This small condo is comfortable and easy to access, right off Hwy 17. It was perfect for my daughter and me for a long weekend stay. We found the unit to be clean and the beds to be comfortable. The walk to the beach is quite short (less than 10 minutes), and it's only a few minutes farther to Ocean Drive's Main Street (where several restaurants and shops are located). Breakfast at Hoskins was outstanding (MUCH better than the other spot down the street). The mall and the Tanger outlets are a short drive away. The condo complex seems to be a mixture of rental units and permanent residences; most of the other people we saw coming and going, or just hanging out near their doorways, seemed to reside there.

While we had to cut our visit short due to my wife"s sickness, this place is a very nice ,good location, very clean,and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone as a good affordable retreat. We hope to come back and stay again.

Easy walk through a pretty neighborhood to the beach. Central to shops and restaurants. Cozy and quiet.

I loved the price. It's a nice location with friendly residents and it is minutes from a very nice beach. There are also a lot of shops and restaurants in the area.

The location is close enough to myrtle beach to travel there and back yet secluded enough to have a quiet and peaceful night. There is a beach nearby and has a beautiful view at night

I love this place and would definitely book again. It is off the main HWY and everything is a straight shot to the Boardwalk which is about a 20 minute drive you can walk about 3 blocks to the East and you are at the coastline!

The place was great and so close to everything! The beds were so comfy! The neighbors were very friendly and welcoming. I loved being able to walk down to the beach or quickly drive to the main beach. The communication from Jennifer was fast which came in handy.

Great location

The location was great as was the facility with multiple pools and hot tubs. The beach was very nice. The only real negative was the unit did not have any microwaveable dishes and the microwave was the primary way of warming us food. We recommend the unit for a couple and will stay with Phil again.

The condo was lovely, clean, and well equipped I gave it 5 stars ! I would for sure go back but be aware the bedroom is not totally separated from the living area, there are little shutters that separate it. It was a little bit of a challenge not having an area that was totally quiet for young kids to nap ! Other than that the condo was perfection !!!

This condo was absolute PERFECTION. The view of the beach was great. The building itself is kept up pretty good as well. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

Our family of 5 just enjoyed a weekend in Phil's condo. We had everything we needed & were very pleased. The condo was clean, right on the beach & in a great location. We had a blast at the pool & on the beach! The beds were very comfortable & this space accommodated our family well. We will definitely rent again when traveling to North Myrtle Beach!

Phil's place was more than fabulous. It was value priced for a beautiful, upscale, newly renovation condo. The oceanfront balcony came with beautiful sunrises! It was fully equipped with all that we needed. Phil was a great host!!!! We plan to return next year!

Phil's place was spacious, clean and right on the beach! There were outdoor and indoor pools. This location is ideal for anyone no matter what age. Not too far from actual Myrtle beach but just far enough to enjoy a bit of privacy in the company of you and your friends. Would definitely recommend it!

Carl was tremendously helpful and communication excellent. Some furnishings and appliances were outdated, but it is obviously in process of updating. Great location!

This condo is right on the beach! Carl was so easy to communicate with, that when we had a problem,he called us right back! The condo was clean, accessible to all sorts of activities, and all around perfect! We hope to stay here on our next trip to Myrtle Beach!

This place was great! Awesome view as well. Carl was very responsive and answered all questions quickly. I would definitely stay here again. Linens are NOT included so bring your own or can pay a fee. We brought our own to avoid extra costs. Beds were super comfy! We rented chairs and an umbrella for the beach and it was perfect. Short walk to a few bars on main street and two miles from Barefoot!

This was a great place to stay at. Great view of the beach from the balcony. Everything was described just as it was. Carl was a very accommodating host and let us check in early and check it later. Great value

Carl's place was in a great location. The amenities were wonderful. It was cold the week we were there but the lazy river, and pool were both warm enough to be in. Beds were comfortable and it was nice to be able to walk to restaurants. We would recommend it :)

Pleasant stay. Carl was communicative and responsive to any questions we had. Very flexible. It was easy access to the beach. All in all a very good experience.

I will definitely return to this little peace of heaven. The condo was very clean and comfortable . The kitchen was smaller than I expected but very functional and we cooked at least one meal a day . It was very quiet and peaceful and really enjoyed the balcony with the beautiful view . Carl was always available if we had any questions and a very good host . Can't wait to return!

The condo, located on the 9th floor, provides a great view of the ocean. It is also strategically positioned to take advantage of wonderful sunsets. If you enjoy the Myrtle Beach area as much as I do - you will want to stay here and be close to all that North Myrtle Beach has to offer!!

Awesome stay! The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. The room is a separate unit, so it felt more like staying in a hotel rather than in someone's guest bedroom. Jody and Mia were very accommodating and gave us a ton of great recommendations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mia & Jody's place. They were amazing hosts. They were very friendly, welcoming, hospitable and responsive. They called ahead to make sure our check-in process went smoothly. They even invited us over to meet some of their friends and join them for karaoke. We had a great time! The room was very clean and comfortable. It looked just like the pictures. The location is great- as it is convenient to lots of shopping, restaurants, and activities. We stayed in Anne's place for the New Year's weekend It was our second time as we also stayed last June and have booked it again next June too In addition we have booked Anne's 2 bedroom for our adult children Both units are nicely furnished Well stocked and in a very nice community centrally located in North Myrtle Beach Anne definitely falls into the super host catagory as she is very friendly, easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any concerns you may have Definitely looking forward to our next stay and hopefully many more

Anne's place is a perfect spot for any couple or small family looking for a quiet setting right off the main drag. From her apartment it's a quick drive to the beach, shops or great restaurants. Very clean, nicely furnished and in a relaxing atmosphere, can't wait to return!

Anne was fantastic to work with before and during our stay. The condo is actually larger than it looks in the photos, and was just what we needed for our stay. We were a little concerned about parking on OD during the shag events, but it was no problem. It's an easy 1 mile drive to the clubs and restaurants on OD, but it's kind of nice to 'get away' to the quiet condo neighborhood on the ICW after a day enjoying the hubbub on the strip.

When we arrived, we were stunned by how spacious and gorgeous our suite was. It was very well-furnished, and cooking and cleaning were extremely convenient. The hotel amenities were phenomenal -- we just wish we had stayed for longer to take advantage of more of them! All in all, this was a fantastic value and we would definitely come back here.
