We Are always happy to offer local advice whether it's about walking, dining, or attractions. We are very friendly and happy to point out some of our favourite places to visit, eat & drink. You are welcome to borrow our collection of maps, and walking books, or a rucksack if you need it! We have travelled widely ourselves and know how important a friendly face and a 'home from home' can be. In Askam there is a local post office, co-op store, bakery, fish & chip shop, Chinese takeaway, & Indian takeaway/restaurant. You are welcome to use our dining room to eat your takeaway, should you wish to do so.
