This place is the sure thing! It reminds me of going to see your favorite coolest uncle and aunt, but they live 5 min away from a first class beaches, shopping and dining! The location is perfect! The host are perfect! I already miss their dogs doodle bug and AxeL! The bathroom tub is deep enough to soak and the beds are so comfortable and the room so peaceful, you will wake yourself up snoring! If the reservation is open, book NOW because they won't be in the future! AWSOME TRIP!

Randy was very welcoming and hospitable. Close to both downtown Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. The bedroom and bathroom were immaculate. Easy keyless access. Highly recommend this location.

Randy and Laura were awesome! They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Everything was just as described in the ad from the bedroom, the dogs (which were very friendly :) ), and the outside area. Randy and Laura helped us navigate the area giving us great advice on the local spots. The house was in a great location. It was near all the restaurants and nightlife and only a few miles from the beach and trail. The room was perfect we slept like a baby. Thank You again, Randy and Laura, for your hospitality. We will be back!

Cute little room to stay. Cozy sheets and pillows. If your a dog lover you'll give your love while away from home. They were so kind to give me tips on the area and Randy had me even follow him to the public beach cause the main one had construction going on. Great place for the money

Wow! Randy and Laura were the best! Friendly and gracious, with a beautiful home and an outstanding place to stay. Minutes from the beach, fishing and restaurants. but the best part was Randy and Laura- I feel like I just made some great friends!

This was our first time using Air BnB. I have to say that it was great. Randy and Laura treated us just like their family and we found the room very comfortable. We are animal people and enjoyed getting our doggie fix while we were away from our own four legged family. I highly recommend Randy and Laura's Air Bnb!

Lovely house, super sweet dog and even sweeter hostess! We booked the room super last minute and Lindsay was incredibly accommodating even after a long day of work. She met us at our car and helped us bring in our bags, and talked with us for about half an hour about things to do in the area. The room is huge, as is the private bathroom. Everything was clean and cute. She left us coffee in the morning!

I throughly enjoyed my stay at Lindsay's. She greeted me kindly and showed me around her home. She made suggestions to local places to eat and answered any questions I had. Will definitely be going back. Loved the location of her home too!

Lindsay was awesome and the place is beautiful. It's close to pretty much everything and Lindsay made sure the room itself was perfect. We just stayed there for the weekend but I wish it could've been longer! Definitely would recommend

House was clean, however our room were not really well arranged :/ Bed was made, and everything but there were papers, clothing and other random stuff (can of corn!) all over the available tables so we had to put our bags/purse on the floor, which is not a big deal but still! For the price paid, we would have expected a cleaner room. Bathroom was as expected as well as the shower, so this was good.

John is an excellent communicator. His home is lovely. Building is oceanfront but condo view is not a direct view . It is difficult to find entry into condo area / parking. It's not very clear entry but one becomes accustomed after a number of attempts. Parking was as described. There is a fairly easy walk to beach. Kitchen had all items I needed. Area is plentiful and has many shopping and grocery stores as well as restaurants. Wifi is slow/ poor, cuts off and on and unsecured. John did try to help but wifi was not improved. Service provider/ host never sent someone out to evaluate root cause (s) as contemplated in our discussion during my stay. This was frustrating and perhaps the only thing holding this place back from excellent in my opinion. Overall a very good stay.

The condo is in a great location, with an easy walk to the beach. There are no beach chairs available for use, but you can rent nice lounge chairs with umbrella at the beach. The master bedroom bed was comfortable, as were the living and dining room furnishings. The kitchen, bathrooms and laundry are dated, but were all functional. There are dishes and cooking items, but no extras (such as a few coffee filters, salt & pepper). There are some nice restaurants within walking distance. Communication with John was good. We enjoyed our stay!

I stayed at John's place for nearly two months during January and February. The condo was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The beach was just a short walk from the front door. Shopping and restaurants are nearby. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for value and comfort.

Great place, great value. It's perfect for nice getaway

Condo complex was very quiet, which was nice. Beach and pools weren't over crowded. The condo was charming! Beds were very comfortable! Had everything we needed for a weekend get-away!

Mary's place was great! Comfortable home, full kitchen, washer/dryer were nice. Pools were all nice and pretty well kept, awesome location. Bed and pillows not the comfiest, but we still slept just fine. I would recommend and would stay here again myself!

Mary was always available for any questions. When the Internet was down I contacted her early and she replied quickly The condo was close to beach and clean.

Overall, the location is great, minutes from the beach, very well kept and clean. Mary was very responsive to my texts, messages and emails. She was very friendly and I would highly recommend this place to anyone. She made sure you had all the details of the place prior to arrival and was very organized.

Mary made us feel welcome and the description was accurate. As mentioned in the description, there is limited beach view. So if you are looking for a relaxing evening on the balcony looking at the ocean, you will not get it here. Beach access is great and makes up for the lack of balcony view. We had a great time.

We stayed here for 2 nights with our kids. It's right on the beach and was perfect for a quick getaway.

We had a great time at Will´s house. The talks with him were very interesting. He is a smart guy. We got very good rocommendations for restaurants and places to stay in that area. We would come back for sure.

We loved our stay at Will's. The house is very clean and relaxing. We saved a ton of money by cooking our own meals. We were in a great location (15 mins from the beach and about an hour from Pensacola). We didn't see Will because he was out of town, but he had everything prepared for us. I highly recommend this cozy place!

This spot is a hidden gem! Less than a 10 minute walk to a tiny beach off of Alabama street! Went there one morning & was treated to 3 dolphins swimming up to within 15 ft of the shore, promptly followed by the neighborhood yellow lab bounding into the water after them, as well as myself. After reporting our wildlife findings to the locals, we were informed that this is a pretty regular occurrence, driving me into further hysterics. I mean, that may have been a typical Thursday for these folks, but not for me. Will is the consummate host! Helpful, laid back, and has a unique perspective on life! And he's fireman! And he's tall! And has beautiful eyes! (Just saying) You'll leave feeling enriched from this experience!

Great location, shower could have used a thorough cleaning but overall was not bad.

Pros: Will was very nice and helpful with the Airbnb booking process (this was my first time using Airbnb). It is in a good location as we were attending an event at the Wharf and needed a place to stay for the night. Cons: We were not impressed with the bed and bedding as they were very old and dated and not very comfortable. However, it is a cheap place to lay your head.

We had a great stay. The room was nice, it was located in a quiet neighborhood. In 5-10 minutes, we had our choice of restaurants and beaches. Will was a very good host.

Awesome house and host. If your looking for a simple and easy going beach weekend this is the spot for you.

The condo was exactly as described with a beautiful view of the gulf and nice beach theme. It had all the comforts of home and a well appointed kitchen. We highly recommend and would stay here again.

The neighborhood is beautiful and the house welcoming and comfortable. We loved the giant screened in porch nestled amidst all the trees and surrounded by songbirds. The beach and amenities were very close. Karen's communication is quick and clear. A great place to stay.

The cottage was exactly as shown on pictures. Beds were comfortable. all rooms were very clean. very warm and inviting home. The kitchen was well stocked, the screened in porch was very relaxing. Restaurants, shopping was about 5 minutes away. Perfect location Really pleased with 1st airbnb rental.
