  • Eric's little unit was superb... Immaculately clean, affordable, easy to access/enter, and some of the closest accommodations to Mt Baker you will find. Truly the perfect fit for a single, or couple of love bird skiers :) Loved being so close to the Wake and Bakery as well… which is delicious! Thanks Eric!

  • Eric Kouvolo's place was absolutely awesome. Everything was exactly as advertised and the condo was super clean, well appointed, and wonderfully located about 20 to 30 minutes from the ski hill depending on traffic. I had a slight problem trying to figure out how to put the key lock box back together during my exit, however, I called Eric and he gave me quick directions on how to do it properly. This was my first Air BnB experience as a guest and it was absolutely first class. Thanks Eric:)

  • Great place! Had a great experience for my first airbnb. Eric was great with communicating to me and making sure everything worked out. Room was clean and well maintained. Will stay again if I'm in the area!

  • Location was great - Eric was very accommodating. Place was cozy, clean, and just what we needed for a brief mountain get away. Just down the road to the Chair 9 Bar/Grill!

  • Eric was super quick to answer my questions and sent along detailed instructions for my stay. The apartment was cute and had everything I needed for a nights stay - very peaceful!

  • Eric's place was perfect. The room is nice and clean and fully furnished with all the necessities for a ski getaway stay! There's even a den/games room for those rainy days. Erica instructions were clear and helpful. His place is within walking distance from a few restaurants, and a short drive to the mountain. We'd definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great stay. • Eric's place was wonderful. A clean and comfortable place to stay for avid skiers and hikers. Eric had the fireplace and music on for our arrival which was a very nice touch. He also provided great maps of the area. Plan ahead for food as there are not many options in the area. Overall a great place to stay in a beautiful nature area.

  • Anita WA an amazing host, available and helpful. The house was great for a big family or 2 families, so quiet and peaceful! Great kitchen!

  • Great cabin-cozy but spacious- in beautiful wooded setting near a river with easy access to hiking trails/Mt Baker. The cabin is located in a quiet and clean gated community near an outdoor pool/ tennis courts which Airbnb guest are not allowed to use. I appreciated being able to bring our dog. Host was accessible, friendly and easy to communicate with. I expected the cabin/bathroom to be a bit cleaner- a concern the host dismissed when being contacted prior to posting this review.

  • We have vacationed at Dancing Bear Cabin 3 times now and have loved it each time. It's a wonderful summer destination for hiking and the kids love playing and biking in the neighborhood. The location of the house gives kids lots of freedom to roam and play. The house has beds for everyone and is well set-up. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything we need to cook all our meals. The bathrooms are clean, stocked with soap, shampoo and conditioner and the shower has good pressure. The cabin is clean and cozy; very pleasant to hang around playing games, eating and spending time together. Also, host Anita is super helpful and communicative. We'll be back again and again - it's a great home in a great area. Note - if you plan to hike in the area, stop by the ranger station nearby to check local conditions and closures - we found out that the access road to our favorite hike was closed.

  • I took my boys high school basketball team out for Anita's Place for a memorable time with my players while attending a basketball tournament and they loved it and had a great time. They can't wait to return next summer!

  • Nice secluded place, clean area in a gated community. River near by also. Not many stores around but enough for your daily needs. 1.5 hours to Vancouver and about 2 hours to Seattle. Mt Baker near by. Wineries, lakes and beautiful nature all around. Thanks Anita!

Our beautiful, new 2 bedroom apartment can sleep up to 6 guests. It has a large kitchen, equipped with modern appliances. It also has a large sitting area with tv/dvd, i-pod dock. It is very private and quiet.
  • Jeanne was just amazing to us! We drove on a front wheel and thus it was difficult to reach the apartment. So, she herself helped us in her car and got us there. She also helped us park the car away from the main road. She then got us back down after our one night stay. Just pure goodness!

    Abhishek2016-01-03T00:00:00Z
  • This house is great and perfect for a small group stay. The gas "wood-burning" stove made it very cozy and heated it up quickly. The two queen beds and futon slept our group of five just fine (the futon is in one of the BRs with a queen), and we loved the kitchen setup -- perfect for cooking and chatting together (fyi: big gas range/stove, kettle, no microwave). There are a few family-friendly board games and a couple neighbor dogs who will come over and say Hi! We were VERY happy to have a friend of the host meet us and escort our caravan to the home; we wouldn't have found it on our own. Guests who cook will want to bring along anything that's not very basic; we prepped a lot of food and were glad we brought along a chef's knife (and wished we had a bigger cutting board). But we really could've used some paper towels, and definitely some hand soap in both the kitchen and the bathroom. If you need a fluffy pillow, bring your own. Also, be aware that there's no bathroom upstairs; something to consider if you go often during the night. If you're considering having someone sleep on the couch, know that the cushions are super slippery and it's not ideal for that. The host seems pretty hands-off; I didn't meet her, and there wasn't any kind of guest book/home instruction sheet. I would stay here again.

  • What a great little gem hidden off of the beaten path. If you're looking for a quiet spot in the wood with some great sustainable features (solar?! hydropower?!), then this is your spot. Well-stocked, spacious, and perfect for the 4 of us.

    Amy2015-12-27T00:00:00Z
  • Jeannie made us feel quite welcome. She carefully explained how the cabin works, and offered to provide any additional help we might need. Very friendly and accommodating!

    Alan2015-09-27T00:00:00Z
  • Jeannie's apartment was exactly as described. Nestled away in the woods, close to Mt. Baker it's the perfect place to get close to nature. Highly recommended.

    Devin2016-12-04T00:00:00Z
  • Third time at Jeannie's place. We wouldn't keep coming back if we didn't love it!

    Shaila2017-03-19T00:00:00Z
  • Jeannie's cabin-style apartment was a wonderful, secluded little gem in the woods near Glacier. Great access to trails, rivers, and all things outdoors. It had everything we needed, and Jeannie was very helpful and available, even providing us with trail information and firing up the heat for us on a cold PNW summer evening. Highly recommended if you're looking for that low-key, mountain experience.

    Eric2016-07-09T00:00:00Z
  • We chose Jeanne's place to be close to Mt. Baker and it was great. She met us for check in and showed us around the apartment. It was cozy in front of the electric "wood" stove and the kitchen was sufficiently stocked for preparing basic meals. The apartment is off the grid and on sustainable power sources, which I found to be cool. Overall we had a great stay and enjoyed being close to the mountain. Glacier is also a cute little town.

  • True cabin in the woods yet with all of the amenities you would expect. Great neighbourhood, close to the water (you can hear it from the front porch), hot tub was also awesome! Enough towels, plates, bowls, utensils, etc. Fans in the bedrooms in the summer are a nice touch too and we loved having so many choices for playing card/board games in the evening.

    Christine2017-08-13T00:00:00Z
  • Loved it! Great location, the hot tub was amazing and it easy to get to Baker slopes and Graham's nearby for excellent food. Only could have been better with a real fireplace.

    Liesl2017-03-12T00:00:00Z
  • Great cabin close to everything the Mt. Baker area had to offer! The hosts made it very easy to pick up and drop the keys and gave us some great pointers on hikes to do over the weekend. Definitely check out Heliotrope Ridge if you want a great hike! The hot tub after a day in the woods wasn't too shabby either.

    Adam2016-07-04T00:00:00Z
  • Great place to use as a base camp while you ride baker! Had everything you'd expect, hot tub was a bonus.

    Ali2017-03-26T00:00:00Z
  • We had an amazing trip to the cabin, couldn't have asked for better hiking weather. The cabin was clean and comfortable and had more than enough clean linens for my group. The wireless was pretty spotty during our stay but otherwise it was a perfect mini vacation. Can't wait to do it again.

The Mt. Baker Cabin in the woods sleeps six. The blue room has 1 double bed. The green room has twin bunk beds and a double bed. The cabin is complete with a half wrap around, covered wooden porch, hot tub and cozy gas fire place.
Guests have access to the whole cabin. The cabin is within a complex of other cabins, and it is surrounded by nature. Many outdoor activities are on the doorstep or a short drive away - hikes, skiing, lakes, rivers to name a few...! There is also a pub and restaurant, 2 minute drive or 15 minute walk away.

  • After 48hours flight from Europe the cosy, warm cabin with gasfireplace was the best! It was quiet but still near the pub and grocery store. The view from hot tube was amazing -we really enjoyed this place!

  • The clean, cozy cabin was perfect for our spring break trip to Mt. Baker! The hot tub was perfect for 3 high school boys after snowboarding and it was equipped with lots of games to entertain them too. Only 30 minutes from the ski resort and close to the little town of Glacier. Getting the key was easy and Will was quick with his responses. We would stay here again!

    Julie2017-03-30T00:00:00Z
  • Beautiful cabin, cosy, clean, and very well equipped. Excellent location for exploring mt baker hikes. We had a wonderful time. Thank you Julie and Will for sharing this perfect place.

  • I stayed here for a week and had six amazing days of hiking. The location is great with access to both the town (such town as there is) and the mountain. The big wrap around porch was great to sit out on, and the kitchen was pretty fully equiped for any kind of cooking you'd need. It even stayed reasonably cool inside during record breaking heat. I'd recommend it!

  • We really enjoyed our stay at the Mt. Baker Cabin in the Woods. The cabin is has a very open and spacious first floor. The large bedrooms are and upstairs bathroom are nice as well. It is very well-stocked and has nice appliances. We especially liked the wraparound deck and the jacuzzi is relaxing.

  • This cottage had all the potential to be great, it looks fantastic when you’re driving up, it’s in a secluded area and has a nice sized lot. Unfortunately, it didn’t live-up to it’s potential. The cabin itself is furnished with the cheapest and most minimal amenities and lacks a lot of basics. I don’t want to go point for point but will make some suggestions that hopefully the host will take seriously. 1.     Pre-heat cabin, adjust the smoke detectors or leave written instructions for guests if they arrive and the detector is going off every 45 seconds. 2.     Again, Pre-Heat hot tub or leave instructions that it takes 24 hours to heat-up. 3.     This was a big one, especially for my short Fiance, have a latter or steps getting into the hot-tub and or consider moving the hot-tub closer to the cabin, I can’t see people wanting to dredge through the snow in the winter and it was really muddy after rain. 4.     Upgrade the utensils and cooking tools, the pans and cooking trays were all scratched, rusty and old, same for the utensils. 5.     Invest in some mixing bowls, a cheese-grater and a coffee-machine, not a broken / cheap French-press. 6.     Have a word with your cleaners, the kettle needed to sit with vinegar for a few hours to be usable, and all the drawers were filthy with a lot of crumbs.   The stay wasn’t entirely awful, we discovered wake n’ bakery after we couldn’t make coffee in the cabin. The fire inside was really cozy.

This luxurious Cabin is located right next to the famous Mount Baker, within a mile of the entrance to the United States' North Cascades National Park. It is the perfect basecamp for family/friend nature vacationers and the most extreme adventurers.
This uniquely luxurious cabin is a basecamp for adventurers, family vacationers and groups looking to explore Mount Baker and the United States' North Cascades National Park for skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, sledding, snowmobiling, hiking, river rafting, camping, fishing, mountain biking, exploring, and so much more. As a short-term and extended-stay vacation rental, this property has been home to many famous nature junkies and special groups looking to get away in style. The cabin is surely to be described as an adventure cabin in the woods. Though it is so much more then that. Luxury fills your senses as you walk on heated travertine floors and your eyes gaze upon larger-than-life iron beams that frame the structure, and curved windows that immediately find natures wonderful colors and textures within just inches on the other side of the glass. The natural wood on the walls and ceilings are a touching reminder that the beauty of the cabin is just an extension of the beauty that surrounds it. The granite and natural stone surfaces are the perfect juxtaposition against the floating glass bowl sinks, jacuzzi jet tubs and water-fall showers. The usability of the space almost feels surreal given the contemporary modern luxuries, though against the backdrop of modern track lighting and glass-block ceilings, there is no hesitation to throwing wet snow-covered jackets and dirty pieces of firewood around the great room. Everything from the padded upper deck that allows guests to gauge the climate of the day in comfort, to the delicately dimmed lighting that allows each wall to appear like an art piece, to the lit closets that make every nook and cranny useful, this cabin is an explosion of nature meeting human usability, meeting luxury. The space is filled with a plethora of my awesome features. One has to start with the incredibly efficient and beyond beautiful heated travertine floors. They are luxury to the eyes and comfort to the feet. Next, the massive steel beams that wrap the home and shoot across the open spaces are truly jaw dropping – not something you see in private cabins, let alone multi-million dollar resorts. The accent track lighting throughout the cabin offers depth and enunciation to the beautiful and unique shape that results in triangle mirrors, curved walls, and deep counter-tops. The angled fireplace that shoots out of the great room is a centerpiece, both in artistic appeal and in comfort. The granite and natural stone throughout the property offers such a pleasant mixture of luxury and nature. Regarding interior design, the owners have felt blessed to put their own stamp on such a beautiful work of art. They have attempted to add usability and comfort with their interior design choices. Their favorite piece of furniture in the cabin is the standing lamp that is made of driftwood from the Pacific Ocean and a slab of stone from Washington’s Northern Cascades. Given that the cabin is so unique in comparison to other cabin rentals in the area there is a wait list for people interested in staying for a range of stays from 2 nights to 4 months. For now, arrangements can be made to be put on the wait list by contacting the owner through AirBnB and then booking for desired and available dates on AirBnB after confirmation. From the owner: “In my search for the perfect luxurious adventure cabin in the Evergreen State I looked at everything from fully off the grid self-sufficient cabins near the Easton-area, to ski-in/ski-out lodges at Snoqualmie and Crystal mountains, to community-rich pockets of Packwood near White Pass, to snowmobile-only access cabins near Stevens Pass/Leavenworth. Everything I saw got me excited as it would any adventure-seeker, though none of the options offered all that I was looking for. I needed serious snow, the ability to chase backcountry fresh lines via snowmobile, very minimal light pollution, a ski resort, good restaurants within walking distance, internet access, thousands of acres to explore with vast rivers running through them and high peaks poking out for summer hiking and fishing trips, a community of like-minded adventure seekers and humble lovers of mother nature, and above all, a cabin that offered it all, comfort, luxury, excitement, access, dependability, and be within a short drive of the wonderful Puget Sound. I knew I would probably end up in Alaska eventually but I didn’t want to leave the beautiful state of Washington just yet. After searching for over a year and not finding the perfect place I I began to put the search on the back burner and turn toward other things in life. That was during fall when I started to get that snowboarders itch to watch snowboard movies. Sure enough, Mount Baker was mentioned in just about every single one of them, as the mecca of snowboarding. I combed the real estate listings in Glacier (the closest livable place to Mount Baker) online, found only one listing that caught my attention (oh and it caught more then that – it caught my energy), called two real estate agents the next day and told them that whoever could get me a viewing quicker had my business. Tony got me in, and the rest is history. Outside of seeking to explore the mecca of snowboarding, I ended up choosing the Mount Baker area because 1) The People: Every person in Glacier is here for the same reason, nature. Having such a humble and peaceful bond with every neighbor creates a special community where millionaire tech-moguls can be best friends with the local lumberman, and snowboard bums can have intellectual conversations with successful real estate tycoons. That type of community is becoming increasingly more difficult to find in our world. Glacier brings people together for the right reasons, at least in my book. 2) The Escape from Commercialization: Mount Baker brings out the true purpose of why we wear North Face (or Patagonia or Columbia etc.): to have a relationship with nature. This location elicits the curious and optimistic child that lives within all of us, and it suppresses the cynical and commercialized adult that all of us become from time to time. There are no shopping malls or millions of Starbucks’ here, just a local (incredible) coffee shop that doesn’t have internet so people actually talk to each other, a post office where you only get your mail if you are nice to the postmaster, and a couple amazing restaurants that put together masterpieces on a plate with whatever ingredients are in stock for the week until the next shipment. 3) Being able to escape while still enjoying some of the same comforts of the City: the cabin is located in the Baker Rim Community and within this small enclave there is a large community center to enjoy activities when the snow isn’t falling such as the swimming pool, sauna, tennis courts, volleyball courts, pickleball courts, billiards, shuffleboard, ping pong, etc. There are plenty of takeout food options as well, and none of them are anything but incredible (you’d go out of business up here if your offerings weren’t spot on). The Internet service is great, which makes handling business up here go pretty smoothly. 4) The Relative Location: Right in the middle of Bellevue/Seattle and Vancouver, B.C. with easy access to either urban oasis. Turn left for a United States urban experience (one of the best and most diverse I might add), and turn right for a Canadian urban experience (again, one of the best). Oh and you can drive north on the Alaskan-Canadian highway to enjoy some of the most majestic miles on planet earth with wildlife at almost every turn. Or hop a ferry from the port of Bellingham to take you north to the great Alaskan frontier. 5) The Specific Location/Access to Activities: Close to an untamed nature that can’t be attained in some of the more popular places in Washington such as Mount Rainer and the Snoqualmie range. Mount Baker’s ski resort doesn’t have named runs, it simply names a location and the rider is free to explore it. Each run has a different name depending on who is riding it. That essence is reserved throughout the entire Northern Cascades, including also the hiking trails and snowmobile trails.” The owner operates a private snowboard lesson company that focuses on one-on-one custom snow adventures and lessons. The cabin is one of the basecamps for the private snowboard lesson company, allowing for the experience to be coupled with B&B-type services to create the ultimate all-inclusive snowboarding experience. To learn more about the private snowboard lesson options, visit the company (website hidden) page: (website hidden).
The neighborhood is a secure gated community filled with homes and cabins of adventurers and families.

  • Vicky was a great host. She always replied very quickly to our inquiries and was very accommodating to our last minute trip to this beautiful location. This is a great little cabin in this little community. It was very quiet and scenic. If you want to check out the Mt. Baker area and do some hiking etc. , this is a great place to do it from. Thank you Vicky.

  • Vicki’s place sets a new standard for my five star reviews. The yard is raised up on a hill, so although there are nearby houses adjacent to the yard, I felt it was secluded enough for comfort. The built-in outdoor furniture, like everything at the house, is in extremely good condition. Inside, the square footage is on the smaller side but our stay with two couples didn’t feel cramped at all. We easily could have accommodated a third couple or children in the (unbelievably awesome) loft space that runs above the first floor with a really cool bridge. Hot tub, appliances, furniture, water pressure, cleanliness, wifi, towels, house directions were all A++. The community was fantastic as well (tennis, pool), and right outside the main entrance is one of the major roads that leads up to some of the best hikes in Washington (we did Heliotrope Ridge). There’s also a little grocery store nearby with most of the essentials you might forget when packing and a generous variety of beer and wine. We can't wait to stay here again!!

  • You remember the movies, where you're all alone out in the woods in your cabin, hearing every lil' strange noise during the nights.....? Well, you can rest easy eheh, Vicki's cabin is located in a community, in other words, there's neighbours aplenty, though i only saw them once or twice when they mowed the garden. The cabin has plenty of privacy (hedge all around the property) and the big tree in front is the perfect place to hang out (just watch out for those squirrels! ;). I stayed there for a long relaxing month, enjoying lots of different trails or just hanging out at the cabin in front of the fireplace and sometimes soaking in the hot tube. Kitchen has everything you need and there's plenty of room for more than 6 people (although you might have to make up a schedule for the toilet, since there's only one + the cabin is listed for only 6 peeps). 2 showers will keep ya clean and the outside grill saw lots of use from me. We had a fireban going for most of the time i was staying there, so no outside fires. In summary, if Vicki'll have me, i'll be there next year ;).

  • The chalet is lovely and extremely well-appointed. It's located within walking distance to Glacier and just a short drive to many hiking trails. We absolutely loved the fully-equipped kitchen, movie selection and close proximity to trails. There was nothing better than returning to the chalet after a long day on the trails and soaking our sore muscles in the hot tub. We will definitely be back!

  • A nice little place right near Glacier, Washington. My wife and I stayed there with her sister and husband. It was a pleasant place to relax; we wish we had been able to stay more than two nights! Plenty of places to sleep and lounge; the only downside is that there is just one full bathroom, even though there is an auxiliary shower near the hot tub. Great amenities in the cabin; nearly everything you'll need. Lots of good instructions for using everything too. Would come back.

    Joshua2017-08-22T00:00:00Z
  • Thank you so much Vicki, my family and I had a blast! The house was perfect, equipped with everything you would need and the maps and hikes were so helpful. Thank you for going out of your way to make sure the hot tub was working for us, we all had a long hard week so it made the trip!

    Mandy & Andy2016-09-26T00:00:00Z
  • This was a cute cabin that can accommodate quite a few. It was just the two of us and we really enjoyed our stay. It had a nice private hot tub that was enjoyable to get into at the end of the day. The cabin is well located for hiking or skiing or even going to Silver Lake to fish or row.

    Gael2017-06-11T00:00:00Z
  • We loved our stay at the Chalet and cannot wait to go back! The cabin is extremely beautiful and clean. We've stayed at different cabins in Washington but for the first time, we truly enjoyed our stay.

  • The house was very warm and comfortable. The provided kitchenware (frying pan, dishes, etc) was very nice. I really enjoyed the large, round dinner table.

    Chang2016-09-18T00:00:00Z
  • Loved the secluded feel of the cabin while being close to the store and restaurants. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. We loved the gas fireplace to keep cozy and dry off wet gear, Having two bathrooms and laundry was really nice. Would definitely stay here again.

    Ami2017-02-13T00:00:00Z
  • We were in 3 couples and 2 kids and really liked the cabin! Well equipped kitchen and comfortable living space. The late checkout was also very convenient. I would just say that even though the house is listed as a 3-bedroom it would be more appropriated saying it has 2 bedrooms and a loft (since the space where are the two single beds doesn't qualify as a bedroom cause there's no door).

  • This cabin was just perfect for 8 gal-friends out for a ski weekend. We were a bit concerned it might be too crowded even though it sleeps 8, but it really felt plenty spacious. It was cold outside but the cabin gets nice and warm. We enjoyed the round table for meals (round tables are the best for a big group), and the living room was perfect for playing games and hanging out. Nothing here is too fancy, it's rustic, but that's what makes this place cool. It was all very clean and everything worked just fine. The beds were pretty comfy, kitchen well stocked. Oh and it has wifi which is great when you need to check weather forecasts or what not. We've stayed elsewhere in the community and haven't always found wifi. All in all a very great place to stay in my book. I think we're going to try to make it a yearly thing.

    Traisa2017-02-26T00:00:00Z
  • Overall is great. One little improvement. Owner should provide more than one trash bag and dish washer soap. We stayed for 2 nights but only had one garbage bag and one dish washer soap. Not very convenient.

All of the pictures of her cabin are very accurate and identical when we got there! My boyfriend and I were just looking for a romantic, cozy getaway and this was beyond what we expected! We ended up going to Mt. Baker to ski for our first time and it was only a 30 min drive! Kristy's cabin exceeded all expectations and we will definitely be back soon to stay again!!!

Welcome!! Our condo is a great retreat for couples or close friends wanting to enjoy the Mt. Baker area. It sleeps up to 4 people with a queen bed in the upstairs loft/bedroom and a fold out couch downstairs. BE AWARE, most of the units in Snowline Inn are studios so you are sleeping in the living room. Ours has an actual bedroom upstairs which gives you more room to stretch out. Our place is close to Mt. Baker Ski Area, Glacier, hiking, biking and you can walk to Chair 9 Restaurant
  • This is a very basic accommodation, nothing fancy. After booking, the owner sent a confirmation message. Then a few days before our arrival she sent a message with some checkin instructions and also that the cable was out and if we wanted to watch movies with our computer to bring an HDMI cord. Well we had been traveling already for over a week so we weren't home to bring one and it was essentially left up to us to have one. So we thought, “no big deal, we can watch TV on our tablets if necessary or watch DVD's”. Upon arrival we discovered there wasn't a DVD player and the internet is EXTREMELY SLOW. After talking with another tenant about the internet we were told that a lot of the units have their own dedicated wifi so they don't have issues. We came to snowboard and enjoy the outdoors so it shouldn't have been an issue, except for in the evenings when we would want to wind down. However, my husband ended up getting sick so we spent a lot of time in the condo without TV and internet that was spotty at best. I brought a book to read and he slept most of the time so we made the best of it. But if you are expecting internet, TV or a DVD player, just be advised it wasn't available when we stayed in January of 2017. At one point the power went completely out for about 4 hours so we lost heat and internet. There is no cell service where the condos are located (snowline inn) and there is no landline so we couldn't call the owners, a power company or anyone to let them know. We were informed in the checkin email that if we needed to make a call to go over to the Chair 9 restaurant so we eventually started getting ready to go over there but ran into some other tenants in the hall that had already notified the power company (b/c they have landlines in their rooms). Other things to note: the lock on the front door is very very sticky. You really have to work it to get it lock or unlock. At some point the key will break if this isn't repaired. I let the owner know this info as well. Secondly, when we first walked in it was freezing cold in the condo, There is an electric fireplace that once you start it up it heats the place up really fast and it gets nice and toasty. So don't let that scare you. The kitchen had basic things like pots, pans, coffee cups, plates, silverware, coffee pot, stove, microwave, etc. If you are looking for something specific to be at the condo before your arrival better to ask the host ahead of time or just bring one. However the place is nice and clean and bed is comfortable.

    Jessica2017-01-15T00:00:00Z
  • Had a great time and the condo was in a great location. We were close to lots of hiking trails and a short drive from the Mt Baker ski area. Condo was comfy and the building has a great game room in the basement with foosball, air hockey, table tennis, pool, lots of games and a big screen tv. Game room is a little musty. All in all, a great value and pleasant experience.

    Allan2017-07-24T00:00:00Z
  • This was a great little apartment that was well suited for 2 people and offered the perfect getaway spot with easy access to Mt. Baker. Everything was clean and the pictures were well-representative of the place. The cooking area was small and there is only a beer-size fridge, so I imagine with more than 2 people food prep/storage might be more challenging, but for us it worked out just fine. We really loved the electric fireplace and the futon/couch to curl up on in the evenings post-ski. We would return again in a heartbeat!

    Danielle2017-03-25T00:00:00Z
  • Lovely place to stay with great access to hiking and biking trails on the North side of Baker and up the Nooksack. Very comfortable, clean, and quiet!

    John2017-07-03T00:00:00Z
  • Nice, loft apt, about 25 minutes from the base of Mt. Baker. Perfect for getting up there early for first chair. Bonus for being right next to Chair 9, for a great apres ski beer and bar food. Apt has all the basics you need to fend for yourself for a weekend riding the slopes!

    Jonathan2017-04-09T00:00:00Z
  • We had a lovely stay in this cozy little condo! The location is ideal for exploring the wonders of Mt. Baker and lush forests surrounding the Nooksack River. Nice Rec Room in the basement for games, puzzles, books, and more! We would recommend this place to other couples wishing to visit the area.

    Kyle and Kristin2016-11-26T00:00:00Z
  • Place was great! Exactly as listed. Very clean and with more amenities and space than a standard hotel room at a great price. The cable and Wi-Fi didn't work but only because of the giant snow storm that knocked down trees in the area the previous four days. If you really need to connect go walk next door to the Chair 9 Bar/Restaurant grab a slice and a pint and get online there if you must. Personally I'd say enjoy the quiet remoteness this place provides.

    Tyler 2017-02-12T00:00:00Z

  • This is an EXCELLENT get-away vacation home! It was very clean and well-stocked in kitchen, bathroom and with toys and games. We had 6 grandchildren with us plus their parents. Four of the children are under 8 and there were so many toys that they had a blast. The area is gorgeous and temperatures great. We the grandparents are from Oklahoma so we felt in heaven surrounded by the beauty and nice temps. Had a great trip.

  • The Mt Baker Chalet is tucked into a private cabin community. While not immediately adjacent to other cabin there are some cabins near by. So it's not entirely isolated. The cabin was exactly as pictured and very cozy. Our group stayed for a friendsgiving and we found the kitchen to be excellently stocked with plenty of utensils, plates, and cooking implements for our crew. There are plenty of activities to do in the surrounding area and we took trips to ski and snow shoe. The town of Glacier has everything you might need and or forgot and you can find WiFi and several of establishments nearby if you need it. Our group thoroughly enjoyed being fully disconnected at the cabin! Highly recommended. A very easy and comfortable stay.

Welcome to "TWO BROTHERS" Cabin at Mt. Baker. This is a family built, owned and enjoyed cabin. My brother and I and our father built the cabin from 1990 to 1994. It took us 5 summers (weekends only) to finish, because we weren't sacrificing our ski seasons! It is a very well maintained place, with 4 bedrooms upstairs (each with a comfy Queen bed), a loft area with 2 x Double Bunk Beds, and 2 full size bathrooms. Downstairs is very open to encourage entertainment and interaction. The mud room has full size laundry and a second fridge for some wobbly pops. There is also a powder room on the main and an 8 person hot tub and BBQ out back.
Snowline is the last community of cabins before you cross over the Mt.Baker/Snoqualmie National Forest line. Past this, there are no more accommodations. There is so much to do up at Baker. Whatever the season, and whatever your interest, it can be found here. It is an untouched playground that is so beautiful. Snowline also has great amenities: pool, fishing, tennis, pickle ball, basketball, baseball field, volleyball, horseshoes, ping pong.....and then when you step out....so much.
  • This was charming cabin just outside out Bellingham. We had a a larger group but there were enough beds for everyone. The bunk beds in the pictures are all two person mattresses and our friends said that they were slightly less comfortable then any of the 4 regular beds. Kitchen was nicely furnished with all the dishes and cutlery needed. Bring your own spices, coffee, seasonings, and sauces. Three bathrooms, two had showers. The hot tub was warm, comfortable and pleasant. The wood pellet stove in the main source of heat and by reading the directions they leave for you it takes 5 seconds to learn how to use. This place is in a gated community and right off the highway 542 but we had no problem with noise. Thanks for a comfortable stay!

  • Efficient cabin. All of the essentials for sleep (many bedrooms), cook (all the utensils and a great kitchen) and fun (hot tub, foosball, air hockey and a wicked VHS collection) await. Far closer to the hill and hiking trails than most cabins in Baker, and having Chair 9 (bar) across the street for an apres-ski beer and pizza or to watch the football game is perfect!

    David2015-10-12T00:00:00Z
  • I honestly cannot recommend this place enough. 16 of us had probably one of the greatest weekends we have had in a very long time. We hiked, sat by the fire and in the hot tub and ate some fantastic food. With a great pizza place over the road, its the best place to relax and be with friends.

    Francesca2017-10-22T00:00:00Z
  • Wade was an excellent host and his cabin is fantastic! I would recommend staying here if you've got a larger group.

  • Rachel was super accommodating to a last minute request to stay. Really quiet and quaint place. Only complaint was the keybox was incredibly tricky to open as it got stuck and we had to figure out how to call her in an area with no service. New keybox or added instruction would be awesome. Otherwise, everything was perfect. Thank you so much

    Alicia2017-09-15T00:00:00Z
  • I stayed with my boyfriend for three nights here and the place was perfect for what we needed. We made all our meals and there was even tupperware we could use to pack lunches! The WiFi is spotty but it doesn't really matter since you'll be out in the wilderness anyway. It's great value and we would be happy to stay here again.

    Laina2017-07-05T00:00:00Z
  • Great place to stay for one person or a couple. Super close to Mt. Baker and right next door to Chair 9 which is fab after a day of skiing.

    Koren2017-04-16T00:00:00Z
  • Very small, good for a couple or single. Well stocked with cooking and bath items, front door of complex locked constantly, no call box out front of building and no cell service makes communication tricky. All and all a good place for a short ski trip.

    Kim2017-02-18T00:00:00Z
  • We were pleasantly surprised by a rec room down stairs complete with big screen TV, ping pong, air hockey, pool table and fooz ball. We would definitely stay here again. The hiking was great.

Don't stay here! Not if you don't like each other; anyways. The Simple Life. It is the cabin re-imagined. A tight little space with huge views. You will feel like a rockstar here. No, f-that, you ARE a rockstar here; 'cause it doesn't get any cooler than the Simple Life. And no, you CAN'T bring your kid here. You come to the Simple Life, you forget your kid. I forgot mine just typing this. She is playing with knives downstairs.
One of the coolest features of the Simple Life is the trailhead RIGHT NEXT DOOR TO THE CABIN! You can wander around back here for quite a while.
  • This cabin is astounding!! The fireplace increases the ambiance of staying in an isolated area of the Washington wilderness!! Clean and remarkable! The hot tub was wonderful and the windows were huge and embracing. Will definitely stay again!

    Deanna2017-10-18T00:00:00Z
  • The home was perfect for us. The cleanliness, the comfort, and especially the quiet. We were there during off season. The surroundings of the national forest and the paths were magnificent. We will definitely return!!

3 bedroom 1.5 bathroom located on a private hill top just inside in a gated community. All new appliances and modern features with a rustic cabin feel. Walking distances to bars and just a short drive up to the Mt. Baker ski area and Artist Point..
A great spot to stay wether u are hiking or riding; just about as close as u can get to Mt. Baker pow and trails.. It is located in The tiny town of Glacier.. It's such a small town that the zip code comes up as Demming.. Wifi and long distance are also available on site, so if u need to call or email in sick to extend your vacay, you can..
  • Jesse's Mt. Baker Cabin was wonderful. Close to all the town of Glacier has to offer with hiking trails across the street. It's about as close to Mt. Baker as you can get without camping in the parking lot. The pillows were even awesome! We'll be back next spring!

    Shannon2016-03-29T00:00:00Z
  • Jesse's house was perfect for our stay this weekend! The house was exactly like she described it. Very close to Chair 9 and Mt. Baker where we attended a wedding. I would definitely recommend staying here! The fire pit and backyard are great for hanging out and having a good time.

    Nicole2016-07-17T00:00:00Z
  • Quick and friendly communication. Great location to awesome hikes. Host provided great recommendations for in town eats.

    Bonni2016-08-14T00:00:00Z
  • It was an amazing time, the place was clean, in a great location, and the yard is awesome. I enjoyed the fire out outside and the fire place inside! Such a great spot to stay!

    Jordan2016-06-20T00:00:00Z
  • We really enjoyed our stay in Jesse's cabin. We used it as a base for day hikes (one day in Chain Lakes and another to Winchester Lookout), and it worked very well for that purpose. The common areas (kitchen/dining/living) are on the smaller side, but the upstairs bedrooms are spacious. Jesse was very responsive and checkin was smooth.

    Shahaf2016-09-06T00:00:00Z
  • I brought a group of six friends and we had a super fun weekend at the 542 cabin! The space worked out well and the kitchen had everything we needed. We cooked all our own food except for a dinner out at Chair 9 (which I would recommend).

    Jessica2016-01-25T00:00:00Z
  • Host was very responsive and attentive! The cabin is even cuter in person and so cozy. Quick ride to the slopes. Hope to stay here again soon!

    Mayela2016-01-18T00:00:00Z
  • The house was great and matched the description. The host provided clear instructions in how to get the keys and find the house. Additionally, he also gave us a helpful list of nearby restaurants. It wasn't as clean as we would have hoped for though. Part of the kitchen floor was sticky. And, one of the blankets was also unclean; we had to look around for extra sheets.

  • You will have a fabulous time staying here! We really loved our stay of 5 nights. In the lead up to our stay Toni responded very quickly with answers to any questions we had and was super friendly. The cabin itself is absolutely spic and span, and very comfortably furnished. The DVDs on hand were a real treat after we totally exhausted ourselves on the mountain each day... coupled with the recliners, well we were in a very blissful state. There are plenty of towels and linens, and we found our bed to be very comfortable. The showers worked great and there was plenty of hot water when needed after a long day on the mountain. The cabin is very well equipped with heating and the gas fireplace added a lovely ambience to our evenings relaxing with a glass of wine. The kitchen is great, the stove and oven work really well and even though we only cooked a couple of nights during our stay it all worked perfectly. The fire pit out the back was a great little addition, while the wood we bought (from Grahams just down the road) didn't burn very long, we were able to roast marshmallows and get in to the spirit of our time away. We visited Milano's one night for a very tasty Italian meal, and had burgers and ribs at chair 9 one other evening. The staff at both venues were friendly and at chair 9 it was great to sit at the bar and chat to the locals, we highly recommend doing that to find out info about Baker beyond what is published. A couple of tips: 1. Arrive in daylight hours if you can. It can be a little tricky finding the place in the dark once you have entered through the gates. Look for the green signs that number the houses. While we didn't really run in to any trouble, the party joining us did get a little lost when they couldn't see the house number clearly. 2. Grab the bulk of your supplies in Bellingham, but feel comfortable in the fact that there is a small supermarket, Grahams in Glacier and also a couple in Maple Falls, the township preceding Glacier, should you forget anything. Book this place, you wont regret it!

    Kate2015-01-15T00:00:00Z
  • Very quick replies and communication. Just note that there's no internet in the cabin or cell phone coverage so make sure you've got everything in order before you come. The cabin itself is very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. We really liked the neighbourhood and living room as well as the fireplace since it was winter. Make sure you arrive during daylight as it's much easier to find the cabin!

    Adele2015-12-22T00:00:00Z
  • Toni was great at helping arrange this last minute mini vacation for my family and I. The place was clean and well stocked. I would not necessarily recommend the house for small children, the stairs are fun to play on and there is a lack of railing at the top of the stairs that can be dangerous for little ones playing in the loft area. We have stayed at many different locations in Glacier and I really like that the minimum night stay is one night, however it was just as expensive in the end with the fees and deposits as many of the other places with a 2 night minimum stay.

    Evie2016-03-09T00:00:00Z
  • We celebrated the Thanksgiving holiday at this beautiful and charming cabin. Our stay was perfect. Getting the keys was easy, as was finding the cabin. Everything was comfortable and in working order. We enjoyed snuggling up in the living room near the fireplace. During the day we strolled around the private neighborhood community and also did many hikes in the area. We hope to come visit again!

    Jerry2015-12-01T00:00:00Z
  • The cabin was beautiful. It fit 6 of us, plus a baby very comfortably. Lots of couch space and a big dining table. The sleeping loft was very cozy. And while we weren't able to get out to the fire pit, it looked like it could have provided some pretty fun times. (You'll want to bring lawn chairs or something to sit on out there) Things to know.. You are completely off the grid connectivity wise. And this was something we weren't aware of. The host doesn't provide wifi and cell phones don't work. There is no service not only at the cabin but in the little town at all. The phone has a long distance block on it and the lodge and general store were out of phone cards. This provided some serious issues for a couple of us who were working on call. Also, do not rely on gps to get there. 6 of us (who are usually quite directionally savvy) got very lost. The directions included were not too clear either. Aside from not being prepared for some of these things, we had a wonderful time and I would definitely recommend a stay there. The drive from bellingham (trader joes pit stop!) was kinda mind blowing. And the little community the cabins were in... Super super beautiful. Thumbs up for sure.

You can see the entire fenced in yard and fire pit out the door. This house is located in the Gated Community of Mt Baker Rim, has a new hot tub, WIFI.
  • The house was nicely situated in the back corner of the gated community, with only the highway and woods around. There is a house nearby, but it's out of sight behind some tall hedges. I should note that this place is actually two separate apartments, with no connection inside. We thought this was fine, though. The upstairs is plenty big for 12 to hang out and prepare meals. The house is situated above the highway, so you can hear road traffic if you're outside in the hot tub, or if you had a window open in the summer months. The traffic is fairly light on the highway, though, so shouldn't be a problem for most. All in all a great rental, and Tera was very helpful with info and directions. We'll be back to Baker next spring, and will likely book with her again.

    Eric2016-03-08T00:00:00Z
  • This house is a great place for a group to stay. It is very clean and easy to hang out at with friends. There is a lot of space and the kitchen is great for a group. The rental process was easy, we were not disappointed in anyway. I do have to say that I wish the WIFI password code was a little simpler to input, wifi worked great but the password is complicated. I would gladly stay here again with a group. Thank you Tera, Jenn

This Sunny home was built in 1904 it has recently been updated. It sleeps 6 comfortably & is in the heart of Glacier. It sits right across the St. from Graham's restaurant/bar, Milano's Italian restaurant. & the Wake & Bakery. Only minutes from Mt Baker Ski Area. Ski, Hike, Bike
Grandma's house was reportedly built in 1904 as a home for the rail road superintendent during & after the construction of the Bellingham Bay & British Columbia Rail road to Glacier. This building is most famous for the fact that Loretta Young stayed in the North East bedroom during the filming of the Call of the Wild movie with Clark Gable in the winter of 1935. Rumor has it that this is where their daughter was conceived which Loretta kept secret leaving for Europe and giving birth but returning with an adopted daughter. She later came clean with her daughter Judy that Clark Gable was her father.
This is in the heart of Glacier right across the street from Graham's Restaurant & Bar no need to worry about driving anywhere after a night in the beer garden's. Graham's store is connected to the Restaurant and you can get basic Grocery items, rent movies, ice cream cones and breakfast bagels. Milano's famous Italian restaurant is also just across the street I recommend the Chicken Gorgonzola!!! The Wake & Bakery is only a short walk you can enjoy coffee and lots of organic home made goodies. Mt Baker slopes are only 21 miles away. There is great skiing, snowboarding, sledding, snowmobiling & snowshowing. There are numerous hiking trails and great mountain biking. Come check it out and enjoy all nature has to offer!!!
  • Our hosts were attentive to any questions, reassuring re booking. Gma's home was well equipped, cozy, and spacious. We had an excellent week exploring Mount Baker and being close to what we needed.

  • Terrific house right in the heart of the North Cascades. Really nicely set up kitchen, homey touched throughout, we particularly loved the flannel cherry patterned sheets. The house was also super clean. Hosts were terrific about communicating.

  • Gma's house was exactly as pictured. It had enough space for all four of us, yet it was very homey and conducive to making great memories! The location is very convenient for in-town shopping and bars/restaurants. There is even a shop that rents VHS tapes, which you can play at the house! The decorations are very grandmotherly, which is a nice touch. We loved not having wifi or cell service so we could just focus on our time together.

    Aliza2016-12-26T00:00:00Z

The two cabins are owned and loved by a family that has been part of the Mount Baker Ski Resort history for many years. The main cabin that can sleep 2-8 guests plus an adorable sleeper cabin 50 ft from the main cabin, sleeping up to 4 guests. Both cabins have the best view of Mt. Baker on a clear day, and a 2 block walk into Glacier for restuarants, bakery food or a stroll by the river. This location is very private, but central and has tons of space to play and relax during your stay.
Our cabins are secluded away from the larger cabin communities, making this a perfect place for friends and family gatherings needing a bit more space. Our views of Mt. Baker on a clear day are the best in Glacier right out your window.
Our cabins are away from the hustle of Glacier and other communities. You will find it quieter with more space to roam and really enjoy your friend/family vacation.

  • The home was great and all the amenities worked great. I wouldn't give the cabin and any less the 5 star review and the location is perfect!

    Jason2017-02-12T00:00:00Z
  • A great getaway location. We went in summer, so I can't speak to the winter sports aspects, but it was perfect for us. We came to hike, and it's close to all the trails we wanted. It was great knowing there was a hot shower and a comfy bed waiting for us at the end of the trail! The cabin is beautiful, well-furnished, spacious, and with a great view of Mt. Baker right from the window or porch. Although the main cabin could easily sleep 8 (with more in the other cabin), with the day beds and loft everything is out of the way unless needed. Unlike most of the other rentals, which are a car ride from anything, this is right in the small town of Glacier, literally steps away from grocery, restaurants, and coffee. The location couldn't be better. We would definitely stay here again.

A little tiny cabin in the woods, whats better than that? This cozy cabin has a full kitchen, full bathroom, wifi and sleeps 4 comfortably. Tucked away in the woods just east of Dislodge, it is private and quiet.
The LTC, a cozy in the woods! This one bedroom cabin with a full kitchen and bathroom sleeps 4 comfortably. Enjoy the flat screen Tv with dvd player and or wifi. Tucked away in the woods just east of Dislodge it is private and quiet. It is a great place to relax while enjoying the great outdoors of Glacier and Mt. Baker. Just a 1/4 mile from Glacier you can wonder through the woods to town where you will find, 2 restaurants, a bakery, a ski shop and the Mt. Baker snowboard shop. We are also just 17 miles from the Mt. Baker ski area.
We love this space because it sits on 2 acres and is more private then most of the places in Glacier.
  • Simply, I would book again. Here's why: Located close to Mt. Baker ski area, my girlfriend and I found the LTC to be a great place to stay for a weekend getaway of snowboarding. First, Weeg was helpful with booking and had things ready for a zero-issue check-in. Second, the cabin is semi-secluded, well appointed, and more spacious than the outside would suggest. Last, we enjoyed cooking dinner and eating by the gas fireplace, which was very cozy. -Casey

  • Very nice little cabin in a beautiful location, quiet, clean, smooth transaction. I would recommend this to anyone. Cabin is very comfortable for 4 people and the kitchen is reasonably well equipped. Gas stove heats the place up fast!

  • Great cabin!!!! So clean. So comfy. Was perfect for the weekend for 3 of us!

  • This is a beautiful hidden treasure. The cabin is surrounded by gorgeous old trees and the fall colors were unbelievably beautiful. Although it's called tiny in the title, the cabin doesn't feel small at all. It's spacious and comfortable. All communications were prompt and helpful. The current pictures don't do the place justice. When looking at accommodation photos, we have learned that often reality doesn't quite live up to the photos. This was the opposite the reality was much better than the pictures. Lovely place to get away and appreciate the beauty of Mt Baker.

  • Hi. Beautiful cabin in the woods . Fall colours were spectacular. Would stay again if in the area.

    Robert2017-10-28T00:00:00Z
  • The TLC isn't so tiny but it is a lovely, clean and comfortable place to stay. We recommend bringing a few games and/ or DVDs if you have kids and want some evening entertainment for them are there is no cable TV or internet. But the fact that cell phones and internet aren't available makes it all the better for a retreat from the everyday~

    Jamie2014-02-21T00:00:00Z
  • We loved this little cabin! The location is great. Conveniently located by the highway yet has lots of privacy. Easy access to many amazing hiking trails. Weeg is a very responsive host and the LTC is very clean and well equipped. We will definitely book again if we are back in Mt Baker area in the future!

    Helen2016-08-03T00:00:00Z
  • We enjoyed our three-night stay at the 'LTC'. The cabin is clean, comfortable, very well equipped, and also bigger than we expected. The location is excellent for exploring the Mount Baker area; it's also conveniently located close to the villages of Glacier and Maple Falls, which between them have a couple of shops, a couple of bars/restaurants, and a petrol station. (It's a long, long way from a large supermarket, however, so bear that in mind in you're planning an extended stay.) Weeg was friendly and helpful whenever we requested information but otherwise we had very little contact with her; in that sense the LTC felt very private, which would probbaly appeal to a lot of people. There were no negative points as far as we're concerned, although perhaps it's worth pointing out to any TV addicts that the TV in the cabin is for DVDs only.

There is a great bakery - Wake n Bakery in town - a third of a mile up the highway on the left side. There are a few restaurants and a store on the right side and another restaurant further up the highway about 2 miles. The cabin is very private and out of sight from the highway. There are no close neighbors. Not far up the hwy, there are many lovely hikes and you can go to the forest service center just across the bridge in Glacier.
  • A charming cabin with beautiful views!

  • Staying at the cabin was incredible. It is located just outside of Glacier, the property and surrounding land is beautiful and peaceful. The cabin was equipped with all the necessary amenities and heated up well in the winter. I spent my days, snowboarding at Baker and the nights resting and cooking at the cabin. Everything went amazingly well except that upon check-out, Norman and Renate contacted me and were charging me $75 for unlocked windows and upstairs deck door and a heater left on, a broken cooking knife tip, and bringing a dog (they claimed to have found dog poop on the property). I began to communicate with Renate and apologized for leaving the windows unlocked and the heater on and explained that the knife was already broken when we arrived and that we had no dogs and hadn't brought any onto the property; and I sent her $25 for the unlocked windows and heater. Renate was agreeable at first in our communication and then made a not-so-nice comment towards the end which was unfortunate but hey... I understand that they care deeply about their property.

    Jesse2017-01-30T00:00:00Z
  • Fully recommend Norman and Renate's place. Tucked up close to Mt Baker, it's a "rustic shack" with all the creature comforts you'd need. Perfect place for our family to regroup. And dog friendly too! Also Norman and Renate were incredibly swift in all communications with us which made everything very easy. It's a great place for a getaway.

    Nicholas2017-08-06T00:00:00Z
  • This cabin sits in the middle of majestic beauty. Norman and Renate pay close attention to detail and are very thoughtful of what it takes for a quality stay. We were so comfortable and content. The cabin had everything we were hoping for and more.

  • Rachel's condo was the perfect basecamp for a relaxing weekend in the North Cascades. It was clean, well-equipped, and conveniently located for a variety of hiking trails and excellent views.

    Glenn2017-08-13T00:00:00Z
  • Great place to stay for those who want to explore the area. The suite is extremely clean and well furnished. Check-in was super easy thanks to Rachel's instructions. We had dinner at Chair 9 - nice atmosphere, food is decent and it's only 3-min walk from the suite. The only thing we didn't like about this Airbnb is that you can hear everything that's happening in the adjacent suites. Rachel mentioned there could be potential noise disturbance in the listing so we were not too surprised, I guess just very unlucky.

    Christelle2017-09-04T00:00:00Z
  • Rachel is a fantastic host. Super accommodating, and her place is wonderful. Can't recommend her place enough. She really bends over backwards to make sure everything works correctly for you. Excellent communication.

  • Rachel was a wonderful host. The happy tree condo is a cozy studio just the right size for 2. It has all the requirements of a basic kitchenette. Rachel did an excellent job with a great deal of detail about food options, hiking options, directions etc. We would definitely return to this condo and recommend this to couples who seek solitude. The location is excellent-~30 mins from artist point.

  • GREAT location. nice layout of the house - one bedroom on main floor with the only shower next to this bedroom. two rooms upstairs with a toilet. There is NO WIFI at this house. i don't know why but none of us were privvy to this information beforehand. The BBQ does not work. also it's filthy. other than that - was a great house in good location

    Joanna K2017-09-03T00:00:00Z
  • Great location, rustic cabin that is part of a gated community of homes. Despite this it feels private and secluded. Our kids enjoyed making a fire outside and in the fireplace inside the cabin with the firewood provided. The kitchen is quite well equipped and despite the small half size stove we were able to cook our thanksgiving turkey. This cabin is listed by Mount Baker Lodging so you are not dealing directly with the owner. They were very good at communicating and made our check in and check out easy. The only hiccup we had was arriving at the cabin to find people were already there. Turned out the owners had got dates mixed up and they had relatives using the cabin. They quickly tidied up, changed sheets, apologized and left.
