Studio on the side of the Hacienda, Bedroom(beds 2mtr. long), Bathroom with Rain-forest shower, AC, Sat.TV, glass Patio, kitchenette, BBQ. Our house is located very quiet and private just on the edge of the town center. We have 2 studios, one pool.

It is a spacious one bedroom seafront apartment, located in the popular area of San Cristóbal Beach in Almuñécar. The apartment has all the facilities with modern decoration. It has a communal pool open all year, wifi, air-con, heating, all domestic electrical appliances. Almuñécar is a popular touristic town in the Costa Tropical with very mild temperatures. The apartment is very well located, in front of the prommenade, and the sea and beach. A car is not essential. All services are nearby.

The apartment was completely renovated in 2019 , and it includes a bedroom area, full kitchen, bathroom with shower, an open terrace and a living room. You will definitely get all you need for: a comfy bed, fast Wi-Fi air conditioning and a a big smart TV.
