Susan is an excellent hostess and the house and room offer all that you could possibly want. It's spotlessly clean and comfortable and as private as you want it to be. The house has many interesting original features and large spaces in which to sit, relax or make a cup of tea. Susan is calm and considerate and we enjoyed a pleasant meal at a local restaurant which she was kind enough to take me to. It's excellent value for money. Easily reached from the Tube station and near to where I was working. There were some neighbours next door enjoying a summer evening in their garden but pleased to say they went inside once nighttime arrived. All in all- a great place.

Susan was the perfect host, she showed me personally the way to the closest bus station and wrote all details down so that I could find my way back to the room late at night.

I loved my stay at Susan's home. She was a very warm and friendly person, and made me feel very welcome from the minute I arrived. The room was nice and comfy, the bathroom was huge, and the whole house was very clean. I enjoyed breakfast each morning with Susan and other guests - she has a few regulars who come here all the time because they like it so much! Unfortunately I didn't have much time to explore the area, which is a bit further out from Central London. Susan told me there's lots of good Indian food though. It's an easy walk to the tube or bus to head into the city.

Susan is a very nice host in every aspect. She is really patient and kind, being helpful at anytime, and she would offer you with things you need. Rooms are clean and tidy, and things are well prepared. I really love the decorations in the rooms. Wonderful experience here. Even though it is a little bit far away from train stations, I would still say it is a great place to stay.

Ayaan is a gracious and kind host. Her home it's clean and in pretty good repair. I would stay again.

Had a great stay at Susan's and the room felt bright and cheerful. By the second day, I didn't really need a map to get from Upton Park station back to her place so that was good (I recommend that you download CityMapper app to get around). The Central line is always TOO crowded and I'm not sure I'd stay anywhere along Central tube line, so it's great that you can take District or Hammersmity&City straight to Upton Park. The surrounding area felt safe but of course use your judgment; some nights there's people hanging outside a bar near Upton Park station.

The first thing to say is that this place is enormous. We just stayed one night and, being local, were able to bring some food to eat in and share with a couple of friends. We stayed in the Guest Suite which is, as the description says, a large studio flat which takes up half of the lower floor of the larger apartment. The Guest Suite has its own kitchen and table that easily seats four people. There is a double bed and a sofa bed/seating area with TV, and it has its own bathroom. We were free to roam around the rest of the apartment (excepting the master bedroom which was also booked) and enjoyed sitting in the clock tower room on the upper floor with its double (treble? quadruple?) height ceiling and views out into area around King's Cross. We could have used the main kitchen/dining space on the upper floor for our meal as there was nobody else around for most of the time we were there but the Guest Suite was just fine for our purposes. We would recommend Peter's apartment to anybody visiting London. It is very comfortable (it is five stories above the noise of the streets), is in a great location (particularly if you are arriving at St Pancras or King's Cross!) and the area has great facilities (try the Spiritland Bar for some cool music). We had a fantastic short stay in the clock tower guest room and loved it. The location and views can't be beaten. It's not an area of London that we've visited before, the British Library is well worth a visit as are the stations of St Pancras and Kings Cross. Would love to stay again!

The location is very special on the top of the station! But without any disturbance from it. The appartment is very well appointed with anything one could possibly need. We stayed for two weeks, and we plan to return later in the year. Our host, Peter, was very helpful in every way.

We had a great time in the clock tower. The location is very central and we had immediate access to the underground and also the eurostar. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean. The kitchen was also useful but most of the time we ate outside on our way through London. Peter was not there when we arrived but the check-in was easy and we got our keys from the concierge. Peter was a friendly and welcoming host who always tried to help and support us in different ways - when he was there. But he was very busy and always on the run. It was a nice experience to stay there and definitely a good location to stay if you want to explore the city and if you are bored with hotel rooms.

Great place - very central with easy access to the tube in zone one. Peter is a very nice gentleman and a wonderful host. Make sure if there are more than two staying on your visit that you clarify in advance what your sleeping arrangements are; we had three in one room but had thought that the landing futon would have been made available to us, but were wrong. Also - you can hear the tube trains running during the evening, so if you turn in by 10 or 11 and are a light sleeper, the noise might be an issue. Not sure if or when the trains stop running - I always fell asleep acceptably...

My parents stayed at the Clock Tower and had a great time. Wonderful location and amazing views. Peter was also a great host, letting my parents drop their bags off before check in. Peter was easy to communicate with too. Great experience!!

This is such a special experience. The views, the thrill of being in the St Pancras clock tower did not disappoint. Everything is beautifully arranged and all amenities provided and Peter is a welcoming host, keen to make sure everything works well. Fantastic links into central London too for theatre, exhibitions etc. Perfect for a special break.

The house is 10 mins walk from tube station( Ravenscourt station/ Hammersmith station). It's convenient to have supermarket, pharmacy, coffee shop, or restaurant nearby. The house is nice and clean. And always can have a cup of tea : ) I'll come back next time, and recommend friends and family stay here.

Great room with the added bonus of a balcony. Close to public transport & we were able to park directly outside the property at the weekend. Would definitely visit again.

The Balcony bedroom is spacious for two, just right at three, and has enough sleeping space for four. It's more accurately about a 15 min walk away from Ravenscourt Park station, and the station doesn't have a lift, so beware if you're carrying a lot of luggage -- you might want to alight at Hammersmith instead which has a lift, though a further walking distance. The staircase leading up to the room is very narrow and steep so be prepared for that too in the case of excessive luggage. The view from the balcony is lovely in the morning, and you can walk along the Thames in less than 5 minutes. There's also a postbox at the end of the street in case you want to send postcards at your own convenience. The house's checkin and checkout system is very convenient, but that takes away some of the personal touch. We were slightly taken aback by the lack of warning about the non-working Wifi. (It is fixed now.) We did enjoy being able to store our own food and it was lovely meeting our global housemates in the common areas! This is a house in a nice, quiet area in West London, but the trade-off is that it's a bit far from Central -- can take nearly an hour in some cases -- and the walk to the station feels pretty long if you're carrying a lot of things. I might recommend the lower floor rooms instead if that's the case. With all these considerations, it's still good value for money and we slept well here. Thanks!

The Balcony Bedroom was FANTASTIC. The whole house seemed great and I guarantee that every time I visit London I will stay here. It was comfortable, spacious, quiet, and easy to get to. So glad I found this place!

My two friends and I spent a Friday night in the Balcony Room and thought the location of the house and the fact we could park in front of the house was brilliant. The room is a good size and the beds were comfortable. I wouldn't recommend the Balcony Room to those who have issues with heights or small children. One of my friends felt vertigo looking at the balcony :-) but I was ok and I'm not good with heights. The stairs to the balcony room are quite steep so not suitable for those with access issues either. On the plus side we all had a good nights sleep and a warming cup of coffee and cereal in the morning which set us up for the day. Muse Haus is good value for money!

Everything was really clean and delicious. Both room, living room and bath. Leaving really it all to us. But there were questions as Sascha easy to talk to.

Location is amazing, right in the center. Quiet and clean, the bathroom is not huge but enough and for this price and location it's unbeatable. Steven was very helpful and I would recommend anybody to stay at his place.

Steven was a very nice host and the room was very comfy and central! The neighbourhood is just great if you´re looking for some cool street art and some hip place to have dinner and some drinks at the evening! There are buses and Undergrounds close by but you can also walk directly to the Tower Bridge and walk along the Thames river and explore the city center! All in all we had a great time there and would highly recommend this room to anyone that want´s to visit London. It´s a yes from me! :)

Steven's place is perfect. The room is really nice and clean, location can't get better, and communication was great. Highly recommended.

Steven he is quick to respond to any questions prior to our stay. He greeted us upon arrival giving some tips about the surrounding area, making us feel welcome and at-home. The room is as described, basic but perfect if you just want a place to crash between sightseeing and enjoying the city. It is clean, offers privacy and a (small) private bathroom. The room is in a great neighborhood that has a market, shops and restaurants within walking distance. We would come back.

From what we have seen, it is certainly one of the best options for quality - price in the area. Has the bare minimum (the shower is a shower head on the floor of the small bathroom) to arrive, sleep comfortably, get up, take a shower and not return until evening. Comfortable and practical but with zero frills. We not use the kitchen or any of the common services, except wifi. I would definately return thanks to the great price you have.

Perfect accommodation to stay several days in London. Clean and quiet. good area located and many services ... 24-hour supermarket.

We are pretty satisfied. Sean is well organized and the flat is ideally situated. Transportation are close and the district is very pleasant. Our bedroom was calm and comfy. Nous sommes globalement satisfaite: en effet Sean est sympathique, bien organisé et l'appartement est idéalement situé. Les transports en commun sont proches et le quartier est vraiment sympa. Notre chambre était calme et confortable.

Sean helped us finding the flat and was nice when presenting the rooms. He explained well. The flat was rather clean, but as we arrived earlier than originally expected, he didn't have the time to clean much. This is an agency flat, which means Sean is no living in. He simply manages the people coming in and out, and we didn't see him after he presented the flat. This is quite a regret that we couldn't talk at all with our host as we were looking forward improving our English. We shared the flat with 2 other couples, so we could very well hear them enjoying their stay and themselves, which can be quite disturbing at first. The flat is slightly out of tubes range and we have to walk 15 minutes to get to the next tube. Our stay was rather nice and we would recommend it if you're not bothered by having foreign neighnours on which can depend your stay, good or bad.

This is a super central overnight stay. Calum is a really lovely and friendly host. We loved all the little touches in the room like water, tissues, towelling robes and chocs! There is even a small change bowl in case you need it! Comfy bed and surprisingly super quiet as room faces small garden, with good shower next door. Really convenient for buses and tube. Thanks Calum for a great stay. We will return soon!

My friend and I stayed at Calum's for the weekend. Everything was perfect. The bedroom is clean and confortable, the place is 5 or 10 min away from the closest tube station and easy to reach from St Pancras. Calum is very friendly, and the cats are adorable! Would stay there again if I have the chance.

Calum's place is very nice, the location is perfect to have a good sleep and be really near the city. The room is a bit small but cozy (just as it appears on the pictures), the flat is very nice and clean, and the two little fellas living there are amazin cat-hosts! Calum is an amazin host, it was like having a very cool flatmate who is very respectfull of your privacy but very open to help in anything.

The location is perfect, stay next to Webminster, where stay the Big Ben and London Eye. Calum is a great person and help me, he is explain everything my questions.

The house is quiet and centrally located with several bus lines around the corner to access the different parts of London, and a large subway station (Elephant-castle) and supermarket 5-10mn walk. The housing is not new but clean and well equipped, the bed is very good, we slept very well. Calum was always present but discreet, with its 2 against cats are quite sticky to the ongoing search for hugs and always looking to go inside the room, which we sometimes bored but we were warned by the description of Calum before reservation . In summary we felt safe and secure in Calum, which allowed us to visit with serenity London.

All was very nice , very clean , near to the tube and a little place where you can eat and drink . The room was really nice , the house to ! The two cats where lovely . I really recommend this nice house !
