of the historical center of Sorrento where you can feel the authentic soul of this wonderful city. The house is only few meters away both from the main restaurants, shops and bars and from Marina Grande with the beach and several typical taverns. Furthermore at about 100 meters you can reach by lift Marina Piccola (the port) and take ferries to Capri, Ischia, Positano, Naples. This cozy apartment has been recently refurbished in classical Sorrento style.
The apartment is very quiet and bright and consists of an entrance, a kitchen with three large windows, a living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms. The apartment is located on the 1st floor (only few stairs) and is equipped with all comforts: Wi-Fi, air-conditioned (hot and cool), washing machine and there is also a little terrace outside with table and chairs for your exclusive use (but it is of passage, since it is along the staircase). Casa Sorrentina is ideal for those people who want to spend their holidays in Sorrento, since it offers all necessary facilities and considering the vicinity with all the main attractions, services, public transport (ferries, trains, buses) and the town center.
    Central, quiet, near the sea
  • Monica's apartment is fantastic. It is spotlessly clean and well kept and very safe in a gated courtyard. It is in a fantastic location. It is within easy walking distance of the sea, shops and restaurants and the train station - which made getting to Pompeii, Herculaneum and Naples really easy. Check in was really smooth - Alfredo met us to give us the keys and show us round. He was very helpful and friendly. Communication with Monica was effortless. She is a fantastic host with a great apartment.

    Jean2017-07-29T00:00:00Z
  • Enjoyed our stay very much close to lovely restaurants and shops. Would have been nice to have furniture on the balcony as the pictures showed we were a group of five and it wasn't quite big enough as we used the couch as a bed which left no where to sit

    Annie2017-07-20T00:00:00Z
  • The place is really well located just a short walk to ferries to the Amalfi cost, a local beach and the city of Sorrento. We thought that the location was excellent. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, really well appointed and very comfortable especially in the very hot summer. Monica has ensured that everything that is needed for a family is there in the apartment and our stay was really comfortable and happy as a result It's a great place to spend a lovely vacation

  • This Sorrento flat was so clean, happy, amazingly close to everything upland and to the water. The hostess, Monica, was amazingly communicative. Lara was so helpful and joyful. I would highly recommend this flat for your Sorrento holiday! The flat was well equipped--gas stove, small appliances (everything you need for breakfast and preparing meals.)

  • Quaint spot that is amazing for a couple to stay in. We were on our honeymoon and it was perfect - private, beautiful grounds and an apartment with all you could need. And the host picked us up from the train station which was incredibly nice and helpful - just a very friendly host to make our stay as good as possible.

  • Massimiliano was the perfect host. 10/10! Not only was the space perfect and the view idyllic but he went above and beyond, offering us rides to and from the town center, bus station, Porto, etc. He and his home was incredible!

  • Just an incredible place and hospitality all around. If you are planning to visit Sorrento I can't recommend this place enough. Massimiliano is a fantastic host. Also made it extremely easy to get around offering to pick me up and drop me off whenever need. A quick message or phone call and prompt reply all the time! I would undoubtedly stay here again. Close to downtown and port area.

  • We LOVED this beautiful relaxing villa in the middle of orange and lemon groves. The photos do not do justice to the property or scenery. It is just breath taking. I was looking for a real Italian villa and this place made my dream come true! If you are looking for a relaxing Italian home and want to experience living in a Grove, then this is your place. You cannot get more sorrento than this fantastic villa. Waking up to the beautiful sunrise and watching the red sun go down with mount vesuvius and the sea in your direct view! On top of that you are surrounded by lemon, orange, fig, olive trees amd vines. What else can you ask for? Isn't this just pure Italy? For us it was heaven! The owners are just gold! We met Marino on arrival. Prior to that communication was super. We were even offered a free pick up car on arrival. Marino kindly adjusted to our arrival time as we arrived earlier. He came and picked us up and drove us to the villa. He offered his car service all through out our stay. We were so humbled by his kindness. He really went out of his way to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. We are very grateful for that. The villa itself was equipped with all the amenities you want: from dry and tinned produce to teas and coffee. It had everything!! The villa is very clean. You are provided with towels and Toiletries. There is a balcony with table and chairs. There is also a beautiful table made out of rock for a lovely outside siting area. There are two sunbeds. The villa is approximately 30mins walk from the sorrento centre/train station. If you are going to walk then ask Marino about the walking path, which is situated 2mins to the north of the villa. We live walking on holiday as you get to explore the area much better. The walking path is just a beautiful cobbled narrow Road with some steps. It is very much a country walk (up hill and down hill) and you get to see the actual sorrento away from all that tourist fuss. This walk was pleasant for us. But if you are not a walker then don't worry - the owners will take care of you one way or another. They are a true host! Marino also gave us tips on where to eat. The restaurants in the centre are just tourist traps and not as good. There are few restaurants on the same road as the villa, which are really good. In fact Marino recommended Tirabudció which is about 10mins walk from the villa (but they offer a free car) - the food was fresh and really amazing. Definitely recommend it. Marino also recommend another restaurant by the harbour and again fanatics fresh fish and seafood. Also if you decide to cool down with a nice beer then go to la bottega Della...

    Neda2017-07-14T00:00:00Z
  • There are so many amazing things to say about this place - I actually never wanted to leave! The city of Sorrento is very cute, but the Villa Beatrice is absolutely stunning! Marino (Massimiliano's brother) was my host and went above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect. He helped me with recommendations, reservations, transportation, food, everything! I was traveling solo and this was a perfect place - it would also be great for a couple because it is so quiet and very romantic! The apartment has a private patio, access to a deck with hammocks for sunbathing (or reading), wi-fi, a small kitchen, comfortable bed and private bath. The property is so much better than the photos show. And what you can't really see from the posting is the experience; like waking in the morning to the sound birds chirping, seeing striking views of the ocean and My. Vesuvius every time you open your door, hiking around the property to discover the lemon and olive trees, breathing in the fresh ocean air, and a private view of the most incredible sunset I've ever seen - right from the villa. Everywhere I go, I love to get out and explore, but I really didn't want to stray too far from the property because it was so beautiful and comfortable. If you are looking to be central in Sorrento, this may not be the place for you (although Marino will help transport you), but if you are looking for a beautiful, peaceful and authentic experience - book this apartment! I will be back for sure!

    Jessica2017-06-16T00:00:00Z
  • Beautiful clean room! Massimiliano had everything you could need available and he is great at communicating and checking in with you. The view is one of the best I've seen in Sorrento! Make sure to watch the sunset from the patio. I recommend coming by car or taxi from town... otherwise it is about a 25-30 minute walk. I would definitely stay here again. ❤️

    Lauren 2017-06-22T00:00:00Z
  • This place was amazing! The host picked us up from the train station drove us to the place, waited for us to change, and drove us to a scooter rental place. The service he provided was excellent, and he gave us great night life and food recommendations. The place was clean and provided all the essentials. There was even stuff to make pasta if you desired. Over all this place was beautiful and a must stay! I would definitely return.

Confortable apartment on the interior of a typical Sorrentine villa within walking distance from the center of Sorrento, the harbor and the station, surrounded by a flower garden with a swimming pool, free parking and free Wi-Fi, a barbecue area and a wood stove.
The apartment Rosa is formed by the union of two smaller apartments (the apartment Rosso and Bianco apartment), which are located on the interior of a typical Sorrentine villa, built with tufa stone and recently renovated. The whole property is located in the center of Sorrento, in the heart of Sorrento Peninsula, a few minutes walk from the resort, the main shopping streets, the charming old town full of bars and restaurants, and from the train station and bus station Sorrento. That's why the Rose apartment is ideal for families and people who want to explore the area and enjoy the beautiful sea without having to use the car. The villa is surrounded by a lush garden full of citrus trees and flowers and is the ideal place to relax during the beautiful long summer days
Staying in Apartment Rosa - practically in the center of Sorrento - you do not need a car to move around, but if you have one, we have a free and secure parking inside of our property. Just 100 meters away you will find shops, supermarkets, restaurants and pizzerias. The main bus stop is in Piazza Tasso - 700 meters away from the apartment Rosa and the railway station - is about 800 meters. In about 20 minutes walking you can reach the beaches of Sorrento.
  • We have booked through Airbnb nine times and the hosts Ferdinando, Natalie and Svetlana were the nicest, most gracious, and totally accommodating of any I have ever met! Additionally, Natalie was kind enough to drive us to wherever we needed to go in Sorrento - and most often she picked us up as well! The garden is beautiful! Note that there is a very steep driveway to drive or walk up if you have difficulties walking, and while they are in the center of Sorrento, they are not in the downtown center where all the action is. It is the perfect spot for families with children - the furnishings are more for durability than lounging. Thank you again Natalie for your care and assistance!

  • Property was fabulous, staff were very helpful and we loved we got a visit from their fluffy white pet rabbit each morning. property was quite large and bedrooms very spacious. There was enough secure parking in driveway for two cars and a 10 minute walk to the centre of Sorrento. Perfect position to stay. Overall loved every part of the stay and would definitely recommend and return one day.

  • Natalie was an excellent host. She helped us with bookings and other requests. The apartment was large with plenty of room for us to spread out, inside and out. We were able to cook and have a few evening meals outside to enjoy the warmer evenings. The location was convenient for the town centre, the port, the train and bus station. We had a pleasent stay with plenty to do. Sorrento and the Amalfi coast is a beautiful place to visit

    Danielle2017-09-22T00:00:00Z
  • Communication was excellent for booking purposes as well as before and during our stay. Our hosts live just upstairs and cheerfully made themselves available for all large and small things we needed for our entire stay. The villa had all amenities for a group of six (we liked the kettle, coffee maker, and new washing machine) and we appreciated having the outdoor patio area for our exclusive use. Bed linens and towels were of good quality, the bathrooms were well appointed, and the villa was very clean. At the end of our trip, we stayed one night in the Tower (the BnB) and highly recommend it. Lovely view of Sorrento from the balcony! There is a bit of a walk up a paved road in order to get to and from the villa and Sorrento Centre, so comfortable shoes and caution are a must. This is the perfect base for a larger group to explore Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast. Big thank you to Nathalie for her kindness, and to the Apartmento Rosa team for being super-hosts!!

  • What a fantastic host, clean and comfortable place to stay in Sorrento. Natali was an exceptional host, always responsive to any and all our needs. This was a very far cry from Maria at Casa Mare in Priano who was a nightmare host we stayed at before we found Natali in Sorrento. Stay far away from any property hosted by Maria. They actually cut off all running water at 8pm without notice and tried to lie and tell us it was normal for Priano. Instead, stay at jewels like aparmento rosa. At first, this place looked far from the center of Sorrento, but turned out to be only a 5-10 min walk from everything. Best part was the cleanliness of the place and the Super nice host Natali, that went out of her way to arrange any excursions we needed. Thank you for a relaxing stay in your wonderful home.

  • For our first visit to the area, we were not sure where to go or what to do..... This villa was a PERFECT fit for our families and we enjoyed the location and the owners! Easy to get to, close to train station and ferry, walkable, good recommendations, and we only wish we had more time. The owners are lovely and very helpful!

The apartment is located on the hill-side of one of the most beautyfull hills of the Sorrentine Peninsula, it stands 400 meters above sea level between the whole natural vegetation of the Mediterranean scrubland, it has a separate access and it's made up by a bedroom, kitchen/diner and it's own bathroom. The apartment has got all the dishes you need for cooking, wi-fi and a washing machine. Outside the house you can appreciate a patio with a beautyfull terrace form where you can enjoy a breath-taking panoramic view of the Sorrentine hills which end in the blu sea of Naples' and Salerno's gulfs, of the islands of Capri, Ischia and Procida and a particular view of the San Costanzo mountain with its characteristic little church. The guests can enjoy the terrace to relax or to read a good book. Outside the Mansion, there is a wide free parking accessible from the main road through a private alley.
Nearby the apartment there are a lot of different food markets and shops that you can easely reach on feet as well as bus stops which connect the area to the main points of interest. Moreover in the small town of Sant'Agata (only 1km far) you could find pharmacies, restaurants and pizzerias. The entire area is also perfect for the ones who love trekking and the clean blu mediterranean sea too; in fact if you want, in few minutes, you can find lot of characteristic and panoramic paths, beaches and turistic points from where organize boath excursions; from the apartment it's also very easy to reach the city of Sorrento (with its beaches), Amalfitan coast, Positano, Praiano, Amalfi, the famous emerald cave and Ravello. Public tranports (included a bus form the airport of Capodichino to Sorrento) can also allow you to visit Naples and its museums, the incredible excavations of Pompei and Ercolano and the Islands of the Naples'gulf.
  • Franco is super helpful and welcoming - makes his house feel like your own. The property is exactly as described, clean and with all the supplies you need. The view is even better than the photos. Franco recommended a great restaurant in Sant'Agata (1.2km away) where we had a delicious meal. There is also a "convenience" store and deli right at the end of the road. WARNING FOR THOSE WITHOUT CARS: The bus stop is close, but it runs VERY in frequently. The latest bus home is at 9pm and a taxi is over 50€. Returning back from Sorrento we waited 1.5-2.5 hours for a bus each time. The ride is ~35mins. You also have to purchase tickets at the train station. You CANNOT pay on the bus (S.Agata via Massa). The drivers will not accept cash so make sure you grab a bunch at the main station in Sorrento before you leave or they won't pick you up. If you're like us and arrive by ferry you have to first take a bus up from Marina Piccola to the train station. It is walkable but with luggage in the heat it would not be advisable.

  • Be sure to have an accurate map prepared before arrival as its tricky to find. Once you turn off the main road, it's 200m on and then turn right uphill into his driveway. The place was great, lovely views, spacious inside and outside, Luca's dad Franco was there to look after us, he was really friendly and hospitable, using his translator app to communicate with us. Showed us all around the place, he was very proud! Homemade alcoholic drink and jams were offered to us! It's basically a large condo and he and his wife sleep in one area, the rest is separated for guests, so you get your own room, bathroom, kitchen, washing machine etc. Would definitely recommend especially if you have a car as the walk into town is about 25 mins and no pavement in lots of places. With some crazy Italian drivers.

  • We've travelled to many airbnbs around the world and this would be one of our favourite Besides the beautiful view , great terrace , good size apartment , very family friendly and quietness ...Franco was an excellent host always making sure we had everything. Fridge was stocked with complimentary eggs , milk , homemade jams , etc Even two night he BBQ our meats ! We got to meet his wonderful family . His grand daughter took the time to even play with our 23 month old . It was nice to find a place that was budget and family friendly We recommend it highly !

  • Luca was very quick and easy to correspond with prior to arrival. Our goal was to spend time in Sorrento and Amalfi Coast but we wanted to do it based with the locals in the area. Spending time out on the beautiful patio watching the gorgeous sunsets and time with Luca's parents, Franco and Lia and talking about their life with his niece and her Dad made the trip so very special. Franco shared a passion of his with us while we talked about his mineral collection, it was so heartwarming. The apartment is clean and cozy. We had the bus driver coming back from Positano drop us off right by the arch leading to Luca's home. We stopped in the store, bought a bottle of local wind and walked 5 minutes up to the villa. Even when (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) translate wasn't working correctly we were still able to communicate pretty easily. Everything was great and the family really made it authentic. Franco was the sweetest host and we would love to go back and stay with them again!

  • We were welcomed to our apartment by Franko (Luca's dad). The man made us feel so incredibly welcome and although he respected our privacy, he made sure we were always taken care of whether it be through answering all our questions or providing us with delicious treats from his garden. He is a man who takes pride in his home, his region, his family, and in hosting. Incredible person. Franco's wife was a true sweetheart. Although we didn't understand each other through words, her smiles and gestures said it all. The beautiful property is on an acerage with an awesome view of the rural region and sea. The sunsets were breath taking. It is a 20min walk from Santa Agata where you can catch all buses. I would strongly suggest Positano for its views and beaches. It is about 12km away and has boats to Capri. Santa Agata has plenty of wonderful food options. Thank you Franco for everything! Your home made liqueur was incredible!

  • The host Franco was great. He is a a very pleasent man and made us feel vey comfortable. He met us when we arrived and was available for anything we needed throughout our stay. He was both very helpfull and gave us our privacy. He gave us full explanation about the area and where to visit. His daughter and son in law living above were also very nice. The appartment is as shown in the site. It is simple and has everything one needs. ther were basic things for cooking and some thing for breakfast. It is well heated in cold weather. The bed is very comfortable. The district is off center and some 20 min drive from Sorento and requires traveling with a car through very narrow roads. There is a convinient bus station near by and food stores. It's advantages is that it is quiet and relaxing. The views from the balcony are magnificent.

  • We really loved this place and the family! The apartment is well located, clean and there is an amazing view, i would say it is much better than the photos show… We came late on the first day, and Franco, Luca's father, gave us detailed tips about how to get there and warmly welcomed us. It is really nice experience staying here. Franco offered us great homemade food and biological grapes, which are really great. And of course, He offered all the information and help we needed...If i have chance i will come again. ... In addition there is very nice traditional Italy food near the apartment, just several minutes' walk, and we always went there for dinner. I highly recommend you to stay there. Thanks again to Franco and the family, it was a real pleasure to staying here for a couple of days.

  • Franco was a very kind host– he provided us with information about the area, stopped by to bring us fruit and herbs from his garden every day, and made himself available if we had any questions. The house is located just a short walk away from a bus stop where you can take a bus to the Sorrento train station to get to Amalfi (a couple hours on a pretty packed bus, might be worth looking into taking a ferry) or Pompeii (~half an hour on the express train, definitely recommended as a form of transportation). The best part of the house is the sweeping view of the area you'll have from the terrace. Additionally, Luca was helpful with our questions prior to our arrival and very prompt in his responses. Thank you again!

Room in our flat, second floor, with a breath-taking panorama of the gulf of Naples. It is situated in the hills of Sorrento, it is possible to go to the center in 10 minutes with the car or a scooter and the flat is closest the bus stop and it is closest to a lovely walking trail to Sorrento (15 minutes walking). My house is appropriate for couple, single traveller and also for job traveller. So it's perfect to relax and to enjoy the holidays in Sorrento.
Appartamento ampio e luminoso con un bellissimo panorama dell'intero golfo di Napoli.
Priora is a small and quiet village in the hills of Sorrento. The center of Sorrento is about 3 kilometers aways, this is connected with Priora between autobus or a nice track.
  • I had a great night in Sorrento- the room was beautiful, in particular the view from the balcony over the bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius. My hosts were very kind and helpful: picked me up from the station, took me down into sorrento when it was raining (otherwise a 20 minute walk) and gave me a delicious breakfast! Highly recommended!

    Tom2016-09-20T00:00:00Z
  • We had a wonderful stay in Antonino's home in Priora. He picked us up from the train station in sorrento and was very helpful in guiding us around, helping us how to get everywhere. His families house is beautiful, with a perfect view of sorrento from your private balcony. It's very clean. We had a lot of privacy, but could always reach Antonino for questions. The house is in priora, which was nice cause it's more quiet than sorrento and frequent busses leave from either priora (5 min walk, though rather steep) or 2 hourly from his doorstep to sorrento. Busses to amalfi coast also leave from priora. Definately worth recommending!

  • Fantastic accommodation and hospitable welcome from Antonio and Rosa. Breakfast each morning was a real treat thanks to Rosa's wonderful home made cake. The accommodation has outstanding views over to Mount Vesuvius, Sorrento and The Bay of Naples. Highly recommended.

    Eric2017-03-17T00:00:00Z
  • The view is amazing ! We were welcome by Antonino s parents, they are the nicest persons ! They even picked us from the station ! We had a good time. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful but not so easy to reach without a car and with luggage

    Celine2017-04-30T00:00:00Z
  • The room was absolutely beautiful. It was spacious and sparkling clean with an amazing wrap-around balcony offering a beautiful view of the Gulf of Naples and Sorrento. It is in a very peaceful, quiet location, surrounded by lemon trees and wildflowers, with easy (and cheap) bus access to town. Antonino's parents, Rosa and Roberto, were wonderful hosts. They were both very kind and generous and provided a wealth of information about the area and how to get around by bus. They went out of their way to be helpful. Despite my limited Italian and their limited English, we were able to communicate well and had some fun doing so! Staying here was a wonderful experience-loved every minute of it! I plan to return!

    Jessica2017-06-05T00:00:00Z
  • Stunning house with stunning views! Would recommend to any couples. Would definitely advise renting a vehicle though, as the walking route is very very steep on return trip, and taxis really are crazily expensive!!

    Jack2017-09-07T00:00:00Z
  • If you are staying in Sorrento you have to stay here!! My husband and I were treated like family by Antonio's wonderful parents. I have never felt so welcome anywhere I have traveled in the world. The house itself is breathtaking!! The view of Vesuvius from your room will make you gasp no matter how many times you look. And the private balcony offers even more views over lovely Sorrento. There is a path that runs below the house that will take you right into Sorrento so you don't need to drive. We had the best time of our entire trip to Italy right here at Antonio's flat. I cannot say enough good things and wish there were a rating higher than 5 stars!

    Dawn2016-10-30T00:00:00Z
  • This was the best air bnb I have had so far. Antonino is a great host, a good laugh, and made us feel very welcome in his home. The room was large and immaculately clean, with one of the best views in Sorrento, looking right across the bay of Naples. There is a nice pub just down the road which was full of friendly locals. I would definitely recommend staying here and would definitely choose to stay here again.

La Casetta di Nanà is a little corner of paradise where comfort and relaxation are the key words of a pure unique holiday. Situated above sea level only a few kilometers from Sorrento, it enjoys a strategic position. La Casetta di Nanà is in a residential park, called Riviera di San Montano, a green oasis, 1.5 km away from the center of Massa Lubrense and 4 km from Sorrento city centre. Accessible by car and scooter, with free parking inside the park, or by bus; the bus stops are: on the top of the private road, that lead to the house (500m from the house) and at the port of Massa Lubrense (Marina della Lobra 10'on foot). A 50 step staircase leads to the pebble beach, on which is the entrance of the lovely little house. Here the gaze is lost in the immensity of the sky, which seems to go down to kiss the sea. As you can see from the photos, the view is breathtaking: Capri, Ischia, Procida and Naples with Mount Vesuvius appear in front of you... closer to the shore, the well-known Vervece rock. The fishermen’s village of Marina della Lobra is within walking distance from the beach, where you can find: bars, restaurants, pizza restaurats, a minimarket, a tobacconist and two discos on the beach. The distance is about 600m, which is a leisurely stroll or an opportunity to play sports on the frontwalk, called "Blue Mile" La Casetta di Nanà can comfortably accommodate two people with extra bed ( on a large sofa bed) and a cot on request; It's made of: - Living room / kitchen, in which are: 1 sofa bed, TV, fridge / freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, pots and all necessary utensils - Bathroom (height 1.80 m) with shower and hair dryer; - Double bedroom. The house is air conditioned (hot / cold). A set of towels is available for each guest. Free facilities are: beach chairs, umbrella and beach towel that can be conveniently arranged on the public beach in front of the house, reachable via a few steps inside the house.
The town of Massa Lubrense, in a dominant position, occupies the extreme part of the Sorrento Peninsula. Protruding into the Tyrrhenian Sea, almost touching the island of Capri, is a watershed between the gulfs of Naples and Salerno. Located between Sorrento, Capri and Positano, but less known than these, Massa Lubrense, retains its secluded nature and preserves flavors and ideas that have disappeared elsewhere, for example: small agricultural hamlets, the fishing villages, such as the aforementioned Marina della Lobra, walking distance from the Casetta di Nanà, and from where you can rent boats for trip and/or reach Capri, Positano and Nerano. Boasting 20 km of coastline from the Gulf of Naples and from Salerno, Massa Lubrense has pristine beaches and bays on both sides. The coast is protected by the establishment of the Marine Protected Area of Punta Campanella, and, since 2008, Massa Lubrense has obtained the annual prestigious Blue Flag, thanks to its clear blue waters. It is a natural oasis with many walking trails among ancient farmhouses, archaeological areas, towers, Mediterranean scrub and breathtaking views. More than 100 km of trails run through the length and breadth of the entire territory touching all the 18 villages.
  • It was one of the cleanest apartments we have ever been to. Also, the setting is unreal, the flat is right on the sea, and through a window, from almost any position in the apartment you can see the beautiful blue. The apartment is part of a complex of houses and apartments that slope down the steep hill onto a private beach, and it is beautifully quiet while being 5 minutes away from bustling Sorrento. We liked the fact that we could park our car close to the apartment and enjoy the views after spending time in busy towns on Amalfi coast. The car is necessary because it is very unlikely you will make it on foot to the top of the hill where the buses pass. Not even 5 minutes away on foot, there is small fishing village where you could find a restaurant and a cafe, although in season. Arianna was an excellent host, she really tried to fulfill all the requirements we had and we strongly recommend this accommodation. Just one caution - there is about 60 steps going from the apartment to the car parking level, so you need to be capable of climbing. On the bright side, the backdrop of sea and crashing waves while you ardor get this is memorable.

    Biljana2017-03-02T00:00:00Z
  • If you are considering staying in San Montano you must book this place! Arianna went above and beyond our entire trip to communicate with us, make sure we felt safe and comfortable, she and her mother even picked us up when we arrived. There was also wine waiting in the fridge for us. This rental is adorable, very clean, and right on the water. You can't beat the neighborhood. If you take the boardwalk right out front about a 10 minute walk you arrive at a quaint sea town with restaurants that are tasty, good value, and very friendly to non-locals. We would definitely stay here again!

    Christopher2016-10-15T00:00:00Z
  • We stayed at Casetta di Nana for 5 nights at the end of August and we had the best time! On the day of arrival we received very detailed travel instructions from Arianna, the photographs she sent along with the text were very helpful. Arianna and her mum were waiting for us and helped us with parking and unloading the car. As everyone else has already mentioned, the stairs from the street to the Casetta are very steep! The Casetta was very clean and very well equipped with coffee, tea, jam and lots of plates, pots and pans etc... a real home away from home! it was also comforting to know that Arianna was always just a text message away. Check out was also very straight forward. Arianna also helped us with booking a trip to Capri. We enjoyed it all so much that we have already recommended the Casetta to our friends!

    Veerle2017-09-02T00:00:00Z
  • Arianna went out of her way to make us feel at home in their VERY well furnished and equipped condo. There are many great books in the condo with information on local historical sites and attractions. If you need a clean condo with beautiful and functional fittings and furniture in a very unique setting, then look no further - this is the one for you.

    Nick2017-10-29T00:00:00Z
  • Arianna went above and beyond to make our visit wonderful. The accommodations are exactly as pictured. We fell asleep to the sound of the waves every night. Everything you need from laundry to cooking to first aid is at your disposal. The walk along the water is an easy 10 minutes, and it will get you to a bus stop, two fantastic restaurants, and a tabbachi which is stocked with basics like snacks, beer and local wine, and some health and beauty supplies. Simone at the tabbachi, Angelo and his daughters at Angelos, and the proprietress at Michaele's are all incredibly welcoming. You have no need to leave the area unless you wish; if you wish to do so, transportation is easy. At night, the bus only stops in the square, but if you are savvy enough to ring the bell at the Via Partenope 19 stop (top of the hill, 15 minute walk downhill), they will let you off there. Don't use this stop to leave unless you have to as the uphill climb is much more taxing than walking along the water to the port bus stop. Arianna was in constant contact, always available when needed, and even had a Birthday cake waiting for me! She arranged to pick up and drop off us at the Sorrento train station, and she took extra care (even providing first aid supplies) when she learned my travelling companion had been injured while we were in Rome before arriving. The train from Naples has quite a reputation on the Internet, but we had no trouble with it. It is a local train, no different from a NYC subway or the Chicago L. Arrianna, Masa Lubrense, and the kindness of the people here (the local fishermen even invited us to join them on their coffee break) made Cassetta di Nana the highlight of our 23 days in Italy. We are already talking about returning. Best Airbnb experience yet!

  • Very nice place, well equipated, very clean, nice people, quiet and spectaculars views... I would like to be there months...

  • Arianna & her mother are excellent hosts. Very kind & helpful. Arianna kept in contact with us to make sure everything was going well or needed anything. She helped me plan out that part of our trip before going so everything would go smoothly. Her apartment was very clean & very pretty. Perfect place to relax. Located right in the sea. You can leave the window open & hear the waves crashing all day & night. It is located close to Sorrento so touring the area is very easy. I do recommend renting a scooter to go up and down the hill to get to the apartment. I highly recommend this location.

  • The apartment was very clean and comfortable and the location was perfect. Rosmaria kindly left a little welcome packet of croissants, yoghurts and milk which was much appreciated. There was also soap and shampoo which is a nice touch for an Airbnb. Strong air conditioning was greatly appreciated!!!

  • Early arrival and yet Rosamaria was very accomodating. Bigger than expected. Air conditioning worked very well, which was very much appreciated with the hot weather. Beds were very comfortable, despite appearances. Perfectly located, right downtown. Thank you for hosting us!

  • The host is a very kind host who responds quickly to messages. One of the nicest on air bnb. The place itself is a separate tiny apartment with its own front door, kitchen/sofa bed/tv and extra fold away bed and bathroom. The host lives in the apartment next door. So you really do have the place to yourself. The place is in a great location. On the Main Street but still at night quiet that you can sleep. From the ferry point its about a 10minute walk of which 5 is uphill. If you have a lot of luggage you may want to grab a taxi. All in all a great host, great location, great room.

  • Apartment is perfectly located. It feels bigger than the photos might suggest and is well equipped. Only problem we had was when we ran more than a couple of appliances at once and blew the breaker. Not a big deal though. Rosamaria is a great host and provided us with some breakfast food for our stay. She was available within minutes to address the electrical issues which was much appreciated. Apartment was clean.

When we arrive we found out it was a bottle of wine, some Italian pasta and also water and beer in the refrigerator! • Our stay in Sorrento was fabulous from start to finish. We arrived late in the day after our travel was delayed and Giuseppe welcomed us to the home. He had a bottle of Prosecco, fresh fruit and pasta with local sauce for us in the apartment. It was very clean and had plenty of space for our whole group. The balcony wrapped around the entire exterior of the home and had views of the ocean and lemon grove across the street. We didn't have plans set but his recommendations were incredible, they helped guide us everyday. It was an incredible way to find the local spots and we enjoyed every minute. I highly recommend this spot!

  • We are a family of 6. We stayed at the apartment at the hight of the tourist season. The place was in better shape and looked better than what we expected, based on the picture. It was fully equipped, squeaky clean and beautifully furnished. The location is very convenient. It is literally a short walk away from all the attractions, yet on a quite side street. There is ample shopping, grocery, cafe and laundry within a very short walk (same street, practically). Excellent sunset views over Sorrento bay. Giuseppe was an exemplary host. He was very helpful with tips and recommendations, very accessible and responsive. We loved all his recommendations about food, getting around, parking and more. We had a great time and I can only wish that all my experiences using Airbnb would end up that way. Thank you Giuseppe, hope to see you some time again!

  • The apartment was even better then expected; spacious, spotlessly clean, stunning views and had everything we could have needed. We had more than enough room for 4 people to relax, spending a lot of time on the HUGE balcony with the most gorgeous view and sunset! Giuseppe was very friendly and welcoming. He had left us some pasta and sauce which was a lovely touch and was he very responsive to any messages or requests (bin bags were needed and these were replaced almost instantly!). The location was perfect too, a couple of minuets walk to the centre and the train station. There were lots of amazing restaurants and shops near by! We all felt extremely safe in the area; the only thing to note is that you can hear the Vespa's and mopeds coming and going late at night however after a long day exploring this didn't bother us one little bit. Thank you so much- we didn't want to leave!!

  • Just back from an amazing 3 day break to Sorrento. Our new favourite place in the world! Giuseppe was an absolutely top class host, he was there when we arrived and showed us around the apartment and advised us on restaurants and day trips etc. The apartment itself is beautiful with a balcony surrounding the whole floor so outstanding views from each room. The interior was spotless with lovely furnishings throughout. It was in a great location close to the centre and the port. Giuseppe helped us out with a boat trip to Capri as we tried and everything was fully booked. One phone call and all 5 of us were booked in for the following day! It was the best day trip, sunbathing on the boat, swimming and sightseeing. A must if you visit the area. We had the pleasure of a night on the balcony enjoying wine with Giuseppe and his brother which was lovely as they are such nice people and when in Italy it's nice to chat with the locals. We found everyone so friendly. We can't wait to go again and will definitely use Giuseppe again.

  • Ciao Giuseppe! We had a fantastic time in Sorrento, in large part because of your great recommendations. We had delicious pizza at Pizza Da Franco and a really fun experience there! We also went to the de poppollo place which was wonderful, and again, a very fun experience with the other patrons and the limoncello! And the blue drink! Last night at O’ Patrucchio was incredible. We loved the apartment so much: a gorgeous blend of old and new, beautifully decorated, and those stunning, shiny floors! I really enjoyed using the funky dishes, and was very impressed by all your special touches and details throughout. The balcony was simply incredible and we spent time enjoying it with our wine and admiring Vesuvius right across the bay. We really appreciated the fact that the apartment was in a less touristy area but only an easy 8 minute walk to Piazza Tasso. We lived amongst the real Italians! The cafe at the corner was fabulous! Thank you for all the supplies (kitchen utensils, toiletries, breakfast pastries, pasta, sauce, beer, etc)! We really enjoyed everything. For those looking for a place, here's a summary: top-notch host who sets the bar very high; absolutely beautiful, clean, well-stocked apartment with lots of space; special touches and supplies; super comfortable bed; quiet for sleeping; nice and dark with the power shades down; sliding doors from every room to the balcony; floor to ceiling slider in the living room giving an amazing, unobstructed view to Vesuvius. We have already recommended this apartment to our friends. Ciao, and grazie Giuseppe! We hope to see you again. Anne-Marie & Jim, October 2017

  • Beautiful and incredibly spacious apartment with a nice view of trees, the sea, and Mount Vesuvius. Giuseppe was incredibly warm and welcoming, providing us with great suggestions. Location is within walking distance to great food and shops. Highly recommend!!!

    Vanessa2017-10-15T00:00:00Z
  • Everything about our stay was wonderful- the apartment was family friendly, clean, and newly renovated in a central location and equipped with everything you need. Giuseppe could not have been more friendly, caring, and helpful. He gave us great restaurant suggestions and organized a day trip to Capri which was amazing! He was very prompt in responding to all of our questions and did everything possible to make sure we enjoyed our stay (including having groceries at the apartment when we arrived). We would highly recommend Giuseppe as a host and would definitely stay here at this beautiful apartment again in the future!

  • All the family appreciated very much the atmosphere of the house, its magnificent view and the region of its location. Plus, people who take care of this house were very friendly and helpful. Thanks again!

  • We rented the villa for a family reunion and had a great time during our stay. The view from the terrace is magnificent and we enjoyed the sun sets while having great dinners together. The villa is equipped with everything you need and is tasteful decorated, we could prepare our own meals when needed or just relax and spend time together. Lorenzo ( villa's manager) was there for us whenever we needed him and always welcomed us with a big smile on his face.

    Lucia2016-06-12T00:00:00Z
  • awesome scenic place to stay! you can watch the coast all day, boats crossing to capri, sunset is unbelievable! plus the hot jacuzzi, international TV and the rooms all facing the balcony and coast - really nice. would love to come back and recommend to everyone. francesca and lorenzo are very warm and helpul. wifi is o.k. for news, (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) & co - not enough for streaming or work. mattresses could be softer - so hard! :) also you should know there are neighbors/other guests upstairs and downstairs you may hear. especially upstairs in the evening (eg. moving chairs). all-in-all a very good stay, stunning views, warm home - recommended! xoxo

    Mathias2017-10-14T00:00:00Z
  • Francesca's villa is stunning! The view is picturesque over the sea - from every room you can see the remarkable view and sunsets. We were a large group of friends and the villa was perfect for us. Massa Lubrense is a short drive from Sorrento and a cute small town in itself. Would recommend a car for sure when staying there. Guaranteed you'll enjoy this place!

    Dmitry2017-05-25T00:00:00Z
  • This place is a gem! If you need to get away and enjoy Sorrento and the Amalfi you must stay here. The view is exactly how the pictures describe. We loved it there and will go back! The hosts were amazing and even left us a bottle of lemon cello to drink.

    Kellie2016-11-23T00:00:00Z
  • The views here are spectacular. The huge balcony can seat 8 people at the table and 4 more in the living area. Wake up to a glorious sunrise and sip a glass of wine during the sunset. We were lucky as well to have the full moon during our stay. A couple of drawbacks were the wifi being hit and miss. Never consistent. Frustrating. Towels a little thin. The Villa is also located on the side of a hill so to walk anywhere you need to be willing to get a little exercise. Great cardio. Driving and parking in this area, Sorrento included is an experience. My husband started to get really good at it. Easier with an automatic on the steep hills. We would definitely return to this place.

    catherine2017-10-09T00:00:00Z
  • Our stay in Villa Scirocco was lovely and Francesca and her family were really helpful, good hosts who responded quickly to any questions we had. The villa is really nice with amazing views. It's about a 10-15 min walk into Massa Lubrense along the main road and the village was nice with a few bars and restaurants but very sleepy in November. It's not too far into Sorrento but still requires a bus which you get from Massa Lubrense and which takes about 20-25 mins. The hot tub was amazing it takes about 12 hours to heat up). Wifi was good but TV was mostly Italian but with some English news channels so film lovers might want to bring an Apple TV box or something similar to stream international content. Overall we had a great time and appreciated the hospitality. Thanks!

  • This place was PERFECTO! Located parallel behind the main street. 5 minute walk to the center of the Sorrento. The accommodations were great, brand new remodel. Very clean, bright and AC was great. Check in and out was a breeze with the help of Ana who also graciously let us store our luggage a bit the next day. I can't recommend this place enough, you won't regret it.

  • Awesome place to stay! The room was fantastic, loved the designer look. Anna was a great host and really friendly person. Will be picking this place again for sure if we ever make it back to Sorrento.

    Jason2017-10-15T00:00:00Z
  • The apartment is very modern, with Air Conditioning, TVs, a refrigerator, fast wifi. Everything is very new. The service and communication was excellent. The street where the apartment is located is a very busy through street, without much appeal. But it is a short walk to the train station, the bus station and the town center. Everything you possibly need in Sorrento is a 5 to 10 minute walk away. There is no kitchen in the apartment, but they provide a card for free breakfast at a local coffee and pastry shop. The mini-refrigerator was fully stocked on our arrival with water, snacks and even a bottle of wine. A very nice touch. There was daily maid service, which was unexpected for an AirBnb, but made a huge difference. It was wonderful coming home to made bed and fresh towels every day of our stay. All in all, I highly recommend this apartment, especially for a family needing two bedrooms. It is a great location for exploring Sorrento, Pompei and the Amalfi Coast.

  • What a truly fantastic place and an amazing host! The other reviews are right, the pictures cannot do such an beautiful villa justice. The views are simply breathtaking and the villa finished to a high degree. Olimpia was incredibly helpful throughout our week, helping us with boat trips and lots of general queries. Massa Lubrense is a beautiful little place and the two restaurants we ate in were delicious. I can't recommend Olimpia and this villa enough and look forward to coming back in the future!

  • Wonderful five-star stay. Beautiful views. Nice paths and trails for walking to local villages or restaurants. Clean, large, and modern. Olimpia was an excellent host. Met us for check-in and told us what to see in yhe area. She also coordinated an excellent day trip where we toured Amalfi coast by boat (highly recommended). One minor note, there is no hottub on the property even though the amenities shows there is one. Regardless, this is a 5-star host and property.

  • Olimpia and her husband were absolutely amazing! Their home is incredible! The pictures do not do it justice. Excellent location and the view was absolutely incredible! We had planned to be out and about most of our stay but after arriving we decided to just enjoy the beautiful home and it's amazing views! Would highly recommend and would definitely return!

  • This villa is too beautiful for words...and like everyone has said before, the pictures do not do it justice! Olimpia was a wonderful host! We traveled with a large group who kept changing their minds on what tours they wanted to do and Olimpia was very patient with helping arrange all of the tours. I would definitely come back to Italy just to stay at this villa!

    Jessica2017-06-15T00:00:00Z
  • Olimpias home is amazing, the pictures do not do it justice. The view is breathtaking the house is spotless and well appointed. There is a great kitchen, beautiful grass yard with plenty of new lawn chairs, hammock, tables and chairs to hang out on and pretty gardens where you can sit and take in the view of the entire bay of Naples from Mt Vesuvius to Capri. Sunsets are out of this world. It is extremely private, quiet and gated. It is centrally located between Sorrento and Positano so you could drive to either. Having a car is important as you cannot walk to anything. Check in and out was very easy. Olimpia was more helpful than we expected, she helped with anything we needed and communicated efficiently and quickly. She is a model host and has an amazing home. Highly recommend this home and we will return someday, I hope soon.

  • We have just finished our 7 day stay at Olimpia's home in Massa Lubrense, it has been a holiday to cherish for years to come. Olimpia's house is everything and more that the photo's show. Olimpia is a fantastic host, We took the boat trip on offer around the Isle of Capri and the Amalfi Coast Line - The weather was perfect as was the food and beverages - Their boat is very comfortable and we all had a great day swimming in the Mediterranean :-) We also had a seafood dinner prepared for us one night - Great value and delicious. Massa Lubrense is a really cute little spot with great views of Capri and away from the hustle and bustle of the bigger spots around them, but still a short trip to Sorrento and Positano. There were 8 of us on this trip - so great value to stay in such a special spot in the World.

    Lynne2016-07-31T00:00:00Z
  • Olimpia is a super host. She always answered our questions very promptly. When we arrived she helped us get around, and recommended excursions in the area as well as local restaurants. Thanks to her we had a great time in Massa Lubrense.

La casa, che fa parte di un edificio d'epoca, ha un ingresso indipendente ed è stata appena ristrutturata secondo i moderni standards di efficienza e confort. • Gorgeous apartment perfectly located.

  • We loved Giovanna's apartment in the heart of Sorrento - it was clean and bright and a perfect location to walk anywhere: train station, shops, restaurants, the marina, all easy walking distance. Giovanna met us at our train, and walked us to the place and showed us around; she's a delight! She also hooked us up with a wonderful travel agent who booked us great tours of the Amalfi Coast by mini-van, and a boat trip to/around Capri. If you are planning on cooking in, that would be a bit difficult as the kitchen is really a small alcove with microwave/burner and a small fridge in the entryway downstairs, but we had no need of it so it was fine. The set up is an entrance with a private bedroom downstairs with full bath, and then up one short flight of stairs another great bedroom also with full bath and a sweet little balcony. Absolutely clean and comfortable. We loved our stay, and would definitely come again!

    Anne2017-10-12T00:00:00Z
  • We had a great stay at Giovanna's place! It was a lovely, clean two bedroom apartment. Awesome location! We took the train from Naples and the station was only a 10 minute walk. It's super close to the cliff side so very walkable to the beach! We had a very smooth check in and check out. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!!

    Jacquie2017-08-28T00:00:00Z
  • We are so happy we found this place just before our trip. Giovanna was incredible responsive and kept in touch with me periodically. She brought her husband at check in to help us with our bags, which was super helpful. The only surprise was that there really wasn't a kitchen, only a small sink in the hallway at the top of the steps, plug in burner and a microwave. The rooms were super clean and each equipped with air conditioning. The location was incredibly central and in walking distance to everything. Thank you Giovanna :)

    Celia2017-08-25T00:00:00Z
  • Giovanna's place was great, very close to the main part of town and the ferry dock. It was quite nice having two separate apartments. Grazie Giovanna!

  • We couldn't have found a better place to stay in our visit to Sorrento and Costiera Amalfitana. La Fontanina is perfect: great location, right in the heart of old town Sorrento; walking distance to the port and where all the restaurants and shops are; still a very quiet place. It's a two floor apartment in a historic building, completly renewed, with two bedrooms and twoo bathrooms, kitchenet and fridge, nicely decorated and very close to small convenience store, perfect for a family or a couple that wants to be confortable. Giovanna and Jona are the best hosts in the world!!!!, always willing to help make your stay an extraordinary experience. I sincerely recommend to stay in La Fontanina,"where you arrive as a guest and leave as family".

  • Giovanna's apartment was in the perfect, central area of Sorrento. It was a modern apartment in a historic building and part of town. You can walk out the door and have plently of cafe's, restaurants and stores to choose from. Minutes away from the Marina and the lifts to bring you to boats that go to Capri, Positano and Almafi. Giovanna was the perfect hosts, with lots of helpful suggestions. We hope to visit again soon!

  • Loredana and her husband were amazing hosts. I can't say enough how beautiful their bed and breakfast style hotel is, from the amazing views of the coastline of Sorrento, to the clean, modern, and nautical designed rooms, and especially how gracious the service was from the complimentary breakfast and helping us with travel arrangements to Capri. If I ever come back to Sorrento, this place would be the only place I'd consider staying.

  • The Yacht Club Capo Cervo is definitely our first choice for Sorrento. It's walking distance to restaurants and bars and right next to the port which makes traveling in and out of Sorrento very easy. It's is next to a bus stop, taxi stand and walking distance back to the train station. The host is very accommodating and the rooms are immaculate for its cleanliness. This little nook is definitely a gem!'

  • We had the best stay here at the Yacht Club Capo Cervo. Loredana and her husband were the most gracious hosts. They helped us navigate the area and organized an unforgettable boat trip to Capri for us. The rooms are very nice and we thoroughly enjoyed the private terrace with a truly breathtaking view. Nice location on the water and a 5 minute walk to the main square or a quick lift ride up. Our only regret is that we only stayed 2 nights!! We highly recommend this to anyone staying in the area!!

  • Lovely villa with beautiful views! Villa nicely decorated and comfortable with everything you need.Lovely welcome pack with plenty to make breakfast the first morning as well as a nice bottle of wine! Massimo and Luigi were keen to find out if we needed anything else from them and were always very prompt to reply to our messages. Quite a narrow road so don’t hire a big car! If you’re reasonably fit the walk from Sorrento is okay! We’re in our early sixties and walked to town and back every evening!Quite a steep climb that takes 20to 30 minutes! At least we didnt feel so guilty about having that pudding! We would definitely stay again!

  • Our stay at Malu Villa was one of the highlights of our honeymoon. The villa is further from the town center and requires some walking to get to the center of Sorrento, but the view and villa itself made it all worth the hike. We mostly worked with Luigi and he was super helpful with arranging a dinner reservation for us and once picking us up when we had missed the bus. I would definitely return here if ever back in Sorrento!

  • What a fantastic place ! It has the most beautiful views over Sorrento.... Massimo and Luigi are fantastic hosts. They left us milk , water etc in the villa when we arrived which was fantastic! The villa is incredibly well equipped throughout . The villa is set is amazing gardens with lemon trees , olive trees and loads of fruit trees that you can pick fresh fruit from ! I couldn't have wished for a better stay and more fantastic hosts .... keep it up boys ! We will be back x

  • This villa is honestly a slice of heaven! The grounds are well kept and beautiful - lemon and peach trees. The hot tub overlooks an amazing view of sorrento. The home is nice - clean, modern and spacious. There are plenty of places to lounge and relax. You're close to the bus! Its pretty much ideal. What makes this place special is the hospitality that the hosts provide. Above and beyond doesn't begin to cover the kindness and hospitality we received. All the stars! I wanted to stay forever!!

  • We had an absolutely lovely time staying at Massimo and Luigi's villa on the hillside. The house is beautiful, perfectly finished, extremely clean and equipped with everything we needed. (Including an excellent "welcome pack" including fresh fruit, a cake, eggs, wine, beer and limoncello). It's set in idyllic grounds with fantastic views over Sorrento, the bay and Vesuvius. And the hot tub was a great bonus addition! The house is walking distance (15-20 mins) from Sorrento centre, although note that the path is a windy, stepped path up the hill, which is very steep - not suitable for those who aren't fully mobile and I wouldn't suggest attempting the uphill climb in the heat of the day. Finally, Massimo, Luigi and Marco couldn't have been more helpful. Excellent communications all week, very quick responses and they went out of their way to make sure we were having a great time, including collecting us from the station and dropping us off again on our way home. I would highly recommend this villa to others!

  • I can't say enough good things about Villa Malu. From the minute we entered the gates of the property we felt like we were in a magical place. Communication was great and the hosts were there to greet us on our arrival. They had even prepared an aperitivo for us. The house itself is modern and comfortable, very clean and fully equipped. But it is the outside area that makes this a very special place. Lots of outdoor seating areas, gardens, a hot tub, orchards, and a view that is literally breathtaking. Our plans for activities and day trips were soon abandoned when everyone in our party agreed that what we really wanted to do was hang out in this magnificent setting. We did take lots of walks in the area as we didn't really enjoy driving. We walked down into Sorrento every day: down is very pleasant if a little vertiginous; up is not for the flabby or feint-hearted! Our stay in Sorrento was definitely the height of our three weeks in Italy. Thank you Massimo and Luigi. We'll be back!

  • I've left my heart in Sorento, at Villa Malu. We honestly had the most amazing time adventuring the Amalfi Coast because of Villa Malu and Luigi and Massimo. We stayed at the villa for 4 nights while we drove between all the beautiful nearby coastal towns. Luigi greeted us on the narrow streets and waved us up the driveway and then proceeded to show us around the property. Breathe taking only touches on magical and beautiful their garden property is. At the end of the tour he showed us into the villa where he had prepared a small feast for us! It was the loveliest thing I've ever seen from any AirBNB host. The villa itself is stunning. A perfectly airy open concept kitchen and living room, with 2 bedrooms were perfect for the three of us, though honestly I think you could have 4-5 people and still not feel as though you were stepping on each other's toes. The villa had everything we needed, including washing machine, coffee makers, microwave and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. I keep re-imagining waking up every morning and preparing myself a cup of coffee, just staring out over the hills and ocean at Vesuvio... If you're at all hesitant about staying hear, don't be. Its the dreamiest reality I've ever experienced and I will 100% be back.

  • This villa is hands down the best Airbnb experience we have had. Luigi and Massimo picked us up the first day which was such a surprise and lovely thing to do after we had travelled all day to Sorrento. Upon arrival we were greated with fresh cakes and fruit, bottle of bubbles and some limoncello. Even the cupboards were stocked with food, we didn't even really need to leave. Luigi and Massimo gave us a grand tour, leaving the best for last, the spa that ober looks Sorrento and Mount Vesuvius. This villa is absolutely beautiful and if you have the opportunity to book here you would be very lucky. I would highly recommend a long stay here. We had three days and it was definitely not long enough. There is a bus stop about 2mins from the villa, runs every hour or so and there is a great walk down hill to get into town. We didn't try and walk up though. Thanks again to you Luigi and Massimo for all your hospitality and kindness.

  • One of my favorite airbnb's in Italy so far! The host Giuseppe has lived in the Sorrento area almost all of his life and is extremely knowledgeable about everything from restaurants to tours and everything in between. While you have your own private room and bathroom, this is the home of a typical Italian family who lives upstairs and will share their kitchen with you. Having the opportunity to experience what life is like as a typical Italian was one of the highlights of my trip. There is a terrace on the roof with a hot tub and one of the most fantastic views of the coast and surrounding areas that you will find anywhere. I wish I could have stayed longer and highly recommend this airbnb :)

    Stefanie 2017-10-24T00:00:00Z
  • Giuseppe is great! answer really fast for our request, welcome us to his home and recommend us good and secret beaches (: and good restaurants. If you think about staying there just notice: a car is needed..! he live with his family so you can't use the kitchen and... that it... go for it...! the view from the terres is amazing!!

    Ofir2017-09-15T00:00:00Z
  • Amazing view, Giuseppe is very kind, showed us around some less turistic beaches and picked us up at the bus station. It is very far away from any town, about 20mins to the closest bus stop which takes you to Sorrento or St Agatha. And being so far away, it´s kind of a downside that you can´t use the kitchen. Anyhow, if your driving a car/scooter, highly recommended!

    David2017-08-30T00:00:00Z
  • The apartment is very clean. The terrace is big and it was nice to enjoy breakfast there. On the top of the building we enjoyed the sunrise and sunset. The environment was very silently. All people of Guiseppes Family was verry friendly. In sum the accomodation was one of the nicest and cleanest we have stayed in. If we go back to Sorrent, we will book this accomodation again.

    Diana2017-07-29T00:00:00Z
  • Giuseppe is a really lovely host, with great recommendations for things to do around his location/where to eat and catch a wicked sunset. The apartment was spacious, private and clean. Free parking as well (there is a bus stop relatively near by)! The view from his rooftop balcony is stunning. We loved his mini itinerary he recommended for us (we did not have anything planned); it really made our stay! Thank you Giuseppe!

    Alyssa2017-04-10T00:00:00Z
  • Giuseppe lives with his family 15 min by car/bus from Sorrento. The place is just what you need. Scenic views, fair price, and close to Amalfi and Positano. Giuseppe is quite the funny guy too! I enjoyed my stay and would recommend his accommodation to anyone planning to visit. Thanks man and Trumpamiento!

  • Mariano and his team were very efficient even before our stay. It was a pleasure to meet him.

  • This villa is really beautiful with gorgeous views of the coast and Mount Vesuvius!

    Joanne2017-09-07T00:00:00Z
  • The house was very large and easily accommodated my family of 8. The views and property are spectacular and the location was only a 15 min walk to the town and bus station. Very easy to get to Sorrento or the rest of the Amalfi Coast. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the house!

    Amanda2016-11-27T00:00:00Z
  • Villa Vesuvio is an a amazing Villa! It was perfect for our big family group of 11. There were 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms over three levels and lots of living space. The indoor kitchen was great for our big group and well equipped and there was also a fantastic outdoor kitchen with BBQ and pizza oven. The views from all the balconies were spectacular day and night. The Villa was presented spotlessly clean. Mariano provided excellent communication and responded quickly with any of our questions before and during our stay. He gave a great introduction to the villa. Mariano put us in contact with Rossella at Cooperativa S.Atonio to arrange a private charter to the beautiful island of Capri which was the highlight of our holiday. Our skipper arranged a taxi tour of the island which gave us the opportunity to see a lot of Capri in a short time. Mariano also arranged the Pizza package for us - a chef and waiter come to the villa for the night and cooked and served pizza. We then all got the opportunity to make our own pizzas! Really good value and lots of fun! We visited Pompei and Herculaneum by public transport and did the Amalfi coast on the City Sightseeing Red bus - more expensive than the local bus which was jam packed but guaranteed a seat and a great view along this spectacular coastline The Villa was a 15 minute walk into Sant' Agata, a lovely village with some great restaurants our recommendations were Sapori di Pizza, Da Mimi and Bar Orlando. The tourist information in Sant' Agata were very helpful and we done the walking trail Number 3 from Sant' Agata to Sorrento which took about 1 hour with amazing views all the way. One recommendation. if you rent a car make sure it is a small car as the access road to the villa is only one car wide in many places and getting the car into the villa was very, very tight. Our only regret was that we could not stay longer at Villa Vesuvio - we cannot recommend this Villa and Mariano enough - Thank you for a fantastic holiday!

    Wendy2016-10-19T00:00:00Z
  • Best view in all of Sant'Agata and Sorrento, amazing history behind the house and modernized very well, we loved our stay

    Travis2017-03-16T00:00:00Z
  • Massive house capable of housing and entertaining many people. If you have a large van, then the access might be a bit too tight. Also, as a corporate rental, it isn't managed as friendly / the basics are missing from the kitchen. Still an amazing property, nice town is nearby, great views and we cooked some amazing seafood bought from the local fish shop on the BBQ

    Tim2017-10-11T00:00:00Z
  • The house was very big and spacious. The most incredible view I have ever seen. It's a little out of the way. But the view is worth it.

    Phoebe2017-06-20T00:00:00Z
  • This place was great. Went with a group of six friends and we each had our own bedroom which was good for spreading out. It's a bit far from Sorrento - you will need to arrange a driver or taxi to pick you up, but Marco was glad to set this up when needed. Having said that, the immediate area is walkable and has everything you need. Perfect place to stay if you're looking for a relaxing trip with unforgettable views of the coast. Great for large families or groups. Highly recommend!

SYRENESS SUITES are located in the historical centre of Sorrento, the most fascinating part of the town. In the neighborhood you will find beautiful places like Marina Grande, the old harbour and the public garden which has an amazing sight on the whole bay of Naples.
The new harbour Marina Grande, from which the ferry to Capri, Amalfi, Positano, Ischia and Naples leaves, is reachable in five minutes by foot using an elevator from the public garden. The railway station is far only 15 minutes by foot and is the best way to go to Pompei and Ercolano. The Suite has been completely renovated and is located in a building at the second floor without elevator. Everything, also the tourist tax, is included in the price of the stay. There is a small kitchen with also a microwave oven, the AC in both rooms and a good WI-FI connection with unlimited data. The double bed could be also splitted in two single beds if needed. The balcony overlooks a typical citrus garden and the area is really quiet because most of the cars are not allowed, so Syreness suites are ideal for somebody who want to relax and enjoys all the colours and flavours that the city of Sorrento can offer.
The railway station is far about 15 minutes by foot from the suites and the new harbour where the ferries for Capri, Amalfi, Naples, Ischia leave is easily reachable with an elevator from the public garden of Sorrento which is five minutes far by foot from Syreness suites.
  • Rafaelle's place is located perfectly on a quiet street that is conveniently close to all of the cafes, restaurants, and shops in Sorrento, only a short walk from the harbor, train station and bus stop, and only a short walk down to Marina Grande. Rafaelle gave us some excellent recommendations for attractions in and around Sorrento. The apartment itself is modern, clean, and beautiful. I highly recommend staying here! It was perfect for us!

  • This place is fantastic and conveniently located in the heart of Sorrento. Steps away from everything. Raffaele met us at the property and walked us through the best places to eat. Highly recommended!

  • We had a lovely time in Sorrento staying at Raffaele's place. He waited to meet us and show us the apartment, which was very kind as we were delayed by a late train! The apartment is very modern and has clearly had lots of effort put into finishing it (don't be put off by the main entrance to the building). The location is great - very close to the main shopping streets and restaurants, and also to the old marina. Raffaele recommended lots of restaurants for us to try and also an excursion to a little cove for swimming and nice views via the bus. All in all a great stay - would highly recommend!

  • Villa Giada is the perfect spot for a luxury break in Sorrento. The home is expansive, spotlessly clean and offers amazing views of the bay and Vesuvius. The vista when you wake in the morning is as shown - breathtaking. With a nice pool and a friendly owner there are no negatives. Situated at the top of the town you can hop on courtesy buses close by from the hotels (with a small tip to the driver) to get you up the hill. We were met by one of Bruno's colleagues Vittorio who made sure we knew our way around and left no stone unturned. Thoroughly recommended.

  • Absolutely amazing place to stay. Gorgeous view, beautiful apartment, super clean and thoughtfully decorated with everything you may need during your stay. The host was so nice and so friendly and made us feel at home with a warm welcome. She prepared coffe for us at the arrival, gave us a whole busket of fresh fruits and for our last night stay her cook prepared a delicious meal for us - homemade cheese ravioli that was also accompanied with a bottle of very good red wine. We can not express how much and greatfull we were to find that place. It made our vacation very special and memorable. We highly recommend this place to everyone and we would definitely stay there again.

  • Thank you so much for making our trip to Sorrento so lovely! Everything was amazing- the villa was just as we expected and the hosts were lovely. They brought us drinks by the pool, little treats in our room and breakfast was delicious. We would definitely recommend this place /Bruno and the hosts!

    Stephanie2016-09-13T00:00:00Z
  • The villa had one of the best views of Sorrento, way better than the photos! Rosanna was a great host, she even brought us a welcome package of drinks and snacks and other drinks when we were watching the sunset. Amazing stay!!

    Dani2017-07-02T00:00:00Z
  • We were not happy with the condition of the house at all 1) House was super damp and moist. No idea why it was like this. Our things kept getting damp and the clothes refused to dry. Yes, it rained two of the days on and off but that doesn't mean clothes don't air dry! Infact all our dry clothes got damp!!!! 2) The pool was ice cold and we could not use it 3) Ants all around the house and outside the house 4) Lots of mosquitoes we all have mosquito bites 5) After 5 minutes, the water in the shower turns cold, so you can't enjoy a hot shower for more than 5 minutes 6) There was a huge leak below the bathroom tub so there were towels wet right by it keep it from leaking 7) The Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom was working but by the time you fill in the tub and try to go into the Jacuzzi the water is ice cold 8)The whole breakfast area showed in the pictures was not useable cause it didn't have any cushions and cause of the rain 9) We ended up leaving the house after the 3rd night we just could not stay in it anymore! We went and stayed at the Hilton in Sorrento instead. 10) I am very upset we paid so much money and this is what we get. 11) Rosanna the owner was amazing and helpful but the villa was a disappointment.

    Simran2016-10-18T00:00:00Z
  • Beautiful setting and lovely isolated apartment. Nice touches on our arrival and the hosts definitely went over and above to ensure our stay was enjoyable and relaxing. A little bit further away from the town than some of the main hotels but good public transport links meant we didn't always have to rely on taxis. All in all a great experience and would definitely stay again.

    Steve2017-09-23T00:00:00Z
  • We stayed here for a week in September and were amazed by the location and views, photos don't do it justice. From Bruno's communication, Vittorio's welcome and host Rosanna looking after us all week, we really felt pampered. The apartment itself is great and has everything you will ever need. The only thing we would say to older holidaymakers, is that the walk into to town is up a a very steep road and you are always better to take the bus. Really cannot fault anything and would highly recommend people staying here and visiting the beautiful Sorrento coastline.

    Alistair2016-10-02T00:00:00Z
  • Our stay was very pleasant. We used the apartment as a base for touring throughout the Amalfi Coast and the Naples region. The apartment is as described. There are two large sliding glass doors from each room that let in abundant light and open out to the balcony. The balconies connect to the yard and gardens with spectacular views of the Gulf of Naples and Mt. Vesuvius in the distance. The location is convenient but not central. You need a car to get around unless you are willing to walk down (then back up) the steep road to town. The walk down is about 10 minutes. We never did the walk back up. There is a bus stop at the end of the block from the house. We were treated to freshly brewed espressos every morning along with a breakfast snack. The children received treats as well. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. We have two young children. They enjoyed playing in the yard outside and access to the outdoor playset. The pool was not available yet for our April visit. The weather in April was excellent with cool mornings and evenings and warm days. There was high humidity throughout our stay, but this seemed to be the case everywhere in this region. In summary, we would recommend this apartment in Sorrento. It is perfect for a small family or for a couple on a romantic getaway.

  • GIUSSY MET US AT THE TRAIN STATION IN SORRENTO AND DROVE US TO HER LEMON HOUSE, WHERE WE MET HER HUSBAND TONY AND SON SALVITORE. THAT NIGHT SHE ASKED IF SHE COULD TAKE US SOMEWHERE FOR DINNER . WE ASKED HER FOR A RECOMMENDATION AND WE ENDED UP AT THE HARBOR IN A WONDERFUL PLACE. I HAD VEAL MARSALA AND JOAN HAD BEEF IN PEPPER SAUCE. BOTH WERE GREAT. GIUSSY HAD ARRANGED A CURTESY CAR TO BRING US HOME. THE NEXT DAY WE TOOK THE TRAIN TOUR OF SORRENTO, HAD A GREAT LUNCH AND WALKED UP THE HILL TO LEMON HOUSE. TONY ORDERED PIZZA FOR DINNER. OUR LAST DAY WAS SPENT ON THE ISLE OF CAPRI . WE WERE ACCOMPANIED BY TONY WHO HAD BUSINESS THERE AND HE GAVE US THE INFO NEEDED TO GET AROUND. GIUSSPINA, AND TONY WERE EXTREMELY HELPFUL GETTING AROUND SORRENTO. THE MORNING WE WERE TO LEAVE, THERE WAS TALK OF A TRAIN STRIKE, AND TONY IMMEDIATELY KNEW HOW TO GET US TO NAPLES AND OUR TRAIN TO ROME. FORTUNETLY, THE STRIKE DIDN'T HAPPEN AND ALL WAS WELL.

  • Giuseppina is a wonderful, smiling and happy person who really treats you like family. But she is also very respectful of your privacy, so if you would like to spend a lot of timing talking her, she will do that, but if you want to spend your time alone, she will respect that as well. And she makes a fantastic breakfast ! The apartment is very large, and very quiet at night, which is hard to find in Sorrento. It has a great view from the balcony over the Bay of Naples. And it is only an 8 minute walk to the main square. I highly recommend this B & B.

  • Our stay with Giuseppina & Antonino was highly enjoyable. The communication with Giuseppina in the lead up to the booking was great and it was lovely to be picked up from the station on our arrival into Sorrento (and dropped off when departing). The room was refreshing, everything you needed was provided and you felt right at home. The bathroom was gorgeous - the best we've encountered on our trip! We very much appreciated their advice on what to see and do locally, and the daily breakfast on the terrace was absolutely delightful. Giuseppina's warmth and hospitality are second to none. We recommend the Lemon House wholeheartedly and would love to return!

  • Definitely deserve the best host award!! G is so warm & friendly! I was traveling w elderly parents, so G picking us up from the train station was a bonus!! Room is super clean w crisp & freshly laundered linen! She & Tony also provided us w a lot of local information! I could continue on & on about all the positives but you've got to go there personally to experience it!!!

  • Giuseppina is a wonderful host. Tony was great as a guide in Capri and also had great suggestions for other tours. The Lemon House was in a perfect location, the view from the balcony was beautiful and Giuseppina's breakfast was special. Thank you so much for everything.

  • Giuseppina provided us with warm hospitality throughout our stay. She put picked us up from the Port and dropped us at the station upon departure. She provided us with a full breakfast each morning including her homemade jams!

  • Giuseppina was a very warm, gracious and wonderful host! We immediately felt very comfortable and right at home. Giuseppina was very accomodating and flexible as she prepared our breakfast on a different time each day. Her husband, Antonino, speaks Spanish fluently and that was also great. He was also very gracious and welcoming! The apartment has a lift which was great as we had lots of luggage. The view from our terrace was unbelievable!! We watched the entire Bay of Naples light up with fireworks on New Year's Eve! The location was just minutes by foot to the City Center. The neighborhood and all of Sorrento is very safe and we felt like locals by the end of the week. We had a private bathroom with a huge American size tub - and not a "box shower". Giuseppina was so considerate that when I asked to do a load of laundry she did it and even hung it to dry for us! I can't say enough wonderful things about the Lemon House and Giuseppina!! We would definitely return in an instant and we would definitely host Giuseppina and her family in our home. Grazie! Diana y Elise
