Great location just 5 minutes from the main avenue in pigeon forge and the house was very comfortable, the hot tub was amazing :)

Good cabin, much better than the pictures. We were surprised and excited when we walked in. Lots of bugs (but it is in the woods so you can't be too surprised). You have to do most of the cleaning yourself.

This cabin is absolutely PERFECT for a couple's weekend away. And, if you have kids you want to bring along, there is a pull out sofa. Although, I just plan to use this cabin repeatedly as a weekend getaway with my husband! The location is just far enough out to have peace and quiet. Neighbors are hidden from trees, as well as plenty of privacy where the hot tub is! My husband and I enjoyed the jacuzzi tub as well. Perfect layout! Even can lay out sleeper sofa and snuggle up next to the fireplace!! I highly recommend that! Super romantic location. You will NOT find a better hostess or cabin, especially at their amazing prices! Sometimes you get more than you paid for and this is one of the special rare occasions! Highly recommend this!!

We loved the location of the cabin, so close to anything you're wanting to do but you are off to your own with privacy. Cabin was gorgeous and matched description. Will definitely be back.

This is a great place to get away. It is above all of the "action" of Pigeon Forge and offers a great view of the mountains. I'm looking forward to getting back there as soon as possible.

Everything was great. Very spacious. The view was to die for. Very close to all the attractions but far enough away that it is still secluded and peaceful. We will be planning another vacation here soon.

It was far enough from everything to feel like a private, quiet getaway but close enough to all the attractions in the area (less than 20 minutes from Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and the Smokies) when we wanted to get out and do something. Chuck was great at communicating and the description of the cabin was spot on.

My fiance and I had such an amazing time at the cabin! For starters, Chuck was a great communicator. Throughout each step of the process, he was on top of things. From check in to check out, he went out of his way to be accommodating for us. The cabin itself is adorable. It is perfect for 2-4 people. We really enjoyed the sunroom, which was perfect on a sunny morning with the windows open. The cabin is a mile and a half off of the main road, but is still very close to all of the tourist attractions in Pigeon Forge. During our 3 day, 2 night stay, we did not hear any cars, planes, or trains. And the view is absolutely to die for (better than many views from state parks). It made for a memorable anniversary vacation! I would definitely recommend the cabin to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway, and look forward to returning in the near future.

We had a great experience! Communication with the hosts was great. Very pretty and a good location.

Dee Dee and Tim answered all of our questions, even at late hours, very promptly. The directions were accurate, and it was convenient to our destination wedding, and the accommodations themselves were beautiful. When we had to cut our reservation short by a day, they were very cooperative in providing a refund. We hope to go back to visit for a longer stay next time, and to take fuller advantage of all the perks. Thank you for everything!!

Couldn't have picked a better place to stay! Quail Hollow is such a beautiful cabin and was very relaxing for not only my husband and I, but granddaughters as well. Highly recommend and would stay again ourselves!

What a wonderful place to stay! Place was VERY clean! Its off the beaten path, away for all the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, but only 10 minutes from everything! Its in a gated community but does not feel like it. The cabin was perfect, beautiful views, plenty of room and our boys loved the pacman and galaga video game.

Mark and Erica were great hosts. And, the little box of chocolates left for us on our arrival was a nice touch. The listing is accurate. The technology in the house was good. We will recommend this to friends.

This was by far one of the best places we've stayed!

This is such a cozy spot. Close to all restaurants and entertainment. Only a beautiful 25 to 30min ride to Gatlinburg for scenic hike or tranquil walks through the beautiful trails. We had THE BEST time! Ended up staying in most of the day the last day for rest relaxation, as Bearwood is perfect for this. Mark and Erica are excellent hosts and quick responders to whatever questions you may have. We will be back for sure.

This cabin is perfect for families who are looking for a mountain feel with the convince of town. It was perfect. The boys loved the pool table and hot tub. Very relaxing. Easy to get around piegon forge on the back roads.

Check in was a beeeze with good communication from Jane. The cabin was very comfortable and close enough to the attractions to get to them easily while being far enough away to be out of the noise and traffic. The pull out trundle in the second bedroom was a pleasant surprise allowing each kid to have their own bed.

I rented this cabin as a birthday surprise for my husband and some of his friends - they had a great time! Good views, accessible to downtown, loved the pool table, jacuzzi, and grill. Jane was super responsive to all questions, too! Would recommend.

The location couldn't be beat - felt secluded enough for a nice getaway though remained just a short drive from both the hearts of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We had the best time staying at Mountain Sanctuary! It was so close to everything and still felt like a retreat. The pictures are exactly the way the cabin looks! We loved it!

The next guests should know this is a duplex unit. We stayed for 12 days and were glad it was during the offseason when guest stayed next door and we realized how thin the walls are. It would be tough to stay in the unit with the other side occupied for the entire stay. The majority of the blinds needed to be manually open/shut due to the drawstring gear being stripped. Dust was visible on the wainscoting, trim and under the beds, couches, and chairs. Cooking utensils were an outdated group of mixed and matched items. We had to buy trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and clothes soap on the first day. The hot tub smelled like a moldy yard hose until we obtained bromine tablets from the property HOA Manager and located the holding container fell behind it and the wall so its lack of maintenance was apparent. The permanent BBQ grill on the back parch was inoperable. The internet worked 2 of the 12 days we were there and we were encouraged to utilize other area networks of which were only available on the front porch. Hot water supply is inadequate. We were very excited in anticipation of staying at the unit but unfortunately, we were disappointed with its condition and upkeep. In all, we made the best of our commitment and had a nice time but I do not believe I would rent this particular unit again and I do regret choosing it over other available listings.

A very nice place. The trolley stop in front of the location made traveling to Dollywood very easy. The kids loved their room, and the beds were comfy. Everything was clean and comfortable. It was easy to hear the neighbors in the adjacent cabin; but it wasn't too bad. It would have been nice if the water were just a wee bit hotter. The hot tub was great! We would stay there again.

Had a great time! Was fascinated with tiny homes and being able to stay in one for the weekend was awesome! We definitely want to get one now. The owner was terrific, communicated well and was friendly. The house was clean located in a quiet campground. It is located close to everything you want to do, I highly recommend staying here

Natalie, thank you. We thoroughly enjoyed the Tiny House. Everything was exactly as pictured and described. Access to the house was easy, with the key being located in a lockbox directly on the front door. The decor is warm and welcoming, with some Southern touches. And the space provided ample room for the two of us, and would sleep four comfortably. Additionally, we were so close to the attractions at Pigeon Forge (about a twenty-minute drive), and yet far enough away from the noise and lights that come with these "touristy" locations. Being able to retreat back to the quiet campsite was a huge plus. We look forward to revisiting the Tiny House soon and have already recommended it to so many of our family members. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

Natalie was very kind and accommodating. My father and I stayed here for a night and with 2 adults I was surprised that it didn't feel cramped. Beautifully decorated as well. My only gripe is with the description's location info & map - shown as a few blocks from the main attractions in Pigeon Forge, TN; when in fact it's 9 miles from in the city of Sevierville.

Wonderful place to stay!

This tiny house made a big memory for my kids! After all, how many people get to spend time in a tiny house! It was very clean, and had everything we needed to have a comfortable nights stay. The location at the camp site had a river that the kids enjoyed skipping rocks in, as well as had a lot of room for playing tag and running around. the host Natalie was very quick to respond to any questions I had. The kids and I would gladly stay here again.
