The place was perfect! Not secluded, but very,very quiet Yet when wanting to - it was a short ,pleasant drive east to Mexico beach & west to PCB. We are already planning a return next year for a longer stay.

Amazing little cottage! My boyfriend and I came here for our anniversary and everything was perfect. We even talked about making this our go-to rental for when we return to PCB! It was super clean and Nicole was incredibly nice and helpful. She responded quickly to my messages and made sure we were comfortable. It is a little hard to find with only the GPS, but her instructions made it much easier.

Cute, stylish renovated garage in quiet suburb of Panama City. Spacious enough for myself and one guest. Loved the amenities of coffee maker and premium streaming services. Very convenient to Walmart and Publix. About 30 min drive to PCB. 10 minutes to central PC.

By far the best I’ve ever rented ! Extremely CLEAN, comfortable, and everything you need including cooking essentials . It’s a great location , with plenty of restaurants and stores! The host were great and made sure I had everything I needed!

This was a great space to stay while visiting family in the Cove. There was plenty of space and a well-appointed kitchenette. Checking in and out was seamless and easy.

This was an excellent stay. The place was clean and exactly how it's described. Very eclectic and beautiful lot full of beautiful flowers overlooking the water with a private patio. The studio was great but it's the hosts Kathryn and Chuck that made this a great stay. We were welcomed warmly as soon as we arrived. Offered any help if we needed it during our stay. We purchased one of the sailing packages that offer a meal and we have to say, Kathryn is an excellent chef. The Cuban sandwiches and homemade stew were delicious! The only thing I regret is forgetting to eat the key lime pie she made!! We love the water so the sailing was right up our alley, but the best part was spending time with good folks who had great stories and knowledge to share. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our weekend and would highly recommend this Airbnb!

The privacy on the Massalina Bayou was perfectly secluded and quiet to get some work done or just relax.

Chuck and Kathryn were friendly and great hosts. This was a convenient place to stay while I was in town for a quick business trip and this was perfect. It was nice to have a water view. The leather chair in the living room was very comfy Having coffee and water in the kitchenette was a big plus for me. I will say the ladder/steps to the loft is steep but sturdy.

Kathryn and Chuck were wonderful hosts. The private apartment was attached to their house and came with a cozy comfortable loft. The kitchen was stocked with snacks. They recommended a seafood restaurant with local character and excellent food. Sailing with them on their boat was one of the highlights of our Florida Panhandle vacation. We definitely want to stay with them again!

Fun, eclectic little place.

When I found a place to book, I asked if my husbands work truck and trailer would fit. Kathryn and Chuck went WAY out of their way to make sure we had a place to stay and a place to fit! We really can’t thank them enough for all of the help! The place was perfect and we will be staying often!

We absolutely loved the place, it was amazing! Super convenient and clean... Perfect for weekend trips or even longer trips. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils, which was a huge plus!

Well upon our arrival we did not know what to expect.. my girlfriend and I wanted to try something different and we are very pleased with our decision. First off I’m am 6’3 and my girlfriend is 5’9 and I could easily stand straight up thru out the cabin of the boat. It was a great size with plenty of provacy with peaceful waters and very quiet nights. We sat out for hours just having drinks and talking. very cozy and the bed was surprisingly a great size I had plenty of leg room to stretch out fully & comfortable! The on-site showers were a great surprise bonus very clean! Bonus: Miles & Dawn!!.. We informed Dawn we would be checking in around sun set and they kindly placed a bottle of wine for us we a note that read: “Enjoy the your Sunset” (priceless) Great host friendly and ready for whatever you need! even gave our Jeep a jump start the morning we checked out!!

Would recommend 100 times over! This cute little yacht was the perfect place to stay for a few days!! Dawn is incredible with communication and has such a gift for hospitality!

Chuck is an amazing host! Very gracious, a great communicator, super accommodating and flexible, and willing to bend over backwards to make sure everything is to your liking. The space is cute, clean, and comfortable. I "quarantined" here and felt very safe and very much at home. There are lots of great restaurants in the area, and if there hadn't been a pandemic there would have been lots of stuff to do. I especially liked being able to walk out my door and kayak or sit on the dock watching the sun set. I will definitely stay here again!

Chuck and all of his staff far surpassed our expectations. We packed all of our own food, utilized the grills on site and soaked up the gorgeous view for every meal. Chucks place has so many amenities on site, we used the kayaks, paddle boards, fishing gear and wash room. The room was so clean and cozy, the little personal touches were wonderful, we already booked again for this weekend! Love our new home away from home!

Expect a great stay when you stay here. The room was cozy and very clean and offered a stocked kitchen as well as a comfy bed. The hosts were quick to respond and were more than polite. I enjoyed the theme of the room and want to check out the others. They even offered great toys for the beach and for the water. I would love to stay here again

What a wonderful stay!!! We took out the kayaks and paddle boards out each morning. The accommodations were so clean and the staff was so friendly. It’s on an inlet so you’re away from the crowds. I could write about all the great things, but I would become boring! We will definitely return!!!

This was a great place to stay! It has several rentals on one property which allowed us to visit with travelers and make some friends. The free laundry room (with all supplies included) was a nice surprise. Chuck, and everyone on site were fabulous hosts and made my boyfriend and I feel welcomed and at home. We also really enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards, we used them everyday! Being on the bayou was great for this reason and because we got to see dolphins swim right by the dock and while our on the kayaks, super bonus! If you’re looking for a relaxing, clean, fun stay...stay at the hideaway!

Izzy was a wonderful hostess. The space is beautiful, clean and perfect in every way. A friend had stayed there and told me how special it was. My expectations were high and yet they were exceeded once I got there. There is so much to do and Izzy was fantastic about answering any and all of my questions. I will be returning for sure as it has become a new fave get away place. This place is perfect for a get away with my hubby and then we plan to stay at another of their beautiful Airbnb's with our family. They even upgraded the WIFI for me when they found out it wasn't running sufficiently. Seriously, I can't say enough about my stay! Be sure to check out The Pour. I'm a true coffee lover and this place is a must. Great lite bites and atmosphere!

This place was truly a mini paradise. It was so homey yet also had a tropical feel to it as well. I went on a solo trip and never felt unsafe being that I was in a gated community. Terezs place was Great. It was super cute and perfect for what we needed. It says no over size vehicles and this is very true. Listen to this advice. We had a small car but my husband owns a pickup truck and if we had that we would not have fit down the drive way. We loved the house it was better then we were expecting.

This is our second stay at Gianni’s place and we absolutely love it. You cannot beat the location! The house itself is the perfect size for 2 people and has pretty much anything you need! We were sad to see some of our favorite spots had been destroyed in the recent storm but are thankful for the safety of the community over all. Would highly recommend Copper Tap Grille, Hunts and The Shrimp Boat for dinner, as well as the Salty Hobo for a fun night! Look forward to our next return.

Joan’s place was the perfect “base camp” for our kayaking trip in the Panama City area. The house was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, and it had all the amenities we needed. Other houses and buildings in the area still had damage from the hurricane in 2018, but Joan’s house was immaculate. Also make sure you visit the Dan-D-Donuts place nearby... Joan recommended it, and it is amazing!

Very pleasant and accommodating host. We were very pleased with our stay. Everything was as described and we really enjoyed being able to use the pool with our kids. They have done an amazing job despite the devastation to the area due to Hurricane Michael in 2018.

Nice place in Panama City. Probably 20 mins to beach. The hosts were hit hard by hurricane but everyone in community are working hard to restore everything back. Very cute place. Bed was comfy. The kitchen cabinets are very cool. Overall good place for the money. Super friendly and attentive hosts.

Everything was Clean and readily accessible. It was my first time booking and Alla made it simple and answered all my questions. It was bit of a different trip, we were meting friends that were traveling with an RV. They accommodated them and the RV so we could be at the same location. All the RV parks with cabins were booked.

Jan is a great host. We had a 4 hour wait between checking out of our hotel & checking in to her AirBnb. She was so kind and allowed us to check in early. It was incredibly helpful because we have a 2 year old and had a car full of stuff that we didn’t want to leave unattended. Jan had open communication & made sure we had everything we needed. WiFi is fast which was perfect for our Fire Stick & all our devices. Our beds were so comfortable. There were other people staying at the front of the house. (the other AirBnb). You never would’ve known anyone was there. It’s a quiet location & an easy drive to the beach. The beach chairs, buckets & shovels were great to have. We had everything we needed. Thanks Jan! We look forward to staying there again.

Two nice bedrooms , the main one overlooks a small lake. Outdoor sitting areas on both levels. One and a half bathrooms, clean and shiny. Restaurants within a two-three block walk. Coffee shop and bake shop a couple of blocks further. Quiet and secluded for such extras just a short distance away.

Great stay, easy check in and check out. The host was very responsive from beginning to end. The space was clean and comfortable. I’d add that as a person with a bad back, a good bed is very important and I had absolutely no back issues the entire stay. Highly recommended accommodations!

Our 4th of July vacation was so enjoyable! The condo was beautiful with great amenities! Everyone was so nice and our view was just like the pictures. As soon as you walk in it smells like a tropical paradise. It was very homey and I couldn’t be happier with our experience! Thank you for making our vacation so special!

The apartment was the perfect location. It was close to food options and more importantly the beach was only a 3 minutes walk away. The view was incredible and was perfect to wake up to each morning. The interior is beautiful and the place was clean. Paul and Heather were amazing hosts and responded quickly and provided all the support we needed.

Awesome views great pools wonderful people and don’t miss the fountain show. Unit was impeccable and the Decour absolutely beautiful. Would highly recommend this unit for anyone looking to stay at the gulf.

Chuck's place was amazing!! The pictures definitely do not do it justice. 10 minutes to the beach and tons of local restaurants/activities. We loved our stay and so did our pup.

Me and my wife came here for our honeymoon. It wAs everything we could have asked for . Even though the corona virus out break was in full effect we still came and had the time of our lives . The room was so nice , we cooked on the grill that was provided and inside our room. It was peaceful , not noisy at all. It was close to everything you could want or need . Definitely a 5 star stay and will definitely be back next year . Mr Chuck is a great host .

If you like being out on the water, this is the place for you. Being right on the water and with Chuck having kayaks, paddleboards, lifejackets, crabtraps, and watershoes available to just use. This place is great if you like being out in the sun. Much roomier than the pictures show and spotless when i got in. The view right outside the room from the upper deck is great.

Chucks place is the perfect relaxing and private get away. It’s super clean and hospitable. Fur Babies are welcomed. Chuck provides plenty of amenities that allow for a great vacation. We’ve already recommend this place to family and friends and will definitely be back

The hidden gem!! Wonder place with a beautiful view! I stayed in the pelicans nest and it’s so cozy for two people. The hospitality from the owners and employees was phenomenal! I had to make a last minute change to the room, with a pet, they were able to respond quickly and efficiently. I even got lucky enough to stay one more night because of work. A must stay if you get the chance!

We really enjoyed our time here which was an extended stay for us. It is a very charming, cozy home where we felt right at home. We had everything we needed for our stay, even a place/office space for me to work as I work full time remotely with my laptop. The caretakers live next door, Bobbie and James who are absolutely a wonderful, sweet couple! And Tommie was a wonderful host, very accommodating and thoughtful and very responsive when communicating. If we’re ever in the area again and need a place to stay, we will definitely look to coming back to stay!

We had an amazing extended stay in Panama City at Tommie’s home. My husband traveled to Tyndall AFB daily and it was a very easy drive. Delicious restaurants and every type of food/store you might need is close by. PCB or Mexico beach is about 30 min away. Downtown is a very short drive and had great restaurants and live music some nights. Ollie, our dog, had a great time in the large backyard. The house had absolutely everything we would need and we easily cooked most meals at home in the accessible kitchen. Communication was fast and helpful, James and Bobbie next door are just an added treat. Highly recommend!

This was our first Airbnb stay and will by far be the first of many thanks to Tommie! Her home was beautifully decorated and welcoming, and the perfect getaway from the tourists and crowds with a beautiful view of the bay from the front porch. We were welcomed with delicious banana bread, along with other sweet gestures left around the house. If you bring your pups, they’ll be sure to enjoy the spacious backyard as my 2 did! The boat is relatively large. It's a bit rustic but has everything you need. The beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed taking out the peddle boat as well as taking a drive to explore the beaches nearby. Seth & co were very friendly, responsive, and helpful.

Wow! Expect great sunsets and cool breezes! You’ll have fun on paddle boat or dingy. Exploring the bay. Paddle a short distance to Byou Joe’s for great seafood. Definitely will come again!

Also her house was really nice and as long as you respect her basic rules like taking your shoes off when you enter the house you’ll have a great time. She is super respectful and will give you your space if you want it and she was also able to give us a tour around the area. I understand that was lucky that we got to see the area with Heather but either way she has great recommendations and is able to help you find whatever you need. Her house is so nice and the bed is comfy and the shower head is great so every amenity is enjoyable. Also her place is so cheap for what you truly get. I don’t give many glowing reviews like this but her place is with it and she’s so nice and hospitable that I couldn’t give higher reviews to a place. It is so hard to find any issues with this place and for the price it is I highly recommend staying here.

Daniel's condo was more than expected. Very clean and plenty of room for two people. It's location was perfect; right in the middle of everything but still very quiet. Everything needed was provided. Daniel was very helpful and answered any of our questions.

Daniel’s place was very clean and smelled very clean as well! The view from the balcony of the room is great and the location is in a great spot! The room felt very trendy and new as well due to the blue lights in the ceiling! Would definitely stay here again and recommend others if they want a clean and comfortable place close to the beach!
