This is wonderful space and great privacy and price. We were doing Disney and the location is awesome. But what you should know is this is a time share... it’s immaculately clean, but not a home like most Air BnBs. The time share wanted me to take the time to deal with their sales pitch and I declined, & I’d advise you to do the same. The pools and hot tubs (both indoor and outdoor) were great. BYO beach towels as well as all toiletries though. I left a reusable coffee filter because there wasn’t one...there are plenty of dishes but no cleaning supplies. One great upside... a nice porch/deck where you can have morning coffee. So it’s definitely worthwhile to stay here.

The location is excellent, just a few minutes from the Universal and Walmart parks, the apartment is very nice and with the necessary to have fun, and Leandro is very attentive and friendly, always available when we had questions to ask.

Leandro is an excellent person! Very careful and attentive to all the doubts we had! The ap is beautiful, super functional, very well located, super quiet in relation to noise to sleep .... We feel like we are at home! The internet fluctuated a little in a few days, nothing to get in the way or be a reason for us to be upset! In short .... we love the days we spent in the AP and we indicate for sure !!!

Cute home, yes the bedroom we used is by the kitchen and the doors used for privacy isn'ta regular door but it worked for our needs. The room was a nice little room, a/c unit in the room. There is a TV but no connection, we didn't care because we only were there at night to sleep. We had to share a bathroom and it was fine for us, we didn't have problems. Mini fridge available for use if needed. Hospitality was amazing! Great experience

My stay at Jamie’s was amazing! Her house is awesome, with lots of space and anything you could possibly need within reach. Organic coffee and soap were provided, which made me feel welcome, and overall it’s just been great value for money. Can’t beat $18 per night!! Also very clean! Would sure book again.

Great location, quiet neighborhood, easy access by Uber or bus (Lynx) Since host was not on site, I was surprised and impressed by Jamie's availability by phone when my Uber driver was uncertain of airbnb address for drop off. Great to have timely help when needed!

AMAZING

We had to come to Orlando for one night. Dave and Jean’s place had everything we needed and more. Beautifully decorated , gives off a very zenful/natural vibe. They provided a variety of coffee, water, and a few apples/caramel sauce. Nice outdoor area to sit and relax. Got to meet them, and they are so welcoming & friendly. If you are going to the Orlando area, don’t think twice..book here!

As someone who has used AirBnB in countless places, I can easily say (without a doubt) that this was one of the most beautiful, detail-oriented, magical places that I have ever stayed. The hosts are extremely welcoming and friendly and you can tell they have a passion for ensuring that you have a remarkable stay. The little treehouse is certainly magical, with an excellent coffee bar for breakfast and extra goodies if you forget hygiene products. You can tell how much people have loved their experience from the guest book entries - everyone raves about the little treehouse! We initially had plans to go to Disney for the first time, however COVID-19 stopped us from being able to do this. Instead of canceling, we decided to do a little staycation and we couldn’t have made a better decision! Even though the city wasn’t as vibrant as it usually is, we still had an excellent stay because the treehouse is simply that amazing! 10/10 would recommend if you couldn’t tell by this review already!!!

This place is adorbs!!! It feels like a real tree house with all the personalized decor touches and really relaxing, comfy and cozy (Especially the rain shower and bed) and has all the amenities you need. It also has a nice outdoor area with chairs and a fountain you can read a magazine or book and not feel like you’re in a city even though you’re close to downtown, in a very nice area. Highly recommend.

We had a great time at Rafael’s, the location was perfect and it was the perfect size for my fiancée and myself. Our host was quick to respond and help accommodate. The only thing was the front door lock, it could be reinforced a little bit better, I could see the outside when the door was closed. Other than that we had zero complaints!

Comfortable space for a couple. More than 2 would be cramped. Amazing view from the terrace. There is only a mini fridge, so plan to have little that can be refrigerated.

I really enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. Some of the furnishings/decor are a bit dated but it really is a lovely place. The balcony/porch is large and the view is beautiful. All three pools are clean and well maintained. I would like to stay again the next time I'm in Orlando.

Valentina was a great host. The room was excellent. Amazing view. Very close to restaurants walking distance. The weather didn’t cooperate, so I couldn’t use the pool amenities. But it looked clean and fun. I would definitely stay again.

Ana’s condo is in an amazing location. Such a quick ride to Universal. The condo is exactly as described and very clean.

Ana’s place was great while we visited Disney and Universal parks! The bed was very comfortable and it was nice having the option for a pull out sofa. The shower was nice and hot and we used Uber to get to the parks so we didn’t have to worry about parking. I liked the keyless entry (one less thing to worry about losing) and the smart thermostat was easy to use. Ana was easy to reach and had great suggestions.

The home was exactly as described. Directions for check in and check out were clear. Ana's home was clean and spacious. Host was easy to communicate with. perfect for our needs. Only suggestion to the host would be to have more bath towels available. Would recommend to friends and family. I will consider staying here again.

Overall the place was beautiful! It was a bit far from Disney but I knew that going in so if there is traffic leave a bit earlier. The area the condo is in is nice with lots of places to eat! We highly suggest junior colombian burger.

Wonderful little bungalow! The place was super clean and cute, it had all the comforts of home and it was in great location. Quiet and private, and the best kitchen we’ve ever had at an Airbnb! Street parking was never an issue. 40 minute drive to the theme parks, close to shopping and lots of places to eat. Wish we could have gone in the pool but it was too chilly out. Over all fantastic experience, my hubs and I highly recommend! No complaints at all. :)

I love how this is an eco-friendly home! It is very clean and close to everything.

Due to illness had to travel home and only spent 1/3 nights we had booked. Place was as described. Would be nice to get some credit or discount towards future stay since we paid for two nights we couldn’t stay. Not that that’s required or their fault. Place was as described and hosts were accommodating and helpful. Very good layout of space and decor. Would stay again as we travel to that area often. Very clean!

Great place, with a super target nearby, a 7-eleven, the mall at millenia and 10 minutes away from universal and island of adventures. A little far away from disney(20 min, not too much), even so the place is located right next to the exit that lead to all the parks and popular shopping places and restaurants.There is also a premium outlet nearby and a best buy. Great location overall, perfect for couples. The only downsize is the shower’s water pressure for the hot water, but that didn’t interfere with the experience at all

Ramon was very accommodating and had quick responses despite being at work a lot for the period of time we were staying. The place is superb for the price! I loved the garden Paradise in the backyard where you'll find all kinds of flowering plants, coy fish, parakeets, and swimming pool. The apartment was very clean with king-sized bed and all expected amenities for living. The location is great, could get pretty much anywhere in 15 minutes. Highly recommend and would return.

Ramone was an amazing host. He communicated fast if we had any questions or concerns. The guest suite was smaller than expected but it was perfect for our short getaway. We will definitely return to stay again!!

Place is fantastic. The hosts seem like great people to. The only downside would be the drop off from kitchen to bedroom. I hurt my ankle a bit because the drop isn’t obvious. They definitely warn you and are great hosts, unfortunately it isn’t easy to remember that drop off everytime

I loved my stay here! I got in super late, but I wish I would’ve had more time there. There was an entire book of local places to eat, things to do, maps of where things are. I loved that! The space is so cute, and there were so many extra touches to make you feel right at home.

I loved "the shed" I wish I could've stayed longer ... even though it behind another house I felt that I was in my own space I could come and go as I pleased... I would definitely go back the location is amazing, and I was able to check in early to set up since it was a surprise for my wife (thank you Rosy). The only negative I could think of was the bed ... it has a huge dip in the middle but other than that it was perfect.

Sophias place is amazing! It was close to the airport and about 20-25 minutes from Disney and 15-20 minutes from Universal.

Jamie’s place is great! The rooms are spacious and very accommodating. The bathroom is very clean as well as the bedroom. The door comes with its own key and that’s a nice piece of mind. Check in was a breeze. Jamie likes to have guests and from all I remember that was the feeling I experienced while being a guest here. Highly recommended spot if you are in the Orlando area. Would stay here again without a shadow of a doubt!!! Thank you Jamie for the wonderful room.

The place is exactly as described in pictures - it is a great house, super clean, and very comfortable. My only criticism is the temperature constant created for a warm room on some nights, and there was a lot of strange coming and going from guests all throughout the night which was unnerving at some points (personally). Overall, a really great, clean, cute and comfortable place to stay for a unbeatable price if you don’t mind living in the same home as other guests.

The place is great! Just as described. I stayed here for 10 nights and had no reason to complain at all. Entire place was sparkling clean. I spent a lot of time cooking in the kitchen and it had everything I needed. The common areas are a good place to chill too and the backyard was great to get some fresh air in the mornings! Definitely recommend to anyone travelling or just wants a room to stay. It’s a 5 mins drive to the main city but if you don’t have a car, it’ll take a good 25 mins walk. HOPR, Lime and Bird options aren’t much in that neighbourhood so plan your commute ahead. Overall, Great Place! Highly recommend.

Great place within the budget

This was perfect for us to go to Universal and Disney World! Location could not be better. It's 15 minutes from the MCO airport, 2 minutes from Walmart, 20 minutes from Universal, 30 minutes from Disney World. There is a private entrance and a private bathroom (though the shower is pretty short and small, so I wouldn't recommend for super tall people; it was fine for us at 5'10"). You get to park within her fenced driveway, so no need to worry about on-street parking. Bed was comfy (on the firm side), especially after being dead-tired from the parks. There is a microwave and mini fridge. Sandra is also super kind and accommodating. If you're trying to keep it simple and really just need a place to sleep, this is great! We loved it.:)

The place is really good

The TreeHouse is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. It is centrally located. I took my wife here for her 30th birthday as a getaway and she loved it. The space looks as if it was done on an HGTV show. Everything was well thought out and put together—from the fireplace to the tub. All that aside, Dave and Jean are great hosts as well. We only stayed for a day but they made sure to greet my wife and I. Also, they had all the essentials in the unit in case you forgot a toothbrush, soap, shampoo, etc. I rate this place a 10/10.

Dave and Jean are the best hosts I’ve come across. The unit was clean, gorgeous and really a treehouse retreat! They were so nice and thoughtful. The special touches of adding coffee, toiletries, camp fire, outside sitting area, towels and decorations made it a great stay. The place is adorable and the location is great! Unique space in a beautiful neighborhood close to everything you would want to see in Orlando

Dave and Jean’s listing is as described and the location was in a semi-gated and safe community so you don’t have worry about a thing. The pictures are accurate but for 6’ and over guests, you might find everything to be a little tighter. Not a problem if you are staying for a short time. The parking was street parking but as I said, the neighborhood was safe and private so there’s no issues there. Dave and Jean were very welcoming and had great suggestions for things to do around town. They were responsive over the app and provided me some free apples to munch on. I will definitely consider staying here again

Unfortunately, due to covid-19 I was unable to stay. However, communication with the host was a breeze and they were extremely understanding of the situation. I would highly recommend, my family and I will look to stay here in the future!

We absolutely loved staying at Jason's place. Apartment was perfect for the 2 of us. Not stayed on ID before, we just loved it. Make sure you read Jason's tips he saved us $50 because we used the shuttle to Universal from Endless Summer Hotel.

Definitely BOOK NOW, we’ll worth your money! Location is perfect to drive to the them parks, shopping outlet , etc. I actually took the Lynx bus and it was easy to use at this Airbnb location. Place is renovated so nicely and clean. Everything worked aswell.

Outstanding place to practice social distancing. It was absolutely peaceful with plenty of outdoors activities to do. This is definitely a new spot of mine for a quiet getaway.

This tiny house is perfect for a couple looking for a quiet get away. It's right on the lake with several free amenities, such as access to kayaks, paddle boards and fishing poles. It's so peaceful and serene. The house itself is small, but has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend!

The Lake House is a perfect destination to appreciate the beauty of Orlando. A picturesque view of the lake right from the front door with a fire pit, paddle boards, kayaks and all the amenities to sit back and appreciate the breathtaking view. Adam was communicative, helpful and even totally understanding when we needed to check out an hour late. The tiny house has amazing touches and is a perfect spot for a couple, close friends, or a solo trip. Be sure to be comfortable with your traveling partner, as the bathroom does have minimal privacy. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Will definitely return when in the area next!

My wife loves Tiny Home Nation and I got her this stay as a gift for Valentine weekend. The Lake House was just enough room for us. Even better, it was centrally located to all the places we had in mind. Also, the lake in the back is a must. You will find ducks swimming in the lake in the morning. Be sure to try the stand up paddle boarding and/or kayaking while you’re there. It’s free! We will definitely be back.

The tiny house community is wonderful! We stayed for 12 days, wished it were longer! Fantastic view & the people there are great! Adam is a wonderful host! There are plenty of things to do in the area, close by to many stores and a great golf course and several nice restaurants or you can just stay there and enjoy the lake! This is a very safe place to stay!

We had an amazing stay and we would recommend it to all our family and friends. The lake is incredibly peaceful and we really felt we were able to disconnect on this trip. We highly recommend taking the kayaks out for a day adventure!

Pedro and Sharon were great hosts. The accommodations were far more than we expected and very comfortable for three people. Would love to stay again!

We enjoyed our stay in Sharon's and Perdor's place. The location was very convenient in major highway and yet very quiet 'coz it has pretty big lawn. The living space was very clean and stocked with coffee, snacks, and water bottles. We appreciated these little touches! She provided a binder with local businesses and was very helpful. We loved 1 of the restaurants in her binder, Lechon Orlando so much that we bought lunch/dinner there everyday. We also tried the local laundromat she suggested and it was OK. I will definitely recommend their place to all my friends and consider it next time we go back to Orlando, FL.

So cozy, perfect for two people on a little weekend get away. They have thoughtful amenities as well. Shanon even let me borrow hairspray.

The space is cozy. It's easy to get there, Pedro and Sharon explain very well how to get from the airport. They were aware of everything and the communication was fast and effective.

I feel very safe and welcome when staying here. Pedro and Sharon have truly gone out of their way to think of everything a traveler would need! I've stayed here twice, and the only reason I haven't stayed here more is that it's not always available.

Spectacular place, very friendly, always available for the needs of its guests. The details are very nice . Many amenities available. When you need an extra item they provided it immediately. 125% recommended.

I would recommend Downtowns place in Orlando. It is a nice stay in a convenient location. Very clean.

Very clean, very small (think a small bedroom with associated bathroom and tiny "kitchen" area), and the location simply can't be beat if staying in Orlando. Owner was responsive to my questions.

Simple, clean amenities in an excellent location. Off street parking, hot water, cold a/c. This was not my first time here and I hope to return soon. Highly recommend!

The loft in downtown Orlando was in the center of a fun district to enjoy the downtown life! It was a great weekend getaway!

The apartment was super clean and had an amazing view. Isa was super attentive and was ready to help with anything.

Super cute place in an awesome location. Fantastic view, close to nightlife and food. Very responsive and was able to accommodate my checkin before scheduled time.

Overall it was a nice stay. John was very responsive and we didn't have any issues. It's definitely not the fanciest place but the price was right and suited our needs.

John and Angelica are great hosts who listen to you and tries their best fulfill your requests for a nicer stay. They are responsive and nice people. Easy check in process, nice communication. Clean studio, would definitely stay at their place again if I visit orlando again!

Came to Florida from New York to get license plates for my girlfriends car and got stuck over here with the outbreak situation we are having. Been in forofos for a little over a month and started to have back pains from sleeping on a air bed for some time. Literally got Johns Airbnb in one day after having some trouble on getting it for some reasons. John helped me get his place and with such quick responses he helped me book it. Besides that this Airbnb is so nice inside everything is clean and the area is nice and quite.

Johns place is a nice getaway with everything you essentially need for a trip! Very cozy and comfortable place

Amazing place. Everything was spotless and outstanding communication.

This place was way better than we expected. My fiance and I stayed for a business trip and we forget to bring a few things like toothpaste, pots, towels, soap etc. This studio ended up having all of the above along with many more essentials. I was amazed. Very professional communication and very clean place. I would totally recommend and hopefully, we can stay again. If anyone is wondering parking was $26 arriving at 3:30 and leaving at 11 am
