Perfect spot for my first visit to PS. Room is part of an 9 room boutique AirBnB. Eight rooms in total. Very cute! Wonderful host. Jesse was very responsive -day or night. We were pleasantly surprised by the included continental breakfast and coffee. Pool and spa were well maintained and heated, which was perfect for our late Feb/early March visit. Lounge chairs were comfortable and plentiful. Wonderful spot!

Expect a well designed and appointed suite, exceptionally clean. The pool and jacuzzi area’s are perfect for relaxing on the provided lounge chairs, soft background music along with the daily provided morning cereal, sweet rolls and coffee or juice makes this an ideal place to stay. I’ll be looking forward to returning when next in Palm Springs.

Don's place is super tidy, comfy, and very very private. I had everything I needed during the initial week of COVID isolation with just a couple careful pops to the shop only 1 mile away. Very much enjoyed walking around the neighbourhood with my dog as well, who was very happy to have his own fenced yard too. Wouldn't hesitate to book again : )

Very cute place! Quiet and has a beautiful view in the backyard. Easy to check in/out. They have thoughtful touches like coffee and creamer, kitchen table set up and small box of chocolates. Location is great to get away from the noise of the city.

Cute little In Law suite in a very quiet cul de sac. Very clean. Bed was a a little soft to our liking, but that’s our preference. This place is perfect.

My husband and I had an amazing time. We brought our 2 dogs and had the pool heated and didn’t want to leave. We had such a good we forgot a favorite jacket and our host over nighted it back it us. Highly recommend!

This was our second stay at Steven's casita and it's easy to imagine returning every year. Everything is so comfortable and perfect for two. Comfy bed, private pool and hot tub, wall of windows overlooking the pool, great indie and outdoor furniture for lounging and soaking up the sun, easy to bike around, easy to get to, and very secure and private. It's such a lovely home and Steven and his staff are so kind and helpful.

My sister and I booked a long weekend at Steven’s home in Palm Springs! It was absolutely everything we had hoped for. What a beautiful retreat! The pool and hot tub were amazing. I had a wonderful stay at Steve’s beautiful home. Loved all the thoughtful touches (pool floats, speakers, indoor/outdoor glasses, etc.) The space itself is colorful and welcoming. Check-in and check-out couldn’t be easier and Steve was such a warm and gracious host! He met us at the house for check in and gave us great local tips. The private pool and hot tub really sealed the deal. Would definitely come back again and would highly recommend staying here!

The Dome House is beautiful and just as pictured on the site. It is a quiet place to relax, enjoy the surroundings and be at peace. Pavlina is an excellent hostess who communicated throughout the process and very quick to respond. Once I checked into the house, I had everything I needed and did not need to contact her. She was available if I would have needed her for anything. If you're looking for a home with a great view, off the beaten path, yet a close enough drive to anything you need then this is the place!

This place is as fantastic as it looks; a little Palm Desert paradise. The home has lots of cool books to feather through about the area and the history of Palm Springs. The owner's mid-mod decor and stylish touches make the home feel a modern space ship of sorts. Pavlina was very helpful upon check-in and check out!

You will not be disappointed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Joann’s home. She was an amazing host and ensured all of our needs/questions were answered and met. The home is in a safe and kid friendly location with a beautiful park only a block away. The kids really enjoyed walking to the park in the morning and then swimming in the pool all afternoon. We heated the pool during our stay and it was very warm and comfortable. Definitely a perk that it was saltwater. The beds were comfortable and the living space was as depicted in the pictures. We vacationed with our 4yr old, 3yr old, and newborn and of course asked the grandparents to tagalong and couldn’t have asked for a better space. Thanks Joann!

We enjoyed a fabulous weekend in Palm Springs at Joann's home! I traveled with my dad (73) and my teenage son (18). We all had our own bedrooms and plenty of space. The backyard/patio area is large and we spent our afternoons soaking up the sun. We cooked many of our meals at the house and enjoyed eating poolside at the outdoor dining table. We appreciated the high end appliances including espresso machine. Joann's home is spotless and it looks exactly like the photos. The location was great for anything Palm Springs. Aerial Tramway and hiking just minutes away. We did a little morning trip to Sultan Sea which was an hour away. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet. Don't hesitate to book this Airbnb!

Joann’s place is the perfect resting spot in Palm Springs. The home was so comfortable it was hard to even leave and go explore the area. Beds were super comfy, kitchen had everything we needed to cook and the pool was so refreshing. The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful, we loved walking the side streets and viewing the unique architecture. Proximity to everything was perfect, close enough to the action but far enough away to relax and rest. Can’t recommend this place enough!

A great value for downtown Palm Springs. A large kitchen, with a living room and separate bedroom. Very nice.

This rental was very clean and so roomy with all of what you would need for a comfortable stay. It was also so close to the excitement of the city!!

What a great room! I also arrived earlier than expected and the front desk was able to get me in the room earlier than the check in time.

This is an ideal property to stay at in Palm Springs. The one bedroom is huge with a more than ample terrace to enjoy the amazing weather in Palm Springs. Also, the resort is steps away from all the shops downtown has to offer. I will definitely stay again.

Marie’s place was very comfortable and I would highly recommend staying here. We were able to use the jacuzzi and she was so sweet bringing us out glasses of wine as well. The room shares walls with the house but feels like an apartment due to the separate entrance and bathroom. Much better deal and experience than a hotel in my opinion.

Our group had a wonderful time at this home. Victoria was very attentive and communicated with us very well. The house was clean and had all the amenities we could ask for. Having the spa was a nice touch especially since it was pretty chilly when we stayed in Palm Springs! The surrounding neighborhood was very quiet and relaxing. Victoria's place is as good as it looks in the photos. The house is cute, comfortable and very well stocked. The pool is amazing, maybe a bit bigger than the photos show. There is a gorgeous lemon tree in the back yard that the kids in our group adored. Highly recommend.

Victoria was a great host and the house was just perfect for our girls weekend in Palm Springs. We especially enjoyed the proximity to downtown, the peaceful neighborhood, the fire pit and the hot tub in the backyard! Highly recommend this home for short or long stays in the Palm Springs area.

Gorgeous spotlessly clean safe property - completely enclosed large yard with tons to do! Our family was looking for a safe location away from crowds or other people where our family could enjoy themselves- and David’s amazing Palm Springs villa is just that. With a wonderful heated pool, a large grassy yard, tons of outdoor and indoor games (loved the ping pong, pool table and fuse ball), we were entertained from morning until night. We were able to bring our two little dogs as well. The nights by the lovely fire pit were so relaxing. The home itself is decorated so well with lots of thoughtful and artistic touches. We loved the fully stocked kitchen and my daughter and I spent hours with their collection of nail polish! Gorgeous view of the mountains too. Oh- and self- check in and self- check out is a breeze. Truly the most relaxing time we have had in a while- we can’t thank David enough- and hope to be back.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is much more spacious than it looks in the pictures. The kitchen came equipped with everything we needed, and more! Loved the cute “freebies” (baking mixes, snacks, bathroom products) you had throughout the house as well as the smart TVs in every room.

David’s place is as described and located near a grocery store for nibbles at the house or for lounging next to the pool. He was very responsive and accommodating to what we needed. We enjoyed our time greatly!

Ken is an exceptional host! He greeted us personally, provided clear rules and expectations, provided recommendations on restaurants and activities, checked in with us frequently to see if we needed anything and provided everything we would possibly need. He offered us a cocktail upon arrival and invited us to happy hour around the fire pit. We enjoyed visiting with him and learning about the area. The space was spotlessly clean, the bed comfortable, the shower hot and the wifi fast. The view from the room is just beautiful. We will be back!

Soooo... To start with, Ken was a wonderful host and very kind person. I think every time I thought of something- it happened or appeared. He may be a mind-reader, I’m not sure. Our place was lovely and so comfy. The pool- and view- unparalleled! We plan to head back in the near future. Just to be. Pamper yourself and go visit Ken!

The location, the cleanliness, the personal touches ... all of these were really wonderful, and Ken is among the most responsive and helpful AirBNB hosts I’ve every encountered. On a warmer stay, the outdoor space would have extended the room and given us more of what we craved, which was living space. With the cool nights and mornings when we were there, we felt a little confined in this smallish space.

Billy’s place was the perfect getaway. Very clean and bright. The yard is very spacious and the pool has a spectacular view. It was equipped with everything you would need. I would highly recommend Billy’s home to anyone wanting a relaxing time!!

Our family of four (two kids ages 5 and 8) were looking for a reasonably-priced place with a pool ("reasonable" for Palm Springs that is) and Billy's place was it. This place exceeded our expectations, it was clean, spacious and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay in Palm Springs. The pool is well-maintained and offers a great view of the San Jacinto mountains. The neighborhood is quiet but it is still close enough to everything in PS. We'll book this place if coming back to Palm Springs!

If you're looking for a clean, convenient, and thoughtfully appointed place to enjoy Palm Springs, this is it! Booking was easy, Billy's response time for questions is very fast, and the home is an oasis. If we ever have the chance to return to PS this is where we'll be staying again.

Our stay at Via Mykronos was so relaxing! My husband and I celebrated our 45th wedding anniversary here and we thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful outdoor setting by the pool, as well as the fun and colorful indoor decor. Billy was a wonderful host, and we will definitely return again!

We booked this place for a Christmas vacation with our family. It was great! We heated the pool and spent lots of relaxing hours outside by the firepit or in the pool. All in all, great place to stay for all ages, and had something to offer for everyone. Hosts were responsive and friendly. Highly recommend!

We really loved this house , too bad we came at a time it was a little bit too cold and it rained to fully enjoy the pool and slide . The back yard is amazing and on our second day we were able to enjoy it a little. We did pay for the pool to be heated but it didn’t do too much for us seeing as it was just too cold. The jacuzzi was amazing though once we got it to heat up. I appreciated the constant communication with the host thru out our stay for certain things we needed like getting the jacuzzi to warm up.

This place exceeded my expectations and was the best place I have stayed in Palm Springs.

Our stay at Keith & Randy’s couldn’t have been more perfect. As a lover of the mid-century vibe, I literally thought I had died and gone to heaven. Everything: from the light fixtures, bed linens, coffee cups, to even the doorknob made me feel like I had been magically transported to the set of Mad Men. Do yourself a favor and stay here. No doubt it will be your best Airbnb experience EVER!!!

Not to be dramatic but this listing is what I imagine my personal heaven is like. The space was incredibly stylish and so much thought was put into each detail. Our experience was unique because at the time of our stay Palm Springs issued a shelter in place due to the COVID-19. In addition the weather was unusually cold and rainy. Despite this we still had tons of space and activities to keep busy. Not to mention Randy & Keith were regularly checking in on us and providing us anything we needed. The kitchenette provided ammentities to reheat our takeout and make simple breakfasts. They provided us with a juicer and allowed us to pick grapefruit from their trees. They were kind enough to heat up the pool for us which we thoroughly enjoyed. The outdoor shower and firepit were really cozy touches. The private patio is beautiful and you get an amazing view of the mountains. On top of it all there are a few adorable cats that hang around. Due to Carona we did not get to explore the town, but I can say the location was near many grocery stores and hiking trails. Can't wait to go back and would love at this listing again!

Absolute perfection!! Hosts thought of everything for your stay in PS!

I can't say enough. The well thought out and spotless space, the beautiful and comfortable patio with the soothing sound of the water fountain, the views, the easy access, privacy and location. The smart TV! We just plugged in our accounts. All the thoughtful (and stylish) touches. And the kitty gang (we're cat people). It was perfect.

This place did not disappoint. From the smallest details to ensure my comfort, all the way to the relaxing patio where I can kick off my shoes, lay back in my chair to relax; my stay was perfect. If you stay here, you can expect an extremely comfortable bed, silent nights rest, fresh coffee in the morning, a fridge to keep my leftovers cold, a microwave to make my leftovers hot, and the most comfortable shower on this planet. You won't go wrong. Thanks so much for allowing me to stay in your guest house!

Great little condo for a stay in Palm Springs.

Nice spot, very clean. Check in was seamless and easy parking. Laundry is coin operated and on property but not in-unit. Must bring your own TV streaming logins, none provided. Overall, ideal location relative to the town, shops, and hikes, including easy drive to Joshua Tree.

The condo was cute and perfect for two. Extremely simple and minimal!!

Shane’s apartment is comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved using the pool. Quick drive into town and plenty of parking available. Would definitely stay here again!

Great vibe at Desert vibes! We stayed here for modernism week 2020 and we very comfortable and happy. Easy parking and a 5 minute drive to the centre of town. The pol and spa were used every day! There is everything you need in the kitchen and it was quiet and peaceful. Highly recommended.

Great place!

This is a very nice house in a cute, quiet community. We had a nice, relaxing weekend. Downtown Palm Springs is about one mile away. We walked to downtown a couple times and enjoyed viewing the modern houses in the neighborhood along the way.

Michele’s place was an absolute dream! I rented it for a mother- daughter getaway with the girls in my family. The place is so cute & even better in person. Check in was easy & the space was phenomenal! It fit 6 of us girls very comfortably. We loved the open kitchen near the living room. We spent most of the time lounging by the pool & loved the fact that the house had a shade to cover us from the sun if it got too hot for us. The pool was always the perfect temperature & could fit our inflatable flamingo perfect. We loved being able to control the air conditioner & that we could pop in anything we needed to wash with the washer/dryer handy. I am definitely looking forward to renting this house again for another getaway!

Part of the attraction of visiting PS is the architecture, so it's great to have a chance to stay in a prime example, immaculately maintained. Plus it's a "real home" where the owner spends time. it shows immediately. Wonderful stay. Thank you.

Nice place to stay. Clean, spacious and great size pool. Close to grocery store, drugstore, and restaurants. Very convenient. The host is good at responding in a timely manner if you need them or have questions. My family and I enjoyed our stay.

Our group had a blast at Katie's place! Check in was easy and the house is as adorable as it looks in the photo! We came for the pool and spent most of our time lounging outside, the backyard feels secluded and private. The casita is adorable and gave us extra hang out space. Katie was a great host!

Our family of 10 with guests ranging from grandparents to babies stayed for a week. The pool was a major hit, and the house flow worked perfectly, as did the casita for the babies. Would highly recommend!

Me and 7 of my friends stayed here for a birthday party weekend. It was the perfect house for us. The heated pool was perfect and huge! The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We even used the grill! The living room had plenty of seating for all of us and, even though it’s on a Main Street, it didn’t feel like it. It was pretty quiet and the fences made us feel secluded. The location is perfect if you’re looking to spend time in downtown Palm Springs. Katie was very friendly and quick to respond. We even got to bring our dog and he loved it too.

This place is fantastic. It is just as it appears in the pictures. It’s spotlessly clean & has all the amenities you can think of. There were even facilities for my 8 month old baby. A travel cot, changing station, high chair etc. The kitchen is well equipped & all cupboards are labelled so you know where to find things. Downtown is only a few mins drive away where there’s plenty of restaurants, shops & convenience stores etc. You can also easily reach Joshua Tree National Park amongst other places. Stay here & you won’t be disappointed.

This is literally the place to stay if you’re in Palm Springs. The room was absolutely beautiful, the amenities were excellent, and the host, Jesse was an absolute pleasure to work with. Everything is close by if you needed to grab something to eat, or do something fun outdoors (like a hike) but honestly, we never wanted to leave our room. It was like our little sanctuary in the desert. The entirety of our trip was just so relaxing, my boyfriend and I can’t wait to stay here again!

This is such a great spot. The room was clean and well-decorated, and the space was quiet. The heated pool was amazing, but even better is the jacuzzi, which was hot and perfect for a nighttime soak when the temperature dropped. The location is also ideal: it's a quiet spot in a residential area, but you're literally five minutes from downtown and five minutes from the airport. It's definitely bikeable, but you should spend a few bucks and rent a car so you can see more of the town and take day trips around the Palm Springs area (we rented a car from Budget for $35 per day). Finally, Jesse and Colin were really great at communication and they responded quickly to our messages. Great hosts and a great location. We'll be back. Oh, and breakfast in the morning is simple but really well done. Cereals, yogurt, a terrific tea selection, coffee, fruit, and bagels/toast. It's a great way to start your morning before heading out and exploring Palm Springs.

We loved our stay at Robert’s place. The property is as pictured. Fun, funky, stylish, spacious and comfortable. The bed was a dream with lovely soft linens. Lots of storage, bikes for tooling around town, and the pool and yard were a perfect wrap up to a day of hiking in the desert. Robert was super helpful with great restaurant recommendations. We arrived later than planned due to a flight delay. We were greeted at the gate quickly and warmly and helped in. The place is lovely and has all the amenities of home. The patio is perfect for morning coffee and reading. The bed was super comfy with soft linens. We were out and about for the duration of our stay, so didn't use the pool as we'd planned to, but it's a cute shape and the whole yard is lovely and has lots of furniture to lounge on. The kitchen was well stocked, including olive oil, spices, and coffee. We cooked a couple breakfasts and found everything we needed. There was a welcome bottle of wine (lovely touch). All in all, a fabulous stay!

Robert's Hollywood House was amazing! The house was stylish and had everything we could have asked for. The outdoor area was perfect for us and was set up for a relaxing day at the pool. The bed was super comfortable and we didn't want to get out of it in the morning. Robert was a wonderful host and was always available if we needed him, but we felt like we were in total privacy. The best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. We are Airbnb hosts as well, so we expect a lot from other hosts. Robert gets five stars for being an amazing host!! Please don't hesitate to stay here!

As a first time visitor to Palm Springs, I can't imagine a better trip other than to have had more time. Kim's home was exactly that, a home. It was so perfectly prepared for us, there wasn't anything we were missing or needed. The neighborhood was great, very quiet and relaxing. The home is definitely walkable to parks, shops and restaurants but also just a quick Uber ride away. The communication with Kim was great, she was extremely responsive and always available for any questions prior to our arrival. Checkin and checkout was seamless. The 'visitor's guide' was amazing. We referred to it multiple times and every question we had about the home or the area was right there. Amazing prep was done for this AirBNB home. Will definitely stay again!

Perfect. Far exceeded our expectations!! Our extended family stayed here together to celebrate our parents 40th anniversary... we all had enough room, and plenty of spaces we could all be together!! We loved every minute- it felt like a true vacation- and we wished we would have booked our trip longer!!!!

This airbnb is absolutely incredible! We had the most special 2 days celebrating my husbands birthday. It has pretty much every amenity you could possibly hope for and is the most beautiful sanctuary to hang out in! The garden and pool area are just a dream! We walked around in awe when we first arrived! It's ideal to cook there as it has so many utensils and an awesome BBQ - we were so sad to only stay for 2 nights and could have easily stayed for much longer. The beds were also incredibly comfy and the place was the most spotless airbnb we've ever stayed in (and we've stayed in lots) We hired a private chef for the last night who kept commenting on what a wonderful kitchen it was to cook in! The ONLY thing I would change about our stay is we had a pest control guy and some gardeners turn up on both days we were staying - we read the house manual and it does state that gardeners come every Weds and pest control comes once a month, but it doesn't specify exact times. Both times we were sunbathing in the garden and not wearing many clothes when they walked straight into the backyard which felt a little intrusive and really made us jump! It would have been nice to be told ahead of checking in about this as we would have asked them to be rearranged for another time or day (we were only staying for 2 days so were just unlucky it coincided with both days) These were small inconveniences though and certainly didn't take away from the overall experience which was exceptional and we will remember forever. We would 100% love to come back and stay again in the future and would recommend this place to anyone coming to Palm Springs - it's like heaven on earth and you will not regret it!

Lovely home, well thought out living and sleeping spaces with a great outdoor area for swimming or playing bocce ball. Home is nicely decorated, with convenient sonos sound system and tv set up, and stocked with essential needs, especially for cooking. Beds and outdoor spaces are all very comfy. Wind can get a bit strong but generally doesn't last too long. Daniel is very easy to talk to and responsive, and it has been a pleasure staying in his charming home.

I had a wonderful vacation at Daniel's amazing property. Very comfortable sleep and the layout of the kitchen and living room with the view from outside was so nice. Stayed in most of the week due to the recent covid-19 outbreak. Staying in, with such an amazing back yard & pool wasn't such a bad way to spend the holiday. Would definitely recommend Daniel’s place! Absolutely loved staying there!

Beautiful home with great outdoor space, perfect for relaxing. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient to the grocery store, etc. We cooked a lot of meals and found the kitchen well stocked with all pots, pans, etc that we needed. Home interior is nicely decorated and updated - comfortable beds, too. There was wind and airplane noise which we were expecting but did not mind. Highly recommend Daniel’s home.

The yard is so awesome. We spent most days swimming and playing bocci ball. Great location as well. Easy to get anywhere quick. The house is modern and equipped with everything you could want including a Sonos wireless system and Hulu tv.

We stayed here during Modernist week. This modernist themed house is beautifully styled and colourful-as per the photos. The beds were comfortable and we loved the polished concrete floors. The best part of it though is the garden and pool. Great combination of cactus and grass. The white wall around the garden makes it appear that there is nothing between you and the mountain beyond and it is spectacular. At night the area is quiet and you can see quite a few stars whilst you are swimming. The house is very close to the Palm Springs Air Museum and Palm Springs in general. it is a great location for a weekend in the desert.

This place is amazing! By far the nicest air bnb we've stayed at. Communication and check-in were super easy, the house was freshly cleaned, designed beautifully, and full of amenities. So. Many. Amenities. Between the indoor and outdoor fireplace, multitude of seating areas, bocce ball court, hot pool and swimming pool, this place is made for a good time. We had a lovely time cooking in the kitchen, which was stocked with sharp knives, waffle maker, and plenty of tools. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms with rainfall showers were nicer than most hotels, and the indoor/outdoor living spaces made for a magical vacation. This house is in a quiet residential neighborhood on the North end of town, perfect for a chill time with a low-key group who will be respectful of the neighbors and noise levels. We will absolutely stay again if we're in the area!

My client with Alzheimer's and I had never used Airbnb. I had never been to Palm Springs. The day we were driving in, my phone died in the desert. I had no way to Google directions to the house. We limped in to a Bed Bath and Beyond where they graciously let me try to charge the phone. Got enough juice to call our host and relay our predicament. My client was getting anxious on top of everything else 😢 Todd was beyond kind and came to us and guided us to the house. And what a house it was! Beautiful! Comfortable! Exactly like the pictures! We didn't need anything but groceries and Albertsons was just around the corner. Location was perfect - easy to get to everything. Great neighborhood for taking walks. We had an issue with the diverter on the bath tub. Todd came over that same day and fixed it. Very responsive. Our friends who were visiting were so impressed with everything, they want to rent it in the future for their family! I now understand why they have a designation as a Super Host! Thank you for the best first time experience and such an awesome stay!!!

Mikey was amazing! Very responsive and helpful. We booked at 10am on a Friday after our RV generator broke at stagecoach and was able to check in less than 3 hours later. He saved our trip! The room is BEAUTIFUL and spacious and I’m 1000% going to look for this exact place next time I’m in the desert! Mikey let us store our stuff in another one of his places while we waited for our room to be cleaned and when our room was ready, he PERSONALLY helped us get all our stuff from his place to ours. Thank you for saving our stagecoach trip and making it 10000 times better than we ever expected!

Tanner's house is amazing! It is so clean and very stylishly decorated, inviting and comfortable. I wish I could live in that house forever, and was sad to have to leave. Multiple sliding glass doors in every room on the backside of the house make the backyard with fruit trees, patio, firepit, pool and hot tub just steps away from anywhere in the house. It was true PS style indoor/outdoor living. Inside the house is immaculate and tastefully decorated with Shag art and fantastic furniture and color schemes. It is on a major street surrounded by other midmod homes and is a very short and easy drive to downtown shops, restaurants and sightseeing. (We even considered having a nice, leisurely walk all the way to N Palm Canyon, had the evening temps been a little warmer.)Tanner was a very gracious and accessible host, checking in along the way, and very responsive. When I casually let her know that a bike had a flat tire, she had her maintenance person there fixing it the next morning, even though I told her it wasn't a problem and we probably wouldn't use the bikes anyway! It was my first Airbnb experience, and it could not have been better. My husband and I rented the home with another couple, and for about the same (or even less) than it would have cost us each to stay in a hotel, we had our own private space to be able to live in, relax and really enjoy. The few photos that are posted in the description really do not do the house justice - it was beautiful and even better than I was expecting. We will definitely strive to stay in Tanner's house again on future trips!

A beautiful and stylish home that was a perfect home base for exploring the area. It was easy to get downtown, to the airport, and to the freeway for adventures beyond Palm Springs. And the house itself was a lovely place to unwind at the beginning and end of each day! Coffee on the patio each morning, watching the sun rise and listening to the birds, was especially nice. Check-in was easy and Tanner was very responsive before and during our stay.

The location and space are fabulous, very open layout that is welcoming and warm. Can't say enough about all the gorgeous views and windows. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Tanner's, thank you so much for having us!

We loved Bryan's place. The house is beautiful. Our space had a private entrance with a courtyard and firepit just outside the door. We had everything we needed. It was very comfortable and clean. Bryan offered a continental breakfast, which gave us a chance to visit with his adorable dog and kitties. He is a great host, friendly and fun to talk to.

I agree with previous guests. This was the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. Bryan is an amazing host. The casita is really cute and in a great location. It’s private and quiet. We had the pool to ourselves. At night, Bryan would light the fire pit for us, so we could enjoy the stars. You’ll fall in love with their pets- especially the husky mix named Shadow.

If location, comfort, cleanliness, communication with ease and suggestions on local things to do, all provided by the most amazing host who serves a wonderful breakfast and happens to have a sidekick of a friendly, well behaved dog this is the place for you. If you are looking for somewhere to stay in Palm Springs, look no further than this wonderful and relaxing location set beneath Mt. San Jacinto. From the moment we arrived Bryan was there to greet us and provide us with everything we needed to know about the space. We had all the privacy we required but Bryan was also nearby if we needed anything. We really appreciated the breakfast provided each morning and took full advantage of the gas heater in the courtyard. My husband and I hope to return in the future.

We have stayed in 25 AirBnB's across the world and this one is by far the best experience we have ever had. They lay out the nicest breakfast in the most beautiful courtyard in the back of their place. We felt like royalty! Thanks, Bryan and Jerry and let's not forget the awesome pets! [two great cats and a Malamut named Shadow we fell in love with!]

A wonderful little Airbnb right off the main drag in a gated community with pool and hot tub. What more could you ask for in Palm Springs?

Bryan was a lovely host. Room was private, clean, and cozy. Breakfast was a nice touch and we fell in love with his pup Shadow. Location is only 5-10 min to downtown with an amazing view of the mountain in their backyard- such a treat to see during breakfast. Thanks for your hospitality Bryan!! This place was the perfect escape for me and my family. We wanted to get out of LA before the safer at home rules were in full effect, and this is exactly what we needed. In fact, the house and the host, Billy, exceeded our expectations. Billy is an extremely responsive and gracious host. Also, we absolutely loved the Golden Girls decor! We’ll definitely return!

Stop looking and book now! Billy's house is stylish and immaculately clean. Everything is labeled which helps big time with knowing where things go and what lights operate what. The pool is great and the views are incredible. We walked in and were blown away. Pictures don't even do it justice. There was also a tiny hiccup with the hot tub heat (not the hosts fault at all) and he responded immediately on a Friday evening and helped to get it solved. The location is great too. We loved our stay! Thank you Billy!

When our normal place to stay in Palm Springs was unavailable we found this house. We are so glad we did! The check in process was easy and the property manager was friendly, helpful and accommodated our schedule. There is an amazing pool/spa area with plenty of space to spread out in complete privacy. The interior of the house is comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and super close to everything. We look forward to making this our new place to stay while in Palm Springs!

You will not be disappointed when staying at Ocotillo Retreat. It is really wonderful and so comfortable. This place is quintessential modern and perfect for anyone wanting to complete the whole Palm Springs vibe while visiting. The place is laid out perfectly with a completely private PS-style hedge around the entire property, beautifully remodeled throughout, with amazing high-style bathrooms (and one for each bedroom which was fantastic), a gorgeous kitchen that leads out to a covered patio area with those amazing recessed "indoor-outdoor" sliding glass doors for indulging in a special dinner al fresco (which we did!). The pool and backyard are laid out perfectly, complete with a cool fireplace pit which we used often. From the fireplace, the views of the famous mountain range was stunning. Highly recommend this place - and on top of all that - the host is top notch and very responsive and customer-service oriented. If you are hesitating about booking this home - hit that "reserve" button now! :-)

What a great place. So well designed, very stylish with great kitchen, very cozy and comfortable common areas, beautiful bathrooms, high-end bedsheets and pillows. Great pool and spa. Centrally located. Easy communication and check-in and check-out. So far, our favorite place in Pal Springs. Highly recommend it!

Michael's place is gorgeous and has a hot tub you can almost swim laps in. Check-in was a breeze and we loved the house so much that we barely left it for the week. A+++

The host: Mike is a great host. He had no one checking out the day we were checking in so offered us to check in early. We didn't land until later so didn't need it but that gracious offer started off the trip knowing we'll be well taken care of and we were. Mike seemed to care about his guests being happy versus just a transaction. Super appreciated. Trisha, who helped give an overview of the house at check-in was extremely responsive and super helpful throughout the weekend. The house: stylish, airy and comfortable. All the rooms are comfortable with amazing bathrooms with rain showers. The pool was clean and heated perfectly. The kids love it. The views from the pool/spa of the mountains and manicured lawn with the palm trees is just perfect. The kitchen was spacious and updated. The front yard is cool just to hang out with how manicured the lawn is with plants and trees. The location: $10 uber rides to downtown and the airport - both in less than 5 minutes, easy. Closest coffee shop (koffi) is a 20 minute walk. Joshua Tree national park an easy 45 minutes. Stay here, you'll be happy you did.

We spent a long weekend at Michael's home in Palm Springs and did not want to leave. The house is in a great location; close enough to everything and on a calm street in a great neighborhood. The home is exactly as the photographs and description portray. It is a stunning home, has been thoughtfully and tastefully decorated, and is filled with everything you would need during a stay. Our communication with Michael was easy and fast. This is an absolute gem and each person in our group would stay again in a heartbeat!

Nilesh's place was absolutely perfect. Not only was it adorable, but so great for 3 people. We each had our own bedroom, the 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen were so nice for the week-long stay. Ubering was easy and quick to town. And we loved having the pool. We would recommend this space to anyone!

Loved Nilesh’s place! Super pretty views, lots of space, he’s a super responsive host. The place and the pool are just lovely. Comfy beds. Very clean. One note for winter guests: the second bathroom is in the garage, so too cold to use. I imagine it’s just fine the rest of the year.

Only 1 TV in a very small room. The pool was very nice but the outdoor fire pit was not very safe if you have dogs or children. It is built in the ground and does not have a fence around it.The same goes for the non working fireplace in the living room. It is open with no screen or surrounding plate. The location is great and neighborhood nice..The kitchen was clean as were the bathrooms. The super host was in Europe and would not agree a super flexible host.

Beautiful home, beautiful pool, all around a fantastic place to stay!! Kitchen was well stocked with basic utensils and appliances, bedrooms and bathrooms had all basic necessities. The outdoor firepit was soooo awesome !!! Such a fun design and perfect for enjoying in the cool evenings. The pool was so enjoyable, and the outdoor landscaping around it made for a relaxing atmosphere. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home !

The home is very much as advertised. It is a lovely space, bright, great example of mid century modern architecture. Two comfortable bedrooms, one en-suite. The kitchen is well set up if you want to cook but restaurants are also close by. The pool is lovely and very clean and we enjoyed sitting outside in the back yard mid afternoon to enjoy the sunshine and relax. We even got to pick a few lemons to make homemade lemonade!Highly recommend for a family or two couples. All of the linens and towels were new and the beds were high quality. The hosts, Martin and Julie, are responsive, as is their local team in Palm Springs. We would stay again if we returned to Palm Springs.

Always a great stay! This was my third time and I'm sure I'll be back. I brought my mom with me on this occasion she was delighted with all the amenities, especially the great size of the pool and wonderful gas fire pit at night.

Kay’s place was great for our 6 week stay in Palm Springs. The check-in was a breeze with great communication and key code access. The place is spacious with great appliances and a very well stocked kitchen. The memory foam king size bed is very comfortable. Kay’s place is very clean and well appointed and tastefully decorated. The property is gated with 2 pools, tennis/pickelball courts and ample parking. The location just off highway 111 at the east side of Palm Springs is close to shopping but is quiet. Note that the unit is on the second floor and is accessed by stairs only (no elevator). We would stay there again and we recommend.

Stylish condo in a good location. A very good value. Plenty of space for a couple. Very comfortable bed and the kitchen is well-stocked. The complex is well maintained and has 2 very nice pools. We swam almost every day and also enjoyed the shaded balcony. Friendly neighbors. Trader Joe's and Target are nearby, in fact we walked there several times.

We had a great stay at James’ place in Palm Springs. It was super clean and comfortable. A great escape from the city. The pool and hot tub were perfect and there are so many great seating areas I don’t think I got to try them all out. Very relaxing and fun.

Honestly, I don't think we could have asked for more. The house has amazing energy. They have put some attention into just about everything, big and small. Lots of little detail that shows they really put thought into it, and it shows. Each room had its own aesthetic which was cool. We felt we were hanging out with Dean and Frank and company, in the 50s, but with all the modern flares. The kitchen has anything you could need. The outdoor spaces are lovely, from the pool and jacuzzi, to the firepit area, to the outdoor shower and tub, to the bocci pit. Hosts and property manager were very attentive and quick to respond. It's in a nice neighborhood, close to parks, and very close to the main strip. A bike ride, Uber, or longish walk away. We'll be back!

This fun house has wide open spaces both inside and out, high ceilings and tall windows looking out to the spacious pool area. Plenty of shade structure would make this a comfortable place to chill by the pool even during the summer shoulder months. The bedrooms are spacious, bedding is top notch, and whoever gets to stay in the casita has a real treat coming.

This house was great for my group of 7 friends to spend a long weekend celebrating a birthday! The pool area is great and all of the beds were comfortable. I highly recommend, it’s a great price for what you get!

WOW. A group of 8 of us stayed here over New Years 2020 and we had the best time. The bedrooms are all perfectly sized with comfortable beds. The kitchen works well for cooking meals, the dining room table fit us perfectly, and the indoor/outdoor lounge spaces were perfect for games, conversation, etc. The home was spotless, beautiful, and had lots of cute touches. Also, huge props to them for designing a gorgeous casita. The pool and hot tub are phenomenal - a true highlight. They heated up quickly and we spent tons of time in each. The location is awesome too - a quick 5-10 minute drive from restaurants and bars. Do not look anywhere else, this home is perfect!

Great house on a very quiet street. Beautiful furnishings, comfortable beds, cozy fire pit, relaxing hot tub, fun pool. Very responsive owner and lots of nice touches throughout the house. The carriage house master is like a luxury resort. Highly recommended and we’ll definitely be back.

The house was amazing. Both master suites were huge for Palm Springs but especially the casita master suite, which i guess is brand new. It was beyond stunning. I cooked all of my meals there and there were plenty of pots and pans and cooking utensils. Mike, the house manager was super responsive and offered to bring me anything they didn't have since ii told him I would be cooking a lot. But I didn't need anything other than what they had. The pool is huge. The mountain view from the bed of the master casita is incredible. Can't recommend it enough. I'm coming back to stay again for sure.
