Our hand made bespoke camping cabin offers travellers a unique camping experience. A private location well away from the hassle and bustle of day to day life. Camping but without the fuss of pitching your own tent. The cabin is well insulated and heated with a toasty logburner. Inside is a bench and table set up which will comfortably seat four people, a sofa, a small cooking stove, a kettle and a double bed upstairs.....
It's a bespoke camping cabin made in my workshop over the winter. Fairly large inside with a built in double bed mezzanine floor. Guests will need to being bed sheets, pillows, sleeping bags, duvets etc to make up the bed area. The cabin is well insulated and keeps toasty warm with the wood burner going. If stocked up, it will burn right the way through the night keeping you warm the following morning. The cabin comes with wood for the first night and further wood can be purchased as necessary if given a days notice. A fire pit area is located at the front of the cabin which is perfect for roasting marshmallows in the evening. Inside the cabin is a double sofa and a large table and bench dining area. Fold up camping beds are available to accommodate extra persons. Max occupancy is 4 unless discussed beforehand. Located within a 20 acre field away from the hussle and bustle, but with the benefit of good phone coverage and only a stone throw away from the M5, A30, A38 and Exeter. Please note that the cabin is not connected to an electricity supply. Guests generally keep phones etc charged in their car. A portable shower is located behind the sofa. Guests are required to being bedding. I.e. Sheets, duvet, pillows or sheet and sleeping bag. Other suggested items to being include: bottled water, cutlery, plates, fire starters or newspaper, torches and marshmallows for the fire pit outside.
You don't have any neighbours. You are off the beaten track. BUT, you can drive into central Exeter in approximately 8 min. Only a few min from the M5 or A30. A great location if you are traveling through to Cornwall.
  • Perfect for an escape. We live locally and just wanted a night away without having to pitch a tent in the looting rain.

  • A nice cosy retreat in a very out of the way location, although the instructions provided are excellent and we found it with no problems. It is *very* basic but comfortable. Recommended if you like the idea of camping but not the practicalities of putting a tent up!

  • Great little place! Like camping but more homely and nice and warm with the wood burner for winter. Had a brilliant time and loved the style of the self-built cabin.

  • A lovely cosy little place! Sleeping area is a little small so might not be great if your not a fan of small spaces! We loved the log fire and would love to stay again in the summer!

    Ellie2019-12-01T00:00:00Z
  • Top notch, everything we expected and more. There’s no problem keeping warm so long as you can light a fire. Would certainly stay again

Converted as an industrial warehouse, Bodgers is a 17th century boat house that has been re-furbished in a retro industrial loft style. Bulthaup kitchen, luxury bathroom, fireplace, opposite the river Exe and next to all the best pubs and eateries.
Totally unique space in Devon. Done out as an industrial style loft space with exposed metal trunking, high ceilings, air management systems and lots of glazing. The floors are basalt, the kitchen is wardrobe style Balthaup B2. The bathroom has a £7000 luxury bath, totally open wet room shower and Bisazza wall coverings. This place is perfect for young couples who want to be in the heart of Topsham's eating and drinking whilst directly opposite the water. The second bedroom has a truckle bed system that can either be 1 or 2 singles or join to make a double. There is a glass garage in the lounge with a classic Porsche as art. If you are style conscious or love food and wine - there is nothing like it in Devon! BTW Virgin Tivo box and 100MB internet access is free. I have also been asked by a guest to mention that the bedrooms have windows for light but no external windows.
What's not to love! Beautiful estuary town with loads of history as a Dutch trading point. Great walks, fantastic estuary, huge choice of great restaurants and pubs. Exeter is only 10 minutes away (into the centre).

This cosy cottage is the end terrace of Bakers Cottages, the oldest row of cottages in the sought after estuary village of Lympstone in East Devon. Lympstone has a small shop, cafe, post office and a variety of pubs and is the perfect location for access to Exeter or Exmouth by bike or foot (along the Exe Estuary Trail) or by train. The Estuary is a 15min walk from Bakers Cottages along quiet Devon lanes, or through the village.
8 Bakers Cottages has an open planned downstairs, including kitchen, dining and living space and opens onto a sunny patio area and small enclosed garden. The cottage dates back to the late 1600s and combines cottage charm with modern finishes and cleanliness. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a bathroom. To the rear the cottage looks out over neighbouring gardens and fields. The simplicity of the cottage decor and the setting provide a relaxing feel.
Lympstone is a thriving and characterful estuary village. You can buy fish from the village's own fisherman, or sit on the beach by St Peters Tower. The Estuary can be enjoyed on bike along the acclaimed Exe Estuary Trail with good cycling routes into Exeter and around the Estuary nearly entirely on non-traffic cycle paths. Or cycle to Exmouth and on along the old railway line to the seaside town of Budleigh Salterton. You could take a ferry across the estuary and stop off at the Exe Estuary cafe moored in the middle of the river for panoramic views in a unique location.
  • Gorgeous cottage with really special touches of care. Arriving late on a dark rainy night in December to a twinkling Christmas tree and the smell of fresh bread was just what we needed after a long drive.

  • David was a very friendly and helpful host - on arrival we were delighted by a freshly baked loaf and a bottle of wine - a wonderful touch! The cottage has a lovely homely feel and had everything we needed to cook. The location is great and despite black clouds we managed some lovely walks around the local area. Al in all a really great stay!

Sandra and Steve welcome you to our home which is a little fisherman's cottage 5 paces from the estuary foreshore. There are 3 pubs and a train station just a few minutes walk away making Exeter and Exmouth easily reached . Situated on the ground floor with it's own bathroom (our accommodation is on the 1st & 2nd floor). Dressing gowns, hairdryer, tea/coffee making facilities, Wi-fi and TV are provided. Continental breakfast inc. No additional charges for cleaning, laundry or a deposit.
If you love cycling the village is on the estuary trail. The location is perfect if you are into kayaking. If attending the marine camp this is a 1.5 mile walk along the estuary trail or a 2 minute train journey. The village church is a 5 minute walk away if coming for a wedding. If you are a "foodie" and want a special treat Michael Caines restaurant at Lympstone Manor is just a 15 minute walk away. There are 4 pubs in the village all of which serve food - the Redwing is the most popular and normally requires a booking. There's an excellent train service just a few minutes walk away that can take you to Torquay, Barnstaple and Exmouth.
The Village is really pretty, very quaint with a small harbour. The pubs all serve good food and are within a minute or two's walk.
  • Great location - modern clean bedroom and bathroom

  • We had a lovely few days with Sandra and Steve. Their house is beautifully situated right on the water's edge. Lympstone is a very attractive village with a railway station and a good range of pubs. There is also a small village store and post office. The room was sparkling clean and Sandra provides a good breakfast. Ideally situated for walking the coastal path. Would stay again.

  • Great stay in a lovely space very close to the water in Lympstone. Despite arriving during the hectic run up to Christmas we were made to feel very welcome, and were well looked after. Would definitely stay again! No hesitation in recommending.

    Mike2019-12-27T00:00:00Z
  • Don't miss out on this beautiful experience . This place was much more than I ever expected it would be. Beautiful scenery, wonderful location, excellent hosts and to top it all off amazing weather.

    Timothy2019-12-15T00:00:00Z
  • Staying at Sandra’s was a delight. Lympstone village is on the Exe estuary with rail, cycle and walking routes to Exmouth & Exeter. Sandra’s compact fishing cottage was fabulous... with estuary foreshore almost literally on doorstep (20 paces). We had use of bedroom & bathroom which were clean, warm & comfortable but not particularly spacious as it’s a traditional fishing cottage. Sandra provided a fabulous breakfast choice. We stayed with our dog and we felt welcomed rather than tolerated. Due to narrow streets there is no parking at cottage. However parking fees at local village car park were reasonable and a 5 minute walk away. Bottom line.... would I recommend... absolutely YES.

  • Stunning location. Very welcoming hosts. Comfortable and great facilities. Loved our stay. A great place to escape to, surrounded by a beautiful coastline and very accessible for travelling to other locations. Throughly recommend a visit.

  • Wow what a lovely place Lympstone village is and our accommodation was first class and everything we hoped for. Great hospitality given by Sandra on our recent visit and nothing was to much trouble, thanks for the nice parking space 😃 and the great recommendation to eat at the Globe Inn, was lovely. Really appreciate being able to have breakfast provided during our stay and no pressure needing to rush as it was nicely laid out so we could enjoy our lie in. Would we stay again?? You bet we will. Thanks again Sandra

This 200 year old cottage in the centre of Lympstone is 100 yards from the railway station and on the cycle track and opposite a traditional pub. It has a double bed and a further bedroom with bunks, a fully fitted kitchen, free wifi and TV.
Situated perfectly central to all the amenities Lympstone has to offer. No need for a car since the cycle track, harbour, pubs, restaurants and train station are a stones throw away. The cottage is very cosy consisting of a double room with one double bed and a second bedroom with twin bunk beds. The shower room is on the ground floor.
Walks along the cycle track by the beautiful Exe estuary, great food at all three pubs in the village, and a very pretty harbour to watch stunning sunsets
  • This is a beautiful cottage, close to all the amenities and local walks. Jan and Pete were fantastic hosts and were very accommodating throughout our stay. I would not hesitate to recommend both Lympstone and this cottage

Welcome to the larger double room in our relaxing modern town house with beautiful views, close to the station 15 mins by train/25 mins drive from historic Exeter City. The seasonal Starcross Ferry and historic Powderham Castle are a short walk away.Stop by en route to Cornwall, walk/cycle the S.W. Coastal Path, visit local beaches, Dartmoor, and more! There's plenty to see and do in Devon and many many pretty places to explore using Starcross as a base.
This peaceful roomy double room has more space than the other room. It's quieter and very comfortable. The bathroom is for your use exclusively apart from when there are other guests. There's space for your luggage, and a small table to work on. Refreshments tray provided. AND an ALEXA! This room overlooks the cul de sac and the lovely hills are in the distance. The window in the hallway gives you superb view of the Estuary. FREE PARKING on driveway or street. Garage to lock bikes.
There is a church, 2 friendly pubs, a very friendly charity shop/café, a Boots pharmacy, a golf course in the village. The Exe Bike trail and SW coastal path run through. Two more lovely pubs are a pleasant 10 mins walk away in the very pretty Cockwood Harbour! Best to book these. There's a well stocked convenience store very close to the house and Sainsburys 10 mins by car. as is Dawlish, Teignmouth, Kenn and Exminster. The Orangery Restaurant by the Farm Shop has lovely food till 5pm. Blue flag beaches across the river at Exmouth and Dawlish Warren. Other beaches are not far to drive to! There are plenty of off road walks up the River Exe towards Turf Locks and Double Locks towards Exeter. My favourite walk is through a wood and path to a Farmshop seeing deer, sheep and the Castle. There's a seasonal floating restaurant (booking essential) in the middle of the Estuary! Powderham Castle is very interesting and often has events. There's direct access to the River Exe coastal path. Let me know if you'd like information about hiring bikes, canoes etc. We love a Roast Dinner and can recommend a few place. Starcross is a great base.

It is all about location, location, location! Just a 3 minute walk away to the beach and you will have sand between your toes. Your room, the original hay loft, has a private entrance, en-suite shower room plus a pretty outside seating area. The room is warm, bright, quirky with the original exposed beams. There is a mini fridge, kettle, cafetiere, free view TV and DVD player, Dab CD/Radio and Wi-Fi. For your breakfast we provide a selection of cereals, muesli and fruit juice.
Being so close to the soft sandy beach and a short walk into the town centre our 19th century coach house is in one of the best locations in Exmouth. Access to your spacious room is via our back garden which leads to your private entrance. The room is ideally suited for 2 adults in the double bed but a 3rd guest (child or small adult) can be accommodated on the "Jay-Be" single folding bed. Your welcome package upon arrival includes bottled water, milk, various teas, coffee, cafetiere coffee, fruit juice and a "variety" selection of breakfast cereals including muesli. We provide adequate crockery and cutlery. If you require a more substantial breakfast there are several cafes a few minutes walk away on the seafront. We also provide plenty of fresh towels and for guests who stay with us in summer we can provide beach towels if required.
We are located in a fantastic position, the beach is a three minute walk away. The beach is also very interesting, being part of the famous Jurassic coastline. On the seafront you will find cafes, pubs and entertainment at the Pavilion, which hosts free live music shows on the garden in July and August, a craft fair/flea markets on Sundays and cash bingo on a Monday evening. At the nearby Ocean complex there is a 12 lane bowling alley, amusement arcade, children`s play zone and a decent restaurant. There is a Jazz night every Thursday. Exmouth town centre, an 8-10 minute walk away, has a small but charming 3 screen cinema, a good sports centre with swimming pool, an indoor market, funky gift shops and several banks. There are lots of restaurants, pubs and fast food outlets. The marina, a pleasant 15 minute stroll down the seafront also has some very good restaurants. The historic city of Exeter is home to the Exeter Chiefs rugby club and Exeter City football club. Exeter Cathedral is well worth a visit, dating back over 900 years this is one of the oldest and most beautiful Cathedrals in England. There are NH horse racing courses at Newton Abbot and Exeter. Crealy Great Adventure Park is close to Exeter airport. Further afield there are excellent walks around Budleigh Salterton, Woodbury Common and Otterton, where you can visit the historic Otterton Mill. Milling has taken place there for over 1,000 years, the first record of which is in the Doomsday book. They serve an excellent Devon Cream Tea with their award winning scones. Walking along the country paths you may be lucky and see Kingfishers, Beavers and Otters. If you are feeling energetic then try the Exmouth Dinosaur and Blue Plaque trails. There are 17 life size Dinosaurs to locate and 33 Blue Plaque properties to find! During the late bank holiday weekend in May Exmouth hosts a fantastic free music festival. The Donkey Sanctuary in Sidmouth is another great day out, whilst you are there visit the restaurant for lunch or take your own picnic. Entry is free and it is open 365 days a year. If you enjoy browsing antiques visit The Quay Antique Centre, an old 3 storey warehouse building located in the historic estuary port of Topsham. If you are feeling energetic why not try a game of Footgolf, a 9 hole course, it is much harder than you think! This is located opposite the Royal Marine training camp on the Exeter Road. The Powder Monkey, our local Wetherspoons pub, was a focal point in the 2016 film "The Big Short". Apparently the character played by Brad Pitt, who was on a family holiday in Exmouth, made 79 million dollars whilst trading in the pub due to its excellent Wi-Fi! After your booking confirmation if you would like us to email you some detailed information of local restaurants and attractions then please let us know.

  • A lovely space to stay.

  • We had a great time staying at Andrea's annex. It was very stylish, clean, homely, cosy and comfortable. Nice quiet location but only a ten minute stroll into Topsham village centre which offers a good selection of restaurants, independent shops and public houses. Would recommend The Galley (seafood restaurant) and The Globe (popular gastro-pub) as well as the riverside walk. Also highly convenient being only a short (20 mins) drive from Exeter city centre. We hope to return in the future!

  • One of the best Airbnb’s we’ve been to, the home was sparking clean and had all the thing we could ever need. Andrea left a lovely spread for us ( bread, butter, milk, fresh fruit and more ) which was unexpected but very welcomed and delicious.... Would absolutely love to come back. A great host and a great home.

  • We had a lovely weekend stay at this cosy house. It was perfect for four people (two couples) and was nice and cosy but spacious enough for all of us. The location was perfect (walking distance to the centre of town) and the welcome folder had lots of helpful tips and recommendations. Carrie-Ann and Oli were very quick with communications and clear about what to expect with check-in and parking. I would be more than happy to stay here again and would recommend it!

  • Thanks so much for a lovely stay! Such lovely hosts. As soon as they realised we were coming on the train to exmouth, they offered to collect us from the station. They warmly welcomed us and showed us around. Their place is larger than it looks from the picture and the sun room is a fab place to eat and relax! We really enjoyed the personal touches like biscuits and shampoo etc. It’s a really well thought out space, with everything you need. The bed was super comfy too! I was visiting my boyfriend at Lympstone and it was the perfect location for that. Will be recommending.

The personal touches Melanie gives to your stay are fantastic, and the hot tub was an amazing luxury! Melanie is on hand and very attentive, but also you feel like your privacy is respected staying at Little Guinea. She was happy to help us with any questions we had and the welcome pack we were given was very helpful when deciding how to spend our stay. I would recommend travelling here by car as the local transport links are less convenient, but on the whole an absolutely fantastic stay!

We arrived to be greeted by Melanie who is very friendly and she left some lovely treats including lemon cake, crisps, Prosecco, bread and milk for our arrival. The chalet is spotlessly clean and it has been furnished to a very high standard. The bed was very comfy and the kitchen is equipped with everything we needed. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you Melanie.

My 3 level house is tucked away on a side street in the centre of Exmouth. In 5 minutes you can walk to the station, the library, small food shops, cafes and the beach. I have a comfortable single bedroom on the first floor with a bathroom next door. You have use of the kitchen/eating room for making your breakfast. There's a patio adjoining for use on sunny days.
You have access to the kitchen for breakfast; tea, coffee and cereals provided. Hot drinks can also be made in the rooms. Use of kitchen in the evening by arrangement.
Exmouth has many small and independent shops a few minutes walk away. These include a farm shop, butcher, a grocery store, post office and many restaurants and cafes. A short walk through the park takes you to a two mile long sandy beach. At the harbour end you can take a ferry across the estuary and boat trips along the coast.
  • Loved it. Smack dab in the centre of town. oOnly a few minutes walk to the longest sandy beach in Devon. :) . the only fly in the ointment was Storm Denis.

It's great to watch the sun set from The Point at Exmouth Marina, about 10 minutes walk away. There's a nice courtyard you can sit in during the evening. Jane is passionate about sustainability and provides refilled toiletries, recycling facility, and a reusable water bottle so you can minimise your plastic use during your stay. Would recommend.

You’re welcome to come & share my home for a short break,or slightly longer, whether recreationally, for work or whatever. It’s not all modern, but comfortable. It’s close to the station(2-3mins walk)(Exeter is 30 mins away by train), town centre (5mins),beach (10-15) making it great for exploring Exmouth.Woodbury Common,Budleigh Salterton & the Marine Camp only 15/20 minutes drive. On street parking is free, not always directly outside but there are normally spaces in surrounding streets.
The room is a double bedroom on the first floor and I’m assured the bed is comfortable. The tv doesn’t have an ariel, but it has an Amazon Firestick with Netflix, iPlayer and other TV apps. There is also a DVD/Blu-ray player and I’ve got a number of dvds you’re welcome to borrow. The bathroom is down half a flight of steps. It has a shower over the bath with a grab rail. Towels and face cloths are provided in the room. There is shower gel, shampoo and conditioner - basic, as I guess most people do bring their own. The lounge has a TV with a PS4 for TV, again through tv apps - no arial. There is a wood burner and dining table, you are welcome to use these. The kitchen has the usual facilities including cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, slow cooker, Air Fryer. There is a range of oils, herbs and spices etc. I don’t provide breakfast but there is tea and coffee in the room and kitchen. I used to provide milk but it often wasn’t used so I now have milk sachets. I have stated it is suitable for over 12s, but this would have to be with a parent willing to share the double bed. I can’t accept unaccompanied children. Please remember this is my home. I try to keep it clean and tidy but - but it is a lived in tidy!
The house is very close to town and the railway station (under 5 minutes). Exmouth Beach is about 15 mins walk away. The harbour is about 20 minutes walk which has boat trips etc. There is a cycle/foot path to Exeter running along the estuary / train line. It passes through Lympstone, Exton and Topsham. A nice trip is to walk or cycle via some of the pubs there and train back! You can get to CTC Royal Marines, Lympstone either on the bus (number 57 a 2 minute walk away). It’s also a request stop on the train, but this isn’t a public stop and I’m not sure of the practicalities of getting into the camp from there. If you are visiting someone there check with them first! Woodbury Common is a 20 minute drive away, nice for walks, cycling etc. Exmouth is small, but it has most of everything you need - shops, restaurants, pubs, bowling, swimming and a small cinema. All within walking distance. I can give you my opinions on where I like - feel free to ask. www.visitsouthdevon.co.uk/whats-on/exmouth will tell you what events are going on. Any questions just ask!
  • Great place to stay, and great location. I would definitely choose to stay there again.

    Penny2019-12-12T00:00:00Z
  • Alex is friendly and the coffee is great. Really close to the town, and easy to reach all the amenities. Nice and clean and quiet.

  • A great room very closer to the town centre. Accurately described, and great value, I really enjoyed my stay there. Alex is a great host.

    Matthew2019-10-02T00:00:00Z
  • Top marks kettle, tea & *Proper* Fresh coffee making facilities in the room. Comfortable bed, decent size room, great shower. All round, very pleasing. Definitely recommended.

    Adam2019-09-03T00:00:00Z
  • Alex's place is a good place to stay, within easy reach of the town centre and beaches and with on street parking available nearby.

    Mike2019-08-08T00:00:00Z
  • M ystayfar exceeded my hopes. The house is virtually a stone's throw from the train station and a huge M&S grocery store. Similarlly, it is a 3 or 4 minute walk to the town center with a Tesco, Iceland, Coop, etc. Both the beach and marina are just a 10-minute walk from the centre of town ...very accessible and beautiful. Alex was very generous and allowed me full kitchen privledges. It was a perfect stay with lots of long walks along the estuary from one viillage to another and a very amiable host ...perfect!!!

The Corner House is a ground floor 1 bedroom apartment in a perfect location in Budleigh Salterton with private off road parking at the side of the property. It is situated in the heart of the town and a stone's throw from the stunning 2 mile pebble beach. The town boasts a museum, an array of shops, friendly cafés, restaurants and pubs, all on the doorstep. There are many great coastal walks starting from Budleigh itself. Short breaks available. If you have any requests please get in touch.
The apartment is bright, clean and comfortable with a seaside feel to its decor. There is a lovely comfortable lounge/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with new cooker and dishwasher. The double bedroom is a light and airy space with a comfortable bed with high quality pillows, linen, mattress etc., with lots of storage space. There is a foldaway bed for a third person. In the kitchen there is sugar, tea, coffee, salt and pepper. Washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets are provided. There will be fresh milk in the fridge in case you’re in need of a cuppa on arrival. Cleaning products are kept in the cupboard under the sink. I also supply dishcloths, sponges and tea towels so no worry about packing those. Hand soap is provided in the kitchen and bathroom and toilet rolls. Towels and bedding provided but please bring your own beach towels. There is an allocated parking space at the property. At the back of the property, with access from the kitchen there is a small courtyard which is quite useful in the summer to sit out for a pre-dinner drink or to hang out beach towels etc. Unfortunately this is NOT a dog friendly property as we do not wish to cause issues for guests with allergies.
Beautiful unspoilt Budleigh is situated on the World Heritage Jurassic Coast. There are numerous walks along the cliffs and rivers and lots of interesting local towns and villages to explore during your stay. Bicton Park Botanical Gardens....Devon's most magnificent historic gardens, is open all year round and just a 10 minute drive away. They have outdoor concerts with picnics in the summer, definitely worth doing! There are excellent facilities for golfers and croquet players and during the year various festivals take place in and around the local area. You can find details of all events on the internet or Budleigh tourist office website.

  • Very nice place and location. Janet was very helpful and accommodating. However there are no laundry facilities in the unit so you need to make sure you have enough clean clothing for your stay.

Beaches View Is a ground floor apartment, located above the esplanade with views over the beach and sea. It is part of a villa that was built circa 1833 and is grade II listed. It has it's own private driveway to park but all amenities are within walking distance. The beach (and SW coast path) is about 70 meters. There are restaurants within 50 meters as well as cafes on the esplanade and pubs nearby. The town is a 5 minute walk away and the station approximately 10 minutes.
With free private parking, Wi-Fi, heating and all linen and towels provided, this is the ideal place to relax and enjoy a stay in a period property overlooking the sea and beach. Beaches View is entered via a few steps (with hand rail) to the main entrance of the building.
I love sitting in the window, looking out to sea with my morning coffee. If you prefer someone else to make it, pop down to Abbys on the esplanade or the Pavilion Gardens just below the property. Even on a windy day, you can watch the kite surfers practise whilst you stay warm.

  • This is an immaculate apartment in a superb location right on the waterfront near Exmouth harbour, and a short walk from the beach and town centre. It's comfortable and spacious, with all amenities including convenient parking. Julie was very helpful throughout, and we would certainly like to go back. All in all, perhaps the best AirBNB we've ever stayed in.

  • An amazing place to stay, sparkling clean. Fantastic location and easy to see other places on the train. Julie is a great host. Would definitely go back and stay again!

  • This is a really lovely apartment in a very good location. Julie is an amazing host who gave us very clear instructions on where to park and where to find the keys. The welcome pack of prosecco and milk was a lovely surprise too. The apartment is truly gorgeous - sparkling clean, really comfortable and very well equipped. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. The location is stunning and really quiet, but close enough to walk into the town for drinks and meals out. My friends and I had a really lovely couple of days here and we will be returning again, hopefully next year. Thank you Julie, we really appreciate everything you did for us!
