We stayed in the pool house for a week and two days and it was absolutely incredible. DnA were amazing hosts and we definitely recommend their place to anyone looking to stay in LA. It was the best experience we've had so far. Best of luck :)
Santiago2015-11-08T00:00:00ZPerfect! Couldn't ask for a better stay and better experience. Was looking for a clean, relaxing place with a view and got more than expected. Alex and Dennis we're very accommodating and respectful of our privacy. Would definitely consider and even recommend this stay.
Frank2015-05-14T00:00:00ZThe pool house was amazing. Just what I needed for the few days I spent there. Clean and relaxing and pretty close to all the destinations I needed to go. Thank You DNA.
Dion2015-07-11T00:00:00ZAn enjoyable place to spend time in Los Angeles. Clean and comfortable. DnA where always helpful when we need information or anything else. We would come back.
Stephan2016-11-13T00:00:00ZWe really enjoy our holiday in DnA's house . The pool and the view are amasing and our place was very beautiful and very cosy. D and  were very very Nice and avaible for Any thing. I think we Will come back in this place we really enjoy our self here. Think's both of you for this week ! We Will come back for sure!!!
jessica2016-09-23T00:00:00ZWarm welcome with a small present for the kids. The place is exaxtly as mentioned and a great place to stay during your LA-stay. Pool was a bit too cold, but the spa heated up quickly - so plenty of time to splash around. Would definately come back anytime.
Mikkel2016-05-05T00:00:00ZPerfect place, great Hostess! The house has everything you need. Excellent place for relaxation. DNA place is the best place I ever stayed so far. Thanks, I definitely recommend the Pool House
Gus2015-09-13T00:00:00Z1st time using airbnb didn't know what to expect. All I can say is wow the pictures although great don't do the place justice. The pool house and views are amazing. We were hosted brilliantly and made to feel welcome. I've been lucky and stayed on some absolute amazing hotels round the world and this was just as good. Thanks again hope to visit again.

A little peace of Heaven. If you want to escape for awhile by yourself, this is the ideal place. High up in the canyons and rock steps leading to house makes you feel like your in heaven. Please note if you do not like canyon driving and or are not steady on your feet this would not be a good choice. The winding road sometimes is 10 miles per hour
Beverly2017-05-12T00:00:00ZDear Ling and David Thank you very much. It became the best vacation. I appreciate your graceful communication correspondence. I tell my friends that this staying was great excitement. Regards Rie and Atsushi
Atsushi2017-05-05T00:00:00Zincredible view! staying here is worth that alone. if you're on a budget, stay downstairs...if you can spend for the top place (the retreat) it's worth it. if you're sensitive to footstep sound/a light sleeper or working while staying at the hideaway it's not ideal but still a beautiful spot on earth.
danielle2017-04-21T00:00:00ZThe best place we have stayed on the west coast by far. Absolutely stunning views and an exceptional apartment. Will definitely be returning.
Christian2017-04-14T00:00:00ZIncredible view day and night! If you've ever wanted a rustic cabin on top of a canyon to gaze at the pacific... this is the place to go!!
ELYSE2017-04-08T00:00:00ZYou cannot beat this beautiful view of Malibu! The hideaway was a quiet, peaceful and private location. We enjoyed having breakfast on the deck each morning with freshly squeezed juice from the citrus trees. The drive up to the house can be intimidating, but after a few times we felt comfortable. FYI- there is no air conditioning, and if other guests are staying in the unit upstairs you can hear a lot of noise- but these were minor details. Overall, our stay was perfect. Highly recommended.
Karyn2017-03-18T00:00:00ZThis place is wonderful! Wish we could extend our stay by few more days just to enjoy the house.

We wanted to experience Venice Beach beyond the boardwalk and this was the perfect spot! Right off Abott-Kinnet, it was a short walk to shopping and restaurants. The neighborhood of the cottage was residential and very quiet. The cottage has every convenience of home and really was sweet in every way!
Robert2016-10-13T00:00:00ZGreat place, easy to find, nice location to restaurants, beach, aND LAX.
Christopher2016-03-03T00:00:00ZThey were wonderful!
liana2015-12-23T00:00:00ZThis place is a perfect Venice cottage for a couple or small family. Clean, well taken care of, well stocked, and in a quiet location. The hosts are extremely helpful and responsive. We were looking for a place that would be quiet, yet accessible to restaurants and traveling around LA. This was a perfect fit. We had a rental car and easily found parking on the block. Don't hesitate to book their cottage...
jackie2016-04-29T00:00:00ZThe place was incredibly clean and comfortable, highly recommend!
Clara2015-06-21T00:00:00ZThe cottage was great and clean and has everything you need.
Marc2014-07-24T00:00:00ZThe house is beautiful, very well decorated and comfortable. Thea and Goerge are charming. We spent a wonderful week in Venice Beach. The house complies with the pictures. The neighborhood is very quiet and nice. There are no shutters. It’s too bad because it is daylight very early (6 am!). But we keep a very good souvenir
Pauline2014-08-24T00:00:00ZAmazingly perfect place to stay in Venice. The bike access really put a cherry on top.

Collette was in touch with us regarding our arrival and it went so smoothly as we had a lot of luggage. Very welcoming to her wonderful apartment with great recommendations for food and good tips how to explore LA.
Rupal2016-09-19T00:00:00ZIt was a great pleasure to stay at Colette's apartment. Everything was perfect and I would stay again.
Kate2017-02-27T00:00:00ZI love love loved my experience at My Little Paris. From the adorable décor to the ease of restaurants, a mini market, and Starbucks nearby, this listing met all my needs. Close to Hollywood, and close to Universal Studios, I hit up all the places that my boyfriend and I wanted to go to. Colette and her husband were warm, friendly, and super easy to work with and contact! The free parking space they provided was amazing and only a block away from the apartment complex. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom made great use of the space. The place looked exactly like the photos, which was nice. There's a Tamale shop right next door to the complex that was delicious and cheap. A block away is a café that Colette recommended that was open 24 hours that we frequented a couple of times due to our late nights. As she noted, it was consistently good each time we went. Like any downtown area, there are homeless nearby that are not shy at all so I'd be careful walking around late late at night. Overall an amazing AirBnB experience and would definitely come back!
Yian2016-06-01T00:00:00ZGreat central location downtown. We enjoyed eating at LA cafe. Walkable distance to The Broad Museum, Grammy Museum and The Last Bookstore. Colette was just a text away, answered all our questions and was a great host. The parking space worked out well for us and was an added bonus.
Kim2016-12-18T00:00:00ZColette was so warm and welcoming. She made this trip to L.A. very easy and stress free. The apartment was lovingly decorated and wonderfully located in the heart of L.A. This was our first time using AirBnB and I'm afraid our expectations are set very high now. I won't hesitate to stay here again and I am recommending it to all of my friends who plan on visiting the L.A. area.
Amanda2016-05-30T00:00:00ZWhat a beautiful room! It was decked to the nines and as if we were staying at a fine hotel. The view was great and the location was perfect. Colette was a gracious hostess as well.
Holly2015-10-30T00:00:00ZColette's apartment was amazing. Not only is it visually stunning (the pictures undersell it), but Colette was very kind and attentive. Communication was very fast, and both myself and my girlfriend felt like we we her old friends. Would not hesitate to stay again.
Rob2017-01-14T00:00:00ZColette is a great host and the apartment is well appointed and quite large, comfortable. The building has a security guard in the entryway. The location is relatively close to points of interest in downtown LA and we walked to explore. As I mentioned to Colette, the only issue for us was a powerful smell of fragrance that was overwhelming. Use of fragrance-free cleaning products is highly recommended for future guests!

Super cool unique spot. Must see experience if you're in the area. You will literally be staying on the side of the mountain. Fantastic views and great spots to hang out and enjoy the sun. Location is good too, not far from beaches, restaurants, etc. We hiked a bit up the mountain and enjoyed a beautiful sunset. There is a grill and fire pit available which we made use of. There is also a separate kitchen trailer with running water and a fridge which we used for food prep. There is a bathroom but no running water for the toilet. There is also an outdoor shower. Might take some getting used to if you're not a camper but we were able to have hot showers in the morning with no issues. There wasn't much cell reception there. I have T-Mobile and my wife has Verizon. She was a able to pick up a little service in some select spots. There is a separate Wi-Fi room where you can connect to the internet which was great. Lydia was a great host. We had the place to ourselves for most of the day. She came home later with her son but left us alone to enjoy the rest of the night. We would definitely stay there again!
Justin2016-06-01T00:00:00ZI really loved Lydia's place - she has created a beautiful and very unique space in a stunning setting. The space is shared - with Lydia and her family and their 2 dogs. They were lovely and welcoming and I had a very relaxing stay!
camille2015-10-02T00:00:00ZI had a lovely time at Silver Sky Acres. The property is beautiful. Lydia and her husband showed me around the property when I first arrived and answered any questions I had. Also, the bed inside the trailer is insanely comfortable. (The property is very secluded, but be aware that the hosts live very close by).
Maia2016-03-20T00:00:00ZI just want to say that it was amazing staying with Lydia. She was so warm and welcoming and her home was truly like nothing I have ever experienced. I even got the chance to do yoga for the first time at her class. I would a 1000% recommend this place and can't wait to come back. Thank you Lydia!
Kim2015-09-29T00:00:00ZLydia was very sweet and made sure we felt welcomed. She also recommended that we bring wood for the fire pit, which was a great tip - we spent most of our evening by the fire and made s'mores. The area is breathtaking, with a great view. There's little to no cell service, which is really nice, and contributes to the getaway experience. If you're looking for a pretty (and pretty) off-the-grid getaway, definitely book this place - the fresh mountain air will do you good.
Sarah2016-11-20T00:00:00Zbeautiful beautiful property. can't wait to go back.
alysha2015-10-27T00:00:00ZThis place is AMAZING! It looks just like the pictures but better because the views are incredible. Plenty of comfort between the awesome outdoor lounge area, pillows and comfy blankets. The perfect 'Glamping' spot! Its quiet and very private. I highly suggest sleeping in the 'Moon Room' that is (URL HIDDEN) was extraordinary to wake up from time to time and look at the stars above. Lydia and Dean are great hosts and very accommodating in every way. They were easy to get along with and we never felt like the Glampsite was crowded or lacked privacy. We definitely recommend the Canyon Cafe for dinner one night. Its also very close to the beaches of Malibu and all the little quirky art shops and stores of Topanga Canyon. Important Things to know: 1. There is a tiny fridge that we were welcome to use, but if you're going to be there for more than a few days and want to bring a lot of food, I suggest bringing a cooler. 2. There is no flushing toilet. It was a very clean and environmentally friendly "outhouse toilet". I loved every bit of the experience and the "outhouse" was not an issue at all. 3. The outdoor shower is easy to use and had instant warm water, but you're slightly exposed while showering so go with people you're comfortable with. 4. Minimal wifi and cell service. If you can't live without either, try to live a little or find another place to stay. I loved being disconnected for a few days :-) Overall, our whole experience was lovely and relaxing. We definitely want to come back in the future!
Alix2015-11-16T00:00:00ZMy stay at Lydia's place was truly amazing. The view is breathtaking, there are great hiking trails around, the bed in the trailer was so comfortable! You can hear the coyotes at night, and wake up to birds chirping at your windows ! It's just like a little paradise right outside of LA. the WIFI is pretty fast too, for all you tech people ;). Lydia and her family are such nice people ! You will love your stay there !

WOW! Just like the pictures! Don't hesitate for one second! This is a super private area, no disturbance from Owners. AMAZING! Steps away from Abbot Kinney. A super chill bike ride to the beach, and they provide the BIKES! :) Nothing but MAGICAL!
Travers2013-11-20T00:00:00ZI had a nice stay here, and the property is basically as advertised. It is further from the beach than I had thought, and the bikes are a little rough. The neighborhood felt safe, but finding parking during the day was tough. The only real problem was that the pipes were so loud that I woke up every morning at 7:00 when the owners showered.
Kim2015-07-26T00:00:00ZGreat location in a unique little space that is at once private and still bright and airy. A completely relaxing space in the middle of the city while still being close to shops, restaurants, etc.
Jamie 2013-08-19T00:00:00ZSimon’s guesthouse was a haven just off from Abbot and it’s cosy lifestyle. Very beautiful (even better than in the pictures) and in so many ways strange and calming. Spent a month there, got very good tips on road trips and for the area. Parking was easy. Only minus was first nights on January since very large part of the guesthouse is from glass it does get cold, but you can't help the weather. Hope we’ll be back.
Kaapo2015-01-29T00:00:00ZGood communication and great location. I liked it although in summer it would be a problem because the place doesn't have curtains. Also hardly place to keep clothes.
gadi2016-01-15T00:00:00ZWonderful place to stay, would definitely go back! Very easy, clean, comfy bed & great area. Highly recommended.
Kate2013-10-25T00:00:00ZFantastic quiet getaway gem, 1 block from Abbot Kinney, in the heart of Venice Beach. Very private, loved the decor, the glass room (very pleasant sleeping there with the surrounding bird of Paradise blowing all around you. Bathroom and kitchen were nicely stocked with essentials. So much do do in the area, we never turned on the tv, hosts provide bikes, so you can stay self-contained with plenty to do and see without a car for a week. Mattress a little lumpy, but plenty of beautiful linens and pillows. Simon and Darla were wonderfully discrete hosts! We had an amazing holiday, thank you!
Lisa2014-04-30T00:00:00ZThis unique, beautifully decorated architectural gem is located in one of the top locations in Venice beach. Walking distance to everything (Abbot Kinney, canals, beach, whole foods etc!) The apartment had everything we needed and more! Darla and Simon were super responsive, helpful and very kind! Next time I am in LA i will definitely stay here again!

This was my first time using AirBNB and the experience at LaMarr's place made it awesome! The place was just as the posting shows..super clean, beautiful decor, comfy bed and just the perfect home away from home. LaMarr, himself, was an awesome host. He was able to troubleshoot any minor issues that came up and his response was almost always immediate. I 110% recommend this place to anybody visiting Los Angeles, it was an overall great experience. Thank you again, LaMarr!!
Salmen2017-05-14T00:00:00ZI would highly recommend this for a stay. The place is beautiful looks exactly like the photos. Great central location perfect for business or leisure. The host LaMarr is incredible! He makes sure you are comfortable and is great with communication. He responds quickly and very friendly! I'd definitely stay again the hospitality is phenomenal! Overall great experience no issues and plenty of street parking. Definitely a gem, you will not be disappointed.

Nice experience to stay in May's house! I definitely will come back! Highly recommend to everyone! She offered everything for us! Such a nice Airbnb!
杨硕2017-05-16T00:00:00ZLocated on a quiet street in Silver Lake, this is a beautiful one-bedroom apartment on the ground level of May's home, with a private entrance. Decorated and furnished at some expense, this is an ideal Airbnb for an individual or couple visiting LA for a short or long stay. May is an ideal host in every way. She lives upstairs with her husband and child, so this listing is suitable for a mature guest who will respect the premises and her family's peace. You can use Uber or Lyft to get anywhere in LA from the house, including the shops and restaurants in Silver Lake. This was our best Airbnb experience, without a doubt. A great place and a great host.
Mark2017-05-15T00:00:00ZMay's place is in the heart of Silver Lake, an easy walk to Sunset Blvd. May is very communicative, easy-going, friendly and thoughtful. Part of our team stayed there from Paris and they were very comfortable. The studio apartment is spacious, clean, well-organized and pleasant. We highly recommend this place to potential guest, it's a great value!
Creative Migration2017-05-08T00:00:00ZWe absolutely love Silverlake and we plan on staying at May's place again next time we come. The room was spacious and comfortable, and a perfect place to rest and relax. May had taken care of so many small details that helped us feel welcome and comfortable while we were there. The bathroom was spotless, as was the entire place. Most of all, he neighborhood is just gorgeous and we could walk to many shops and restaurants.
Ruth2017-04-30T00:00:00ZMay went out of her way to accommodate us. Very comfortable space at a central location.
Gordon2017-05-02T00:00:00ZI spend two days at May’s house. It was GREAT. I had like my own apartment and a separate entrance. The room (apartment) was spacious, the bed very comfortable and everything was very clean. The parking space was right outside the door. It was in a quiet and nice neighborhood which I really appreciate. May was a great host. The check-in and out was fast an easy, she answered immediately when I had questions and took care of everything. I can highly recommend staying there and if I should be back someday, I will definitely go back to May. Thanks for everything!!!
Mara2017-04-29T00:00:00ZAwesome unit! Super trendy interior and it was much bigger than we expected, there was lots of room for the 3 of us. Really great location whether you're walking or getting around via car. Cool shops and restaurants down the street. The off street parking was a major plus too! We'd stay here again!
Madeline2017-05-07T00:00:00ZSuch a wonderful place! I wish we could have stayed for more than just one night. May is a very thoughtful and kind host. I would love to stay in this beautiful little place again!

Very comfy bed, lovely en suite, pool gorgeous, great people living in the building, friendly helpful doorman, had one of the best nights of my life out at a club round the corner, great coffee shops nearby (try il caffe), the metro to Hollywood takes no time and to the beach I think was 40 minutes in the bus, and Joshua is very helpful and thoughtful. I will defo go back later in the year.
Caroline 2017-04-22T00:00:00ZJoshua's place is great. My experience couldn't be better. He was a great host. The apartment is nice and the room is very comfortable. Also, the view from the rooftop is amazing. If you want to stay in Downtown L.A. this is a great spot.
Juan2017-04-16T00:00:00ZThis place was awesome. Co host Alexis was great. Downtown LA, so everything was easy to get to. Beautiful room, DVD selection is awesome as well, all your favorites. Definitely would recommend this stay if visiting LA and want a nice pad to stay at.
Nasirr2017-04-24T00:00:00ZIt was an older building in a not too great a neighbourhood. On the other hand, the place was huge, there was a nice pool area on the roof and you do get a TV with loads of dvd to watch so the missing wifi is not that big a deal. Also, the host was helpful, bed was comfy and the price was really good for this big a place.
Boris2017-04-25T00:00:00ZGreat visit! Josh and Alexis are great hosts and the place was awesome!
Alec2017-05-04T00:00:00ZJoshua was by far the BEST host. He was accommodating and gave such great tips to maximize my LA trip. The place was also accurately described. Understand you're not getting a 5-Star hotel-- BUT you're joining Joshua in his home in his spare bedroom with master bath attached. This IS the epitome of DT LA hustle and I loved getting a glimpse of true LA living! Joshua gave me tips and tricks and recommendations for restaurants (LA Cafe was a 1 min walk and open 24 hrs AND so delicious)! He gave me my own space; however, was always accessible and available when I needed him. It was great and I recommend staying w/ Joshua 100%. Location was PRIME! A 7 minute Lyft ride to LA Convention Center and a 5 minute ride to Orpheum Theatre. A "Ross: Dress for Less" store was also within walking distance so I could buy for cheap things I forgot to pack. Lastly, if you're a foodie, great food was always around every corner so I never ate anything twice! Go try (URL HIDDEN) Thanks again for the hospitality, Joshua!

Great location, value, and apartment. Would stay here again for sure. Pool and gym was really nice to have. Accommodating hosts and lovely people.
Arkadiy2017-05-10T00:00:00ZDee was a wonderful host. Would definitely stay again.
David2017-04-26T00:00:00ZGreat place enjoyed my stay
Ornella2017-01-10T00:00:00ZDee's location is right in DT LA! Dee and his wife were very accommodating and friendly! The amenities of the property were great!
Quincy2017-01-21T00:00:00ZGreat host, lovely pool area and hot tub, thanks for a great stay!
Laura2017-04-28T00:00:00ZDees place was exactly what my friend and I were looking for on our short 1 night visit to LA. We needed something downtown with a pool that had easy access to the expressway. Dees wife took care of our stay and handled communication. She made sure we were comfortable and gave us all access to the pool which I loved for tanning. They also accommodated me with a garage parking pass for my rental vehicle. Deff. a great place to stay with a ton of privacy and very clean! I would stay here again. Thanks for opening your home to us!
Morgan2017-04-16T00:00:00ZWas able to walk downtown and explore with ease. Uber to koreatown cost $10. Hung around their pool area for a bit, super chill. We shared the apartment with Dee and his wife the first night but had a private room and bath. On the second night we had it to ourselves. The hosts were super accommodating, provided all the necessities and fulfilled my minor requests. Thanks for having us!
Vivian2017-05-03T00:00:00ZFirst of all, Dee is a great host and was very responsive throughout our communication. I was arriving late due to traffic and Dee made it very easy for the check-in (and my early morning check-out, too). Dee's place is right by DTLA, so a short ride/drive will take you to any part of DTLA. The apartment complex also offers many things as the photos suggested, which is great for my workout routine. Dee provided parking in the complex which to me is a huge thing to have in DTLA. Overall, I recommend Dee as a host and this place to people who wants to explore the city and just need a good place at downtown to stay.

Whenda, is such a lovely person but with the strength and intelligence of an entrepreneur. The apartment was spotless, I even had a welcome card and candy in hand. Whenda also allowed me to use her washing machine and dryer since the airline lost my luggage. It was an incredibly friendly experience. I love the Eggslut restaurant in the morning and my little tour of downtown including the Last Book store. Whenda went over and above the service standards to make my first trip to LA memorable! Thanks Whenda!
Gerrard2016-08-20T00:00:00ZWhenda was the most amazing host! From the moment I stepped in the door, until the moment I left! I could not have asked for a better stay in LA! If you love dogs, her little dog will give you as many hugs as you want, which is a bonus :) I highly recommend booking with Whenda. I now have a friend for life!
Nicole2016-09-03T00:00:00ZPerfect for a stay in DTLA!
Peter F2017-02-11T00:00:00ZWhenda was a really friendly and helpful host, she would answer any questions you have. She also has a small, very friendly dog. The loft was very clean and the room nicely furnished. There is a swimming pool and a hot tub on the roof that is open for the guests to use (with a great view of DTLA). The downtown LA location has its pros and cons, it is easy to reach from train and airport, but it is not ideal to visit the west of the city, especially the beaches, because they are quite far away
Andrea2016-11-24T00:00:00ZWonderful host! So accommodating!
Betsy2016-11-27T00:00:00ZLovely place in downtown LA. You'll be impressed by the apartment. Although Whenda couldn't be there when I check in, she did her best to make sure I get the necessary help. She has genuine interest in taking care and make sure you feel welcome. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay if you are traveling and like having a private bathroom
Matthew2017-04-25T00:00:00ZLuis is nice, friendly, and responsive. Room rate was okay too. But actual staying was not very good. This apartment has 3 bedroom and there are 3 roomate in 2 bedroom. They live here not visitor. They listen to music and watch movie until 1 am. It is so loud and they do not care visitor. Room has bad smell and not clean. Bathroom is ok but toilett cover needs to replace. This room should not be on air bnb unless above issues are removed.
andrew2017-03-25T00:00:00ZGreat place with private bath n gated parking lot is a plus! Very easy to get around K~Town...close to all the good eats n nite life! Look forward to staying at this place again when I visit L.A.
Peter2017-05-06T00:00:00ZI liked how close the place was to Western and Wilshire(where there are stores that my friend and I like to shop at). The parking (designated parking in a gated parking lot) was great to have. Especially when we come in late and we don't have to stress about parking. There is a small cute dog inside but he/she is inside the female's room most of the time. This was my first airbnb and the check in was anytime. I didn't realize I should have told Louis when I was arriving because the place wasn't 100% ready and I think we slightly surprised the person in the apartment. So just give him a heads up of an estimate of when you will check in. His place is next to a busy street, so cars will still be driving by late at night. If you are sensitive to noise, you can bring ear plugs? Other than that, my friend and I will have this place on our list when we come back to LA again.
Heather2017-03-27T00:00:00ZCool dude, cool space, just what I needed, roommate was cool too
Cliff2017-05-11T00:00:00ZPrivate parking lot is convenient.
Sara2017-03-29T00:00:00ZThe place was súper convenient, very clean, easy to find and close to the heart of K-Town, definitely worth it ! I recommend everyone to stay here, great experience !
Ives Ivan2017-04-12T00:00:00ZLouis was very responsive and helpful. Even though I didn't meet him but the communication was great. The apt is great with private bathroom and the parking is a plus! I'd come back again for sure.

Rick is a very hospital and helpful host. Communicating with him was super easy. He is very helpful. Next to the roaster of his neighbor, the were lots of animals (dogs, cats, birds) on his/his parents property. However, absolutely worth the money! I would come back!
Daniel2016-09-26T00:00:00ZRick was very good with communicating and responding quickly. The bed was very comfy coming back from a long day walking around and exploring. My husband and I also loved sitting on the patio playing and petting the kitties and little dogs (all rescued animals). To me the animals being there was a plus. :)
Michelle2016-11-05T00:00:00ZDecent place. Hosts are great, very attentive!
Assylkhan2016-07-02T00:00:00ZRick's place is great, and he's a very nice person.
Burghardt2017-02-01T00:00:00ZBooked Rick's Air BnB last minute for Memorial Day weekend. We were also one of his first customers. He was extremely responsive in setting things up. Great price for the location so close to downtown LA. Very clean room and house. Rick was super friendly and made us feel welcome. He was really relaxed with letting our dog stay with us; my girlfriend loved how sweet his two dogs were, too. Will be booking again in the future when we venture to LA.
Nicholas2016-05-30T00:00:00ZHe was so nice. The room was clean.
茜2017-03-13T00:00:00ZGreat stay! Room is comfy, house stays cool at all times. Everything is very clean. WiFi is good. Rick (& Guillermo) bought me some breakfast foods and checked in with me throughout my stay to see if everything was going well. So nice. I walked all the way up to USC from here, it's about 20 mins. Probably not advisable after sundown, though. From USC you can take the Expo line running all the way to Santa Monica :)
Jeroen2016-10-29T00:00:00ZWe stayed two nights at Rick's and felt very comfortable. The room has a huge bed and AC. The patio is beautiful with many cats and dogs running around. Rick is a nice guy, very welcoming and flexible with check out time. We could leave our luggage until evening and even keep the keys.
