  • I would thoroughly recommend this beautiful log cabin, situated on a golf course with many other facilities. We had a wonderful relaxing break and would certainly return.

  • The place was absolutely fantastic. Super clean place!! Only bit of feedback; the water for the hot tub was slightly on the cold side one of the nights. Other than that it was an amazing place. Feeling ever so relaxed now I’m back!

A delightful self contained studio on one level with large living space (sofa bed), brand new shower room and full kitchen, and a beautiful wood burning stove for chilly nights. Rose covered pergola outside with paved terrace. The building is in the large, lawned garden of the main house which is a 16th century Manor House. Animals are welcome and we have a dog, cats and horses too -and spare stables if you would like to bring an equine friend.
Delightful countryside situation without close neighbours. Ideal for country lovers and dog walkers. Big garden with fences/hedges so dogs can safely roam. Very peaceful and relaxing for those who want to wind-down. Easy access to local pubs and restaurants although you will have to drive to them. Wickham Market has good local food shops and it’s only about 3/4 miles away. Woodbridge is about 5 miles and has a wide range of shops/restaurants/pubs.
  • Wonderful location. Cosy log fire. Friendly hosts.

  • A lovely little lodge with a large log burner: I was worried I might be cold without heating but the log burner kept the place lovely and warm. Judy and her husband were very welcoming and helpful. Perfect for a few nights in deepest Suffolk.

  • A quiet and cosy space to base ourselves over the Christmas holidays. It was bigger than we were expecting, perfect size for our dog bed and travel cot too! Judy and her husband were most welcoming and our dog loved having a friend to run around with. A fantastic location, with easy access all around the Suffolk area.

    Juliet2019-12-28T00:00:00Z
  • A lovely place, cosy and quiet. I stayed for 4 nights and it had everything I needed, including basics in the kitchen, a comfortable and warm bed, and an amazing log burning stove. It's the perfect place to base yourself if you want to explore Suffolk, I went walking in woodlands, beach, and heaths, all about 30 mins drive away. I would really recommend staying here if you like countryside and cosiness.

    Anna2019-11-17T00:00:00Z
  • The studio provides a great space from which to explore the local area, which is itself beautiful. My dog and I were made to feel very welcome. The wood burner certainly made for cosy evenings.

Bean pod is set in the heart of the gorgeous Suffolk countryside on a small farm. We made the pods ourselves from scratch so we really know them inside and out. It gave us the opportunity to make them exactly how we wanted them. They are all finished to a high standard and finished off with colourful soft furnishings and luxury bed linen to give each guest a fabulous night's sleep. We are so excited to start meeting new people who are keen to visit the area and see what Suffolk has!
We have equipped our pods with all the culinary equipment you would need to make anything from spaghetti bolognese to fish pie, along with a kettle and toaster for the morning essentials. Our king size beds have a drawer in the divan for storage and orthopaedic mattress for superior comfort. Our sofa beds will comfortably sleep 2 adults and also have under seat storage. In the bathroom, you will find a shower, basin and loo with a heated towel rail and a demister mirror. Our pods have a space saving fold out table and chairs.
Suffolk is just crammed full of places to see, things to do and eateries to indulge in. We are just 15 minutes from the lovely riverside town of Woodbridge, the "castle on the hill" in Framlingham and historic Debenham which dates back to 1086. Slightly further away, you will find lovely Lavenham where you may recognise much of the film set of Lovejoy and Harry Potter's birth place along with some really top class eateries. The Suffolk coast has a collection of popular small towns such as Aldeburgh and Southwold. If you're a bitter or gin drinker then a visit to Adnams in Southwold is a must!
  • The location was super easy to find, especially with Katie’s instructions! The Bean Pod was our beautiful little haven for the weekend, with a super easy check-in process! Not only was the Pod cosy and snug, it’s in a brilliant location to local pubs and only a 30 minute drive from lovely Aldeburgh. Katie was brilliant communicating with me and answering any questions. I’d highly recommend any of Katie’s Pods for a stay!

    Megan2020-03-08T00:00:00Z
  • These gorgeous little pods are a great, cosy getaway! We loved staying in one and are sure to be back! Ideal, quiet location but in 15 minutes you can be in Woodbridge, pottering around the shops and having some delicious lunch! Love, love, loved it!

  • We had a lovely stay in the bean pod, it’s beautifully done & so comfortable! Everything has been brilliantly thought of to a very high standard! Our boys were very comfortable on the pull out sofa bed (age 5&7) & loved saying hello to the alpacas in the morning. It was super clean & quiet. We will definitely visit again next time we are in the area. Thank you, Emma

  • We have just arrived back from a one night stay in the bean pod. It really is a home from home. Spotlessly clean and so cosy. It is perfect for visiting framlingham castle and the surrounding area. Katie was an exceptional host and assisted. Us with any query we had even up to what pub to go to. Our stay was lovely and the bean pod was perfect for me, my wife and our 4 year old daughter (who nicked the king size bed) 😀

    Grant2020-02-19T00:00:00Z
  • A truly hidden gem! Beautiful location, picturesque surroundings upon arrival. Nice and easy key collection for our pod. Cute, very clean, warm and cosy for February, plus it was the weekend of a bad storm, wouldn’t of known when inside. Fully equipped kitchen, everything you need, powerful shower, amazing sleep as the bed is top quality and lovely finishing touches! We even got to feed the Alpacas before setting off. Thank you, we had such a beautiful stay

Quiet area but lots to do within driving distance of the area. Katie is a fabulous host with great recommendations for local places to eat and was there if we needed anything. We will definitely be coming back!!

  • Great place to spend some quiet time. We wanted a night away with the kids and no screens. The pod was very clean and bigger than we expected and enough space for th 4 of us. Lots of amenities and a warm powerful shower. We found some take away places that delivered food and we stayed in for the night. A great retreat and the hosts were very responsive with their messages. Would definitely recommend.

  • What an amazing experience! Such a quaint location, hidden in the beautiful Suffolk country side. We were greeted by Katie as we arrived, such a lovely lady, made us feel right at home! The space it’s self was something either of us have ever experienced before! This definitely had the edge over any other air b&b we have stayed at. Can’t recommend this stay enough

  • Beautiful location, great space, superbly comfortable bed, and very thoughtful touches, such as fresh eggs from the pretty chickens you see wandering about.

    Christin2020-01-05T00:00:00Z
  • A super place to stay. Accommodation is warm and cosy and clean. The surrounding area is quiet. The friendly chickens and dogs who pop by to say good morning are always welcome. Bee's little extra touches add to the welcoming, homely feel. We will certainly stay here again.

Beautiful house, very clean, bed is the most comfiest I've ever slept in. Views are stunning and the animals are so friendly. Will definitely recommend and also return.

  • We had a lovely, relaxing stay at Bee's studio. The place was spotless, bed was comfy and the place was very peaceful. The eggs and essentials in the fridge were a lovely touch, too. The surroundings are simply stunning, and we loved having the chickens and dogs around too - they were all so friendly. As an aside, I also left some clothes at Bee's place by accident, which she's helpfully posted back to me - going above and beyond to cater! Would highly recommend.

If you are looking for a retreat from the outside world, away from WIFI and TV, this is the place for you. Set in the garden of our house, but screened by shrubs and trees to provide privacy, the cottage is a haven of peace. We have a large variety of birds who visit the garden, and you might also meet the occasional bottle fed lamb gambling about. Our three dogs will also be keen to meet you. We are always happy to introduce our guests to our amazing sheep, chickens and pony if wanted.
April Cottage is a one bed detached cottage in our beautiful garden, with separate access and screened from the main house by shrubs and trees. We are 10 minutes by car from Woodbridge which is on the river Deben. There are plenty of lovely pubs locally that serve great food. We do have dogs who will come to say hello.
Charsfield is a small village about 5 miles from the lovely town of Woodbridge which has shops, pubs and restaurants. Wickham Market is slightly nearer and offers a Co-op, Post Office, small cafe and a handful of local shops. The Grundisburgh Dog is about 5 miles up the road and offers great food and drink. There are several other good pubs in the area. Local attractions include Sutton Hoo and Orford Ness (both National Trust), Framlingham Castle (The Castle on the Hill), Suffolk Punch Trust, Minsmere for bird watchers, and of course the glorious Heritage Coast. Aldeburgh, Southwold and Snape Maltings are between 30 minutes and an hour away.

Earl Soham is a beautiful and traditional village lying in the heart of Suffolk’s gently undulating countryside. This ancient settlement is sited around a Roman road and derives its name from Soham, meaning hamlet or homestead by water and Earl which is a reference to the Bigod family, earls of Norfolk to whom the village once belonged. There are many interesting period houses and cottages in the village reflecting its long history and, in order to maintain the traditional look, much of the village has been designated a Conservation Area. The village itself has retained a lot of its charm due to its history with most of the houses and buildings being listed in the 1960s. It has won Britain’s ‘Best Kept Village’ and was a finalist in Country Life’s ‘Best British Village’. In addition to the Grade 1 listed 13th century church, there is an active village hall, tennis club, bowls club, country pub, and also Mr Hutton’s delicatessen and butchers store (noted in Country Life as a treasure!). There is also a doctors surgery and veterinary practice. The Victoria Public House, which also has its own micro brewery, is in the village. The village is located 3 miles from the market town of Framlingham (home to Ed Sheeran's 'Castle on the Hill') and a 30 minute drive from the Suffolk Heritage coastal resorts of Aldeburgh and Thorpeness. Ed Sheehan lives in the neighbouring village of Dennington so you may also get the chance to do some celeb spotting! Within a couple of miles is Kingfishers Golf Club in the lovely village Cretingham which is also home to the (dog friendly) Cretingham Bell public house. The county town of Ipswich lies some 14 miles to the south and provides regular main line rail services to London’s Liverpool Street station, taking just over one hour. The A14 is accessible some 12 miles to the west and provides a dual carriageway link to Cambridge and the Midlands, as well as to London via the A12. The cottage is less than 10 minutes from popular local wedding venues Tannington Hall, Kenton Hall and Crows Hall.
  • This is a beautiful home, very cosy and in a lovely peaceful location. The house is the perfect place to unwind and relax and the little touches (including the amazing cake!) really helped to make it special. Richard and Sue were great hosts; quick communication, easy check-in and lots of local tips. We enjoyed sitting in the little conservatory with a morning cup of tea and spotting animals. Would definitely recommend :)

  • A very nice country retreat, set in lovely sleepy countryside. Richard and Sue were fantastically communicative and a pleasure to deal with. We had a little accident early on, and Richard and Sue were really cool, meaning we could just enjoy our trip. Great reading materials, lovely kitchen and rooms, and a good escape to the country, within reach of market towns and the Norfolk broads.

  • This cottage was very comfortable, immaculately presented and is a lovely location. Richard and Sue’s attention to detail for the home comforts was excellent too! We would highly recommend this property and the area- fantastic!

  • We have been coming to Suffolk for years and this was one of the best cottages we've stayed in - beautiful tasteful interior and a pretty conservatory overlooking fields - perfect for enjoying a morning coffee! We arrived late on Friday and were greeted with a home made cake, bottle of wine, and milk in the fridge. The cottage is incredibly pretty and cosy and the gorgeous decor made the bedrooms feel like an upmarket hotel! The kitchen and bathroom were super clean and we had everything we needed to cook a Sunday roast with local pork from the excellent butcher just up the road - we had a wonderfully relaxed weekend and can't wait to return. Thank you Sue and Richard !

    Carolyn2019-10-22T00:00:00Z
  • Meadow View is such a charming place to stay, the cottage has been beautifully decorated and furnished to a very high standard by Sue and Richard. Highlights included a fantastic bathroom with powerful shower, stunning kitchen and really comfortable beds!! Lots of thoughtful touches from the hosts included a homemade delicious cake, prosecco and the opportunity to check in earlier. Fabulous location for exploring this wonderful part of Suffolk. Will definitely return and would highly recommend. Thank you

Cardamon pod is set in the heart of the gorgeous Suffolk countryside on a small farm.
Juniper pod also has a separate bedroom with a second king size bed.

Priory Barn is set in an acre of peaceful garden, surrounded by beautiful country side. Wonderful walks, a golf course and traditional pubs serving food and local ales are in nearby villages of Brandeston, Cretingham and Earl Soham, all a short distance from the barn. The nearby towns of Framlingham and Woodbridge offer lively markets, cafes, restaurants, historical buildings, galleries and shops.
The barn is about 400 years old, originally used for storing carts and produce, most notably a cider press and apples from the then surrounding orchard. It was converted into a dwelling in 1972 and won some awards for its design. It was part of the Elizabethan farmhouse estate until three years ago when the hosts Jan and Richard bought it as a renovation project. Both hosts are creative and you will see examples of artwork done by them and family members.
  • Amazing beautiful, historic barn conversion in a superb quiet location. Very comfortable bed and special touches. Lovely interesting conversations with hosts Jan, and Richard. Would highly recommend.

Clarabelle is a Shepherds Hut style "Glamper Van" situated in the grounds of The Queen, Brandeston. Set back from the pub behind our new kitchen garden, Clarabelle is the perfect place unwind, striking the ultimate balance between contemporary comfort and outdoor living - with extra emphasis on the comfort. We are situated very close to Easton Grange wedding venue and the popular market towns of Framlingham and Woodbridge. A short drive will take you to some of Suffolk's best beaches.
Clarabelle is decorated in a clean and simple way, allowing you to fully appreciate sleeping in the great outdoors. We provide fluffy towels, luxurious toiletries and logs for the fire pit. Clarabelle has an electric wood fire effect stove, perfect to curl up in front of and read a book from the shelf on the chillier evenings. There is also a Tassimo machine to make tea, coffee and hot chocolate. We also have a newly upgraded shower block, with a large walk in shower.
Brandeston is a quiet and peaceful little village. There is a play park a short walk down the road as well as a tennis court and petanque court (pass for guests can be collected at the pub). For a picturesque, rural village, Brandeston has a colourful history. Avoiding the plague which wiped out neighbouring villages in the Middle Ages, Brandeston retains many old houses and stories from the past. The Black Prince, son of Edward III and a medieval military hero hunted here in the upper reaches of the River Deben with the de la Pole family. A less welcome visitor was Matthew Hopkins, the self-styled Witchfinder General. This 20-something son of a Puritan clergyman was paid by East Anglian magistrates to uncover witchcraft. Unfortunately John Lowes, the ageing vicar of Brandeston, had a troubled relationship with his parishioners at that time and was accused of being in league with the devil. He was ‘swum' in the moat at Framlingham Castle before being hanged. In later generations, Brandeston was involved in Suffolk's smuggling trade. On the main route from Sizewell to Hadleigh, famous smugglers who lived in Brandeston include the romantic heroine Margaret Catchpole and the notorious George Crabbe. More information about Brandeston's history can be found on the village website.
  • Amazing place, would defiantly stay again!

  • Lovely peaceful village, but near to busier towns. We loved the shepherds hut, and the thoughtful details, the setting was good, and the evening fires charming. Nice drinks and food at the adjoining pub. Good walks with our border terrier. Would recommend and would like to return, even if weather wasn't as good as we had, know that even if raining, we would still enjoy our stay.

  • We had a lovely stay in Clarabelle, which was very comfortable and I didn’t need any earplugs as I usually do when camping, as the location is very peaceful. The weather was glorious and as an added bonus we had the place to ourselves so we sat around the campfire after a great meal in the pub. This would be a great location for meeting up with friends for a glamping get together!

    Jackie2018-05-05T00:00:00Z
  • What a fantastic, cosy little home away from home! Clarabelle is beautifully decorated and very comfortable little shepherd's hut, and kept surprisingly warm given a wet and chilly September weekend to deal with. Brandeston is a great base in a beautiful part of Suffolk, really quiet and secluded but within 30 minutes' striking distance of the beach at Aldeburgh and a number of other attractions. The Queen at Brandeston (which Clarabelle sits behind) is a brilliant gastropub with some of the best cooked breakfasts I've ever had, and a great evening menu to match. Harriet and the staff at the Queen couldn't have been more welcoming and friendly - all in all we had a fantastic weekend!

  • Deborah's place is amazing! We wanted to escape for New Year's eve and spend some quiet time together around nature. It's perfect for that, a small complete home in a lovely rural location, but close enough to nearby villages and towns to not feel stranded. We were able to relax, and cut off just like we wanted to. Waking up to the sun streaming in while the birds sang around us was a blissful way to start the year. HIGHLY recommended.

  • We had an amazing stay even in the rainy weather! The hut was really snuggly and warm with the fire going and using the outdoor shower in the rain was awesome! Lots of thoughtful touches and details, would love to go back. 🙂

  • Absolutely amazing highly recommend to all was so romantic and the perfect get away

    Jess2019-10-20T00:00:00Z
  • We had a great time at Ruthie’s place. It’s very cosy and nicely decorated with lovely touches. The outdoor shower is fun and it’s nice to have breakfast outside and make a fire at night. Great place for a break to ‘switch off’.

    Melanie2019-09-01T00:00:00Z
  • Ruthie's hut is gorgeous, cosy and welcoming. The shower is hot, bed is comfy and location is beautifully quiet with loads of great things to do around (definitely read her tips on where to go in the blue folder! We went primarily from these as had no real plans prior to getting there and had a fantastic time in the area). Would definitely recommend and definitely go again!

    Emma2019-08-11T00:00:00Z
  • We had such a lovely stay at the hut with no name. It was so clean and cosy and Ruthie's extra touches such as the Prosecco, flip flops and blankets made it even more special. We spent most of our time playing board games and drinking wine by the fire. I would recommend a cycle ride to the Maybush Inn if you are feeling active! It has great food and is right on the riverfront. The Dog pub in Grundisburgh is also great and is a 5 minute drive from the hut. I couldn’t recommend Ruthie’s place anymore if you are seeking a quiet and relaxing escape to the country!

    Melissa2019-08-05T00:00:00Z
  • Great place to stay and enjoy the beautiful Suffolk countryside. Loved our stay in the hut with no name, peace and quiet, really comfy bed, the outdoor shower is a real treat! Everything you need in the hut, lots of info about the area, nice walk across the fields to the pub, the Grundisburgh Dog. The little touches and details made our stay that much nicer. Thanks folks!

    Daren2019-08-03T00:00:00Z
  • Lovely stay - Ruthie was very good at responding and lovely when we met her. Beautiful hut in a lovely area. It was my girlfriends birthday and they had decorated the hut for us which was such a nice touch!

    Jack2019-07-28T00:00:00Z
  • A wonderful way to escape from it all. Peaceful and tranquil in a lovely location . Ruthie was very helpful and the Prosecco was a nice touch ! I would recommend taking a bathrobe (flip flops provided) for the walk to the shower but other than that everything you need is there !

Vanilla pod is set in the heart of the gorgeous Suffolk countryside on a small working farm.
Vanilla pod also has a separate bedroom with a king size bed. Our pods are in the hub of the farm along with a busy wedding and events venue which does mean there are frequent discos. Please be aware of this before you book as we wouldn't want you to be expecting silence at night time!
  • Lovely little glamping pods! Had a nice cosy evening, no issue finding the place at all although I didn’t have the exact postcode immediately so a staff member came and apologised and gave us a bottle of wine which more then made up for it. X

  • Beautiful, stylish pods set in the countryside but close to towns and amenities

    Laura2020-01-05T00:00:00Z
  • What a beautiful place to stay! The surroundings were so peaceful and relaxing, the pod was just gorgeous and everything felt brand new. The pod was super clean and the beds were so comfortable. We took our 3 year old and she thought it was great too! The heating warmed the pod up well and there was extra bedding and blankets and pillows too. The alpacas were a brilliant added bonus! We will definitely be back, thank you Katie x

    Gemma2020-01-01T00:00:00Z
  • We had such a lovely stay at the weekend, the kids loved it just as much as we did! Katie and her husband were very accommodating, especially when we forgot to buy the gin, they kindly found us some! We will definitely be returning very soon. The pods are amazing for a family, we are a family of 5 and they are very spacious, we had lots of room, they are done to such a high spec, they have thought of everything. There are lots to do nearby and lots of nice pubs, Framlingham castle was a nice end to our weekend. Thanks Katie! 😀

    Leanne2019-11-17T00:00:00Z
  • What a gorgeous set up. We had a lovely night away with us and three kids. Pod was lovely, warm and cosy inside. Kitchen had everything you could need and beds were lovely and comfy.

  • We had a lovely stay at The Granary, and would definitely look to come back and take one of the larger properties. There is lots of information on hand and Sarah was very hospitable, providing information of the local area and even check that the children were having a good time. We would recommend a stay at the Granary and Partridge Lodge in general.

Romantic, luxurious hideaway for two, ensuite shower, wood burner, set in a secluded orchard on a farm in Suffolk, within walking distance to two village pubs. Half hour drive to the Heritage Coast. The Scrumpy Shepherd sits in a private orchard, in an elevated position, enjoying views over the valley.
It is difficult to think of a more unique and special place to spend a few days. The beautiful smell of the hand-crafted wood as you enter is the first of many things which will amaze you! The copper piping in the ensuite, the oak kitchen, the superb 'tap lights' in Kilner jars! This hand crafted Shepherd's hut offers pure luxury with a sumptuous double bed, fold out oak table and chairs, hand build oak kitchen area comprising of microwave oven, hob, mini fridge, butler sink, ensuite shower room and a wood burning stove. There are also bicycles available for guests to use, please bring your own safety equipment!
The Scrumpy Shepherd is in a rural area, surrounded by fields and single track roads. Perfect for a quiet weekend escape, but within a few minutes of some good local pubs.
  • The Scrumpy Shepherd is an excellent shephard's hut set in a lovely little meadow right back from the road and in a wonderfully pleasant location. It's a beautifully finished hut, a little different to others (in a good way!) with the copper piping and it certainly one of the better huts we've stayed in (and we've tried a lot!). The shower is superb - and there's everything required for a pleasant stay. The fire pit is a must - as is dinner at The Queen in Brandeston which was excellent. We'd gladly return.

We arrived to a brand new and sparkly clean lodge. Check-in was easy and we was able to check-in earlier as well. There was coffee, tea, sugar, milk, salt and pepper provided. The WiFi worked perfectly fine, so did the Sky TV. There’s literally not a single thing you could complain about! We loved it, would definitely book again and recommend to our friends and family.

  • A fabulous place to stay. Communication before and during our stay was spot on. The place is spotlessly clean with everything you need for a fabulous holiday. We would thoroughly recommend this place for everyone to stay here. Cannot fault it in anyway.

  • Two adults and one child for a three night stay. Thoroughly enjoyed our time. Sarah has been a wonderful host. Extremely quick responses and wonderful little touches. Only thing you will need to bring are your towels. Everything else is taken care of including milk in the fridge. Perfect jump-off spot to explore the beautiful county of Suffolk. Highly recommend Framlingham Castle and if you’re a member of English Heritage you will get free parking and admission. The Castle pub was also pretty decent for a bit of honest pub grub. The Stonham Barns site is good for kids with a crazy golf course and small rides. Bistro and Owl Sanctuary on-site although we didn’t visit these. For me, a pleasant bonus was the network coverage. I’m with 3 and had pretty robust 4G connectivity which meant I could work from the lodge effectively (lodge provides WiFi but was so new that 4G SIM hadn’t been obtained at that time - no dramas as could just tether). All in all, a thoroughly good time and highly recommended.

Juniper pod is set in the heart of the gorgeous Suffolk countryside on a small farm.
Juniper pod also has a separate bedroom with single bunk beds.
  • We had a lovely few days staying in Juniper Pod... lovely space and peaceful location

    Roger2020-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • Our pod was the perfect getaway for our family of four: Cosy yet much more spacious than I had imagined, with a tardis like capacity for everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was decorated and finished to a very high standard. Super comfy bed was a plus! We hope to come again - would definitely recommend.

  • We stayed for 2 nights in juniper pod with our three children who found it such an adventure. The pods are beautifully designed and so well equipped with plenty of space. The beds are comfortable and the pod was warm even in January! It was a great base to explore Suffolk from too. Our children loved the alpacas, sheep and goats on the farm too. Communication and directions were amazing and we felt really welcome during our stay. Thank you so much for having us!

  • OH MY DAYS 🥰 Our first time using air bnb. Our first time in a pod. And we were absolutely blown away. The attention to detail in the pod,the communication with katie. And the event there had we were all in awe! We will definitely be returning again for a girlie weekend, I could also see me coming back with my children just to reconnect with them. I’ve also recommended it to others and a potential wedding venue for a family member. We ABSOLUTE LOVE this place! Thankyou for helping us make amazing memories.

    Ellie2019-12-01T00:00:00Z
  • This place was magical! My 5 year old son found it very exciting! Everything here was perfect, and we really enjoyed being disconnected from the outside world for a night, Katie was mega helpful and responsive to everything, I couldn’t recommend this place enough! We will definitely be returning in the future. Also, really peaceful and we all slept very well, real comfortable beds and very cosy, thanks for everything Katie!

    Danny2019-11-10T00:00:00Z
  • The quality standard of Katie's structure is great, but a lot higher than hotel facilities in the whole area. Cleanliness, comfort, assistance are of a high standard

Beatrice is a Shepherds Hut style "Glamper Van" situated in the grounds of The Queen, Brandeston. Set back from the pub behind our new kitchen garden, Beatrice is the perfect place unwind, striking the ultimate balance between contemporary comfort and outdoor living - with extra emphasis on the comfort. We are situated very close to Easton Grange wedding venue and the popular market towns of Framlingham and Woodbridge. A short drive will take you to some of Suffolk's best beaches.
Beatrice has a King size bed and Egyptian cotton sheets. We provide fluffy towels, luxurious toiletries and each night you are provided with logs for the fire pit. Beatrice has underfloor heating and an electric wood fire effect stove, perfect to curl up in front of and read a book from the shelf on the chillier evenings.
  • This is a glorious place to stay - the hut's are cosy, comfortable and with a great facilities ... radio, tea & coffee, books for you to read. There is easy access to shower and toilet facilities, which are clean and well maintained. Wifi was a little iffy at times, but I was quite happy to be disconnected in this glorious location. Harriet was really friendly, and responded promptly to any questions I had. I would highly recommend staying here.

  • Harriet was so thoughtful and helpful. The hut was stunning and she had left little marshmallows for us to roast on the firepit. She even knocked us up scrambled eggs and sausages before the wedding we went to. Cannot fault and would stay again without a doubt

  • Lovely quaint shepherds hut, very comfortable. Quiet location in a pretty village, perfect for walking and cycling and short drive to the coast. Tasty food in the pub. Our spaniel also very much enjoyed his stay!

  • The Shepherd’s Hut we stayed in at Harriet’s pub was amazing. It was surprisingly spacious with lots of thoughtful touches and in a beautiful and peaceful setting. Harriet and her family were really welcoming and accommodating. They recommended lovely walks nearby and it’s only about 40 minutes to dog friendly beaches. We’d highly recommend the place and we’ll definitely be back!

  • We stayed at Harriet’s huts for 2 nights. It was perfect for escaping the rat race. Harriet was very accommodating and the hut was beautifully clean and very comfortable. In addition the little extras such as an outside fire with complimentary marshmallows was really thoughtful and sweet. We both would highly recommend the huts if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway.. with the added bonus of a fabulous pub close by, which may I add, does some yummy food with generous portions 🤤 Will be booking again! Thank you Harriet x
