Staying at Jack & Jana's place was like staying in a close friends home. They are both very personable and kind, and have the sweetest little boy Noah, and a cute pup. The place was perfect, everything is brand new, and the room has its own bathroom and huge closet attached. Their home is peaceful and fun. It's only a short drive or a fun bike ride to the main boardwalk from their home, and only a few minutes drive to Assateague. I would absolutely recommend this place!

Fabulous experience! The check in process was easy and went smoothly. The hosts were engaging, polite, and have such amazing life stories. Jack was great about communication before and during our stay and could be reached easily via phone or text if we had questions. The property is so beautiful. It overlooks the water and you can see the boardwalk from your room or from the deck. It's on a quiet dead-end street surrounded by trees and is very private. It was perfect for me and my husband since we are both not that into the party or bar scene. It was nice to go to the boardwalk and the beach but also be able to leave it all behind for a peaceful night's rest at the end of the day. It only took about 5 mins by car to get to the beach. The outlet stores and multiple pharmacies, a grocery store and banks are less than a 5 min drive away too. The room itself was clean, spacious, and bright. It looked newly remodeled. The hosts kindly left out toiletries in case we forgot anything. The bed was very comfortable and the towels were some of the fluffiest we have ever used. The common areas are tastefully decorated and newly remodeled as well. They have a young son who was almost a year old when we visited and a friendly yellow dog but both were very sweet and we did not have any noise concerns. We sat outside on their deck for about an hour in the evening and even though the property is near the water and it was a pretty warm day with no breeze we did not have any problems with mosquitos or biting insects. Jack grew up in the area and was a treasure trove of information, which he enthusiastically imparted every time we had questions. Overall we had a wonderful experience. It was our first visit to Ocean City and the Eastern Shore in general and Jack and his wife made the experience all the more wonderful. If we ever return to Ocean City we would stay again with them in a heartbeat.

Jack and Jana were wonderful hosts for my sister and me. They had a very friendly dog and a sweet/adorable son who were both welcoming to new people. They had great tips and recommendations for ocean city. They went out of their way to provide great hospitality and were flexible with our schedule! Their house was beautiful, easy to find and very convenient to the beach/Boardwalk, shopping, and bars/restaurants. The room was very clean and comfortable and provided all the amenities we needed. The house was in a nice, safe, quite neighborhood, great for relaxing! We felt right at home with them and had a great experience. We will definitely be coming back to ocean city to visit and stay with them again!

Jack, Jana and their adorable son Noah are warm and welcoming hosts. Erik and I were their first AB&B quests and we really enjoyed their place. Excellent access to the beach and boardwalk; close enough to ride to by bicycle yet just far enough away to have a quite night's sleep. The room is spacious and comfortable; very private and we could come and go as we pleased. We look forward to going back.

Taletha and Harry's place is fantastic, as you can't beat the location, the interior of the condo, or the balcony with both bay and ocean views. Everything was as advertised, and they are extremely gracious hosts. Highly recommend, and plan to re-book in the future.

Great views, awesome sunsets and fantastic location. The room is exactly as advertised, there was even a draw of wonders in the room full of anything you may have forgotten. Easy access to the beach. Taletha and Harry were excellent hosts, they gave us lots of advice on things to do, places to eat and drink in the area. They were both very welcoming and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our night with them, just a shame we only had the one night.

Harry is so awesome! He knows so much about the area and gives great guidance. His condo is really big and so nice. Everything is clean and comfortable. The view is amazing and located in a great part of Ocean City.

I was driving home from NC and on a whim I decided to stay in Ocean City for the night. Harry was very quick in responding and accommodated my request last minute. Check in was easy, he was there to greet me (and even helped me with parking) and gave me a tour of the condo before offering suggestions on what to do/where to go for the evening. Harry's place was VERY clean and cozy. The bed was awesome! You have your own private room with private bathroom, and access to the balcony (can you say, beautiful sunsets?). And it is centrally located on the strip, within walking distance to a dozen shops and restaurants. And the beach is also right there! It was a little chilly to spend any time on the beach but I'm planning on going back when it's warmer :-) I highly recommend staying with Harry if you're going to visit OC!

My friend and I stayed in Ocean City for Halloween weekend and so we really just needed a place to stay for a night. When I saw the pictures, description, and location I figured that it sounds perfect. Arriving at Taletha's condo, we were amazed at how perfect it really was. Very clean, roomy, and beautiful inside and out. Taletha was so awesome and made our stay memorable. I would highly recommend friends and family staying here and next time we are planning to come to the area we will for sure keep an eye out for this place.

This was a good choice! The condo is in a great location with the most amazing views of the ocean. Everything was clean, and the room had a comfy bed. Taletha and Harry are great hosts, and it was fun talking with them. It was so nice to have bagels in the morning. I will definitely book again next time if I can.

Taletha and Harry are the best, great hosts, very welcoming and communication was super easy. The room was great, clean and just as described online, with beautiful bay views and an amazing balcony plus you have ocean views from the kitchen and living room. They gave us great recommendations of restaurants and bars to try during our visit. Me and my wife will definately be back here soon!! I recommend this place hands down, also the location is great, very central and right between the brleach and the main avenue.

I'm disappointed this stay has not gone well. When I arrived, I found a bunch of little black wormy things in the toilet, some dead, some wriggling around. This is truly disgusting and made me distrust the water. The microwave is cracked, the handle on the fridge is broken off, and the fridge leaks-onto my food in the fridge and onto the floor. I found dead bugs on the floor. The paint is chipping in many places and there is significant rust and degeneration showing on heating and cooling units. This place is listed for 5 people, but there was only one blanket. I already thought that a cleaning fee over $50 was high when I have to bring my own sheets, towels, toilet paper and paper towels... I also washed my own dishes and took out the trash per the instructions. I'm doing all the cleaning work. It was clear to me this place isn't clean enough to warrant any cleaning fee. This rental clearly isn't worth the money I was charged. I really hate to complain, but this place really made it hard to enjoy my vacation

We spent four days here for our anniversary and had a great time. The space was perfect for 4 people, but fitting 5 was not an issue. The location was very clean as well. I would recommend this especially for a couple looking to get away in Ocean City.

This condo was exactly as pictures and described! Literally steps from the beach as well as the strip! The condo was spotless and nicely decorated. We enjoyed our stay and will book this condo again if available!

This place was exactly what the review stated. The only issue we had was at one point during our stay we smelled something musty due to the rain we had. I texted Anita right away and she gave me informative step by step instructions on what to do. She was a great host, and we loved the place!

Listinf was accurate. Place was perfect for a quick weekend in OC for a wedding. We only had 2 people for 2 nights and 4 people for one night. I think 6 adults in the place would have been a been a tight squeeze. Probably would be fine with kids, though.

The host made us feel extremely welcome. It was amazing. I could get use to staying there every summer. We enjoyed the beautiful view and location. Couldn't have chosen anything better.

We showed up to a beautiful cottage, very clean, very cute. The wifi was temporarily down (unfortunately while we were there) but otherwise it was a wonderful stay.

Maia's cottage is perfect in every way. Very comfortable bed. Spacious bathroom with nice hot shower. Cozy kitchen table by a huge window and nicely appointed kitchenette. Big screen to watch a movie from bed. Lights and outlets right where I needed them. Communications were great. And the little string of lights outside that welcomed me home at night were the perfect extra touch. I loved my stay!!

Really great host! Only thing is you may wake up to your door rattling because of the a/c - I suggest putting a shoe or something at the bottom of the door to prevent that. Other than that, really nice place and close to the beach!

Tricia's place was perfect for our weekend excursion. It was cool, quiet, and clean with a beautiful view, plus close to everything we wanted to do.

The room is small so make sure it's only you and one other person. It does cost extra to bring more than two guests. Otherwise it's a good, affordable spot. Would highly recommend it if you're staying one to two nights.

Tricia was super accommodating when my schedule got changed and I showed up way later than expected. They had snacks, medicines, anything you could imagine needing in the room for me! Definitely would stay again.

Julia's apartment was just what we were looking for while on a 3 day stay over for Ocean City bike week. It was clean , inexpensive,and perfectly located within the cities many attractions. I would rate this place 8.5 on a 10.0 scale, only deducting 1.5 for lack of hot water. The Futons were good sized, but rather stiff, and of course she will tell you there is No Cable TV . She does have dvd's, but a very limited selection to pick from. But we weren't there to watch TV, so it wasn't the Hilton, but we didn't pay for the Hilton experience. We got what we paid for, so ultimately I was very satisfied and would recommend this unit for someone looking for a quick stop.

Julia’s apartment was exactly as described. It is in need of some TLC, but it served as the perfect place for my husband and I to crash for the evening. The apartment has a twin bed and two full-size futons. We brought our own sheets and used one of the futons as our bed. The place had some quirks – smelled a little damp, had a couple ants, hot/cold was reversed in the shower, etc., but it was totally fine for a last-minute weekend trip to the beach. After a long Saturday out on the beach, we made a quick trip to the apartment to shower and change before heading back out for dinner, putt-putt, and the bar scene. Since we only stayed the one night, we were only in the apartment for a total of maybe 10 hours – exactly like Julia said: it’s a great place to rest your head. We were Julia’s first Airbnb guests, and as a first-time host, she did a great job of communicating to us the status of the apartment (she was getting a code entry system installed the day we arrived), letting us know she was available (in the apartment upstairs) if we needed anything, and following up with us the day we were checking out to see what she can improve for her next guest. We will definitely reach out to her for our next weekend trip to Ocean City.

Julia's place was exactly as she described it. It was the perfect place for my mom and I to crash for a couple nights at the beach. I slept on one of the futons and found it surprisingly comfortable. My mom slept in the twin bed and had no complaints. The front door was a little tricky as it would sometimes get stuck when trying to open or close it, but it was not a huge deal. The beach/ boardwalk were about a 10 minute walk. We decided to drive closer to the beach, so we didn't have to carry all of our beach stuff and we easily found free street parking. There were also filled ice cube trays in the refrigerator, which was great for our coolers when we headed to the beach! Julia responded quickly to messages during our 2 day trip. We would stay here again.

From what I understand everything was great! Great location, Host was easy to contact and answered question within a day. Everything was awesome for a 3night 4day stay! The neighborhood was very nice, very accessible to everything; boardwalk,beach,bay and Coastal Hwy.! I bought this trip for my son who is leaving for the NAVY in a few weeks and it turned out to be a great getaway for him! Thanks again for everything

This apartment is perfect for any small group trying to spend time in Ocean City. The location is fantastic; it's tucked away in a quiet section that's even fairly close to Jolly Rogers without being noisy in the least. The place was clean, convenient, and cost efficient, and Julia was quick to respond and did everything in her power to make sure our stay was as easy and enjoyable a possible. When first attempting to book this place it seemed like it would not work out for reasons beyond anyone's control, but Julia worked hard to resolve the issue and made sure that we were able to use the apartment. As stated in the "About this listing" section, it's no luxury apartment and there are a few minor things that could be improved upon, for example the door needs a little muscle to get open from time to time. Julia warned us about the door before we even got there, and told us that it's on the list of repairs she has planned for the apartment. A sticky door being the biggest issue of a stay is a blessing! One thing that stood out to us was the quality of the shower; although the apartment might not be "luxury," the shower certainly sticks out as a fantastic feature. We could not have asked for a better stay in OC than what we had at Julia's listing, and we hope to have many more stays over the off-season and summer of 2017!

I had a great time staying at Julia's place. It was perfect for what my boyfriend and I needed, a little, cozy weekend getaway to Ocean City on a budget. It's clean, the shower is really nice, and there's plenty of parking. Plus, it's a little quieter than most OC stays because of its location on the bay! I highly recommend!
