Staying at Angie's was an incredible experience! Although we stayed only a night, we had a wonderful time in Nashville. The room had the most comfortable bed ever, and there were complementary water bottles and plenty of toiletries available. What really made the trip special were the restaurant suggestions of our hosts because we have never had better margaritas or ice cream in our lives. The neighborhood was quiet, and the air was filled with the beautiful scent of the flowers that flooded the backyard. The house is close enough to Nashville that you are not too far from anything, but far enough that you do not feel like you are in the city. The hosts were very friendly, and it was nice having a private entrance too.

We loved our stay at Angie's place! Both her and her husband Paul are excellent hosts and the space is cute and comfy! There were 3 of us on our girls trip and there were plenty of mirrors and outlets in the place to get ready to go out each night! Also, the beds are super comfy! We definitely plan to stay here again during our next trip to Nashville! We felt very safe while here and the space is accurate according to the pictures and description.

Angie communicated well with me prior to my stay which created a seamless arrival. She was waiting for us on the porch as we pulled into the driveway and came down to greet us and give us our keys. She gave us tips on where to go and even offered to drive us downtown. We met Paul who was also very nice. They let us settle in after greeting us. The basement was clean and there is complimentary soda, water and wifi. There is a private drive way for your car which was the main reason I stayed here. There is also a mini fridge in the basement and a large TV with all the great channels, like HBO and cable. I didn't watch TV but it was nice to have. The bed was comfortable and there is an extra air mattress in the living room for additionally guests. The only thing that I noticed was that there was a strong smoke smell, but it wasn't the worst thing. I would recommend staying here as the hosts are super helpful and friendly and only a short ride to downtown.

Beautiful place in a very central location! Easy uber ride to Broadway and any other neighborhood! I like how you could walk out the back door and be right at the sidewalk. There is noise from the street but we didn't spend much time in the loft so it wasn't a big deal. Legree did a great job of giving recommendations for bars a restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place with a great view, very clean, snacks provided, new appliances. Communication with Andrew was great and his suggestions of local restaurants and things to do were on point. I definitely recommend this place and hope to come back to visit again.

The place is exactly what we were looking for, for out visit to Nashville for a race. In my opinion, Nashville is not public transportation friendly, and we didn't take a bus to go anywhere so I can't really speak for that. However, I have seen bus stops like 2 mins walking distance from the place, and if you drive it's only 10 minutes to downtown Nashville. Brady was also open for us to use any of amenities at patio, which includes a hot tub. We dis not end up using it, but it's a plus! It doesn't have a kitchen, but who wants to cook while traveling anyway.;) I would definitely stay at Brady's place again when I visit Nashville next time!

Quite simply, if you are looking for a place to stay in Nashville, stop looking and book now. The space is extremely nice and beautifully maintained which provided the perfect stay. The private entrance and private patio which is complete with use of a hot tub was very inviting and made you feel as if you were right at home. The hosts we're amazing and very quick to respond to any questions. I could keep going on, but I think you get the picture. When I am back in Nashville, I will most definitely being staying again, and hopefully for a bit longer next time!

Nice, cozy room in great location. In town for work & appreciated having a, homey space to relax in. Great coffee selection :) Nearly all of what a hotel would offer with better privacy & better value for my trip. Recommended for 1-2 people.

We loved our stay. So convenient to everything! We brought our bikes and rode to dinner, bars etc. in east Nashville. Brady and Chase were so kind and courteous, we can't wait to come back! Private and comfy room. Highly recommend staying here!

This was our first stay at an AirBnB property. It was absolutely wonderful!!! Beautiful property, walking distance to some great restaurants and live music. You can't miss staying here.

Lucas and Robert were very welcoming, and the pad is excellent. Great location, nice room with some sweet speakers, nice TV and internet for guest use, and a clean bathroom with a nice shower. Would definitely recommend for a walkable trip to Nashville :)

Steve was a great host. He had good information about where to go and how to get around the city. Beautiful, quite neighborhood next to a gorgeous park, with easy access to downtown and 5 points. The room was great, comfortable bed, large private bathroom. Would definitely stay again if ever in Nashville!

Excellent neighborhood. Arrived really late and they left me really good directions and signs that lead me to the suite. Really close to downtown and 5 points in East Nashville which lead to a great experience travel wise. The bed was super comfy. Had the best sleep there out of all 7 of my locations the entire trip. Great air flow as well. I know that sounds weird but it was really nice lol. Lots of snacks and bottled water left for me in the suite as well. Good size kitchen. Immaculate bathroom. Would go back there again for sure on my next trip out to Nashville.

Steve and Amber have a lovely home settled in East Nashville. Place is exactly how it is pictured and so close to Shelby Park which was or favorite thing to do in the morning with the dog. Steve was readily available to answer questions and the place had everything we needed including a hair dryer which was not expected. Location is great for visiting Nashville. Just a quick trip to all the different areas of Nashville.

Perfect accommodations for our weekend trip to Nashville! Steve stocked the room with organic fruit, beverages and local sweets. We were so close to the downtown nightlife that we could party and our Lyft ride was under $20.00. The place was very spacious and clean, exactly as described in the listing. Great location, easy to get downtown. It was really nice to let our pup run around in the backyard after being in a car all day.

Steve and Amber were so amazing! They were very helpful and kind! Their home is lovely and clean. It really is in a great location! Having the kitchenette and access to laundry was very handy. So much in Nashville happens at night, so having my own entrance was great and it was nice to not feel like I was waking anyone up if I came home late. They thought of everything, they even offered me an umbrella when it rained. I adore their well mannered dog who lives in the backyard, Blue Eyes. I will recommend this place to anyone who would like to stay in East Nashville and would definitely stay here again!

Steve was incredibly accommodating and friendly! He would quickly answer any questions I had and provided many additional amenities. Because I arrived a little later, I did not get to personally meet Steve but my boyfriend states that he was very friendly and gave a nice tour of the place. The place was clean and private. This was my best Air Bnb experience to date. Very affordable, and Steve and his wife are extremely kind, organized, and professional. They left some simple snacks, which always comes in handy, and the kitchenette was clutch since I was in Nashville for about a week. I would recommend this spot for anybody looking to stay in East Nash.

Julian was so great in accommodating us after another Airbnb cancelled our reservation last minute. We booked this 3 hours before we arrived and it was clean and ready for us. Seriously a life saver. This place is so close to everything and exactly as pictured. Julian also communicated with us throughout the stay to see if we needed anything. Highly recommend!

Now this is THE PLACE you want to stay at, really. Unless you need to stay at the very centre of Nashville, this house will be part of the best things you will experience in Nashville. The hosts have been great before, during and after our two-nights' stay. Quick in responding and in giving information. The house is new and furnished with great taste and attention to detail, and so is the room with TV, coffee machine, air conditioning and cupboard. The bed is super comfortable and the sheets soft and smooth, pure bliss. The private bathroom is right next door and has a shower/bathtub. Towels are big and soft, there's also a hairdrier (very much appreciated!). Everything is spotless, clean, neat, you can see that there is great attention to detail in everything. Our hosts have been great in welcoming us and pampering us with deliciously mouthwatering breakfast bakes. The two small dogs of the house are cute little harmless things who never barked at night. Downtown is a 35-40 mins from the house. The neighborhood is safe. We felt we were hosted by friends and would definitely book again should we come back to Nashville, we absolutely loved the house and special welcoming!

This was our first trip to Nashville - but it certainly won't be our last! Al and Toby were incredibly welcoming, from their helpful tips via Airbnb messages to the coffee and yummy snacks they left in our room each day to the awesome conversation we had when we arrived. The bedroom and private bathroom are both super stylish, well furnished and very clean - and fantastic value for the price. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, our car was fine just sitting on the street for a couple of days and we walked everywhere. Their place is 10 minutes from Germantown with cool cafes and restaurants, and 35 minutes from downtown with bars and the live music scene. Here you will find true southern hospitality, so take advantage of it, y'all!

Two words: Southern Hospitality. Our stay with Al & Toby was top notch from beginning to end. Their home is beautiful, and they are so welcoming it feels like you've known them forever! We enjoyed the convenience of their location - as it's a reasonable walk to town, or a quick uber/lyft ride to all of the attractions. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and family!

Al & Toby's place was great ! The bed was really comfy with quality linen. They made sure I had everything needed and gave me good advise on places to visit in the city. Loved the fact the bathroom towels were replaced for my second day ! Coffee and pastries were greatly appreciated in the morning. I would highly recommend staying there.
