I was welcomed very nicely. The room I got was the one that appears in the photo. It is a corner room with 2 windows overlooking the river. I found the accommodation to be very suitable for the price with A/C and TV. I would have liked a hot shower, but finally adjusted myself to a cold one. I recommend this guest house because of it's location, price and facilities. It is only 1 minute walk from the shops in the center of town which has a very nice, small center with beautiful church, access to the river, and a good gym 5 minutes trike ride away.

I enjoyed my stay in there so much because host members are very kind. Good access to the falls and Pagsanjan falls is so exciting. Clean room, nice river view from the room and delicious dinner and breakfast. The most impressive thing is that host members are so kind and help me a lot.

My family and I had a great time here. It's very spacious and cozy. Tita M was very accommodating too. We would love to come back to this place! :)

My family and I all had a good time in Levie's house. The place is very cozy and clean. All her rooms are spacious. In fact the house can accommodate more than 12 as her double beds can be slept by two people. Simply love the design and layout of her house . The kitchen has all the utensils we need. Her mom was so accosting and helped is arranged our pagsanjan tour and after the tour we were dropped off right at the back of their house! Simply convenient. The only improvement is that one of the big rooms where the 4 double decks are, seems the capacity of the aircon is not enough to cover the huge room. We put 3 electric fans to help compensate for it. Will definitely recommend and be back,

The house was a fusion of a modern interior design and a rustic quaint homey vibe! Our families enjoyed our stay there a lot. The host was also very gracious. Her mom was also kind enough to reserve boats for our Pagsanjan river adventure. She also recommended a restaurant where we had our lunch during our first day of stay. Each room has its own shower room/restroom, which made it very convenient for us, guests. Every corner is picturesque. The walls were also decorated with paintings and old photographs. The antique decors seemed to transport us back through time, yet its modern details made us feel close to home. Definitely a nice place to stay.

Me and 9 of my girlfriends spent the night at Levie's house on June 12-13, 2015. The moment we entered the property we were already mesmerized with how homey, quaint, and well appointed the house was. It stayed true to its modern Filipino vibe with its vintage accessories, paintings, and other details. Our favorite part of the house was the kitchen and the bedrooms. The kitchen was spacious and it has everything one would need to make a good meal. The refrigerator is large enough for groceries too. The bedrooms were really great: spacious, comfortably large beds, with bedsheets that can rival key hotels. We all agreed that the place was made with the guests' comfort in mind. Our visit was even made extra special because Levie's mom, Ms Marina, was there to accommodate us and attend to our queries. She was generous enough to let us pick camote tops from her garden, plus a bonus watermelon as dessert for our breakfast meal. We were si delighted we took pictures with her. I would highly recommend Casa Marina to any big groups, even families with kids. We're looking forward to go back for our next bonding trip! Thanks Levie and Ms Mina!

Ms. Levie's place has been perfect for our family's weekend trip to Pagsanjan. The house is well-maintained, complete with amenities (cable TV, wifi, spacious rooms with comfy beds), and the location is near the church and restos. Even my 2 year old son had fun running around the house and crawling at the mini garden at the back of the house. We will definitely recommend this place to family and friends. Special thanks to Ms Levie's mom, Ms Marina and her angel Rica who were very helpful and accommodating during our stay.

We're canceled our trip one day before our actual check out date because of the following reasons: *The host is charging us extra payment for additional guests despite the fact that his ad says 'no extra charge' for additional people. *The host even asked us to leave in the middle of the night when we declined to pay. *Limited water supply-The host's overseer turns off the water supply at night. This was not explained to us beforehand. *There were flies everywhere inside the house. *Terribly noisy neighborhood. There were so many drunk teens walking around the neighborhood during our stay. *The bathroom gets flooded everytime we turn on the faucet. *The house only had one bathroom. The listing advertised two. *The overseer doesn't want us to use two rooms. We had to call the host and convince him that his listing is supposed to allow us to use two rooms because that's what's shown in the ad. *The host demanded that we all give him all the names of the individuals in our group. We felt harrassed and bullied by the host. Overall, this is a pretty traumatic and scarring experience to me and my family. The host seems to be ill equipped in the hospitality business and he made our entire stay miserable.

Book here! Perfect vacation house in the middle of a barrio near Caliraya lake. Very good property. The host and Ate Annalyn, the overseer are very accommodating. Very peaceful and silent barrio environment. Clean and with sufficient water supply. Definitely we are coming back and commendable!

Most importantly, you will experience the warm welcome of its host and caretakers, very hospitable and loving people. The place is a great vacation house and everything that you need is available. You can also order breakfast, lunch and dinner from Ate Annalyn at a surprisingly very low price. She is a great cook and very accommodating :) Very satisfied!

Awesome place! The view is amazing

We loved this place so much we didn't want to leave! Thank you for the smooth communication, Sir Francisco! Everything was in detail so we didn't encounter any problems locating the house (even though it was at the far end of the subdivision). We especially love how bright and cheery the place is (we did a photoshoot), every corner is what they say "(SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN)mable". The view just outside the house: stunning! I only have good words to say for this place...perfect place to unwind with family and friends. Even more commendable were the staffs inside the house - very attentive to our every need! They are an asset, Sir Francisco, send them my regards :) Till next time!

This place is perfect for all ages. Kids can play in the game room and adults can have a little chit chat/drinks at the veranda. We enjoyed all the activities and everyone is so nice - including the dogs :D! Can't wait to go back!

The place is exactly how it was described by the other guests before me. Beautiful, amazing and relaxing. The location of the house has a perfect view of the lake. And the house itself is beautifully designed with lots of interesting pieces. The helpers in the house were very accommodating and was very helpful. We were also able to use the kayak and paddle boat to explore the lake. Mr. Francis was also very easy to contact and communicate to. We are looking forward to come back to this place soon.

The location was a bit farther than we expected. But upon checking in, we were immediately attracted to the place itself. The house, the lake, and the overall view was perfect and relaxing. The house helps were very much accommodating and well, made our stay more relaxing cos they happily served us during our meals and leisure time at the lake. If I would just suggest that enough towels and complimentary toiletries should be provided (and I think the rental fee should cover those). Over all, our experience is above average, or a rating of 4.5 out of 5 stars.

The house is really lovely! It's a bit far from the main road, better to make sure to arrive before dark. But the lakefront location is worth it. :) The owners and the househelp were also very accomodating and patient with all our inquiries and requests.

View-to die for! House-big, airy, bright! Things to do: eat, sit, read, enjoy the view, sleep, kayak, fish, and take wonderful pictures! Very helpful staff/housekeepers - efficient A really wonderful place to go to for retreat. Forget about the busy buzzing city life. Don't be too late, the last road leading to the house 1-1.5km is narrow & dark.

It's a really cozy place. Great for staycations. Just like the photos. The food served is also delicious. :) Try the apple pie. My favorite.

The place is great especially for those who to experience privacy and serenity as the place is located quite far from the main highway. Another plus factor is that they have a restaurant that serves delicious food up to 10 pm. Ample parking space is also provided.

From the inquiries, Ms Liberty was very accommodating and even offered solutions to minor problems. Her caretaker, Ate Beth, was very warm and caring. Photos and description of the place were spot on. It's a bit spartan but clean. The view is beautiful and the balcony is perfect for family or barkadas who want their privacy and space. The neighborhood was as described as La Vista is right smack in the middle of town. 7-11 and Mercury are just across the road. Aling Taleng's special halo-halo is just across the river, so you can walk to it. The church bells ring to wake you up in the morning, a nice way to wake up :)

There was a little hiccup looking for the place since the owner could not be contacted while we were on the way. But finally, we found the place after asking 2-3 locals. The place is at the center of Pagsanjan, near the bridge. It was a nice enough, basic place to stay.

The best

We were located on the rooftop of and old charming hotel right beside the Pagsanjan river. The room, looking like on the picture, is basic but has tv, and the big rooftop terrace overlooking the river is an added value. The hotel is located in a quiet street and we could park our car in a gated area in front of the hotel. We could order filipino breakfast (extra) in the evening and it was served then in the morning on the terrace beside the river. It was also convenient that we could arrange for the Falls boat trip at the hotel, and the boat picked us up there down by the river. The staff, ate Beth, is very friendly and helpfull.

The place was beyond our expectations. It was at the center of many shops and diners (both cheap and expensive ones). All of the people in La Vista gladly addressed our needs and accommodated us very well. The balcony was a major plus in our stay. We had the whole floor to ourselves. Our travel group gladly recommends this place for your stay in Pagsanjan.

From the minute we got confirmed with our bookings, Ms. Liberty and her staff never failed to update us. Up until the moment we got stuck in a traffic congestion in Tanay, Rizal when they were celebrating their town fiesta and when we finally arrived, we knew that our booking was held as promised. The location is perfect! The hosts are great. You can feel that you were at home away from home. They engage you with conversation that are never hurried. Their attention is always tuned in to you through their quick responses to inquiries. And even when we are to check out, its like we really had a very quick, but meaningful vacation. The place was as described in the listing and everything I needed worked well -- the aircon, shower pressure, water heater, electrical outlets, wi-fi. I don't know about the TV because I didn't try it. A few of the lights in the room weren't working but the room was still adequately lit. The unit is at the roof top of the property so we got the whole roof deck to ourselves which was really great. It's a nice place to lounge while overlooking the Pagsanjan river. The room was basic but clean, roomy and comfortable enough. The place is also well located, about 20 meters from the main road means it is accessible, yet not bothered by traffic noise. Ms. Beth, the manager was very helpful and attentive. I'd stay at this place again if I'm in the area.

The room was really spacious and clean, the sheets were of decent thread count so they weren't itchy. Ate Beth was really helpful and welcoming, she even opened the aircon for us when we called that were arriving. She also suggested places to go to. There was a separate space for parking where our driver was able to take a shower. There was a view of the river and it wasn't smelly. A really nice homy place to stay.

Great experience! The house was ideal -- huge, new, and clean. Our hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming. It was a huge help that Tatay Jho had a tricycle and so we had a sort of private service to bring us around town, and Mommy makes the best fried tilapia ever! And Cavinti is a small, adorable town packed with adventure. My family had so much fun. We'll definitely stay again when we return!

It was convenient since it is close to Cavinti Falls. I wish there was adequate water supply in the second floor bathrooms. The road to the house was not very inviting. Overall, it was adequate.
