although this is a neighbourhood in the city center, but it is very quiet at night. is a high rise building, you can overlook the whole liverpool city center from your bedroom and living room wndow. the whole common spaces of the building are covered by CCTV to provide maximum safety.

Our house is a Detached house built in the early 1900s, large rooms, high ceilings. It has been modernized, and now has bathrooms in all of the apartments. it's a self-contained room with a brand new ensuite shower.
Well located, not fancy but safe. An excellent base for exploring Liverpool and its environs; we are close and easy to get to from the end of the M62, a 10 min drive to Liverpool city centre and Albert Dock, buses every 10 mins (at peak times) to central Liverpool with a bus stop right outside the property. Everton park is 10 minute walk as is Stanley park which has the award winning Kemps bistro in the Isla Gladstone Conservatory. Sefton Park and Calderstones Park are a 20 minute drive and host regular events. Anfield the home of Liverpool Football Club is also a 5 min walk. Everton only being a 15 minute walk from the property. Other areas of note are the flagship leisure centre - Liverpool Aquatics Centre - with an Olympic sized indoor heated swimming pool (and separate 20m children's pool), 96 piece technogym fitness suite, 5 outdoor football pitches, and the Liverpool Tennis Centre (6 indoor and 6 outdoor tennis courts), both 15 mins drive away. We are just off Breck Road, which is a student and family area with plenty of takeaways and convenience stores around the corner. There is also an Asda about 500m away, with petrol station. Further afield, a 45 minute drive to the amazing Chester Zoo, and slightly further to the attractive historic walled city of Chester, and further still to the fashionable Chester Racecourse. Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet is 40 mins drive away, and has 145 shops. Blue Planet Aquarium is also 40 mins away.

It is a modern and cosy 3 bedroom apartment with 24hrs security and free on-site parking(needs pre arranged), strategically located in the Liverpool city centre. It is diagonally behind world museum, which is just opposite lime Street train station. This location is so convenient that almost everywhere that you want to go are within minutes of walk. it is suitable for single traveller, couples, families and friends. We trying to provide a clean and comfortable home away from home.
the apartment is located on the highest floor (14th story) of the building, but there is a lift to bring you up. the three big windows on the living room able to give you probably the most amazing view that you can find in Liverpool residential building. you may find almost all the landmarks of Liverpool by looking out the window. all the windows in the house are covered by high quality black out blinds. the bedroom: the room has a spacious king sized bed with memory foam mattress, with four duck feather pillows and four cushions. The duvet is stuffed with goose feather, and all the sheets and covers are made of cotton, so the bed is very comfortable and cosy to rest and sleep. there will be a bath towel and a throw as well. there are two bedside tables with drawers with a reading lamp on each table. a single foldable bed with mattress, one pillow and one single duvet will be placed in the room if the booking consist of 3 guests, or upon request. the best place in the room which i have put it a lot efforts to decorate is the corner down the big french window, with fairy lights on one wall and heater on the opposite. you definitely will spend a good time sitting down on the big and soft artificial sheep fur carpet, rest yourself onto two big fluffy cushions while drinking a cup of tea and enjoying magnificent view of liverpool city center outside the french window just next to you. there is a reasonable size storage room in this room which you can use to store your luggage's, or to hang up your coats. there is a five levels chest drawers in the room. there will be drink cups and a washing cup with toothbrushes placed on the table. a electric kettle will be placed there which you can use to have some hot beverages in your own room. there is a two door wardrobe with many hangers and two very comfortable and soft bathrobes that you can wear. there is a very big dressing / study table in the room with sockets on the lower right side. The first drawer on the lower right has selfie stick, ear foams and cotton buds. the second drawer has the hair dryer. there is a nice big mirror and a small table sized mirror, which you can use to do your make up. the bathroom: It is a standard three pieces. there will be hand-washing soap, toothpaste and facial cleaner on the sink. a standing shower is fitted onto the bathtub and shampoo, conditioner and shower gel will be placed on the side of the tub. if you need more toilet rolls, it is inside one of the kitchen cabinets. the kitchen: there will be coffee, tea, chocolate and some biscuits at the kitchen, which you can use to make breakfast. the kitchen is fitted for simple cooking with microwave, electric hobs and oven. kitchen is only open to guest for a goodwill and guest is willing to clean up the kitchen surfaces and do the dishes after use. Pans and pots, plates and bowls are in the kitchen cabinets. there are cooking oil, salt and pepper, dried spaghetti and pasta at the corner of the kitchen. washing machine will be provided for a goodwill, but there is no dryer. it will spin your clothes till a little wet only, and you can hang on the racks in the lounge area, there is also an extra rack, ask me if you need. there are fridge and freezer at the corner of the kitchen which you can use to store your groceries and drinks. the lounge: there are two sets of three seater sofa at the lounge area with a coffee table in between. there are some cushions to make you comfortable and a big and soft throw that you can use to cover yourself for some chilling nights. there is a big glass dinning table with four leather chairs. you can have your meals there or you can use it to work on things while enjoying the breathtaking views from the living room windows.
although this is a neighbourhood in the city centre,it is very quiet at night. is a high rise building, you can overlook the whole of liverpool city centre from your bedroom and living room window. the whole common spaces of the building are covered by CCTV to provide maximum security.

The apartment is in the basement of our Georgian Town House and a 15 minute walk into Liverpool city centre. It's entirely self contained with a modern bathroom, a large combined living room and kitchen with a double sofa bed, a utility room with washing machine and a large double bedroom. The apartment is full of character with an Aga and bare brick walls. As a family ourselves we're happy to provide travel cots and high chairs for children. No stag or hen parties.
The basement apartment comes with on street parking (with a visitor's permit that we supply). The bedroom, although warm and well ventilated, does not have a window as it's in the basement; the upside is that the bedroom area is very quiet and peaceful and guests often comment on what a great nights sleep they've had. The kitchen is well equipped along with the AGA it also has a microwave, George Forman grill, dishwasher, toaster, steamer, electric kettle, tea, coffee etc.
The majority of Liverpool's cultural attractions are within walking distance from the apartment. We are just a 5 minute walk from Liverpool University and a 10 minute walk from Liverpool's iconic Hope Street that hosts 2 cathedrals, 3 theatres, a concert hall and some of the best pubs and restaurants in Liverpool.

Quiet and atmospheric bedroom with a guest bathroom shared only between two guest rooms. We welcome people from all backgrounds and we hope you enjoy your stay with us. Our house is 2.6 miles away from the City centre, 1.1 miles away from the Liverpool football stadium, 1 mile from the University, and 1 min walk from the bus stop. We have the pleasure of providing free off-street parking to our guests.
The interior design style is eclectic, light and minimalist, yet cozy and welcoming. Practical aspects of your room include a double bed, LCD flat screen TV, a dressing table with mirror, clothes hanger, a matching set of bedside tables, a full-length mirror behind the door. You will have at your disposal a guest bathroom that is shared between two guest rooms we offer. When the second guest room is unoccupied, you would have the bathroom all to yourself. Please help yourself to our self-service tea and coffee. We also provide you will fresh towels so you don't have to bring your own. We are happy to offer laundry and drying facilities (£5 per load), as well as ironing, if required, so you can always look your best. We have tried to think of everything in terms of the facilities we provide, but if there is anything we can do to make your stay more enjoyable, please let us know. If you are not the one for sitting still, there is the beautiful Everton park just across the road, as well as the famous Sefton Park (one bus ticket away) which will not disappoint. A sympathetically decorated Georgian town house in a leafy suburb. Near to places of interest for Beatles fans, namely George Harrison's childhood home and the famous Penny Lane (10 minute walk). Direct public transport to city centre (20 mins by bus) and within walking distance of Allerton Road (10 mins), which features many restaurants, lively bars and shops. Also, for football fans, we are on a direct bus route to Anfield.
The house is situated on a beautiful leafy avenue in a conservation area. It is off the main high street, which has a great little Indian restaurant, an excellent Greek restaurant and many takeaways. There is a traditional pub on the street, where you can be treated to Irish sessions on Monday nights. There is also two super markets within a 5 minute walk and for a cooked breakfast we recommend Papa's at the end of the road. There are three parks nearby, an aquatics centre, athletics centre and tennis courts within a 5 minute walk. We live very close to West Derby village which has lots of wine bars and pubs with plenty of places to eat. 51 Mill Lane. The restaurant serves up a selection of small plates inspired by cuisines from across the world and a range of cocktails, wine and pale ale. The venue includes a laid back dining area, a bar and an intimate garden space that can cater to al fresco dining. A lovely Indian restaurant is highly recommended with reasonably priced food and drinks. There are a great mix of things to do which are all within walking distance. We have a lovely local park known as Croxteth park that has lovely walks and beautiful green spaces. Jungle Parc is an adventure course in Croxteth Country Park. It can be found in the woodland opposite the Hall and you can find it by following the signs. While there, customers can take part in the adventurer course with over 50 different activities suitable for children aged above three years old.All equipment and training instruction is included. We live in a three storey Victorian house built in 1874. We have lovingly recreated the period style alongside modern comforts. Our home is your home while you stay with us. Our home is big enough for you to find private space or join us for family activities. This double room is perfect for two friends, couples or single traveller. We will welcome you and show you around. We will offer you complimentary hot drinks and on arrival. Your bedroom will be ready for you when you check in. We provide a complimentary refreshments tray in each bedroom with kettle, mugs, tea, coffee and drinking chocolate, bottled water, sugar and milk. We will also provide a "good to go" breakfast of cereal bar and pain au chocolate and fruit juice for each guest staying in the room. You can drop your bags and visit Liverpool for fun, friends and food or if you have been travelling for hours you can rest, shower and recover. We provide towels. There are eight bedrooms in our house with three of them being available for guests. The guest rooms are on the second floor, so be prepared to climb stairs. The shared family bathroom on the first floor has a large walk in shower. For the comfort and safety of guests visiting the bathroom during the night we keep a lamp on in the hall and top landing. Additional lighting can be turned on using the clearly visible light switches on the upper and middle landing walls. Our sitting room is available to guests and we have a dining room which has French windows leading to the sheltered walled garden. Guests are invited to join us for a home cooked family dinner around 7pm. This is a flexible arrangement that can be confirmed each morning. A three course meal is £10 payable before departure and includes a complimentary soft drink or glass of wine.
In the Victorian era this was a newly developed posh neighbourhood with grand houses, coach houses and servants. It is a modern and cosy 3 bedroom apartment with 24hrs security and free on-site parking (needs pre arranged) , strategically located in the Liverpool city centre. It is diagonally behind world museum, which is just opposite lime Street train station. This location is so convenient that almost everywhere that you want to go are within minutes of walk. it is suitable for single traveller, couples, families and friends. We trying to provide a clean and comfortable home away from home.
the apartment is located on the highest floor (14th story) of the building, but there is a lift to bring you up. the three big windows on the living room able to give you probably the most amazing view that you can find in Liverpool residential building. you may find almost all the landmarks of Liverpool by looking out the window. all the windows in the house are covered by high quality black out blinds. the bedroom: the room has a comfortable queen sized bed with memory foam mattress, with four duck feather pillows and four cushions. All the sheets and covers are made of cotton, so the bed is very comfortable and cosy to rest and sleep. there will be a bath towel and a throw as well. the room is spacious, so for booking with 3 guests, a single foldable bed with mattress, pillow and single duvet will be provided in the room. there is a two bedside table with drawers on each side of the bed with a reading lamp on each table. there will be drink cups and a washing cup with toothbrushes placed on the table. The first drawer of the left table has selfie stick, ear foams and cotton buds. the second drawer has the hair dryer. there is a five levels chest drawers in the room. there will be a nice big mirror placed on the chest drawers and a small table sized mirror, which you can use to do your make up or dressing. there is a two door wardrobe with many hangers and two very comfortable and soft bathrobes that you can wear. the bathroom: It is a standard three pieces. there will be hand-washing soap, toothpaste and facial cleaner on the sink. a standing shower is fitted onto the bathtub and shampoo, conditioner and shower gel will be placed on the side of the tub. if you need more toilet rolls, it is inside one of the kitchen cabinets. the kitchen: there will be coffee, tea, chocolate and some biscuits at the kitchen, which you can use to make breakfast. the kitchen is fitted for simple cooking with microwave, electric hobs and oven. kitchen is only open to guest for a goodwill and guest is willing to clean up the kitchen surfaces and do the dishes after use. Pans and pots, plates and bowls are in the kitchen cabinets. there are cooking oil, salt and pepper, dried spaghetti and pasta at the corner of the kitchen. washing machine will be provided for a goodwill, but there is no dryer. it will spin your clothes till a little wet only, and you can hang on the racks in the lounge area, there is also an extra rack, ask me if you need. there are fridge and freezer at the corner of the kitchen which you can use to store your groceries and drinks. the lounge: there are two sets of three seater sofa at the lounge area with a coffee table in between. there are some cushions to make you comfortable and a big and soft throw that you can use to cover yourself for some chilling nights. there is a big glass dinning table with four leather chairs. you can have your meals there or you can use it to work on things while enjoying the breathtaking views from the living room windows.
although this is a neighbourhood in the city centre,it is very quiet at night. is a high rise building, you can overlook the whole of liverpool city centre from your bedroom and living room window. the whole common spaces of the building are covered by CCTV to provide maximum safety.
