First and foremost, Peter was an excellent host, I would recommend this location to all Airbnb users. His home was renovated, well maintained, clean, and provided more than you would expect from a typical Airbnb listing. It was very easy to get access once we arrived. Peter let us check-in early and was there to greet us upon our arrival. Once thing that was particularly nice, was that Peter provided complimentary meals, snacks, and beverages for our stay, and he offered more once we were there. Again, I can recommend Peter and his listing, and will look to stay here again the next time we're in the Niagara region.

We had a wonderful few days. The apartment is clean and comfortable - exactly as described. The food in the fridge was very much appreciated but the best thing about our stay was meeting and getting to know Peter and Amy Cat! They are an unbeatable team. We would recommend staying here to anyone without any reservations. Keep bottling the wine Peter - its great!!!

The home is very close to the Falls, about 1 mile away. From his home you can quickly reach the hotels which host many tours (about 8 min away) or the popular Clifton Hill (about 10 min away). His home is located in a beautiful newly developed suburb. The home is beautiful and the bedroom has a private bathroom, mini fridge, snacks and water, parking, very spacious, privacy. If you look out the window on Friday night you can see the fireworks show that reoccurs in Niagara. There will be other airbnb people staying in the big lavish home with you. Everyone has a key and Canadian key lanyard to their open rooms. Bring your own soap, toothpaste and cleaning supplies. There is usually a cleaning lady that cleans the house. Allá was very accommodating and nice. He obviously loves being a host. He is a very good man.

Alaa´s house is gorgeous and located in a beautiful and safe new neighborhood. The house design and the furniture are top notch. Alaa was helpful with us and very informative. We would definitely come back again!

Our trip to Niagara Falls was incredible. Alfie was incredibly kind and welcoming. He stocked our room with plenty of water and snacks and we even had Netflix! His house is very nice and he went above and beyond to help us and even allowed us to park in his garage while he drove us to downtown Niagara and picked us up later that evening. His house is beautiful and very comfortable; it even had a king-size bed! I would recommend staying here and getting to see this for yourselves. Thank you Alfie!

This was my first time visiting Canada/ Niagara Falls. The location is great! Very close to the Falls. The house is beautiful, it was a little tricky finding it simply because the neighborhood is so new the street isn't on the map yet. Nonetheless, the area is very easy to navigate and Alaa is very quick to respond to any inquiries! We were kindly greeted and shown to our room which was equipped with complimentary candies, water, and sodas. My boyfriend and I stayed in the en suite. This was the perfect room to come home to after a long day of exploring. Quiet, clean, comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here, we will be back!

He is really nice to all the guest. In my case, It was an emergency, but he picked me up where I was and drive me up bus terminal next morning. It is really nice bed, washroom, his kindness. It was really awesome for my check in there.

Wow !!! Nala's house is by far the best experiences I've had on Airbnb. A beautiful room, as its name says how lovely very cozy, with all services, I loved that takes care of every single detail to make guests feel better than a five star hotel, better than in photos. Delicious shower, has a small coffee and also a small refrigerator. She was on the lookout, very attentive and nice. It was great to talk a little with it because there are few people who speak Spanish in Niagara Falls The location is perfect drive, and walking too. I would definitely stay there, highly recommend. Nela is a very good host. She manages the airbnb very professional and it's almost like a guesthouse. It was a nice stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. There is a free parking in front of the house. And it's just a 15 minutes walk to the Niagara Falls. We recommend Nela's airbnb.

Tom was a great host and even waited up for us until we got to his house late at night, made my girlfriend and I feel very comfortable and welcomed. In the morning made us breakfast even after we told him the night before that it was not necessary. Beds were comfy & living area was nice and spacious. Highly recommend anyone traveling to stay here.

This was a an awesome place to stay! It's really more of a private apartment than a private room. It was very clean and Tom was very generous. He left us plates of food from his party, it was delicious! I would definitely recommend this place. The only downside is that the tv didn't work, but it wasn't a big deal for us.

Great friends visit to North America the best accommodation. Big Brother super good landlord who has the appetite for breakfast cereals porridge egg noodles especially very tasty. Grace & Jillian are amazing! Their home is so warm and welcoming and in the perfect location! I really enjoyed my stay with them and appreciated all the advice they gave me for different places to visit!

This Victorian Home is very comfortable and clean and cozy Grace the Hostess makes you feel at home from you step in the door . Grace is working hard at trying to update her home to a modern feel but still keeping it Authentic so it will be even more comfortable for her guest. It is also a short walk to the Falls and even a shorter drive. You definitely will enjoy your stay and will go back again and again.

Grace is a wonderful host, and made us feel very comfortable. Her house is absolutely beautiful and in a great location near the falls.

The purpose of an Airbnb review is to give an honest appraisal of the property that can be used by guests to make good decisions, and by hosts to improve service. Roy and Tiffany's apartment is conveniently located to the falls, and the apartment itself is neat and tidy and meets cleanliness expectations. I did not use the TV so I do not have a comment on that. Points of improvement could be the kitchen and silverware. I expected a fridge stocked with more items than what I found, and a few of the silverware were not completely clean. The parking lot was a disappointment because of heavy water logging caused by incessant rains the previous month. Overall, it was a more positive, than negative experience for me. For the price I paid, I would call it a value deal. Lastly, Roy and Tiffany are both very responsive when it comes to queries and suggestions. I would go back here if I visited again, and overlook the tiny problems.

The location is great, less than 10 mins to the falls and the fashion outlets. The living room is close to the street, so it is a little bit noisy if you sleep there but acceptable.

I would book again if I have plan to visit Niagara.

The first impression when we arrived is we gonna stay night at an old apartment building. But when actually got in side, big rooms, comfort beds, clean, and with full equipped kitchen. We should stay more nights here!

I have no idea how this has gotten so many positive reviews. It is a slummy apartment building and although they have done a fairly good job of fixing it up inside, there are areas of the inside that are not finished - no covers on, for example, old wires from what appears to have been a door bell. Another example, the closet area in one of the bedrooms had an unfinished and dirty floor. Other issues? Most of the pillows had plastic covers over them underneath the pillow case. Really? You are supposed to be able to sleep with the crinkling sound of plastic every time you move, in addition to how that causes you to sweat. The "easy"chair in the living room is extremely worn and has worn down to the under layer in areas - it looks like it was picked up at a Goodwill store. The direct TV reception was horrible - snowy - and batteries missing in the remote controls. And, the road noise was hard to deal with for anyone sleeping on the living room futon. These are some of the issues that I am remembering off the top of my head for the inside. Moving to the outside, as indicated already, this is a slummy apartment building. There was trash outside the building, as well as, for example, the small picket fence for what appears to be a flower bed knocked down in numerous places. The parking lot was a lake - it was impossible to park behind the building as instructed and not be parked where passengers had to wade through water to get out of the car. This place makes me hesitant to trust reviews on AirBNB and I most definitely will never stay with this host again!
