“Another local music club owned a Grateful Dead member Phil Lesh. A big space with full bar and restaurant on the San Rafael waterfront. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating complete with sand volleyball courts. Large separate space for hosting large performances. Note: There is a private dock if you come by boat.”

“I love Lagunitas! So much so, I don't mind making the extra trek to Petaluma to visit every so often. Besides their delicious beer, they have a fun outdoor patio where you can enjoy live music (but be sure to check their calendar) as well as a very entertaining and informative tour, where they provide plenty of beer samples!”

Great bar scene with both early and late happy hours. Patio is perfect when the weather is nice. Continuous service during that lull between lunch and dinner everywhere else.
