Super cool location at the Marina. Kathryn and Chuck were awesome ppl with great communication. Check in was simple and quick. Offered us drinks and all! The outside of the boat is amazing for cool summer time pics, and there is a great restaurant right on a boat in the marina. Live music at night was so much fun. Ask chuck about taking you out sailingI would recommended this place to everyone!

We loved everything about staying on Audacious. My boyfriend was able to fish the whole time, and we were still very close to the beach (like 10 minute drive) but also the marina has a lot of restaurants and a few bars, plenty to do! They offer afternoon and sunset sails, which we are gonna do next time we come down

Kathryn and Chuck are wonderful hosts -- friendly and helpful! Audacious is clean, spacious, peaceful, safe, and fully equipped. Docked at the beautiful St. Andrews Marina, Audacious is a short walk from great restaurants, sunset-view bars, coffee shops and cafes. Highly recommend! I'll be back for sure.

This was my first booking with Airbnb and staying with a family and my daughter and I were a little nervous. As soon as I met Our hosts I knew I had made the right decision. Gary and Valerie are two of the nicest people you will ever meet, they go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and I feel like I have known them for years. We had great conversations and they were amazing to my teenage daughter, who by the way didn't want to leave their home. Everything about their home and the room we stayed in was even better than the description. If every host is like these two lovely people then I am never staying in a hotel again. The neighborhood they live in is pretty and right by the water. Panama City is a lovely place to stay. Thank you Gary and Valerie for coming into our lives and making it better for knowing you, even if it was for just one day. May God bless you in this Airbnb adventure.

Valerie & Gary are awesome and an example of great hosts! Really nice, good located house/room and very clean! They were very helpful and gave us nice advices around the area. They also made a list with all recommendable things around. They provided water, coffee, fresh&selfmade cookies and a fridgeon the room. The pictures don’t show how great it really is! We were there as a couple and would definitely recommend staying at "Galaries" ;))

Jan's place was very clean & well modeled ! Super spacious for a mini house & well equipped with just about everything (cooking supplies, towels, bathroom supplies, heaters, etc). I also really like the code on the door rather than assigning keys, it was much more convenient! Area was really quiet & nice, loved the fact that it wasn't too far from the beach ! Jan hospitality is beyond amazing, she responds right away to any request thanks .. LOVED THIS PLACE! & I'll definitely be back .

I love the place because it is quite and well maintained but there is many bugs because the rooms are in the basement in a backyard. Everything else was perfect

My fiancé and I stayed here for three nights. This adorable little add on was a perfect size for a get away. It was so cute and clean. It's in a great location. A close drive to go and do anything. If I had known that it was 20 minutes from the beach activities, I would have rented a car. Ubering was new to the area. The house keeper was awesome. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Great to hang on the porch just wished we could control the air temperature in the house or used a screen door. Po folks restaurant was awesome too!

KC was great with all the questions I had being this was my first time using airbnb. She always responded in a timely manner and was very helpful.

The place was clean, trundle bed stores nicely during the day to free up space, bathroom is big, check-in and -out are super simple. It was nice to have a grill available, too. Proximity to the beach could not have been beat unless you shell out a boatload for the hotels on the beach. This place is a GREAT deal.

KC was a very attentive host, responding qto request quickly. The listing was very accommodating and walking distance from the beach and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay here and will stay here again when we visit PCB in the future.

KC is an extremely great host! Anytime I needed to get in contact with her she immediately responded right back! I definitely would book with her again! The room was very very nice! It was super clean. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and right by everything. We were right across the street from the beach . We walked everywhere because everything is so close in walking distance even when we had to go parasailing that was only 6 mins down the road! So very good location!

We booked our stay very short notice and KC's communication and flexibility were great! the place was exactly what we were looking for, simple, but everything we needed. Overall it's a great value for an unbeatable price and I can only recommend it!

KC worked with me on a booking error to rearrange the dates of our stay at no additional cost, which was terrific for us and very generous on her part. She also checked in on us to be sure our arrival went smoothly, and she responded lightning-fast to a message about the toaster. The condo was well-priced and clean. It was also nice to find that there was sufficient detergent for washing dishes and clothes during our entire stay. Being able to leave our boat docked in the lagoon was incredibly useful to us. After having a less than stellar experience at Captain Anderson's, we got some great recommendations from the locals on less-touristy restaurants (Pier 77, J Michaels, Uncle Ernie's, and Dusty's). The nearby attractions (the go-kart track on the beach side of the complex and the sling shot to the west of the condo, in particular) were a hit with the kids. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning next year.

We enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and had plenty of space. We wanted something a little ways from the madness of Panama city beach but close enough to still enjoy everything it has to offer. Daren has been very easy to talk to and extremely hospitable. He's answered every question, call or text and that made everything smooth and easy. The only downside is it only had one bathroom. Not a big issue and nothing a little patience can't solve. All in all we loved the coziness it supplied us while on vacation. Would recommend and would definitely do again!!

If you're looking for a quite and affordable place, this is a right place for you. We were very happy because with an awesome price, we get a pretty little place. The place was better than what we expected. Also, the host is very nice to us from the check in till the check out. Even though this place is a little distant from the beach and downtown, the public transportation is only 5 mins walk.

Nicole was a God sent we were looking for an apartment in the area and needed to find a place to stay that was reasonable and clean while looking!! It is really the cutest place, right by the bay you can walk not even a block and you are looking at the water. Nicole was a perfect host, the place is really comfortable & clean has everything you need!! Thankyou Nicole!!!! (She even helped find us an apt)

I enjoyed my stay very much. Everything was very clean and very homey. The room was standard size and very neat and clean. The deck out back was so relaxing and the landscaping was beautiful. Our host Maria was very kind and very helpful. Her home is in a nice neighborhood that is quiet which was perfect for a relaxing getaway. I will be staying there again in the future.

What a great stay we had at Maria's home! The bedroom is tucked away privately right next to the bathroom. The room was beautiful, very clean, and had a comfy bed. Maria was thoughtful and generous. Her home is located 1 mile from the downtown area which was perfect for us. There was easy access for the places we needed to go but her house gave us a nice, quiet, safe place to come back to. I look forward to staying there again!

Maria was very accommodating even though i had an allergy to cats. I didn't even know they were there! Myself and my girlfriend had a great getaway and highly recommend staying here.

The best part about staying at Maria's place was meeting Maria in the morning! ( I had the house to myself for the night.) I had a great night of sleep in the comfy bed, enjoyed walking to the bay, taking my dog to the dog park around the block, and exploring Panama City. I was only there one night but would highly recommend it for any travelers wanting to feel "at home." Maria's cats and my dog got along fine, and her recommendations for where to go were great.

Your description was perfect. The neighborhood was quiet and perfect. Over all we enjoy the location. It was centrally located for our activities. Your enclosed patio made my girls feel like at home. I enjoyed opening the back door and they were outside enjoying the sun.

Our family of three stayed for a week and it was wonderful! A home away from home! We had everything we needed! We enjoyed being close enough to the beach to ride bikes down...and loved being tucked away in a cute residential area that's away from the hustle and bustle of the main strip. The Dolphin boat landing was a stones throw away & we witnessed Dolphins splashing around each time we walked down. Our daughter loved this house- the shells, mermaid paintings & beautiful purple flowers growing outside- she kept saying "this place is magical" :) Tanya was kind & available and had plenty of info available regarding the PCB area. If we visit the area again we will definitely stay here! Six thumbs up from the Walls' family!

Good location, clean, good communication. On a somewhat random note, the shower pressure was excellent. What a treat.

Tanya and Ron live down the street from the cottage. Ron came by on a Sunday morning at 8:30 a.m. ringing the doorbell and banging on the door to check to see if we had extra guest. He and Tanya came over two days later at 9:34 a.m. saying they wanted to stop by to check on hammock, I had text her about three days prior. It was ultimately revealed that she was making sure there were no extra guest because there were 2 cars. Both times they dropped by, there were 2 adult women and a 7yo child. I was also told by the neighbor, Ron came down to the house with the weapon checking to see if our boys were at the cottage. He walked through the house when we were there to make sure no one else was there. I had rented an apartment as well for my son and his friends and the first day we got there they just came to change clothes and leave because it was late and they had plans. I let her know that and offered her a chance to check. My stay was unpleasant because of the hosts.

The cottage was super relaxing, and exactly what I was looking for a weekend getaway. It was 3-4 blocks from a public beach access, and the street the cottage is located in is perfect for watching the sunrise. Thanks for letting me visit, Tanya!
