Food
“Cozy brewery with stellar service. Thursday nights are cask nights, get there early. Try the Perfect Storm if you like a darker beer or the Zunga if you want something more refreshing. If you're there for the Blackberry Sour, have two!”

Food
“Best coffee in town.... no contest, great baking too. A cool, hip vibe with local music and art changed regularly. The food is lovely, try our favourites the Curried Tofu Scramble (vegan) or The Eldred: a Prosciutto, fig jam, goat cheese, caramelized onions grilled sandwich to die for. Meet some of the locals and check out the awesome tile work around the bathroom sink, done by our friend, amazing artist Pierre :)”

Restaurant
“This was the first restaurant Mike and Sarah took over from our friend and artist Dolores. The authentic Talavera tile work, original stained glass art and bright Mexican colour palette in this tiny eatery transport you immediately South of the border, then there's the food.... Try the Tacos Del Mar: Baja Style battered local ling cod or grilled prawn, cabbage, avocado mousse, pico de gallo, chipotle aioli, & fresh lime or for something more spicy The Maverick: marinated flank steak, Mexican chorizo, crispy bacon, chipotle potatoes, caramelized onion, fresh guacamole, & crema. Finish off with the best Key Lime Pie I have had outside of Key West (where I lived for 10 years) I kid you not!”

Park
“Willingdon Beach offers trails that take you alongside the ocean and also acts as a walking forestry museum (you'll see). If you feel like just taking in the view or the sunset, find a log or patch of grass and enjoy! No more than a 5-6 min drive from the suite.”

“A little diner on the way to Townsite by way of Cranberry. This is what breakfast at your grandma's tasted like. Home made and sooooo good! The decor is quirky and fun, like stepping back in time to a 50's diner with a long soda bar at the front serving banana splits, milkshakes, floats, and sundaes; brightly painted walls, wood floors, and tables in various shapes and sizes. Try the Big Ukranian for a plate piled high with Ukrainian sausage, bacon, pierogis, eggs, hash-browns, toast, sour cream, & grilled onions. They also have excellent pancakes, waffles or french toast.”

Restaurant
“Mohinder & Janmeet, the lovely hosts, are from Kashmir and there's a reason their authentic North Indian and Kashmiri Cuisine is voted #1 year after year! Awesome curries, perfect rice, koftas, pakoras, OMG the chicken options Butter or Kashmiri both incredibly delicious! The food, the setting, and the hosts are all wonderful. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted with the exquisite smells of Indian cooking coming from the open kitchen, located in a renovated little bungalow. The place has several small rooms making the venue quite intimate. Great atmosphere, fantastic food and superior service what more could you want?”

Cafe
“Located in the city centre, this coffee shop provides really yummy breakfast/lunch options. We recommend the lumberjack wrap or some of their pastries paired with the drip coffee or tea options :). The coffee shop is large and provides lots of comfortable seating options. The shop is located off of Joyce Avenue (about a 7 min drive from the suite).”
