Coffee Shop
“$$ Very nice well-priced coffee shop downtown that sells specialty coffees from all over the world, pour-overs, nice teas, and a few goodies to eat with your fine beverage. Cool quiet place to hang out and read or do work on your computer. ”

“Crisp has gotten so popular they now have two locations! Their salads are fresh & delicious but their housemade soups & rolls are the real show stoppers! You can get fresh squeezed juice here too! Lunch gets really busy here around 1145am with the work crowd but you can order online too. ”

“Pastries & Coffee; 5-Star; $$. Comfort food in Lynchburg doesn’t get any better than the cinnamon buns and beignets at Cinn City. I try to avoid this place and am not so good at doing so, and the hours go on into the evenings as if Lynchburg is New Orleans. Everything at Cinn City is delicious.”

Ice Cream Shop
“Ice Cream Parlor; 5-Star; $$. Maylynn’s has become iconic with its truly delicious ice cream along with a big heart for dogs (they have an ice cream treat which dogs go bonkers for). I love the shakes, especially chocolate, but everything on the menu is high-quality and excellent.”
