Welcome to your (earthen) home away from home! This earthen home was constructed by Mr. Bill Adams, a direct descendent of Pres. John Adams and a veteran who served in the Allied occupation of Japan following WWII. Going further back, this was one of the first areas to be settled. It was part of the "Sims Settlement" and was defended during the War of 1812 by James and William Slaughter. Settlers farmed the fertile land near Indian Creek, now called the Indian Creek Greenway - 4 mins away.

We welcome you to stay and enjoy our property in this spacious loft. The loft is above our detached garage with a private entrance and parking spot. We have many hiking trails out our backdoor to enjoy and are located in between Madison and Huntsville to have access to many other activities, events, work, airport, etc. We renovated this space mostly on our own over the past 2-3 years, so we ask that you care for it as if it was your own.
