We stayed 2 nights for our anniversary weekend! We had such a lovely time! Miriam and Angus are the best people we have met in a long time! The guest house has everything you could need! The private pool and outside area are so comfortable we never wanted to leAve! I would suggest anyone who wants a perfect getaway spot! Stay here

Miriam and Angus were amazing!! I spent a weekend here and I felt like we've been lifelong friends already. They were so warm and genuine, friendly, and accepting. The guesthouse itself was very nice. Comfortable and cozy. Everything was provided. The backyard and swimming pool were very nice. Please do yourself a favor and stay here! You will LOVE it. It's serene and quiet but close enough to all the action and bars (walking distance).

Chuck is an awesome guy, I enjoyed talking to him. The apartment is lovely and his dog is adorable. Chuck had some good recommendations for dinner and was in general very caring. I definitely would stay at his place again.

Although we could only stay over one night our stay with Chuck what we hoped for, a comfortable bed for weary travelers and the best of Palm Springs just a block away. Plus we enjoyed chatting with our host, giving us a more personal experience than a hotel stay.

A quiet and private place, with all the important amenities of any hotel room. I was surprised by the sheer amount of room I had and was particularly grateful to discover a minifridge was also ready for use in the room (with water all set to go for us thirsty desert visitors)! Polly and her sister were gracious hosts. They were so nice to me even through I caused a visit from a locksmith :( The home is immaculate, the bathroom is en suite, close to downtown (25 minute brisk walk). There are so many great places to stay in Palm Springs, but a lot of them are either too pricey or out in the middle of nowhere. David's casita on Beverly is neither of those things! Very affordable and close to everything. The casita was beautifully furnished with it's own entrance, fully functioning kitchen and bath. With access to a pool, jacuzzi, hammock, and lounge chairs, this place was like staying at a luxury resort at a fraction of the cost. The jacuzzi hot tub was the perfect way to relax under the stars. Their hammock was the perfect way to read the morning paper while sipping on coffee in the morning. David and Sal are such kind souls. They were very welcoming and very accommodating. They were on the property, but didn't bother us and respected our privacy. It felt as if we were staying with friends. I would definitely recommend staying here, and will for sure be returning on our next trip to Palm Springs! Thank you guys for having us! We really enjoyed our stay!

My friend and I stayed here for the weekend of Coachella and had absolutely the best time ever ! David and Sal were so nice and welcoming! Their place was comfortable with nice decor and had amazing floor to ceiling windows with a beautiful view!

Everything about this place is wonderful. It was clean and spacious and the pool and hot tub were perfect. The owners are so thoughtful and accommodating. They had bikes ready for us along with any other request. 4 of us stayed here and enjoyed both grilling and poolside lounging along with bike rides to downtown. All around this is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation in Palm Springs.

It was a very nice room with everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were very nice, clean, and refreshing to use in the desert heat. I would definitely recommend this place for others as well.

Drake's home is incredible! Beautiful and clean, minimalistically decorated. The bed is comfortable, the shower is amazing, and his dog Dash is so cute and calm. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Drake's place is amazing! It's beautifully designed and decorated, super clean and comfortable. There is a big pool and a Jacuzzi in the backyard, and Drake is so nice that he pre-heated the Jacuzzi for us so we can use it at night. Dash is the nicest lab I have met, really friendly and laid back. We stayed for four days and three nights while attending a conference at the Palm Springs Convention Center, which is less than 5 min driving distance away. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, and you have beautiful views of the mountains. There's fast Wi-Fi, huge flat screen TV in the room, and remote-controlled ceiling fans and lights. The bathroom was newly remodeled, and there were fresh towels provides as well as towels by the pool. We felt like we stayed at a resort Villa and would definitely stay here again next time we are in town.

We had a great time in the area and Drake was the best host. So accommodating and helpful for where to go, for eats, and what to do and offering his lovely home to us. We would come back any time available , you will love the stay! Dash is loveable too!

We had a wonderful stay with Drake and Dash (the sweetest mellowyellow lab I've ever met.) They are in and out all the time and you often have the whole place to yourselves, but you find yourself happy when they return because they feel like friends instantly you like to hang out with. The place is spotless, modern and beyond comfortable with all the amenities you could ask for. Drake goes out of his way to share everything about his home and make sure you have access to anything you need for a great stay, and is very helpful and informative about the local area. We would not hesitate to stay again.

Wow! This is a great place. I have stayed in many AirBnB while traveling for fun and this has easily been the nicest one. The "room" is like a cabin attached to the corner of a beautiful home in the Movie Colony section of Palm Springs. It has a private path entrance on the side of the house. It was beautiful appointed with all you would want (e.g. a well stocked fridge, fruit), but none of the things you do not want. The style is Palm Springs laid-back and fun. The description on the site is accurate. It is a couple of blocks from main drag so is secluded while a nice walk to the lively part of town. In addition to this the hosts are lovely and helpful. They see to genuinely enjoy helping the guests be happy in their visit. They were engaged while respecting privacy (Having the room away from the main living space helps). We went on a long hike and they were very flexible when we returned late. Overall we visited Palm Springs to enjoy the town and the surrounds areas. Staying here really made the trip and we will be back. Thanks to Allen, Larry and Brodie!

Richard's palm Springs condo is a great deal for anyone visiting town. It's literally a block away from ace hotel and swim club (where all the hip kids hang out). The pool and spa are truly awesome. Not to mention everything is surrounded by an beautiful mountain view. I definitely plan on doing another mini vacation here.

I had a wonderful time at David's. I truly felt at home and I slept like a log on that comfy bed. It's always sweet to start the day with some fresh coffee and toast. I would love to come back and stay here for any future trips I may have!

The space was perfect for our family, and the location was great. The pool was close to the room, and was easy to access. We loved that the condo was right by the Palm Springs Tram. The TV was a little hard to figure out. Cleaning fee was a little expensive in my opinion, but other than that the trip was great! I highly recommend this place.

Our plan for the trip was to visit downtown Palm Springs, take the tram up the mountain, and visit Joshua Tree. Staying at this condo was perfect because it was really close to the tram and downtown and we were able to quickly get on the highway. The condo is very cozy and quiet with a well stocked kitchen and bathroom, we did not need anything else during out stay. There was plenty of parking and key access was very simple.

Nikki & Sebastian have a great place. It's simple, well prepared, clean, and close to everything. The check-in process was especially simple and straightforward. Great instructions, communication, and follow-up. No coordination or keys necessary. Just a code for the front door was the most convenient check-in I've ever experienced. The bed was comfortable. And plenty of space for the price. The decor could've used an update, but hey, it's a simple place and it's a great value! The tap water is a little funky, so bring your own. That's all Palm Springs, though. Overall, a well taken care of place.

Perfect little condo for our family. We did not spend too much time on property, as we were visiting friends staying nearby. Unit was clean and quiet. Check in and out process was easy. Everything was as we expected. We would rent again.

Nikki and Sebastian's place is perfect for a trip to the Palm Springs area. The main hub is a short drive down the road. The apartment was clean, nicely decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Given our misfortune to have visited during an unusually rainy period, it was useful to have had a kitchen equipped with a wide range of cooking utensils, pots and pans - for when we felt like staying in. Check was very straightforward.

Condo was good value in a very quiet complex. Plenty of parking and everything you need in the condo--lots of cooking items in the kitchen and lots of dishes and glasses, etc. Bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows and extra blankets. We really felt at home.

We had a wonderful trip to Palm Spring staying in the villa. It was a quiet weekend, so often we were the only ones at the pool. The hosts were so accommodating with check-in/check-out, which was greatly appreciated. There was a bottle of wine waiting for us that we enjoyed and the home has everything one needs. The bed was a tiny bit small, but still adequate. I loved that the place was very clean. All in all, would def. recommend to others.

This was a nice little place to rent. It was fully stocked and clean. The owners were available quickly with every question I had and we're super sweet. Cheers to all.
