• Home to home feeling, so stylish, warm colours, comfy bed and duvet, everything is very cleverly thought through. Fridge/freezer very handy, games/cards great additions, we did have a go :) Water dispenser - The Best! We never drink tap water so this was a real hit with us! Kitchen paper such good quality, also surprise. The scent she uses in the room is amazing, like walking into a spa!! All in all, absolutely recommended for a stop over!

• Mary's place is located in a beautiful garden in a quiet neighbourhood. Inside is a very cosy space with everything you'd need and more for a comfortable stay. The decor is homely and stylish. The whole place was spottlessly clean on arrival. The bathroom has a spacious shower, with fast hot water (perfect for winter stays!). The kitchenette was also easy to use, with all the cooking accessories, seasoning, cutlery etc. needed. There was also lots of useful info available for local places to see (we took Mary's advice on going to the pub in Tilney All Saints for tea). Mary was very thoughtful in providing us with options for breakfast, drinks and snacks. We only saw the dogs once who were lovely and came over for some fuss. Highly reccomended place to stay if you're in the area!

We live in a rural location all amenities are a little more than a long walk so driving is essential, we have a fantastic Italian restaurant called the Barn 5 minutes drive away in Terrington St John and Worzals Bar and Grill/farm shop also 5 minutes drive (highly recommended), Kings Lynn Town center is just 12 miles away, Wisbech Town Center just 6 miles drive, the lovely historic city of Ely just 24 miles way and the start of the stunning North Norfolk coastline 25 miles away
We offer a full English breakfast with tea/coffee/juices and cereals / toast in our recently refurbished dining room, open fire will be lit in the winter. We keep a small friendly flock of chickens, who lay fantastic eggs that are served fresh for breakfast, we also have two over friendly Labradors, don't worry if you're not over keen on dogs, we can keep them out of your way. I have recently built a outdoor kitchen with BBQ and wood fired oven (still a little work to finish but more than usable), you are welcome to use (subject to nice weather) although the wood fired oven is extra, £5.00 for a basket of Apple wood and only after instruction unless you have used one before. We can also offer a nice evening sitting in the garden round our fire Pit, again wood is extra, £5.00 for a basket full of Apple and enough kindling to get it going, nothing better than chilling out looking at the stars with a bottle of wine keeping toasty by the fire, this is situated next to our hot tub which you are more than welcome to use. We are more than happy for you to use our kitchen, just let us know when you would like to use, we can work around you. We have a local chip shop in Terrington St John serving just about everything under the fast food banner, only 5 mins drive, we do have a local pub in the same village that serves food but cant say its any good, never tried it, we always go to the 5 bells in Upwell about 15 mins away, food is fanstastic and portions massive, I have a big appetite and have only managed two courses. Worzles Bar and Grill just 5 mins away, this is fantastic and comes highly recommended, we also have a local Italian in Terrington St John called the Barn, Wisbech and Kings Lynn has just about every takeaway going!!!. Main bathroom is shared but we will ensure you have priority, we have another we can use downstairs. Start of the stunning Norfolk coastline only a short drive away, we can recommended many places to visit along with the Queens estate of Sandringham, also if you are in to your Bird watching Welney Wetlands are only 20 minutes away I hope you decide to stay with us, a warm welcome awaits

• This place is legit so amazing. The pictures dont do it justice. If you're looking for the wow factor this is the place for you. It's super cute and is really well stocked up. We had a full house and weren't by any means on top of each other with plenty of extra room. Gregory is a responsive host with an even better space. I would not hesitate to reccomend

Chloe2020-03-09T00:00:00Z
• We stayed at the Chapel with 8 of our friends and a baby and had a brilliant time catching up, cooking meals, playing games and spending time together around the big table in the living room. It was really cosy despite being quite a big space but perfect for a larger group, and it has been beautifully converted. Gregory was a very friendly, helpful host and very quick to respond to any queries we had. Would happily recommend!

Ed2020-02-16T00:00:00Z
• Beautiful home with excellent space to host the whole family - kitchen is well stocked, the fire is superb, and the dogs loved it too!

Jonathan2020-02-09T00:00:00Z
• Fantastic location and great value. Really stylish house and perfect for large family get together. Good base for exploring the area too. Really attentive host who answered all queries promptly

Rob2020-01-26T00:00:00Z
• Gregory was very quick at responding, which helped a lot, as this was my first Airbnb. We had family over from Australia so wanted to get away somewhere lovely for a few days, where all the other family members could join us. This house was ideal! There were 15 of us, so the downstairs layout/living space was perfect. Gorgeous fire, and even a real Christmas tree just added to the cosy stay. Thank you!

Michelle2019-12-30T00:00:00Z
• Gregory’s beautiful house was the perfect location for a Boxing Day family gathering. The open plan living/dining area leading to the gorgeous kitchen made for a wonderfully relaxing few days and the beds were really comfortable. We loved the huge sparkly tree and the Christmas music playing when we arrived, a lovely touch! The village is quiet, there is a shop next door for essentials and some of us went on a nice circular walk for a couple of hours but the house is so gorgeous and well equipped that you really won’t want to leave it for long. Only small niggle is that it would have been great if both bathrooms had a shower, but we were in no rush - might be trickier if people are under time pressure. Gregory was very quick to respond to messages and really helpful. A magical few days for everyone.

Helen2019-12-28T00:00:00Z
• A very special place to spend Christmas with 3 generations of my family. 4 separate families (including children) all had plenty of space to relax and enjoy each other’s company. The house was stylish, comfortable and very festive. Perfect to have a little shop next door for the little things we forgot. As it was Christmas we didn’t explore the area, however we had a peaceful wonder through the village. A magical Christmas we won’t forget. Thank you.

Lucy2019-12-26T00:00:00Z
• Gorgeous - the photos are great but the reality of this beautiful building is jaw-dropping. We were celebrating my Dad’s 80th birthday - nine of us staying 2 nights and other family joining us for the day/evening and it proved to be the perfect venue. Highly recommended by all who experienced it. Greg is a lovely host, very easy to communicate with and quick to reply.

• Brilliant place - just up the road from WWT Welny and well under an hour from RSPB Friston and Frampton. Julie-Ann and her Mum were very welcoming, the 'loft was just right and i loved being there.

• The accommodation is above the garage in the garden, so very private with an uninterrupted view across fields. Fairly spacious with very comfortable bed and good shower. Julie-Ann was welcoming, friendly and provided good local information as well as having left breakfast supplies in the separate kitchen. Overall a great place as a base for exploring the fens.

• Welcoming and peaceful

Nelly2019-02-17T00:00:00Z
• We had a bit of a cold start but Juli-Ann immediately organised an extra heater. The room was not very big but quite cosy. Good beds. Absence of kitchen isn't a problem: breakfast is provided and good food at WWT Welney and "The 5 Bells" just around the corner. We are very happy about our stay at Fenland and we will certainly consider coming back!

Marian2019-01-23T00:00:00Z

• We had a fantastically different and wonderful experience. I loved meeting all of the animals with Athena and hearing Karen and Richards plans for the place for the future. Their home is amazing and something I'd aspire to. We were made to feel like part of the family and were welcome to use the entire house. The breakfast was fab and Karen made a vegan fry up for me alongside the usual fry ups for the rest of the family. Our 2 dogs were made very welcome also.

Sharron2020-02-21T00:00:00Z
• Such a lovely warm welcome. If you love to immerse yourself in a welcoming family environment then look no further. This family cannot do enough for you. Perfect for people visiting England and wanting to experience perfect English hospitality.

• Karen and her family are incredibly warm and welcoming, the little Athena is adorable and friendly. One cat and two dogs made the stay even better (they love to be cuddled) the house is huge and cozy, you feel like at home. The Swedish spa was very much appreciated and we had probably one of the best breakfast ever! The room is big and the bed very comfy, we had tea and coffee machine, and also the the big tub was great. They have lots of animals in the farm, goats, pigs, chickens, alpacas and an owl. Can't wait to come back!

Spacious bedroom with private bathroom. This accommodation offers a unique relaxing space with its own peaceful character , whilst offering the amenities of the town centre . You will be up in the attic room, a real getaway, up a second set of quirky slightly, narrow stairs ( a consideration if your knees are not good, though). The town centre, bus station and park are just a few minutes walk away, with Asda and Aldi very close by.
This is a 200 year old Grade 2 listed building, former coaching inn in bygone years, with its own unique character. This has recently been tastefully renovated and has a relaxed atmosphere.
This an individual house which affords a large degree of privacy and quiet, though there are neighbours across the parking area and in the adjacent house.
• A small but cozy room with good amenities. It is up a narrow stair case, which is something to bare in mind but if that isn't a problem for you, it creates a sense of seclusion in the attic room. Close to two supermarkets and fish and chip shop, its certainly value for your money.

We are located at the edge of a small village. There is great views and a good restaurant just up the road. We are very social and like spending time with our guests. We are totally child friendly we have two rooms so if there happy to share a double bed. For young children we have cot and toddler bed
The barn is like a petting zoo. We have all the animals to feed stroke even cuddle if you wish. We keep Large Black pigs that are on the endangered list and love a belly rub. We have the Beautiful alpacas that are due to have babies next June We love the naughty goats who you can watch from your bedroom or come and feed them, they love fuss. The 3 Guinea pigs that love a stroke. The horse is Huge 17,3 warmblood he has a cutie Shetland that lives with him. Then we have the chickens and ducks. And last but not least Lenny the Black lab and Lou Lou the jack X. They are both great with children and other animals. Your welcome to spend as much time as you like with the animals. Karen's breakfast is fantastic and way more than we were expecting. The sausages are excellent and a must when staying here. The atmosphere is so relaxed and homely. The animals are so much fun to spend time with and we came away from our little break feeling happy and relaxed. This place really does have it all. We would definitely reccomend Karen's place and will be booking again in the future for sure!!

• Wow! What can i say. We had the best time! The place was so relaxing and lovely. The family are fantastic! Couldnt of wished for better hosts. We even had a BBQ with them nothing was to much to make you feel welcome. The breakfast was up there with the best i've had. We felt so at home there and my little girl played happily with their daughter she was in and out of the pool and hottub all day and spending time with the verious aninals around the farm it was just the most perfect weekend all round. We stayed as guests and left as friends. We will 100% be back to stay and we all already miss them! Thank you so much to Karen, Richard and Athena xx Jon, Karla and Lilli xx

• A lovely family who welcomed us into their home. They were happy for the children to stay, meet the animals and play in the pool with their own child. They provided a wide variety for breakfast and were able to accommodate our dietary requirements. We also enjoyed a bbq with the family and were made to feel welcome and enjoyed their company.

Alis2019-08-27T00:00:00Z
• We had a lovely stay, were introduced to all of the animals and Karen even cooked dinner for us

The Nissen is a unique, private and secluded two person home in the middle of a 20 acre orchard. Situated within walking distance of Elm village, with its popular pub, The Sportsman, opposite All Saints Church, being a short walk. There's also a convenience store in Birch Grove. Tesco Extra is 1.5 miles. Wisbech town centre 3 miles. Begdale road is on national cycle route 63. Peterborough, Kings Lynn, and the Norfolk coast are within easy reach by car.
Unfortunately, our tiny house is not suitable, or big enough for children, but we do allow one well behaved dog.
• Absolutely amazing location. Such a peaceful stay. Was a very clean place. Will definitely be back!

• Everything you read is an accurate description of this accommodation. Great and unusual accommodation - spotlessly clean, really well equipped - especially in the kitchen, very clear instructions - although I am glad I found it just in the daylight. Will definitely be back.

Warm & cosy double room with private front door & en-suite newly built wet room. King-Size bed. Central fireplace & original tiled floor are just some of the features in this beautiful Grade ll listed house in the centre of Downham Market. 1 minute walk to The Whalebone Wetherspoons pub. Surrounded by a selection of restaurants and fast food outlets, 10 minute walk from the train station - open the front door and you can see into to the town and all its delights. Catch up TV & Netflix too
Self- check in - Guests have their own private En-suite Wet room and double Ground floor bedroom - leading straight out onto the Main Street. This means as we are in the centre of town - there will be road noise from cars and passers by. Please be prepared for some noise from the street and the house, as we live in the main house and walls are only so thick! No one else will have access to your room or private space. There is a desk for a work space and television with Netflix, fridge, toaster, kettle and utensils. Warm and cosy, with tons of character!

Lodging World

You cannot get more central than this.. we are located in the midst of the town, over the road is a highly recommended Thai restaurant - which also offers a takeaway service. There are two more fast food outlets; opposite and beside and a few doors down is Wetherspoons pub and a Chinese takeaway. Two doors down from Morrison’s and a 5 minute walk to Tesco’s.
• This is a really charming and cosy bolt hole. There are thoughtful touches and everything you need for a stay over in Downham Market. It is very clean and although it is on a relatively busy road, we weren’t disturbed by too much street noise - the bed was too comfortable! We would highly recommend. Thank you to Caroline for her hospitality.

Clare2020-01-25T00:00:00Z
• This property is small but as they say good things come in small packages! It’s very quaint and beautifully decorated. It’s in a great location to explore the town and plenty of different food options literally on the doorstep! It was perfect for my husband, myself and our toddler for a one night stay, there wasn’t anything more we needed really. There are enough amenities in the room to be able to prepare simple meals, toaster, microwave and kettle, and the range of biscuits, chocolate and hot drinks is a nice touch. We will definitely book again in the future. Thanks Caroline!

Hannah2019-12-29T00:00:00Z

• Fantastic accomodation for myself, daughter and friend. Very quiet. Good facilities and very helpful hosts. We were staying there the night before the girls had a speed skating race in Wisbech so they needed a good nights sleep. It worked as they came 1st and 2nd in their category. Must have been the pancakes for breakfast.

On arrival Denise and her husband made us feel very welcome and were accommodating regarding our early start the next morning for breakfast! The house and gardens were absolutely stunning we were blown away and the accommodation was perfect for our needs- very modern and having the sink and fridge added a nice touch and also places to sit in the beautiful garden. Breakfast was lovely and home made jams all included! We couldn’t believe our luck at finding such a beautiful spot and very reasonable too. The house was in the countryside but also not too far from the centre of town. We hope to be back and stay for longer - highly recommend they are so friendly too.

Nostalgic, welcoming and rustic! Lots of light wood give it a warm cosy feel and it is surprisingly spacious for its 'Tiny House' 18' x 8' size. Tucked away on the edge of our 5 acre camping field - wide open spaces with a mooring onto the river at the bottom of the field. Ideal for an all year round quiet getaway for one or two. Ask about activities on site.
There are 3 steps up to the stable door. The kitchenette comes with a single hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, pots and pans, toaster and crockery and cutlery. Home made biscuits, tea, coffee and milk are left for you. There is a dining table, TV with freeview, free wifi and a wood burning stove (in addition to conventional heating). Fully insulated and cosy all year round! We can provide a bbq and a table and chairs is there to enjoy the outdoors. Towels and bedding are provided. Subject to availability and for an additional charge you can also book in for breakfast into our b&b - locally sourced free range produce and homemade baked goods with good quality coffee and tea, juices, yogurt and fruit - or bring a plate over to the house and we will fill it for you.
We are situated on the outskirts of March town set in farmland. Our town is down to earth and friendly with most facilities you need and only a couple of miles away. There is a large Tescos less than 5 minutes away and a market on Wednesdays and Saturdays in town.
• Super clean, great comms and lovely people! Will be back for sure!

The place is equipped with everything you need and works if you need just a bed for the night or somewhere to spend a nice cosy afternoon/evening with the fire on. An easy drive to Cambridge too if you decide to spend the day there. Jaffa is the friendliest cat I've ever met!

Lovely sunrise in the morning also. Keep a look out for Jaffa the cat - he's adorable and very friendly. We were met by Beverly and she was extremely welcoming and friendly to talk to. Very helpful. We'll certainly be back in the summer i'm sure.

Our luxurious log cabin is close to family-friendly activities, public transport, countryside and river walks, public footpaths and country pub & restaurant. The log cabin is great for solo adventurers, couples, families with kids and furry friends (pets) and business travellers. It's an ideal location for unwinding with friends or family Newly added in December 2018 is an indulgent hot tub to soak away all your stresses or to relax with friends and family whilst enjoying a drink or two!
You’ll love the peaceful ambiance, the light, the sunsets and the dark starry nights. The outdoor space with fully enclosed garden provides a secure environment for both pets and children. Nature lovers will enjoy the birdsong during the day and often owls and sometimes nightingales at night; not to mention the free-ranging chickens, affectionate cats and nearby a couple of friendly pygmy goats!
The cabin is ideally located to explore Cambridgeshire and the North and West of Norfolk with the ancient university city of Cambridge (always worth a punt!), beaches and the Royal residence of Sandringham (we're still waiting for our Christmas invite!) all readily accessible within about an hour.
• Really lovely space. Enjoyed the quiet and liked the setup. We were very comfortable! The hot-tub was a real treat, as was the loaf of homemade bread. Would recommend.

Gabi2020-02-14T00:00:00Z
• The stay was absolutely amazing. Alan was extremely supportive, very responsive, the house is absolutely gorgeous. I could easily live there! Everything was ready for us, including the hot tub which btw was awesome! Kitchen was fully supplied, we easily cooked our dinner and breakfast the next day, it saved us lots of time to put the dishes in a dish washer. I have an OCD and having super clean bathrooms helped to easy my anxiety :) Milo stole my heart, he's the cutest. I will definitely visit again!

Sonia2020-02-10T00:00:00Z
• Alan’s place exceeded our (already high!) expectations. The cabin has been built to a high spec with luxury kitchen and bathrooms, along with tech like smart TV and Hive heating controls. Alan was the perfect host, friendly, quick to respond, and the special touches of homemade bread and fresh eggs, milk and orange juice were really appreciated. We were also welcomed by the affectionate and playful Milo and Oreo the cats who stole our hearts! The cabin is stocked with everything you need for a break away, it’s super clean and the added bonus of the hot tub makes it the perfect getaway! We’ll definitely be staying again!

Next time we are in Norfolk with the boat we will definitely be staying here again. It was also very clean and everything we needed was provided.

• AMAZING!!! words actually fail me, John allowed me a very late check in (0500) and agreed to a later than usual checkout. The farmhouse has plenty of land/pond even saw a crane fly from the pond. The room is a large ensuite with an amazing comfy bed so much so I hardly moved. I wasn't able to taste the cooked breakfast but fingers crossed I will on my next visit. Plenty of parking space. John's place definitely comes recommended. Thanks John

• I had a fantastic and welcoming stay at Angela's. It was perfect for what I needed it for and it was very handy having a small kitchenette to use. Small touches like chocolates in the room made it top notch. I was also very fortunate enough to take some local eggs home with me. Would love to stay again should the opportunity present itself.

• My fiancé and I stayed for one night in March. We were taken a back but how sparkling clean the place was and how well kitted out the hut is! We have stayed in huts in the past and this was by far the most equipped. We cooked on the hob, used the shower, played trivial pursuit and watched Netflix! It was lovely l to watch the birdfeeders in the morning we saw a sparrow hawk, goldfinches and even a yellow hammer! Amanda was a fabulous host (unfortunately my car had been towed after an accident in the day so i was delayed arriving), Amanda was caring thoughtful and even offered to help us get food due to our lack of transport! I needed a tranquil/relaxed stay after a stressful day and I certainly got one. Thank you!

Victoria2020-03-08T00:00:00Z
• Me and my partner only stayed here for one night but it was lovely! Would definitely go back again for another relaxing weekend!

Nia2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
• Wow - what an amazing stay! Me and my girlfriend absolutely loved Amanda's place and it was everything we were after and more. For such a small and cosy place, the hut was really well equipped, especially the kitchen area - even Netflix was provided! We would highly recommend the property for anyone who wants a romantic and rural getaway! Thanks again and we hope to return soon.

Ollie2020-02-16T00:00:00Z
• Wow, I thought this would be a hidden gem by the other reviews I had read but it exceeded my expectations. It is faultless! Superb , stylish hut with everything you could need and it’s spotlessly clean. A great host who added extra touches to make our stay even more luxurious. We will definitely return. Thanks Amanda

Ben2020-02-15T00:00:00Z
• Amanda's place was a little difficult to find but she dropped a pin and send it to me and I found her with no issues at all. The hut is next to some little horses and you can see hens and ducks walking around which made me smile. Amanda gave me a warm welcome and quick tour of everything. The hut itself is warm and had lots of amenities that you wouldn't think of unless you were staying there for a while. There's a fire pit outside and a little hobbit fire inside. Amanda provided a welcome basket on arrival with prosecco, butter, jams, bread, milk and hot chocolate sachets as well as biscuits. I also had to ask for a bit more butter as I love the stuff and she provided it with no hesitance at all. The bathroom has towels, shower gels etc and the main room has all the pots and pans and microwave and kettle and toaster. I like how the hut is made to be quite eco friendly too. The woodwick candle was a nice touch as were the steps to get onto the bed in the cupboard under the bed which also has a collapsible table. Overall, it was a peaceful stay, easy to figure out everything yourself and super quiet at night too. I would love to come back at some point and can't fault anything within this stay. On asking, Amanda also allowed me an hours early check in and late check out which was lovely of her. Thanks for a fabulous stay! Its such a lovely idea to have this hut! I very much enjoyed my mini isolation retreat x

Karanjit2020-02-07T00:00:00Z
• Can’t fault this place at all! From making the booking to leaving after our stay was an absolute breeze. The hut is fantastic, it has everything you could possibly need, it’s clean, it’s secluded and brilliant, and to top it off Amanda is an exceptional host. Thank you very much

Hi, we have 3 spare beautiful double bedrooms which you can rent together or just one or two. There is one bathroom for guests to share but its lovely, clean and huge and a lovely guest lounge with Sky .TV and WiFi, we also have a huge family kitchen where you are welcome to join us for meals or coffee and a chat. We live in a lovely area with easy access to Peterborough (20 mins), Kings Lynn (20 mins) or Wisbech and March (10 mins). Our house is semi rural with lovely walks within minutes of the front door. We are pet lovers with dogs, cats and bunnies of our own so dogs would be welcome by prior engagement. We would be more than happy to serve breakfast and or evening meal if you tell us when and you can have internet access and sky tv both in the guest lounge. The cost quoted is for bed and board alone and the cost of home cooking would be separate but we could stretch to a bowl of cerial or a slice of toast and a cup of tea if thats all you have time for. We can agree food requirements and pricing at the time of booking depending on what you need. We can cater for singles, doubles or small groups with no problem at all and our house is clean, tidy and welcoming. If your a family, there is bowling, laser blast and a small childrens soft play center only a couple of minutes along the road or some nice old pubs within walking distance. We also have some bicycles here too if you want to explore the fens. We can offer a home from home experience or peace and quiet if thats what you want.........you choose. We look forward to hearing from you.
• Great spot for travellers with access to both Norfolk and nearby Peterborough. Very welcoming hosts.

• Angela and Simon are the most lovely and welcoming couple, they took me under their wing for the last 2 months I stayed with them. Their house is clean tidy and easy to find. Staying with them while working at the King’s Lynn hospital was much easier than expected to! I highly recommend staying with them and their gorgeous animals! Thank you both so much Xxx

• Very friendly and helpful! Lovely room.

Jon2019-04-02T00:00:00Z
• You'll be sure of a warm welcome from Angela and Simon. The house is close to major roads for easy commuting without being able to see or hear them. Large open blue skies unpolluted by light. The room is clean and tidy with lovely fresh scented bed linen and towels. The bathroom is shared, but very spacious and clean. Parking is right outside your own private entrance. Very good value.

Wesley2018-12-02T00:00:00Z
• I stayed here as I was working in the area. I arrived quite late on the Sunday night and I received a really warm welcome and got a tour of the house. The room was great - comfy bed and lots of space and a massive bathroom next door. The room is away from the hosts living space so you get a feeling of privacy but if you want more company they are a really friendly couple and happy to chat and provide advice about the area. Would recommend if you are in the neighbourhood.

Bev had put some milk in our fridge to get us started which was nice. Location was great for skydiving in Wimblington. 15 min drive. And Jaffa the resident farm cat is super cute and friendly! Would definitely stay again, it would be a lovely place to stay in the summer. Thanks Bev & John for a lovely stay 😊😁 xx

• Becs & Steve have a gorgeous home in the countryside. The hot tub made the stay extra special. They made sure there was a roaring fire for our candlelit dinner and had one going for breakfast too. Breakfast was excellent with a big fruit salad, orange juice, fresh eggs from the chickens in the garden, mushrooms, beans (we are vegetarian), plenty of toast, French press coffee & potted tea. The whole house is decorated beautifully and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay again. A real treat ⭐️

• The hospitality at The Vicarage is second to none! Magdalena and Martin were quick communicators arranging our stay the very same day. They were so welcoming on arrival, setting up the necessary forms quickly and allowing us to choose our delicious breakfast for the next day. Our children loved their dog and chickens and enjoyed playing in the enormous garden. The rooms were well kept and very clean and nice touches such as water, tea/coffee/chocolate and free WiFi made this a great stay for us. Very thoughtful and we will be back!

A detached self-contained annexe within private garden not far from Kings Lynn. We live here with our 3 dogs (2 rescues) who love to bark and greet guests (although very friendly). A great place for wildlife and birdwatching with Welney Wildfowl Centre just 14 miles away and Hunstanton and Blakeney Point seal watching on the north coast. Wifi is included although we are not in a high speed wifi area
Fully equipped self-contained unit with everything you need for a lovely stay. You have your own key so you can come and go as you please and when you return from your adventures you can shut your door and appreciate total privacy -or maybe sit outside with a glass of wine on a warm evening.
Very new Marshland Hall containing tea shop/cafe a short walk away. Sandringham Estate which hosts several fairs each year is a short car journey away; carry on and find yourself at Norfolk Lavender and then on to Hunstanton with its SeaLife Centre and seal-watching boat trips. The stunning north Norfolk coast is just a little further on from Hunstanton but why stop there? Carry on and search out some famous Cromer crabs!

It was an absolute pleasure staying there and I highly recommend this listing. Thank you both for your amazing hospitality.

Farah2019-09-15T00:00:00Z
• My partner and I have just returned from a 4 night stay in the annex. It is immaculately clean and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need and want for a break from home. This included a full fridge and cupboard with items to make a full breakfast to toiletries in the bathroom and bathrobes and slippers. We found it an ideal location for visiting family in Hunstanton. Kings Lynn was just 20 minutes drive away. We visited Peckover House and Gardens in the centre of Wisbech which was only ten minutes drive away. We would highly recommend staying at the annex and we would definitely stay again.

Theresa2019-08-29T00:00:00Z

• Thoroughly enjoyed this very unique stay, a must do with friends or family! Just a shame that we couldn't stay for longer! Tina is a lovely host, and the hot tub is amazing. We were lucky to have sunny weather so we could enjoy it all to the fullest. The caravan is nice and snug, but if you are a tall individual (above 6 ft) then get used to crouching/tilting your neck as the roof is low. Lovely amenities provided as well. Meeting and feeding the llamas is something to tick off the bucket list as well. Very cute and curious animals indeed!

You’ll be staying in a large light & airy mobile home next the our house with great views of open countryside, piece & quiet. We are situated well off the beaten track so visit the shops first Downham Market or Littleport and call for directions as it’s a mile & 1/2 off the main road on an unmade very bumpy road (pls see pictures). There are country pubs inc the Lamb & Flag Welney with good food (advised to book for wknds) fishing, WWT bird reserve (swan feeds are from October-February).
A beautiful peaceful place with wide open views and fresh air, beautiful stary skies and sunsets with plenty of historic and beautiful places to visit.
• A little gem! Spotlessly clean, stylish and comfortable with special little touches. Beautiful peaceful location off the beaten track. Shabbi is the perfect friendly host. Nothing is too much trouble. Would thoroughly recommend.

• Great caravan/ apartment, if you’ve avoided Caravan’s this one would definitely change your mind , it’s just brilliant. And we loved the remote location as well. Not that remote, compared to “remote” in Australia. Don’t let that put you off either.

• Booked last minute as needed somewhere to stay for the night. All communication went smooth and was guided well by directions. The place was spotless and was a bargain price to stop over, would have booked the whole duration if it was available. Will 100% return if back in the area!! Lovely host.
